The most outrageous act I've ever experienced! You're in another city over New Year's Eve - you book a table six weeks in advance and receive your reservation confirmation immediately. On the evening of your booking, you stand outside the restaurant only to find that it's closed! A call to the number provided was the icing on the cake. They told us the restaurant was closed and that they hadn't accepted any reservations. The only strange thing is that they have the reservation confirmation (see photo!!) It couldn't be more dubious!

So, we received a super-friendly welcome, the food was delicious, and we'll be back! I have no idea why some guests wrote something different about the restaurant in their reviews 🤷‍♀️. Thanks for the lovely evening!

These bad reviews are unbelievable. It's good that I'm forming my own opinion. I've tried the food, and folks, go there yourself or have it delivered. The food is super delicious, everything fresh. The service is very friendly, another aspect that's unfortunately often lacking. I highly recommend this restaurant. We'll be happy to come back.

I've been there twice now and will definitely come back. The food is delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and there's always a variety of daily specials to choose from. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. The pizzas, spaghetti, and meat dishes were all fantastic! 👍🏻

On my first visit in summer 2022: Warm welcome, excellent food quality. Very pleasant atmosphere! 5 stars Now in May 2023: Unfortunately, long waiting times and bored service. I called at 6:00 PM, ordered a pizza for 7:00 PM, and still waited 25 minutes. 2 stars The owner should improve things as soon as possible!

The worst thing about this restaurant is their fake website and my negative review. I was so disappointed with everything there that the restaurant even deleted the review the very next day. Please don't eat there, sorry, but I've never experienced anything like it in my over 60 years of life. Pure horror.

One star is too much! We were looking forward to a nice, cozy, and delicious evening and were bitterly disappointed. Despite having a reservation, the restaurant was unprepared for our arrival. A table for our party had to be hastily and haphazardly rearranged. A garden chair had to be brought inside from the cold because there weren't enough seats inside. The drinks arrived relatively quickly. However, the server was a bit too enthusiastic, and three drinks spilled when they were set down. Wiping them up? Forget it! We ordered different pizzas and pasta dishes, which were all served one after the other. The first of us had already finished when the last pizza arrived. The server just laughed it off… Taste-wise, none of the dishes met our expectations at all. The Pizza Diavolo arrived as a Margherita with three small slices of salami. The pepperoni listed on the menu was missing. When we asked about it, they said it was just mixed in very small pieces. I looked for them: there wasn't a single pepperoni on the pizza. The spaghetti aglio e olio, which was advertised as having cherry tomatoes, was also missing them. We asked about this as well. According to the server, it was a printing error on the menu. The restaurant ALWAYS prepares its spaghetti aglio e olio without cherry tomatoes (?!). The server kept justifying herself and trying to downplay the situation: it wasn't like this on other days; the pizza always tastes good, it's just a bit oily today… It wasn't any better at other tables. Some people left before their food arrived, others didn't get any food at all because they had run out of pizza dough. When, finally, the card reader didn't work and we were expected to pay in cash, the server just asked, irritated, if we hadn't been informed of this when we made the reservation? NO, we weren't informed during the reservation two weeks ago that the card reader wouldn't be working today… The pathetic attempt to connect the device to the Wi-Fi failed after the operator dropped it. This evening was the perfect script for a hidden camera prank.

It's a shame you have to give stars to even write a review. I've never experienced such terrible service. We reserved a table for nine, but when we arrived, the tables had to be pushed together, sending all the furniture flying. Extra chairs had to be brought in, including a cold, wet garden chair and another wet chair from outside. So far, so good, these things happen. Drinks arrived quickly, but the wine and beer were bad, and they were overpriced. The cola was spilled on the table. Everyone had different cutlery, and there were already broken, dirty plates on the table. First, we were told we could order vitello tonnato, but after half an hour, we were told it was sold out. Then we were served beef carpaccio on hot plates, which tasted just as bad. After an hour and a half, the pizzas and pasta finally arrived, one after the other. The pizza was dripping with grease, inedible, and made us feel sick. Half the pasta ingredients were missing, and then we were told the menu was wrong. We received no refund. The prices were completely unjustified. We were disgusted by the entire meal, and our stomachs started rumbling right there. We just wanted to pay and leave. When the bill arrived, we couldn't pay by card, even though it was clearly marked. We were expected to pay everything in cash. They didn't offer us a discount as a gesture of goodwill. In the end, they even threatened to call the police – that was the last straw. The table next to us, by the way, went home without eating. No one can explain the great photos, and the good reviews are surely from the tennis club next door. But those are just assumptions. In any case, we wouldn't recommend it. You can eat much better at McDonald's a few kilometers away. We would have had a much nicer evening there.

