I can only advise against it. It's simply outrageous. Charging €12.70 for a tiny Capricciosa salad and €18 for a pizza called Nici is a rip-off. The pizza had inferior toppings and was of average quality. Never again See pictures..

Please be careful with this restaurant and always ask for a tax receipt! Yesterday, after dinner, the waiter brought a piece of paper with a handwritten total of approximately €74. I paid by card and then asked for a receipt because the amount of approximately €50 had stuck in my mind. The gentleman became very nervous and only wanted to give me the payment slip from the card terminal. After I asked again, he went to get the receipt. After about five minutes, he returned with the receipt and cash for a refund. My correct receipt was €48! So, I was entitled to a refund of €26... They tried to convince me it was a computer error. I've never experienced such a blatant fraud... Please be careful. The food was also of poor quality. Never again!

I've been coming to La Gazetta for years and have never been disappointed. The ambiance is lovely, the dishes are prepared quickly, and they taste truly delicious. Whether it's meat, pizza, or pasta, the food is always well presented and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and gives good recommendations. Keep it up.

La Gazetta is a rather upscale Italian restaurant with delicious food and fresh salads. The staff (as far as I can tell) all speak Italian, and both the interior and exterior are well-kept and modern in a cozy way. The pizza is fantastic!

The two of us ate there on May 30, 2025. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed it immensely and decided to eat there more often. We highly recommend the restaurant.

A really great shop with friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I had a Nici pizza that tasted great - crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfectly baked. As a starter there was bruschetta with fresh, aromatic tomatoes that were seasoned in a balanced way - exactly how you want it. I'd love to come back!

Were there today on April 12th around noon with 4 people. We had pizza and pasta dishes. The food was very tasty. We come from Iserlohn, but when we are nearby there is no way around this restaurant! Insider tip :)

We came spontaneously with 6 people on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted very friendly and then served quickly. The service was great. Accommodating and always with a good saying on his lips. Finally, the highlight was the food. Both the pizzas and the pasta were delicious. The selection of homemade desserts was also excellent. The menu is clear and yet everyone was able to easily find several suitable dishes for themselves. If we are in the area again we will definitely come back. An absolute recommendation.

First of all, we have often ordered and picked up food there by phone and the price/performance was completely okay. We also decided to eat on site and were amazed at the significantly increased prices and now smaller portion sizes. One dish was billed at €30 instead of €22.90 as stated (unfortunately we didn't notice until we got home.) I was able to stabilize the table with beer mats so that the drink didn't spill over every time. Card payment is possible on site and is also shown at the entrance, but at the table they said cash payment was preferred, and when the tip wasn't generous enough, "energetic" words were used in Italian. In the end, a friendly farewell from the gentleman who served us was unsuccessful.

I have known this restaurant for a very long time. When I discovered it for the first time, I was immediately excited. I've enjoyed coming by every now and then for almost 30 years.

The last time I had pizza this good was in Italy. The pizza dough was 100% how pizza dough should be. The prices match the performance. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of my pizza. But I had Pizza Italia!!! And I can recommend it!!! Just a fantastic pizzeria!!!

So the price-performance ratio was okay for the pizzas, but paying €18-22 for a plate of pasta is pretty steep. Otherwise, the food tasted good but it also left many of us feeling sore. Our table was only available for an hour. After class we were rudely kicked out. But since the food came very late, we only had 15 minutes to eat it. There will be no further visit.

We were there today with friends. Thanks to the friendly, helpful and recommended staff. As usual, the starter platter was of very good quality and tasty. The main course, homemade pasta with porcini mushroom sauce and two other pasta dishes disappointed us. I don't know if the chef changed or had a bad evening. The food was not recommended with three different pasta dishes. Bland, lukewarm and simply not tasty. Very unfortunate. We will continue to eat there, but after this not good meal we won't recommend it to anyone.

We were there quite spontaneously with 9 people and found space. The food was great and the service was attentive. It was a bit noisy due to the abundance of people.

We were warmly greeted at reception. After ordering the dishes, we noticed that the apple spritzer does not contain any carbon dioxide. We asked the waiter to bring us a new one and he twisted his hair so it was totally rude. Then the new apple spritzer came again without carbon dioxide. We then accepted it and after eating we asked for the bill. We then had to wait 15 minutes for the bill. The bill was €50 for three pizzas and three soft drinks. And the pizzas were average and nothing special. Price performance is terrible. Never again😡😡😡

A very atmospheric place. What adds charm is the fact that the people working there are Italian and they speak Italian among themselves. Very nice people. Very hospitable. Pizza phenomenal. I've never eaten such good pizza in my life. Tagliatelle Tachini - good, but a bit sterile, and I would even say tasteless. Parmesan saved the day. Tiramisu won everything! I recommend.

