Trattoria Buon Gusto GmbH in Dortmund

Wir waren am 17.07.26 mit 11 Erw und zwei Kindern zu einer Geburtstagsfeier dort. Es war sehr voll und die erfahrenen Kellner überfordert und schlecht gelaunt. Von Freundlichkeit keine Spur. Kleine Sonderwünsche wie Tausch der Nudelsorten bei dem Gericht waren nicht möglich, wünsche zur Vorspeisen Platte auch nicht.als die Gerichte kamen wurden sie ohne Erklärung auf den Tisch geknallt und das lustige Rätsel Raten begann. Das Eis für die Kinder dauert sehr lange und Bestellungen aufzugeben war fast nicht möglich weil kein Kellner in Sicht war. Ich habe mich fremd geschämt vor meinen Gästen. Die Bitte Reste einzupacken würde erfüllt aber leider war es nicht das Essen was bestellt wurde. Schade, sonst war es immer sehr nett dort, hoffentlich war das eine unrühmliche Ausnahme.

Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich etwas negativ bewerte. Positiv war, dass das Essen top war. Negativ ist zu bewerten, dass irgendwas mit den Preisen nicht stimmt.Erstmal hatten wir eine Speisekarte in englischer Sprache, bei der niedrigere Preise ausgezeichnet waren, als auf der deutschsprachigen Karte. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen und die Karte wurde ausgetauscht. Beim Bezahlen ist aufgefallen, dass augenscheinlich auch hier nochmal ein höherer Preis angegeben wurde, als auf Karte angegeben war. Darauf angesprochen meinte die doch sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, dass alles teuer wäre. Leider hatten wir die genauen Preise nicht mehr direkt vorliegen (Wir hätten uns die Karte nochmal ansehen sollen) Beim Anschauen der Speisekarte im Internet sind Preise erst gar nicht angegeben. Bei einem einzelnen Gast kann es schon mal ein Versehen sein und vielleicht kennt der Kellner die Preise nicht so wirklich . Aber trotzdem hinterlässt dieser Besuch leider einen faden Beigeschmack .

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend im Buono Gusto. Die Pizza war hervorragend – frisch, knusprig und sehr lecker. Dazu haben wir einen guten Wein genossen, der perfekt zum Essen gepasst hat. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Restaurant gerne weiter!

Schönes italienischen Restaurant in Dortmund-Hombruch. Wir gehen gerne hin, sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Ja, Pizza und Pasta sind sehr gut, aber die Karte hat weit mehr zu bieten. Dazu eine gute Auswahl an leckeren Weinen.

Gutes Essen und preislich auch ok Aber leider bei jedem Besuch steht Zuviel auf der Rechnung, schon seltsam, daher verlangen wir jedesmal eine Rechnung zur Kontrolle!

Kellner sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Essen viel zu teuer für die Qualität. Ich hatte das Roastbeef für 35€, das Stück war nicht das beste ok, aber die Portion war ein Witz. Meine Begleitung hatte eine absolut mittelmäßige Lasagne für 17€! Das geht definitiv besser. Selbst die vom Aldi kann mehr, sorry. :( Die Bruscetta für 12,50€! bestand aus zwei Scheiben Baquette mit einer leider faden Tomatenapplikation.

Bestes italienisches Essen in Hombruch, unser absoluter Favorit. Wir hatten 3 Pizzen und die waren Mega lecker. Das Ergebnis waren zwei wunderbare, auf den Punkt richtige Pizzen.

Sehr schönes Lokal! Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir entscheiden uns dann auch für den Nachttisch und hatten Panna Cotta und Tiramisu. Auch dies war sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hier stimmt alles. Essen fantastisch, Ambiente gemütlich, Service erstklassig. Ich war das erste Mal dort und werde wiederkommen.

Pfingstmontag abends saßen wir auf der rappelvollen Terrasse. Die Kellner waren freundlich und flott und hatten die Kunden gut im Blick. Das Restaurant liegt mitten in einem ruhigen Gebiet, kein Autoverkehr und Kinder können auf diversen Geräten spielen und die Eltern entspannt essen.

Die beste italienische Küche Dortmunds! Dazu ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Man fühlt sich bei Buon Gusto immer herzlich willkommen! Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Fazit unser Lieblingsrestaurant!

