Unfortunately, the kebab is not juicy and soft.

Food: Very good value for money, very tasty, and highly recommended. Service: The food arrived in 5 minutes, so it was very quick, and the staff were also very polite and friendly. Atmosphere: Very nice, and open 24 hours, which is great since there aren't many places like this.

We always eat well there and are served quickly, even when the place is full. Prices are also reasonable. What more could you want?

The food tasted great, but the service was a bit difficult due to language barriers... things were delivered that weren't ordered, and things that were ordered were forgotten. Important for allergy sufferers: I ordered a kebab with only meat, but a kebab with everything arrived. Instead of remaking the kebab, they simply removed all the meat, leaving both trace elements and the flavor intact, and unfortunately, half the kebab was still uneatable. It's unfortunate, but otherwise a great experience.

In short – I love Bugaz! If you're looking for a culinary delight of the finest quality, this is the place for you! Everything is just right: the food is super delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly. I'll be back again and again!

I've been to Bugaz Kebabhaus a few times now, and I have to say: it's a great place! The food is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the portions are generous. The doner kebab is particularly delicious – crispy bread, good meat, and a crisp salad. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean, which is very important to me. I'll definitely be back!

I ate there not once, but several times, just to be able to report on the service and food. First visit, the food was great, friendly, what more could you want? Second visit, just like the first, everything was great. Third visit, the food wasn't served properly; what we ordered didn't arrive; the Kalem Börek were drenched in fat, which you could really taste. Tzatziki was tasteless. The doner meat was cold and much too light. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I hope it will be better next time. Everyone there is really friendly, and you're served promptly. (sometimes a bit too hasty; you want to take your time to see what you want and not have someone at your table twice to take your order.) I highly recommend the Chicken Sis and the Shashlik. The ambiance is also very nice and clean.

Simply not crowded. Disorganized order taking. The wait is incredibly long. Leftover food on the floor. A look at the salad bar? Something might spill occasionally, but it's probably only cleaned at the end of the day. But the food is still delicious.

There is a serious drop in quality, we are coming for Kadem's sake, otherwise we wouldn't go all that way... Meatballs are burnt, Adana is burnt etc. everything is sloppy.

I was here for the first time. We immediately found a place outside. It was very well attended, which I can totally understand. Shortly after we sat down we were served. After we had chosen, the side salad as well as fresh bread and various pastes arrived. After a short wait our food arrived. Since I like to try everything, I took the Bugaz plate. Everything on this plate is highly recommended. The meat was extremely tender and delicious. I also found it very nice that the owner himself came to every table and wished everyone bon appetit. So I can recommend everyone to have a very enjoyable meal here.

I'm a regular here. Yes, at first impression, it's just a kebab shop with a few tables inside. But..... There is a daily breakfast buffet in addition to the normal offering. From rolls to salads and warm dishes, everyone can find something they like. You can also have scrambled eggs made to order. My favorite is with cheese and onions. All accompanied by staff who treat you as if you were a friend of the family. Just great. It is also highly recommended in the afternoon. All of my friends that I took there were also very impressed and have been visiting Bugaz ever since.

Solid kebab with fresh ingredients. There are also other Turkish specialties and even a breakfast buffet.

Dear Bugaz team, I have been a loyal regular customer of yours for over 30 years and have always been absolutely satisfied - today I even visited you twice. Unfortunately, I have to tell you about an incident that really disappointed me. On my first visit, I picked up something for my family as usual - everything was quick, friendly and the kebab meat was fresh and delicious, as you know it from. On the second visit I wanted to treat myself as I hadn't eaten anything during the day due to fasting. The service was the same as before. Unfortunately, this time the experience was significantly worse. The first thing I noticed was that the Dürüm bread was not homemade as usual, but one of those ready-made products that you can buy in packs of 16 or 32 in the supermarket. That alone would have been bearable. But what really bothered me was the way the meat was handled: The skewer was halfway well seared and ready to cut. Still, the meat for the orders in front of me wasn't taken directly from the spit. Instead, a plate was used each time, which lay on a pot, which in turn stood on the tray to catch the falling kebab meat. The freshly cut meat was first placed on this plate and from there distributed among the respective dishes - so it was stored temporarily. When this plate was empty when I ordered, the employee didn't just take new meat from the spit. Instead, the plate was put aside, the pot underneath was tilted slightly, and the leftover meat was fished out of the pot with tongs - it was exactly these leftovers that ended up in my Dürüm. In my opinion that doesn't work at all. My Dürüm was just cold! Normally I would have said right then and there that I didn't want that. But since I was fasting, I simply didn't have the strength or patience to get upset or have a discussion. I just wanted to eat something and not stress. In the future, I will think twice about getting something from you again - unless my family specifically asks for it. I really hope that you take this feedback as constructive criticism. As I said, I have always been happy with you over the years, so this incident really surprised and annoyed me. Thank you for your understanding!

It can't be, I come into this shop, order that shitty kebab for 12 euros, the bread wasn't in the toaster for 20 seconds and the kebab was cold... I came to you for 25 years... I'll never do that to myself again...

