Unfortunately, the pizzeria didn't have any pizza. Perhaps it was because it was December 25th. There were 10 of us. If they had mentioned the lack of pizza when we made the reservation, we would have gone somewhere else. Most of us wanted pizza, unfortunately.

On December 23, 2025, six of us dined at this excellent Italian restaurant, and we were all very satisfied with the food. The atmosphere was also peaceful, and the service was attentive and friendly. The dishes were typical of fine Italian cuisine and very tasty.

Very friendly staff, the food was delicious and the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable; everything is fresh. I would definitely come back.

This was my first time at Da Luciano, and I was very satisfied. The food and service were excellent and attentive. The only slight drawback was the relatively high noise level in the restaurant. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

We were three couples at the restaurant for dinner on Thursday, December 4th, 2025. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and I would gladly recommend it. Among other things, we ordered a 0.5-liter non-alcoholic wheat beer. I hadn't checked the price on the drinks menu beforehand. When the bill arrived, I was quite surprised: 7 euros for a wheat beer! I've never paid that much in downtown Dresden; here it was 6 euros. Therefore, I can only give it three stars.

Today I'd like to share with you my experience at the Italian restaurant Da Luciano in Siegen. There are plenty of paid parking spaces in the surrounding parking garages. The ambiance is modern and very cozy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is of very high quality, with authentic Italian dishes such as the handmade pasta with scampi and zucchini or the rustic antipasti platter. The portions are generous. All in all, a positive experience; everything was just right.

A busy Italian restaurant with fresh pasta, however, the noise level in the restaurant was far too high. The six of us could barely have a conversation. A shame. The homemade pasta was good, but I've definitely had better.

Da Luciano is an Italian restaurant in downtown Siegen. It offers a good selection of Italian dishes and pizza, as well as a daily specials menu. The selection of hot and cold drinks is also good. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. Access is wheelchair accessible. There are also indoor and outdoor seating areas. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Real Italian cuisine from real Italians 👍🇮🇹

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch with three people. We started with warm and delicious pizza rolls with dips and some antipasti. For our main course, we had two classic lasagnas and a pizza. Everything was delicious, and honestly, I've never eaten such delicious lasagna; it was a dream come true. I paid around €17 for the lasagna and a Coke. It's a good price-performance ratio. We'd love to come back during our lunch break.

Friendly Italian food, with heart and soul. Delicious and somewhat unusual dishes, generous portions, and delicious desserts! Reservations are highly recommended! We'd love to come back.

The food is very tasty, but I don't think the service is very friendly. There are plenty of regulars who are served with friendliness, and then we come the second time and you feel like you're not exactly welcome. I think that's a real shame, because there's nothing to complain about with the food.

It's wonderful every time! The food is fantastic – authentic Italian cuisine, lots of special dishes, and the daily specials always offer a surprise! Plus, the service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they have great wines :-) Our go-to Italian restaurant in Siegen :-)

Went there for a quick bite to eat. The dips and garlic butter were pre-made and had hardly any flavor. The pasta, whether spaghetti tonneau or Bolognese, was completely lacking in seasoning. All I could taste was the pasta and the minced meat, but without the sauce. I didn't even finish it, just 2-3 spoonfuls because it was unappealing. I had to pay €17 + a Coke for that crap. Never again!!! Oh, and no one comes to pay, and if you want more, you have to take the empty bowl away. And the portions are so small.

I can only agree with the positive comments here. We had the appetizer platter and various pastas and it was delicious!!! Freshly prepared and very diverse. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed... the pizza was watery in the middle and the ham had a sour aftertaste. It is also very loud and afterwards the waiter didn't feel like splitting the bill properly and “threw” the change on the table. We are anything but picky customers but that was really nothing.

I was there today with my friends for my birthday. I was able to reserve the table one evening in advance without any problems. The food arrived very quickly, the service was very friendly and attentive and the food was also very tasty.

We spontaneously went there for lunch with six people. Got a table straight away. Very nice and courteous service. There was a small appetizer on the house before dinner. The quality of the food was very good. Fresh grilled sepia was highly recommended. Plus a small salad. The price is a bit higher, but I think it's justified for the portion and quality. All in all, highly recommended

Unfortunately our last visit with my work colleagues was underground!! After paying the bill (approx. €670) we were thrown out the door quite rudely!! Unfortunately no longer our regular restaurant!!

We have been coming here for many years. Not without reason. Always reliable quality with real Italian taste and ambience. Enzo and his colleagues are always very friendly and courteous.

Tagliatelle with salmon = unseasoned/tasteless.. Pizza was good, a bit skimped on the toppings. Dessert was good! Ordered calzone to take away, empty inside and dough not ready, super disappointment! Ended up in the trash, such a shame! Service was good and friendly. Maybe it was “just us” that was unlucky, but we wouldn’t have to go there again so quickly.

There were 7 of us who forgot our order after the drinks were delivered. The food was delicious, which was of little consolation about our forgotten order.

Absolute regular Italian with really great food and service. The only thing that is sometimes tiring is the noise on site. But that definitely doesn't stop you from eating there again and again.

Hello, we went there for dinner for the first time today. What can I say, the food was great👍 a big compliment goes to the chef Carlo and Linda, everything was beautifully prepared. And fresh ingredients, the waiters were always very nice 🤩

The food is incredibly delicious. It's like a vacation on your tongue! ❤️ The service is really very friendly and really fast. Simply perfect! 🫶 There is a small deduction for room acoustics. It's really loud, but that doesn't outweigh the positives.

