Today I visited this Italian restaurant and it was amazing! The owner of the restaurant impressed with his attentiveness and excellent service. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the “Da Raffaele” pizza and the tiramisu. Will definitely come back!

We were searching a restaurant in Koblenz and we found this place on trip advisor but it was like kind of dissappionting for us. The service was worse than any place where we ate and we waited for hours and seriously it wasn’t the best one. The guy who said was the owner, kind of racist and he replied like he can’t understand neither italian or dutch so i would never recommend this place, i prefer eating croissant or bretzel instead of their fake pizza and rissotto.

We ate at this restaurant, the owner with glasses is so rude and racist. To be honest, we dont eat at the restaurant because they cook perfect but we are looking a place cosy. If you are looking for a place, which is not italian and friendly, it is a perfect place to eat. Fake ifalian foods, some italian words but totally fake

Not recommended, The owner apparently had a problem with us. He basically threw both of our meals on the table. Even though we didn't feel welcome in his shop, we still ordered coffee after our meal. He took this order clearly and clearly, but the coffee never came. Exasperated, we asked the owner again for the bill, which he responded with “yes, straight away”. As a result, we had to call his wife (?), who then cashed in. She was actually really nice. Just to be clear: We have given the owner no reason to behave this way - and we have never met such an unpleasant, unfriendly restaurateur. In the end I was really angry and wanted to confront the owner, but my wife managed to prevent that. It is incomprehensible to us how the average rating here can be so good. Because even of the two pizzas we had, one was okay and one was subpar. But some of the reviews here give a deep insight.

The food was just super bad! Instead of lasagna I got a pond with cold dough in the middle! I even had to eat my lasagna with a spoon!! On the pizza the dough wasn't cooked and the ingredients fell off the dough + all the mushroom juice on the dough!! When asked, I made my dissatisfaction known, but unfortunately the owner was unable to JUST apologize! Just ignored!!! Never again and we don't recommend it to anyone.

Endless waiting, 1h20 minutes before being served at the table, price for 5 people with drinks and dishes 150 euros

Food was inedible and the manager behaved absolutely unprofessionally (became loud and didn't let me speak at all and didn't even apologize) There were noodles from another dish floating in the soup and it was just watery. The carbonara was extremely bad. I've never had so much bad luck when choosing food, but the behavior of the staff was an absolute no-go!!!! The customer is king only applies here if you are driven up in a Porsche. It's a shame, I can't recommend it at all.

We went there for the first time with friends. The food was very tasty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and the delicious risotto Frutti di Mare, a good wine and the food was perfect. Thanks so much. I will gladly come again.

Trattoria da Raffaele in Koblenz is a true gem of Italian cuisine in this beautiful city. Great place with an authentic atmosphere created by the Italian owner. Here you can enjoy delicious dishes prepared with love. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a cozy place with excellent Italian cuisine in Koblenz!

We dined there on Boxing Day and the restaurant wasn't full, there were still a few tables available. For us, as vegetarians, there was very little choice on the limited special menu. A pizza with vegetables or a portion of ravioli with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan (the latter is officially non-vegetarian, which is why theoretically there was only one dish for us to choose from, but we are not that strict about parmesan). We then decided on the ravioli, which cost an impressive 16.90 euros per portion. For this price you can expect a decent portion, as there are actually no expensive ingredients such as seafood or beef fillet used in the dish. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The portion was very small. 4 halved cocktail tomatoes, half a hand of rocket and a small touch of Parmesan. The ravioli themselves were generally tasty, but definitely not homemade, which is what you might expect at such a price. As I said, we didn't order any scampi pasta or anything like that, just simple vegetarian ravioli without a lot of frills. When we asked, since we had a total of 9 pasta dishes at the table and were only served a total of 5 small rolls, we were brought another basket with 4 more tiny rolls. Otherwise, not everyone would have gotten a piece of bread with a pasta dish. The bottle of still water we ordered was brought to our table with the seal already opened. Who can guarantee me that the Gerolsteiner water for 6.90 euros is not simply bottled tap water in an already opened Gerolsteiner bottle? Either the bottle is opened at the table or placed closed on the table but not already opened and brought to the table. After the meal it was already cleared away even though some of us were still eating, we were not asked once if we would like to drink something or order something else. We weren't asked whether it was tasty or whether we were satisfied; it was cleared away without a word. Very unloving, you don't feel like a welcome guest. However, when supposed regular guests arrived, they were warmly welcomed. They probably enjoy better service. Overall, I can say that the taste of the food was quite good, the pizzas also tasted good, but the portion of ravioli was too small and the prices are excessive for this service (small portion and purchased ravioli). We paid a total of just under 41 euros for 2 portions of ravioli and a bottle of 0.75 still water. Overall, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't come back again.