Eine sehr schöne Pizzeria mit einem super kulinarischen Angebot, für jeden etwas babei . Es war alles super lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Ich hatte ein wunderbares Erlebnis in der Buon Gusto Trattoria. Das Essen war frisch und authentisch, besonders die Pasta und Pizza, und die Atmosphäre war warm und einladend. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Inhaber hinterließ einen sehr guten Eindruck, indem er persönlich nachfragte – eine nette, persönliche Note. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen und exzellentem Service – absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr nettes Ambiente - hat Stil! Der Ober war freundlich und bemüht bei Rückfragen bez. des Essens Auskunft zu geben. Essen war o.k. die Nr. 15 fand ich etwas übersalzen. Es war nicht mal ein Salatblatt dabei bei dem Gericht. Auch wurde bei der Bezahlung nach Bargeld gefragt. Soweit alles o.k.

Super lecker, macht satt und man kann auch bei schlechtem Wetter draußen sitzen.

Speisekarte online ohne Preise? Ein absolutes No-Go, sein eigenes Angebot so intransparent zu veröffentlichen. Muss daher selbstverständlich gemieden werden 🤷🏼‍♂️

Insgesamt 4 Sterne. Wohlfühlambiente ist definitiv gegeben. Die Brötchen vorab waren wirklich super. Das Hauptgericht war auf Lieferserviceniveau. Der Service war etwas ruppig, aber dafür flott. Das Ambiente war wirklich gemütlich und einladend. Da gibt es keine Kritik. Insgesamt 4 Sterne mit etwas Wohlwollen. 3,5 geht aber nicht. Aufwertung durch durchaus hochwertigen Balsamico auf dem Tisch. Beachtlich. Aber der reißt es leider nicht raus.

Wir sind häufig und sehr gerne in dem Restaurant. Der Service ist immer äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisen sind alle sehr lecker, man findet für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Wie sind extra aus Remscheid gekommen, da wir gerne neue Restaurants ausprobieren. Das Ambiente war sehr einladend, der Inhaber war äußerst freundlich und angenehm. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss passt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ins Buon Gusto!

Wir haben schon oft hier gegessen und waren immer zufrieden. Allerdings kann man hier nicht mit Karte zahlen. Jedesmal wird gesagt, das Kartenlesegerät sei defekt. Man sollte lieber ehrlich sein und vorher angeben, dass man nur Barzahlung akzeptiert. Dann kann man sich darauf einstellen und entweder genug Bargeld einstecken oder dort essen gehen, wo Kartenzahlung akzeptiert wird.

Ein rundum empfehlenswerter Italiener. Die Pizzen sind eine Wucht. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service.

We always enjoy being guests at Buon Gusto. We appreciate the ambiance, the attentive service, and the changing menu in addition to the extensive regular menu. Yesterday we were there for the New Year's Eve buffet. We were very impressed by the wide selection of antipasti and hot dishes, presented beautifully. The dessert, which we customized to our liking, was served on individual plates with lovely arrangements. It simply couldn't have been better. We were completely satisfied.

Given my recent unpleasant experiences with a few employees, it's simply not easy for me to give entirely positive feedback about this establishment. These experiences include the physical assault I suffered through physical contact with the tall, slim employee S. between November 20th and 30th, 2025, for which he has yet to offer any personal apology; the necessary clarifying conversation with the manager, Fevzhi, which was disastrous due to his apparent inability to acknowledge the aforementioned mistake; and numerous, entirely unnecessary discrepancies regarding standard interpersonal conduct among some staff members at the Feines19 branch (Harkortstraße 53), in light of the well-known house rules. These incidents have left me with little to no regard for the established rules of conduct. Consequently, my cooperation with him ends immediately, as does my business relationship with all staff, from both departments, even if both have only existed indirectly up to now.

The pizzas are decent, but not outstanding. In my opinion, the dough is too soft and barely crispy. Based on my experience, the Pizza Tonno had significantly too little tuna on it, which is more than I would expect for the price. The atmosphere is good, but sometimes too loud for my taste. The service is good, and the staff are very friendly.

Ate lunch on the terrace during market time. It was hectic and impersonal. Two different, absolutely average pasta dishes were prepared rather carelessly, over-seasoned, lacking in flavor and aftertaste, more like frozen food. If there weren't so many good Italian alternatives in Dortmund, I could say it's okay. I'd say it's okay for meeting up with friends and having a drink, but not pasta here anymore.

Dear Sir or Madam, Yesterday, I wanted to visit your restaurant with a friend. Unfortunately, we were turned away right at the door with the message that it would be closing soon. However, according to the opening hours listed online, you were open until 10:30 p.m., and it didn't seem like it would be closing anytime soon. To make matters worse, the staff weren't particularly friendly towards us. This was very disappointing, especially since we've eaten there several times in the past year and have always had good experiences. I would therefore like to know why this situation occurred.