My favorite Italian in Siegen. Friendly, flexible, fast, always with a fresh special menu. A small example from last week: my wife had an appetite for spagh. Carbonara, but she wasn't really keen on the simple cooked ham, so the waiter immediately recommended two more options with mild or strong bacon - she was thrilled, even better than the week before in Bologna!!!! The ambience is typically Italian with tiled floors and quite loud, a bit hectic and cramped, but that's just part of it. ALWAYS GREAT HERE! Cordial saluti to Severino!!!

The place looks good, the service was very friendly and the food tasted good too. Unfortunately I found the white wine sauce to be a bit thin. Otherwise the taste is great!

The service was friendly and attentive, but the food was unfortunately below average considering the prices. A Venetian liver requires a lot of sweet onions and the resulting sauce... Unfortunately that was completely missing, the mixed antipasti were also very undifferentiated... Only two unspecified open white wines are also a bit lean with the fish plate for almost 40 euros. I was hoping for more perspective.

Normally it's absolutely great. The food is very tasty. What I now notice as a very negative thing is that certain waiters, when visiting a good restaurant, unfortunately forget their friendliness and seem very snotty. If I didn't appreciate this pizzeria, I would avoid it because of its unfriendliness. Therefore no 5 stars.

Had dinner there with 8 people on Saturday January 13th, 2024. I had a pizza 🍕 Hawaii. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The edge was thick and, above all, very, very crispy. My wife ate tagliatelle with salmon. I also tried the salmon and I have to say, SALMON CANNOT BE BETTER. If we are to be in Siegen again, we will definitely visit this restaurant again. Highly recommended. Unfortunately we didn't take any photos, which is what we usually do. We just forgot about it. A pity

Sehr leckeres Essen und schnelle, freundliche Bedienung. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Bei vollem Haus ist der Geräuschpegel doch etwas lauter aber durchaus nicht unangenehm, man kann sich noch gut unterhalten.

Ich war überrascht wie gut besucht, um nicht zu sagen, brechend voll, das Restaurant war. Neben der allgemeinen Karte gab es auch aktuelle Tagesgerichte, stilecht auf große Kreidetafel geschrieben. Diese wurde vom Kellner zum Tisch gebracht und Gerichte erklärt. Selten erlebt, dass in einem so gut gefüllten Lokal die Getränke und auch das Essen, sowie Desserts so schnell an den Tisch (11 personen) gebracht wurden. Freundlich, schnell, kompetent Gerne wieder

Das Essen war wirklich spitze...superlecker! Wir hatten diverse Nudelgerichte. Am Anfang hatten wir einen sehr aufmerksamen Kellner, der dann aber scheinbar Feierabend gemacht hat...wir hätten sonst wahrscheinlich noch was bestellt...deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Einen Marsala aufs Haus gab es heute leider nicht...

Sehr leckeres Essen Ambiente ist sehr rustikal Gehalt so wie es in italien so ist. Das personal ist sehr nett und die Preise sehr vernünftig für das was man kriegt Ein Applaus an mein Schwiegervater 👏🏼

Das Lokal kannte ich noch nicht, ich sehr angenehm überrascht, modern, sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl...sehr nette Personal und zuvor kommen...Die Gerichte frisch und sehr lecker und schön angerichtet, genau so wie die gepflegten Getränke.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Gerade auch die Vorspeisen, sehr lecker ! Der Service war eher mittelmäßig, ich wurde nicht mehr während des Essens nach einem Getränk gefragt, nachdem es leer war, obwohl zum Tisch nebenan mind. 3x der Kellner kam, lag vielleicht daran das diese deutlich mehr bestellt hatten allgemein. Also Freundlichkeit + Aufmerksamkeit noch schulen am besten. Was die Speisen angeht, zu empfehlen!

Sehr leckerer Italiener. Das Personal sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Das Essen wurde frisch gemacht. Der Außenbereich grenzt an die Hauptstraße, die man jedoch nicht ganz so extrem wahrnimmt. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl und eine Karte mit Tagesgerichten oder Wochengerichten... Alles in allem sehr sehr gut. Dort gehe ich gerne wieder essen.

Essen und Service gut. Aber kein schönes Ambiente. Viel zu laut. Kleinkind vom Personal wurde im Lokal betreut und schrie die ganze Zeit. Ein gemütliches Essen war das nicht.

Guter Service und schön eingerichtetes Restaurant. Die Pizza kommt dem Anspruch einer guter Pizzeria aber überhaupt nicht nach. Der Teig ist weder fluffig, noch geschmacklich gut. Der Belag kommt aus der Kühltruhe und wässert damit die komplette Pizza durch (Spinat, Brokkoli etc.). Schade, dass hier keine frischen Zutaten verwendet werden. Die Preise sind angemessen.

Wir hatten mehr erwartet und waren enttäuscht. Leider ist man auf Kritik nicht eingegangen, es wurde auch kein Kaffee oder so als Entschädigung angeboten. Einem guten Kellner Ist daran gelegen seine Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Der Kellner hatte kein Interesse. Irgendwie schade gelaufen. Werden nicht mehr hingehen.

Leckere Pizzen und noch bessere Pasta. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Preise angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
