Never had such a bad meal before, the whole family had problems after eating

Customer since 1989. Once again it tasted really good (small kebab plate).

Mega crowded on an early Saturday evening, a bit of chaos when taking the order, a bit disorganized, in my opinion... I had a Turkish pizza without meat and even the order wasn't carried out correctly. The lady at the checkout, EC card payment possible, was super friendly and helpful..

It was super tasty, always worth a visit.

Very good kebab, half chicken & fries! There's always something going on here and it's sometimes a bit busy (but that definitely speaks for the quality of the food). So far I've only eaten on site a few times and mostly ordered takeaway - both work very well! Very friendly to children!

For me personally, too much salt in kebab and durum. Therefore only 3 stars.

The service was very good and the food was ready quickly. The kebab was also good, but I wasn't expecting old, cold fries. Very regrettable and therefore the last time.

Now, after many years as regular customers, we will look for another kebab: the prices have just been increased, but at the same time the contents of the kebab are now so sparse that I had to ask for more content while serving. The price is too high for me!

Unfortunately, another failure. The cutlery for eating is brought to the table in a plastic bowl. Inside there is a(!) wafer-thin, almost transparent paper napkin, like the ones you see in ice cream parlors. What is it supposed to be good for? I don't know it. With the plastic bowl at the table you also feel as if you are sitting in a large franchise à la McDonalds etc. and not in a restaurant (or a snack restaurant, whatever you want to call it). Shortly after the cutlery, the food arrives (small kebab plate). The meat is almost cold and has therefore certainly not been freshly cut from the spit (in my opinion that would be the crux of the matter if you offer kebab)... or the plate has been sitting behind the counter for too long, ready to serve. The fries weren't cooked properly, so they weren't in the deep fryer for too long and the tzatziki was completely missing. When asked, this was supposed to come extra, but it didn't come until I paid at the checkout... Oh well... paying is also a joke... there is a lady of advanced age (compared to most of the other employees) standing there who doesn't know any "hello", no "goodbye", no "please", no "thank you" and so on The EC device isn't even enough for you, so you have to bend over the counter... So an absolute desert of service and all in all a sad number and unfortunately not the first time... The food is basically okay if it were served according to the order and fresh... Absolutely a waste of money!

Really very tasty. Anyone who has been running a business for 30 years deserves more than 5 points. But as a restaurant like this you should perhaps use glass cups instead of plastic ones :)

We always enjoyed going to Bugatti. The food is always great but unfortunately we were there again today and there was a very young waitress working. I think she had braces and was a very young woman/girl. She was extremely unfriendly and when we asked her if she could bring us ketchup, she rudely rolled her eyes and threw the ketchup on the table. She then talked to her colleague (with a headscarf) about us in Arabic. She didn't know that I could speak Arabic. The young waitress should be fired and as long as she waits there, we won't go to her! Too bad

Everything used to be better. Personally, it's far too hectic for me. Too expensive. Too impersonal. But I'm prejudiced. During my Sturm und Drang time there was still the small container shack in the parking lot of the Glass Palace.

Super great food with lots of choice

Prices have risen even though raw materials have remained the same price! It's a shame whoever is in favor of the prices going down again LIKE 👍 We won't put up with this anymore!

For me the most delicious kebab in Dinslaken. There is a daily changing lunch menu. Nice, large restaurant that is suitable for large groups both inside and outside. Kind regards

Doner was okay, but service was a disaster

**Disappointing service and clear unequal treatment** We went to this restaurant with friends today and were unfortunately very disappointed. Despite making eye contact with the staff several times, we were ignored for a full 15 minutes. We weren't even handed the menu, let alone had anyone take our order. What made the situation even more annoying was that a group of customs officers entered the restaurant immediately after us and were served promptly, almost on the second. This obvious unequal treatment had a very negative impact on our impression of the restaurant. We then left the restaurant. Overall, the visit was a big letdown and we certainly won't be returning.

The food tastes good, no comment at all We have also been regular customers But unfortunately I notice that it doesn't work anymore... Portion was very small!! Service disaster!!! Today we waited 15 minutes for the staff, unfortunately we were not spoken to and we were not even given a service card. Then the officers arrived as customers and Komplete Service catered to them. So we got up!! Never again !! impertinence You had eye contact with the staff several times but there was no reaction and you were ignored! Went with family and friends and will definitely not eat there again!!!!!

The first time it cost me 10.40 EURO. Ordered the same thing earlier and had to pay 11.30 euros. Doner kebab half full or very little meat... !!!!!!TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!

Started as a small “kebab shop” in the Glaspalast parking lot. And then it kept growing. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The amount of food/customers served here is crazy and yet the quality of the food is very good!!! The owner is always super friendly and always has a kind word for customers and employees...which I think is also part of Bugaz's success.

It's a shame that you have to give one star for the bad service etc. I gave my food to an employee at the front, he said I should sit down and the food would be brought to me. After about 25 minutes I drove, I paid for the coke on the spot, I didn't receive any food and the waiters ignored me, every other table was served or asked if they had ordered except me... More than cheeky, no structure when taking orders. Customers who were in the restaurant after me had their food on the table before me, if at the end they say it was definitely full and they should have been patient... Unfortunately not recommended...

Ismail is very unfriendly and makes you feel unwanted. The waiters are friendly, the food (falaffel) was ok. Since it is always very crowded there, the atmosphere is very hectic.

The food and shop is great, the boss is incredibly nice. But as a non-Turk, I often have the feeling that I have to wait much longer for service than Turks.

You sit for 45 minutes then you get cold food, drinks and cutlery weren't brought to us at all, after complaining about the food it was taken away again and another 15 minutes later still no drinks, cutlery or food, although others who came later were almost finished with food and drink. A pity