We were there spontaneously yesterday and got a table. The salad plates were very nicely presented. The service is top. The restaurant is recommended. We will be back .

Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Der Empfang durch den Inhaber war etwas hektisch... er wirkte genervt. Das Lokal war sehr voll. Und extrem laut. Eine Unterhaltung war nur schwer möglich. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, aber es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir wählten die Zuppa Toscana- eine wirklich leckere Suppe mit frischem Gemüse. Der nachfolgende Salat war sehr groß und sehr lecker. Die Küche macht hier also einen sehr guten Job. Luft nach oben ist in jedem Fall beim Service und hier insbesondere bei der Freundlichkeit. Der Inhaber wirkte wie schon zu Beginn etwas angenervt und war tendenziell eher unfreundlich - statt sich zu bedanken warf er den Bon auf den Tisch und verschwand ohne ein Wort. Kleiner Tipp: auch wenn der Laden gut läuft.... man bricht sich keinen Zacken aus der Krone, wenn man gastfreundlich ist.....

Lokal sehr gut besucht. Lautstärke ließ keine Unterhaltung zu. Der Service hat noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Gastfreundschaft ist anders- da nützt auch das schöne Lokal nichts. Allerdings ist die Küche wirklich gut und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Hallo... Wir waren mit dem Schiff in Koblenz angekommen und sind etwas umghergegangen durch die Stadt. Haben dabei die Pizzeria entdeckt. Wir durften dort einkehren obwohl es Sonntag Abend war und wir nicht reserviert hatten. Um es kurz zu machen.... Es war einfach göttlich!!!! Empfang super, Service und Freundlichkeit super und ein super unvergesslich leckeres Essen. Wenn wir wieder in Koblenz verweilen, ein unbedingtes MUSS.!!! VIELEN DANK👌😊

Excellent service and food in a comfortable atmosphere. Visited on a damp November evening, early evening. No delay for a table. Plenty of choice on the menu. A typical Italian trattoria at the edge of the old town.

Immer wieder gut. Alles super, vom gezapften Moretti bis hin zur Nachspeise.

Service, Essen und Ambiente, alles war bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war super lecker. Ambiente sehr angenehm.

Ambiente und vor allem der sehr nette Service und die herausragende Qualität der Speisen waren allesamt ausgezeichnet. Wird nun ein Stammrestaurant für uns werden.

Sehr leckere hausgemachte Pasta. Ich hatte die Pasta mit Pute, Tomaten Salbei in Sherry. Wirklich seeehr lecker. Dazu hatten wir die Weißwein-Empfehlung des Hauses - der Weißwein aus Kalabrien. Sehr aromatisch. Letztes Jahr hatte ich die Ravioli in Salbeibutter mit Parmesan. Auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wer gute Pasta liebt und bei "echten" Italienern essen möchte, sollte hier hin gehen. Wir fanden es beide Male gut. Das Foto hatte ich leider erst gemacht nachdem ich mit Essen fertig war 😉

Mitten in Koblenz... Bei bestem Wetter mit Freunden leckeres italienisches Essen genießen... Mit einem sehr süffigem Wein aus Güls... Sehr sehr süffig ;) ... Was will man mehr... Wir kommen bald wieder!

In der Koblenzer Altstadt entdeckt, nettes italienisches Restaurant, Speisekarte war umfangreich. Der Setvice war sehr gut, das Essen auch, nach Vorspeise Bruschetta + Viitello tonato gab es ein Gemüse-Risotto und Spaghettis mit Meeresfrüchten. Der Espresso zum Abschluss war der Hammer, so schmeckt er auch in Italien. Gesessen haben wir im Hinterhof, wo es schön schattig und ruhig war und man etwas in die Küche "lunschen" konnte ;-).

Ich war bei Rafaele, über die Jahre verteilt sehr oft essen. Ich gehöre definitiv nicht zu den Stammgästen. Bin aber immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Essen Getränkecocktails alles in Spitzenqualität weiter so Raffaele

Sehr netter Service, leckeres Essen und ein gemütlicher Innenhof mit Stadtflair:) ich kenne dieses Restaurant seit vielen Jahren und gehe immer wieder gerne hin!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Auch steht auf der Karte dass man gerne Extrawünsche äußern darf, jedoch wurden diese nur widerwillig angenommen. Würde ich nicht nocheinmal hingehen.

