Topkapi-Grill & Pizzeria in Herten

Really tasty there. They're regulars, but on some days there's almost no toppings on the kebab or Turkish pizza. The highlight so far was two pieces of salad and meat. On other days there are plenty of fillings and very tasty.

Topkapi – always a pleasure! I ordered from Topkapi again today and, as always, I was super satisfied! The portions are really generous and the quality impresses me every time. My kebab plate was simply great - the meat was perfectly seasoned and super tender. The kebab pizza with hollandaise was also an absolute pleasure! If you are looking for really good kebab in Herten, you should definitely order here. For me, Topkapi is definitely the best kebab shop in town. Clear recommendation!

The kebab is one of the best in the area. The cocktail sauce deserves special mention. Pizza is ok, but not nearly as tasty as the kebab.

Solid pizza, the dough could have been rolled out a bit thinner, but that's personal taste. The employees were very friendly and also accommodated my request to leave the pizza in the oven a little longer so that it would be crispier. Unfortunately, I didn't taste any of the garlic and chili I ordered. The shop was apparently clean and there were three tables with four seats each. Unfortunately I found it to be too cold in the seating area.

The food is really okay. Unfortunately, something goes wrong with almost every telephone order and the food ordered is incorrect. The prices are also pretty steep these days.

The food is often burnt, this has been reported several times. The highlight was: We ordered there (6 p.m.), for delivery… Delivery time was said to be 1 hour, after 1.5 hours we called them. Statement from the people on site, no, it's too late, we won't be coming anymore. No apology or anything like that… Not recommended!!

Sry, I've always enjoyed eating here but this was the second time I've had a kebab that basically just consisted of bread.

Unlike before, Topkapi has deteriorated a lot. The kebab pockets were extremely thin as there was hardly any meat or salad. Cucumbers were put in one at a time so that there were no more than 3 slices in there. The taste was ok, unfortunately nothing more.

I had a kebab plate and it was really very good. Salad was tasty and fresh. Fries were great too. Doner kebab meat thinly sliced ​​and plentiful. We were served quickly and the food was ready quickly. 4 stars for the ambience, it's not a restaurant where I would sit down to spend the evening but that doesn't detract from the food. I will definitely order food there a few more times. 👍

I had my food delivered and I can't understand the negative reviews. The food was at my house within 15 minutes, it was hot and fresh and despite today's food prices, the price-performance ratio was right. The delivery person was polite and courteous and responded to the request to call instead of ringing the bell. Will definitely order there again. A thumbs up from me 👍🏻

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es sieht alles sehr sauber aus. Döner schmeckt überragend und meiner Frau hat die Pizza auch sehr gefallen. Der Laden ist echt empfehlenswert!

Ne gute Dönerbude mit guter Qualität, fairen Preisen.....Leider kein Kalbsdöner, auch wenn der Puten-/ oder Hähnchendöner auch sehr lecker ist.

Wir haben einen Dönersalat mit EXTRA Weichkäse und Zwiebeln bestellt und nur eine Schale voll mit Dönerfleisch und Zwiebeln bekommen. Bei der Reklamation wurde es laut und über das Wort EXTRA und seine Bedeutung diskutiert! Wir hätten alles auswählen müssen, anstatt nur die EXTRA die wir zusätzlich zu einen normal Dönersalat haben wollten. Erst wollte wir es bei 1 Stern lassen, weil der Chef uns am Telefon hingehalten hat… nach dem wir dann aufgelegt hatte, weil es uns zu bunt geworden ist, dauerte es ca 20 Minuten bis es ein zweites Mal bei uns an der Tür klingelt und wir unseren versprochen und bestellten Salat erstattet bekommen haben. Der Salat schmeckt und alle sind glücklich. Trotzdem ist das Menü zum bestellen der EXTRAS sehr verwirrend. EXTRAS sind EXTRA zu dem Hauptgericht. Und nich die Inhaltsliste.

Wie immer. Super leckerer Döner 🤗 Wahrscheinlich weil es voll war, waren die Pommes 🍟 diesmal etwas labbrig, aber das ist sonst auch immer gut. Ist und bleiben unser Lieblings Dönerladen 👍

Der Döner wird immer teurer und immer schlechter. Kaum noch Fleisch, dafür von all dem anderen umso mehr.

Der Döner ist der Hammer und auch preiswert. Im Ernst: dieser Laden war schon oft meine Rettung!
