My fiancé and I ordered a pizza capricciosa and pasta with cooked ham and broccoli – both were really delicious. The wine I ordered was super refreshing and sweet. Could I ask the name of the wine? The best pizza I've ever had (especially when Christian is open), and I also mean the one in Italy, where I spent a lot of time. If you have special requests, they always respect them and always give good advice. Super friendly service. If the pizza isn't seasoned enough for you, you should consider getting a ready-made pizza from ALDI instead (good and inexpensive). P.S. Taste is subjective; the others don't have one!

An all-round carefree and feel-good atmosphere where you feel like you are on vacation or simply in good hands. You can notice the many years of experience, which is now run by the second generation. Here you are more of a friend than a guest, and the Italian flair is in the operators' blood. At Trattoria Italia , the food clearly takes center stage. Every dish — from the wood-fired pizza to the house-made pasta and the perfectly layered tiramisu — was thoughtfully prepared and full of vibrant flavors. The service, however, was uneven; while friendly, it lacked efficiency and attentiveness. The atmosphere was fine. A good spot for true food lovers.

The staff was very friendly and tried hard, but unfortunately it was extremely loud in the restaurant - you could hardly have a conversation. We were there with a large group. The food was okay overall, nothing special but not bad either. However, I wouldn't recommend seafood dishes - we had two different dishes, and neither were really convincing.

Let me put it this way: effort alone is not enough. The pizzas are very, very large, but very tasteless. Salads were nicely prepared, but also without any taste and without any kick. Stuff thrown together. no style is recognizable. The ambience is very nice, but it is very loud for many visitors because there are no sound-absorbing materials. The ventilation of the guest room was very, very poor. You're happy when you get some fresh air again just before you suffocate. 20 years ago you wouldn't have had a chance on the market with a gastronomy concept like this. But today you take what you get. Too bad, too bad, too bad

We are really spoiled when it comes to food, but our expectations have been exceeded here. From pizza to pasta or salad, it's simply uniquely delicious. When it comes to the portions, everyone gets their money's worth. Whether to pick up or enjoy there, it's bombastic. The atmosphere is almost like in Italy. The staff is super friendly. It's best to always order a table as many people appreciate the food there.

Recently discovered, now our favorite place! It's truly rare to find such delicious pizza. Every pizza I've eaten here tastes amazing. The service is very friendly, and you're greeted like a friend, not a guest. It's definitely worth a visit. The prices are great, too. I'm a total fan!

We've eaten there several times and since we live nearby, we get food there regularly. The salads are always fresh and crunchy and I have never had a better balsamic dressing, I love it. The pizza is really tasty and the pasta is also highly recommended. You have to like garlic for the eggplant as a starter, but that didn't bother me. The staff is always friendly and we always feel well served. All in all, a big recommendation from me.

The furnishings are also nice, although the lighting could be a little more subdued, which would make it more comfortable. But otherwise everything was great.

The ambience is there. We chose the restaurant based on good reviews. Pizza was very tasty, carne was ok, nothing special. The menu says that the meat dishes come with salad and rosemary potatoes. That's true, but you get 1 small potato with it. Carbonara is also more of the German version with cream 😓

Very good Italian with top price-performance ratio and friendly service. Big pizza really means big here and even the 30 pizza could fill you up. The pasta dishes also looked appealing. The desserts (all probably semifreddos) were a bit off. I would like to be a little more creative in the future. Then I would also like to eat a real tiramisu from you. Reservation definitely recommended. On Friday evening all tables were occupied almost all the time. The atmosphere could be a little more comfortable. It still looks a bit like an ice cream parlor.

Prices absolutely reasonable. Had a mixed starter plate for two people, which was very rich and extremely tasty. For the main course we had a salmon and veal dish, both of which were excellent. Had dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant again today. What can you say, the top reviews are right. We drive 40 km to get very good service and excellent food. Pasta, insalata and pizza are always recommended. The dessert on the extra menu is also bomb - everything is recommended. Keep it up dear ones

Super delicious! We had dinner with a larger group and were thrilled. We were particularly impressed by the service from the cheerful employees. The food was beautifully prepared and tasted equally delicious. The portions were huge and we also liked the ambience thanks to the tasteful furnishings and cozy atmosphere. Particularly recommended (actually everything) are the semi-frozen ice cream cakes for dessert. We would love to come back to try more dishes.

We ate there today based on a recommendation and booked a table this morning without any problems! When we arrived we were greeted very friendly and we really liked the atmosphere. Food came very quickly, pizza and salad, we were thrilled with the taste, the trattoria clearly outranked our “house Italian”. That was a really great, delicious meal. Not intrusive but very attentive service. Great value for money. We'll definitely be back!!!!

For me, Trattoria Italia is the place to go in Siegen/Weidenau for really good Italian cuisine. The pizzas are terrific, the salads are fresh and designed with attention to detail - and of course the pasta also tastes very good. The service is really great and very attentive, so you always feel welcome and in good hands. The quality of the dishes stands out clearly from other options in the Weidenau area, without the price-performance ratio changing. For me, a very clear recommendation and my go-to place for Italian cuisine in Siegen!

Pasta was really delicious, bruschetta was fresh and bread was warm and tasted very pleasantly crunchy. You can eat Italian very well here. Dishes are served in good portions and of even better quality. Ambience is also pleasantly furnished. Makes the restaurant a real little insider tip at the train station because it's really a little hidden. The only minor drawback during our visit was that, unlike other tables, no candles were lit for us. In addition, at Italian restaurants, salt, pepper and oil should be provided for each table and additional plates if a table shares starters. The glasses should also be washed and dried well, otherwise there will still be dirt and a milky layer in them 🙈 But these are just nicely meant tips for the service, which was really very nice and accommodating.

In this pizzeria we have excellent pizza and pasta of the highest order. There is a relaxed, cozy atmosphere in the trattoria. The friendly staff let guests feel that they are welcome. We were very happy with the pizza and pasta. Everything was nice and hot and tasted first class. The waiting time was reasonable despite the hut being full. We really liked the furnishings with the comfortable chairs and the wall motifs. Hygiene in toilets and in the restaurant was very good. Depending on where you sit, you can see the pizza dough being whirled through the air. Price-performance ratio fits. I can recommend Trattoria without any reservations

Juicy, very tasty pizza. Thin pizza but still very juicy & tasty. In general everything was delicious, including the tagliatelle with salmon. The somewhat long wait was worth it. As soon as I am back in Siegen, I will visit this beautiful restaurant again.

After the renovation, a real, really cozy insider tip was created here. Seen from the outside here at the bus station is rather inconspicuous, but centrally located and easily accessible, although there are hardly any parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. I came to Jigen on a business trip and stopped by by chance. I’m so jealous of Jigen people!!! I ate a really delicious pasta.. The portion was huge and the Gorgonzola cheese went well with the creamy sauce, so even though I was full, I kept eating more because I thought I would remember the leftovers later lol. I think it was perfect.. Wow.. I will come again if I come here again.

Impudence! Since moving to the new location the prices have been outrageous! When we look at the cola alone. Previously a 0.33l bottle was offered for €1.90, now a 0.20l bottle costs a whopping €2.50! It's a markup of MORE than 100 percent!!!

Normalerweise gebe ich keine Bewertungen ab, aber hier mache ich eine Ausnahme. Die Pizza hier ist zum Niederknien. Der Boden ist dünn und knusprig aber nicht trocken und der Service Top und das alles bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