Leider lief es bei uns nicht so gut.... Wir haben uns als Gäste nicht willkommen, sondern eher als Störfaktor gefühlt. Anhand der vielen positiven Bewertungen über den Service wohl einfach dumm gelaufen......

Geschäftsessen zu 8 mit Voranmeldung. Sehr zuvorkommender Service, nicht aufdringlich - aber immer präsent. Alle Gerichte (Pasta, Fisch, Fleisch) sehr lecker und oft irgendwie „besonders“ (im positiven Sinne)…

Eine mit Abstand der besten Pizzen die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind angemessen

Klasse, hier gibt es auch noch erschwingliche Gerichte. Super Qualität. Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Spaghetti auf den Punkt gekocht. Alles einwandfrei. Nettes Personal. Gerne wieder.

Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Rinderfilet war auf den Punkt perfekt! Das war nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich hier war. Danke für diesen schönen Abend.

Super Service, schönes Ambiente, sehr nette Besitzer. Das Essen war gut und kam auch zügig wenn man bedenkt daß dass Restaurant Freitag abends fasr voll war. Wir hatten Pizza und Salat und insgesamt einen schönen Abend.

Gemütliches Lokal, das Essen ist sehr lecker. 😊

Het is dat het 3 uur rijden is van huis, maar wat a een gastvrijheid!! En b, wat een heerlijk eten!!! Midden in altstadt tegen een betaalbare prijs!! Wil je het echte Italiaanse eten en sfeer met gastvrijheid proeven, moet je hier zijn!

Reservierung funktionierte. Der Tisch war in Ordnung. Das war das Gute. Die Bedienungen (Chef und Chefin?) waren hochnäsig. Einmal Getränk bestellt, nicht mehr nachgefragt. Das Essen, ein überbackenes Nudelgericht, war ok, aber mehr nicht. Das Pizzabrot abgezählt und ein Korb war für mehrere Personen. Das Servieren erfolgte wie in einem Fastfood-Restaurant. "Pizza xy? - Prego" Zack. Beim Abräumen ein gelangweiltes "Hat geschmeckt?" Keine ganzen Sätze. Und die Antwort war egal. Nach knapp 2 Stunden war ich mit einem Kunden noch da. Der Chef steht neben unserem Tisch und schaut lieber in den Fernseher (WM) statt uns zu fragen, ob wir noch ein Getränk möchten. Fazit: Schlechter Service, befriedigendes Essen. Nicht gut. Probiere andere Restaurants aus. Dann gibt es eine weitere Chance.

Per un viaggio con amici mi sono trovata e non per caso in Koblenz , mi sono trovata su invito di questi miei amici per visitare questa bellissima città , per poi pranzare presso la trattoria da Raffaele , devo dire che ho pranzato non bene ma più , ho chiesto anche il Bis del menù 🙈 una goduria di quel primo a base di porcini appena raccolti , io ho preferito un risotto i miei amici invece hanno preferito i paccheri con aggiunta di speck croccante , una goduria , come secondo praticamente abbiamo mangiato del polpo in doppia cottura su letto di pure di patate ,qualcosa di eccezionale . Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci per il buon cibo e la gentilezza dei proprietari che ti fanno sentire a casa .

Wonderful in every way. Our group of 7 had dinner at Trattoria de Raffaele and it was wonderful. The owners are authentic and friendly. The food was fantastic, especially the lasagna. But really everything we ordered was delicious! If you're looking for a place to eat in old Town Koblenz, eat here, you won't be disappointed. Ciao.

Heerlijk gegeten! Vriendelijke ontvangst. Topkwaliteit! Hier wordt heerlijk authentiek Italiaans gekookt!

We were on a quick trip thu Koblenz,and due tothe good Reviews,,we thought we would try this Restaurant.Situated in a side street,it s not inthe main Pedestrian zone,which makes it more authentic.We tried the Vitello Tonnato,Bruschetta,which were excellent.And then for mains the Ravioli Semplice,whihc was very good Ravioli with Sage Butter.And I tried the Lasagne Calabrese,which was aromatic and good.we were served extra rolls and cheese which was very nice.The Tiramisu was very good.a very nice evening meal,and I would highly recommend this Restaurant for good quality and authentic Italian food. We willbe back,next time were in Koblenz.

Rundum gelungener Abend mit sehr geschmackvollem Essen, aufmerksamen und freundlichem Service sowie tollem Ambiente im Innenhof.

We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten op het terras. Goede kwaliteit eten en vriendelijk personeel. De koffie vonden we wat minder, zeker voor een Italiaan.
