04/19/24: Now called 'LEVANTE' after reopening. Were in the very full restaurant from 2:20 p.m. (50% discount). After 5 minutes we got a table for 2 people directly in front of the sales counter/grill. After another 5 minutes we were able to order drinks and food. Then catastrophic. New guests were constantly streaming into the restaurant and standing in front of the counter. The grill staff also placed the plates for the prepared dishes there. Waiting guests, impatient small children and the staff spoke to each other at a distance of about 50cm over the plates. The staff pressed thin dough flatbreads onto the occupied plates with their bare palms. The staff (approx. 10 people) were completely overwhelmed and were constantly discussing the order forms with each other. After an hour we complained. After 1h10min we finally received our food. Rice, meat and flatbread were at most lukewarm. This makes the lamb tough. The salad came 10 minutes later. After 1.5 hours we fought our way past a queue to the checkout and paid. NEVER AGAIN LEVANTE at Bahnstraße 13-15 in DIN!!!!

Unfortunately, the reopening was a flop. We were there today, and everything on the menu was too expensive for Dinslaken (but today it's 50% off). Not everything we ordered was there (we weren't told until 30 minutes later). We asked several times when the food would be coming. We left the restaurant after 1 hour and 10 minutes without eating! (We were informed twice about the cancellation, but still no effort was made to serve faster.) Everyone who ordered takeaway was there first and left with their food after about 10 minutes. Never again.

The service was okay, but the doner kebab isn't worth the price. First, the portion is ridiculously small, and second, the meat is very poor quality. It seems to be stretched with turkey meat!

Bugaz used to be so much better. Now it's a different story: 1) The doner kebabs are always different sizes. Sometimes they're normal, sometimes way too small (even though you pay a lot) – outrageous! Make up your minds! 2) The woman at the register (it's usually the same one who's in charge). Such an unfriendly and unpleasant woman. I've never seen anything like it. She's impatient and gets annoyed easily. Her looks are just awful, simply unfriendly. I hope she reads this or is shown this! I'm not saying this because of one experience. I've been going to Bugaz for MANY years and this woman has never been friendly! I think she wants no one to come back. 3) Warning! Always count your change. We've received too little so many times (usually from the same woman). Outrageous! The waiters are very friendly and helpful, which is good. But otherwise, please change something. You can see that most of the reviews say the same thing.

Great team, delicious food. For us, the best thing is the incredibly tasty doner kebab and the fresh flatbreads – better than anywhere else in our opinion. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect.
