Trattoria Al Parco in Bochum

Based on some positive reviews, I thought you could get some decent homemade pasta here. Unfortunately an absolute failure...

Today was our first visit to the Momo restaurant. I personally found the reception in the restaurant a bit "different"; the employee was sitting in a corner behind a desk with a laptop (which seemed somewhat odd to me). Once she found our reservation, we were shown to our table. We sat in a kind of winter garden, but unfortunately, it was quite drafty at times, and the table wobbled. The ambiance in the winter garden was moderate. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either (wooden tables and stone tiles like you'd find in an outdoor area; I suppose you could put up the "roof" and sit outside in nice weather). The staff was friendly, and the food and drinks arrived promptly. The dishes were all delicious and appetizingly presented. My only criticism of the food... there was far too much truffle oil in the Linguine al Tartufo for me. Value for money: you get truly unusual and different dishes, not your usual pizzeria fare, but the dishes do have their price tag. The wine list is more extensive than the menu and the prices are also higher.

A heartfelt Italian restaurant, as you'd expect! Top-notch food, top-notch service, and the owner who serves his guests with complete dedication. A great little insider tip for anyone who loves good food, great service, and Italian life! Regulars always remember what they ate or drank on previous visits and ask if they'll choose something new this time or the same as last time. In summer (from around May onwards), there's also an outdoor terrace with a beer garden. In winter, on Advent Sundays, you can enjoy mulled wine and waffles with hot cherries. There are always new special menus (asparagus season, mussel season, summer and winter cocktails). La dolce vita is lived here! We love it here

Very attentive service. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable for the good quality and quantity of the dishes! We'll be back.

A piece of WATTENSCHEID worth living! Over many years, Tanya and Mario Oliveri have created a gem right next to the old market square that is well worth a visit. Whether for a meal (pasta and salads of all kinds – but be careful: no pizza!), a glass of wine (good quality Italian), or one of the best cappuccinos outside of Italy, freshly brewed with a stunning traditional Italian coffee machine (watch out for the milk foam 😉), you'll enjoy it in an extraordinary and authentic atmosphere – both inside (historic Westphalian half-timbered building) and outside on the cozy terrace. A bright spot in our small town.
