Very tasty kebab, great curry sauce with the fries. Fast service. Prices are quite high, but the good quality quickly made you forget the pain of the price.

Started as a small “kebab shop” in the Glaspalast parking lot. And then it kept growing. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The amount of food/customers served here is crazy and yet the quality of the food is very good!!! The owner is always super friendly and always has a kind word for customers and employees...which I think is also part of Bugaz's success.

It's a shame that you have to give one star for the bad service etc. I gave my food to an employee at the front, he said I should sit down and the food would be brought to me. After about 25 minutes I drove, I paid for the coke on the spot, I didn't receive any food and the waiters ignored me, every other table was served or asked if they had ordered except me... More than cheeky, no structure when taking orders. Customers who were in the restaurant after me had their food on the table before me, if at the end they say it was definitely full and they should have been patient... Unfortunately not recommended...

Ismail is very unfriendly and makes you feel unwanted. The waiters are friendly, the food (falaffel) was ok. Since it is always very crowded there, the atmosphere is very hectic.

Very tasty kebab, the problem is the açi with the baba curls, sides short and relatively thin. The Açi makes kebabs that are way too small. Tip: If possible, don't order from him. The kebab man, like above, chats forever with other customers and doesn't finish any kebabs, no one takes care of our orders for 15 minutes.

The food and shop is great, the boss is incredibly nice. But as a non-Turk, I often have the feeling that I have to wait much longer for service than Turks.

The food is actually always good, but the quality is not always consistent, which is a bit annoying and unfortunately happened from time to time. Today, for example I got all the kebabs in an untoasted kebab bag. A nice, fresh and soft, but not toasted bread. Another time the filling only consisted of meat as an example, they probably forgot the rest in a hurry. I hope things get better soon.

No matter whether breakfast, lunch or evening, everything is delicious, great service! We recommend the breakfast buffet for just €11.90.

Ich war mit meiner Frau vor Ort, was essen. Mein Grillteller für 15€ kam recht schnell. Der Salat mit Falafel für meine Frau wurde selbst nach 20 min nicht zum Tisch gebracht, erst als wir Bescheid gegeben haben kam er. Die Soße auf den Grillteller war sehr gut, aber das Fleisch war mega trocken. Der Döner bei Bugaz kann ich aber empfehlen, damit macht man definitiv nix falsch.

We like to eat at Bugaz every now and then. Now I have to say it's just too crowded for me on some days, which definitely speaks for Bugaz. Unfortunately, if you want to make a little small talk, that doesn't always work so well. Because everyone wants to understand everyone else and in this regard the background noise is a little louder. Of course you could also go outside if the weather permits. The outdoor area on the left side of the restaurant is still being renovated, but you can sit very well in front of the restaurant. You will be served both inside and outside. The toilets are barrier-free. It has also become slightly more expensive due to the 19% increase in VAT. I think that's a shame, unfortunately the owner can't do much about it. Otherwise it tastes very good there. The staff are friendly, accommodating and are happy to advise you on what is recommended for lunch today, for example. You get tea after your meal (or during it). Cash payment for food, drinks, etc. is only possible in cash.

Mir hat es entsprechend dem was ich zuvor über diesen Laden gehört habe sehr gut gefallen. Das Fleisch ist (im Gegensatz zu anderen Läden sehr würzig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Der etwas andere "Dönerladen". Zuvorkommend, freundlich, sauber. Man wird empfangen und gleich nach seinen Wünschen gefragt. Die Wartezeit fürs mitnehmen der Bestellung, wird mit Tee überbrückt. Ist empfehlenswert.