Very authentic, traditional Italian cuisine. Very good value for money. Fine beer garden and easy to reach. Parking spaces are limited. A little tip: you will never be towed in the parking lots of the student residence around the corner (I lived there for years)

The food is really tasty and well prepared. But it's not great. The staff is nice and friendly. When it comes to paying, however, the moon prices quoted significantly reduce the enjoyment. Lasangne, Maccaroni Gorgonzola etc. for €18? That's definitely not going to make you many friends. There is no longer a reasonable relationship between price and performance, which is a shame. We won't be going there again.

The pizza tastes good. The salads aren't that good... rather boring. Yoghurt dressing tasted like it was bought cheaply. Wouldn't order a salad again.

Food is tasty but very slow service. Especially, takeaway time is very high and when asked on call they say to come early and make us wait. Please be aware that the menu prices in Google and the actual prices are different. The prices are a bit higher. Also, there is a huge difference between dine-in and takeaway.

Used to be my favorite Italian restaurant. Super tasty, nice service. Unfortunately, the price is now completely excessive, that's just outrageous and has nothing to do with inflation compensation (normal lasagna is now 18 euros, previously 9.90 euros!!!). Incredible, rarely seen such a growth.

A great restaurant with really good food. Unfortunately, on the second visit, I had to wait a long time after the starter for the main course. But the food was fresh and appetizingly prepared.

Today on the second visit, because yesterday was so great, there was again excellent food. The drinks were on the table quite quickly, but the starter took a long time and the main course took forever to arrive. I almost wanted to leave. I didn't like that so much today.

Reservation by telephone worked well, no table reservation outside possible. But we also know this from other restaurants. I find the atmosphere good and relaxed. The food, appetizer and pizza, was super tasty. Service takes a little too long, after the indoor shop has filled up with guests, it takes even longer to be served outside. Unfortunately, I discovered pieces of paper with printing on it underneath or in my pizza. If you're not careful, you'll eat it. After I pointed this out to the waiter, it was only explained to me that this was a receipt and that it could happen with a knife or pizza peel when serving on the plate, apparently this is a known problem. There was no apology and it was waved off like just shut up and keep eating. It seemed as if this would happen often, dear waiter, then you have to be very careful that this doesn't happen. From this point onwards the appetite disappears. Furthermore, you never know if someone from the health authority happens to be eating on site.

We came across this restaurant that we had previously researched on the internet. The restaurant's diverse menu delighted us with a good portion of Italian delicacies. The creative dishes reflect the culinary expertise of the kitchen team. From delicate appetizers to tempting desserts, the selection offers a gastronomic experience to suit every taste. A real treat that increased our anticipation of visiting a restaurant. Quality of the food (1 out of 1 star): The quality of the food in this restaurant exceeded our expectations. I ordered the “Penne Fantasia” while my friend chose the “Pizza Rucola e Parma” which we shared between us. Honestly, both dishes were outstanding, each bite a symphony of flavors and freshness. The carefully selected ingredients and the very good preparation are evidence of culinary know-how. At no point did we have the impression that something “just” came out of the freezer and was warmed up. One of the few pizzas with a black crust that I never eat - I was able to fully enjoy my share of the pizza here. Both dishes were attractively presented and the portion size was generous. Cleanliness & Hygiene (1 out of 1 star): The cleanliness and hygiene in this restaurant made our visit a thoroughly pleasant experience. The tables and the entire area were spotlessly clean, which immediately gave a positive feeling. Atmosphere & ambience (1 out of 1 star): We walked to the restaurant, although a vehicle or public transport would be preferable. Arriving at the restaurant, we found a tasteful decor at the back of the restaurant, which contributed to a relaxed ambience. Unfortunately, with the nice weather, we only had a place by the window as there is no outdoor area available. We read complaints about the staff on the Internet years ago, but we cannot confirm them. The attentiveness of the staff, without being intrusive, completes the overall picture. Here you can not only dine excellently, but also enjoy your time in a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Value for money (1 out of 1 star): Although the prices on the Internet were lower than on site, the quality and quantity of the food on offer was in good balance with the prices. We come here for all our important dates and celebrations. They have delicious options for vegetarians, seafood lovers and carnivores. 100% would recommend!
