Bugaz used to be so much better. Now it's a different story: 1) The doner kebabs are always different sizes. Sometimes they're normal, sometimes way too small (even though you pay a lot) – outrageous! Make up your minds! 2) The woman at the register (it's usually the same one who's in charge). Such an unfriendly and unpleasant woman. I've never seen anything like it. She's impatient and gets annoyed easily. Her looks are just awful, simply unfriendly. I hope she reads this or is shown this! I'm not saying this because of one experience. I've been going to Bugaz for MANY years and this woman has never been friendly! I think she wants no one to come back. 3) Warning! Always count your change. We've received too little so many times (usually from the same woman). Outrageous! The waiters are very friendly and helpful, which is good. But otherwise, please change something. You can see that most of the reviews say the same thing.

The cocktail sauce tasted like Christmas tree bread, the bread had no sesame seeds, and half the doner kebab was inedible because of the cocktail-flavored Christmas tree sauce 😡😡😡 (lying is forbidden 🚫)

Always friendly service. The prices are great, and the tea is delicious too. It's the best kebab shop I know in the area. Even with a long queue, it never took longer than 10 minutes. The meat quality is excellent. The distribution of ingredients in the kebab is debatable, but the taste makes up for it.

Prices have risen sharply over the years; we've been customers since the car was still in the parking lot. Service has been very poor lately. Sometimes you don't even get served; we've left twice without ordering.

They offer a good daily menu; the chicken is very tasty and crispy. The service is very friendly and fast, and tea is served after the meal.

The food is between good and satisfactory, depending on what you order. If you eat outside, the food gets cold quickly because it's not served hot. Thanks to the waitress (Lina) who created a great atmosphere. She was very cool and adaptable, always smiling and in good spirits. Very friendly. ☝🏼

The Sunday choir was a surprise for us. The service and food are good, the staff is friendly, and the venue is spacious and airy. It has been open since 1989. I recommend it.

KID'S doner kebab for the price of an adult 🙃 Greeting customers personally at their tables but then not even being able to deliver a fair portion? Only at BUGAZ! Sometimes you get a good doner kebab for your money (picture 2), but more often it's just cold meat and a tiny portion. With five employees behind the counter, it should be obvious that every doner kebab is different even though it costs the same. If you're not able to justify your high prices, then get some scales and sell the doner by the gram like in Turkey! The waitstaff and the cashier are always friendly and try their best, but what the kitchen actually does is a disgrace! Is this the new trend for restaurateurs: charge more and deliver less? Anyone who likes to gamble their money on luck is welcome here anytime.

The food was delicious; reservations are recommended for Sunday evenings. Service was excellent. They're incredibly efficient and have everything under control. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. For the sake of the environment, disposable drinking cups should be avoided when eating in.

The place has gone downhill too much. They now have strange employees who address me as "tzatziki." And the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

Overall, a very nice place with delicious food and a nice atmosphere. I was happy with everything except for one waiter who kept trying to hit on us...I find that very inappropriate. You should be nice, but hitting on us is one too many. But otherwise the boss was very nice and so were all the other waiters.

Unfortunately, it's no longer what it once was. My last attempt today ended in another major disappointment. The process seems like pure mass processing, with no trace of care or love for the product!!! My kebab was carelessly assembled and simply slammed onto the counter. This was also observed with other guests. The bread was neither warm nor crispy, and the meat was cold.

The food was good. The tables weren't very clean. I called the waiter and asked him to please clean the table, which he did. The restrooms were wet everywhere. The food was okay. A truly fantastic place, great food, top service, and a great atmosphere. Robin, in particular, was always wonderful as a waiter. It's a shame he's gone—he really enriched the place! Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star this time. Firstly, because in the conservatory, 30 minutes before closing time, the caretaker, or whoever he thinks he is, simply turns off the lights above you, even if you're still sitting there, and when you ask, you only get rude answers. Secondly, smoking is banned in the conservatory, which I understand, but once again, the bitter old man came along with, "Smoking is prohibited here, get out of here." When I then pointed it out to him again, he just snapped, "Yeah, you got it." Such disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable. A polite reminder would have been perfectly sufficient. It's a shame, because otherwise the food is really great and the service is superb—but such behavior tarnishes the overall impression enormously. We won't be coming back.

Shameful short visit! I complained about a to-go doner kebab because it was simply cold. The meat was the scraped-together leftovers from the pile that had already been cut when I came in. There were three people in front of me. When I actually came back and complained, the cashier said very indiscreetly, "That can't be right - but I'm not saying anything!" And shouted across the store!! Well, I then realized that rice from a lukewarm display couldn't possibly be hot. But never mind! But what really annoyed me was that the waitress then insisted twice that I try the steaming meat over the counter in front of everyone. With my teeth? With my hands? I have no idea!!!! For me, it was more quantity, cash register - and less quality.

Never eaten so badly!!! They keep charging higher and higher prices, so be careful! Tzatziki is just plain water with no flavor! Lahmacun is greasy. It came out red because it was so greasy. The kebab is burnt! They always forget something. This is enough for the second time. That's it, I'll never be back!

Today I spent 30 euros and wasn't full! The lahmacun was very cold and not at all tasty; they keep forgetting the sauce for my fries! The cacik was also very runny; my clothes got covered in cacik because it was dripping all the time. Above all, the employees are very unfriendly, as if they don't want to work! I've been a regular customer here for a long time and I'm never going back! I don't know if it's the new employees, but just 3 months ago it was very good. And the wait time feels like 10 hours!!!!

The kebab was really dry (no sauce), even though we ordered two. They also charged for an extra dish that wasn't even there.

I had to throw away the kebab. From the meat to the cheese to the red cabbage (probably from a jar), everything smelled and tasted completely rotten. You won't see me again.

The food and service are great, the manager is incredibly nice. However, as a non-Turkish person, I often feel like I have to wait significantly longer for service than Turkish people. Update: One year later. Things have gotten worse. Today we got up after 50 minutes, paid for our drinks, and left. People at three tables next to us were getting ready, new people arrived, and everyone got their food before us, and after a short time. I don't think so. Therefore, down from 5 to 3 stars.

I come here very often, mostly on weekends. The food is very good and plentiful. Even when the place is busy, orders are usually delivered very quickly. Now here's the thing... I was here last week during the week. A new employee was there for me, or rather, I saw him for the first time. His motivation was apparently on vacation. I felt really sorry for his colleagues, because apart from delegating, he didn't do anything. On top of that, he was lounging at the counter and repeatedly encouraging his colleagues with the words... "Hey, hey, this has to go faster, we're going to get through this, I'm fed up!" Which is something you really don't like to hear as a customer. But, unfortunately, nothing happened. A waiter (with blond curls) who overheard this asked very nicely if we had all ordered yet. Even another waitress asked, "Oh, Harun, what's going on?" The answer came promptly... Harun replied, "I'm fed up with this." Great strength!!!!!!!! The cashier apologized, even though she hadn't done anything wrong. And it felt like all the other 20 employees were great. Dear team, keep up the good work.