Still one of the best Turkish quick service restaurants! It impresses with traditional cuisine at the highest level. Thanks to the high throughput, everything is always extremely fresh, which you can taste in every bite. The quality of the food – whether taken away or served directly on site – is outstanding. The friendly service is particularly noteworthy. Despite the crowds, the service is quick and courteous. Absolutely recommended! The level has remained consistently high for years - and continues to rise, just like the constant growth of the house. Highly recommended!

The doner kebabs with bread are very good, but the doner tella is not good at all. It was 65% rice and 35% meat, it didn't taste good at all. There was more meat in the doner bread, and 14 Euros is too much.

The kebab always tasted very good, but now the staff is very unfriendly and not clean. They simply took down the Lachman that was on the floor and picked it up and put meat in it and then put the Lachman on the counter and where they couldn't find the customer anymore. That was me, they simply took out the meat and lettuce and simply put it back in the package even though it was on the bottom and lettuce. It's just terrible, I wouldn't recommend it. 🤮🤮🤮

It was just terrible. I went into the store and ordered a lahmacun. I've already waited 30 minutes for the Lachman. The L. Laugh John fell on the floor, picked it up and put the salad and meat in it, where the staff no longer saw me. They simply took the meat down, took the salad down and put them back in the package. It's just disgustingly not clean and you should send the health department there

My cinema kebab shop... It was a spontaneous decision to either have a kebab or a burger. Been there again after a long long time... With my brother-in-law... Nothing has changed, tasteful, great, only my brother-in-law took his shoes off when he bit into a delicious kebab for the first time... His words were really good, but Bugaz, so we'll be back... It was a bit cold inside, as someone else mentioned. The food was fine, decent portions and nicely prepared. 🤤 The prices are acceptable 💶💶 Takeaway is available, delivery is not guaranteed. We went in and it was already crowded and orders are taken very late. I wanted to order something to take home after paying, but they did the opposite of what I wanted. You say something and they add whatever they want. Orders are placed without anyone listening to you, there are a lot of employees behind the counter, it's very stuffy inside and I don't find this audience to be clean.

Prices have risen sharply over the years, customers were already there when the car was still in the parking lot. Service has been very poor lately. Sometimes you don't even get served, and you've left twice without ordering.

Bugaz is THE kebab shop in Dinslaken. A must. Great shop where you can sit comfortably. Cozy, free tea. Delicious kebab. The only thing I have to complain about is that the kebab is a different size every time. Otherwise great. Cash and card payment possible.

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for many years, but recently the quality of the food has seriously declined. The unfriendly service and the poor quality of the food are particularly disappointing. In addition, prices have risen in recent years for this even worse quality. We will never return here again. This restaurant is absolutely not what it once was.

I had been a customer for over 20 years, unfortunately the quality, but especially the service, is declining rapidly. The last time I ate there (I drove over 40 km because I no longer live on the Lower Rhine) I ordered a Bugaz plate for just under €25, which is now far too expensive for the portion and quality. While eating I noticed something very unpleasant in my mouth or throat and pulled out a 50cm long hair. It was so disgusting that I stopped eating the plate. I complained to the waitress, who said she couldn't do anything. Then no one came. After 25 minutes, another waitress spoke to me and the long-standing waiter there called her. He came to our table extremely annoyed and arrogant, crossed out the cheapest thing we had ordered and I still had to pay for the Bugaz plate, without an apology or anything else... which was a shame.

Food was okay, the meat was a bit too fluffy and not enough tzatziki for me. We ate on site, it was very loud, it was hardly possible to have a quiet conversation and the service was very quick but also "stroppy" - we could also observe that at the next table.

Also über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten...wenn die Hähnchen relativ frisch sind schmecken sie ganz gut..nur ist das so ne Glückssache. Der Boden ist nicht sauber...Also man kann hier vom Boden essen, weil Essen auf dem Boden liegt.😁 Mitarbeiter sind aber freundlich und bemüht.

Bugaz is a classic among snack bars. We love being here and especially come for the chicken. The employees are always polite and nice and try to help wherever possible despite the big effort.

Very, very tasty food, very nice service, especially Jan is really, very nice. I can recommend everyone to eat here. We always order a lentil soup with every meal, it is extremely tasty and is a very good starter.

To say upfront: It still tastes great there and the employees are friendly. But: 16 euros for an Iskender plate with 500 grams of yogurt on it, 100 grams of meat and 10 pieces of bread is a rip-off. My colleague's kebab plate also consisted of 80% salad. And why is there still no card payment in such a crowded, huge store that is always packed? I generally have the feeling when I look at the pictures here on Google that I don't give the desired picture of the guests and that is reflected in the amount of food. Too bad. But food tastes good, even if I had to drive to Mecces afterwards because yoghurt doesn't fill me up.

Mega crowded on an early Saturday evening, a bit of chaos when taking the order, a bit disorganized, in my opinion... I had a Turkish pizza without meat and even the order wasn't carried out correctly. The lady at the checkout, EC card payment possible, was super friendly and helpful..

Very good kebab, half chicken & fries! There's always something going on here and it's sometimes a bit busy (but that definitely speaks for the quality of the food). So far I've only eaten on site a few times and mostly ordered takeaway - both work very well! Very friendly to children!