I visited you with a friend on Thursday and was unfortunately very disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked for drinks in an unfriendly manner, even though we hadn't even been seated yet. Since we only wanted to order an appetizer, the waiter's reaction made us feel unwelcome. The real problem came at the end of the bill: We wanted to pay by card, but we were told the machine was broken. Only after my friend went to the bank to get cash did the waiter suddenly come with the card reader. When I paid, I also discovered that I had been overcharged by €5. I've always had a positive attitude towards this restaurant, but this visit was a complete disappointment for me. It's a shame, because that's how you lose customers.

We ate at your place. Two hours later, my father was half dead and spent the next two weeks in intensive care. But the food was great!

Nice ambiance, delicious food, and friendly staff. I ate here with work colleagues, and it was delicious. I had a tuna pizza with onions and fresh mushrooms. The large pizza is very, very filling. I highly recommend it. Thumbs up 👍🏻

I have been a guest here several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed, whether as a couple or in a large group. The menu offers something for every taste, and the daily recommendations are also great! I particularly like the friendly service and the good organization. There seems to be hardly any personnel changes, which speaks for a good working atmosphere. I think the price/performance ratio is appropriate for the quality offered. Keep it up, I'll always be happy to come back to you!

I don't understand all the good reviews. Certainly one of the better restaurants for Hombruch, but not really good compared to the rest of Dortmund. Bland food, inattentive service, only the place is fairly nice. I wouldn't order more than a beer here again.

The food was good! The atmosphere was OK and clean! The service was a bit slow at first, but this quickly diminished! I couldn't finish everything and wanted to have it wrapped up and pay...we waited 35 minutes for the bill, even though we made ourselves known several times. When he finally came over, he said that only cash payments were possible today?!?! And when I asked where my wrapped food was, he replied, "Thrown it away!" He had forgotten to say that! Outrageous for the price.

A very good Italian restaurant with an extensive menu. There are a few highlights beyond pizza margarita and spaghetti bolognese, and everything is beautifully prepared and very tasty. We ordered a main course and a mixed dessert platter, and everything was very good. And the service was quick, even though the restaurant was busy. In dry, warm weather, it's wonderful to sit outside, but the ambiance inside is also very nice! There are many small streets nearby where you can park for free, so that's not a problem.

Unfortunately, the service was a disaster, we were forgotten twice, only regular guests and friends were greeted and served, etc. Prices were unfortunately very expensive and the portions were small, it tasted good, but unfortunately the whole thing spoiled everything for us... waiting time, prices and so on..

The food was brought and the plates were cleared for the obligatory pizza rolls with aioli/herb butter - which we weren't served at all. Upon our notice, “subsequent delivery” was made. My order - Penne Gorgonzola - was ok, but nothing more. I actually couldn't taste Gorgonzola. It was cheesy and creamy, but had more of the texture of ready-made sauce. The penne seemed warmed up and had a few brownish spots. Not ok for the price (€14). Nice atmosphere, you can sit outside when the weather is nice, nice and quick service (except for the “forgotten” pizza rolls). Too bad!

I've been going here for years. I think it's very good here. Price performance is top. Service and everything else is top. I can recommend it to everyone. As a personal trainer I can only say good and healthy food here. See you soon.

Was there last night and it was so well. Not really bad but by no means good or recommended. Tuna pizza: The canned fish was dry and boring. Gnocchi: The tomato sauce was sour and not fruity. The wine was drinkable. In short: Unfortunately everything without any pizzazz in pizza parlor quality (although there are good ones and bad ones there too). Definitely too expensive for that.

Wir gehen seit der Eröffnung vor 13 Jahren zu diesem super Restaurant. Die Kellern als auch der Besitzer sind wirklich sehr freundlich, fleißig und es herrscht ein familiäres Flair.

Food is excellent and the ambience is great

In some Chinese restaurants we know enough about glutamate. But the fact that we have the typical afterburn after a pizza was new to us. The prices were also very high. It may be that as a regular guest you perceive this differently. However, we will not...

Wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen wie gestern Abend. Wir waren vier Personen von denen drei als Hauptspeise Nudelgerichte bestellt hatten. Die Soßen waren völlig versalzen. Sie klebten, wohl durch Soßenbinder angedickt, wie Kleister An den Nudeln. Das Rindfleisch in der Soße war nicht kross angebraten, sondern in der Pfanne „gegart“ und daher zäh! Keiner hat seine Portion aufgegessen! Der Ober nahm unsere Kritik ohne weitere Reaktion zur Kenntnis. Leider haben wir voll bezahlt.