Based on the positive reviews, we reserved a table for nine people two weeks ago for Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM. We arrived on time, but nothing was prepared. We helped push the tables together and then ordered. The cutlery on the table was mismatched and seemed to be from different eras. When ordering drinks, we noticed there was only one pilsner glass. The server explained, "All the other pilsner glasses broke." Oh, right, so we'll just have to drink our pilsner from a soda glass... We were hungry, so we ordered an appetizer and a main course. After 30 minutes, we were informed that they were out of vitello tonnato. After 40 minutes, the carpaccio arrived, not thinly sliced, but as thick as a schnitzel... The main course finally arrived at 8:30 PM. The pasta we ordered with cherry tomatoes was missing. The server's explanation was, "It's a printing error on the menu"... The pizzas we ordered were inedible and dripped relentlessly with oil when we lifted them from the plate. It was simply unappetizing and unpalatable. I had only ordered half a Margherita pizza as a precaution, since my expectations were already low upon entering the restaurant, and unfortunately, they were fully confirmed. At the next table, I observed three guests also ordering pizzas around 8:00 pm. The server then informed them at 8:45 pm that they were out of pizza dough... None of us (a group of nine) enjoyed our meals, and the server had ample opportunity to mitigate the damage at any time, yet what did she do? She even offered us dessert in this awkward situation... amusing! For understandable reasons, we declined dessert and went to pay. Since we all live in the digital world, we wanted to pay by debit card. Only then did the server inform us that the Wi-Fi wasn't working and that we would have to pay in cash. We then asked why we hadn't been told this upon entering the establishment. The server then stated that if we didn't pay in cash, she would call the police... Naturally, we paid in cash for what I don't know how else to describe, for that evening in that room with its unpredictable heat and cold, and we will never set foot in that place again. I find the single positive review completely inexplicable. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to leave a review. Zero stars would be more appropriate for the room and the service. What a waste of time and effort for the trip.

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in unserer nähe, entdeckten wir das Trattoria del Sole. Meine Frau bestellte sich die Spezialität Spaghetti Carbonara, unser Dreijähriger Sohn aß mit mir zusammen eine Große Pizza Salmone e Spinaci. Beide Gerichte waren unbeschreiblich lecker. Wir sind so fasziniert von diesem Restaurant und deren Gast Freundlichkeit, dass wir beschlossen haben das Restaurant am kommenden Samstag erneut zu besuchen! Wir empfehlen das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter!

Nettes Personal, gute Auswahl und prima Essen!

Heel toevallig dit restaurant bezocht op een tennisbaan vlak langs de snelweg en beste mensen, wat een verrassing! Vriendelijk personeel en een alleraardigste kok die fantastische gerechten tevoorschijn tovert! Naast de kaart met veel al pizza’s een kaart vol dagverse producten. Dorade met risotto of een heerlijke pasta kip met veel groenten. De ambiance is wat oubollig maar ga er zeker eten voor een goede en betaalbare Italiaanse diner!

Einfach nur perfekt! Das Restaurant haben wir das erste mal besucht und waren begeistert. So lecker und so liebevoll angerichtet! Es war schon fast zu schade diese wunderschön dekorierten Teller anzufassen und zu essen. 🫢 Abgerundet haben das alles aber die Restaurantbesitzer und das Personal. So sympathische und liebe Menschen. Wir kommen jetzt öfter! 🫶

Super freundlicher Chef und leckeres Essen. Es lohnt sich vor Ort essen zu gehen, da es spontan immer leckere Gerichte und Zutaten außerhalb der normalen Karte gibt! Pasta, Salat, Pizza alles super! Eine Bereicherung für Hösel :-)

Wir waren mehrere Male dort zum Essen. Sehr freundlichen Service. Leider das Essen sind nicht immer so gut. Am bestens Pasta bestellen!

Heute über Lieferando bestellt. Pizza ist mega lecker und genauso die Pasta! Ein echt tolle Carbonara und Bolognese Sauce! Wir bestellen definitiv wieder!

Sehr leckeres Essen mit besonderer Tageskarte, Essen a la carte schmeckt super zu guten Preisen…Der Service war top, wir wurden sehr nett bedient. Der Chef kam an den Tisch, um die Tagesgerichte zu erläutern…Ambiente auch sehr schön gestaltet 👍

Lecker gegessen dort heute. Der Chef ist super nett, so geht Service. Für mich gab es sogar Penne Salsiccia, obwohl sie gar nicht auf der Karte standen.
