Ordered there for the first time and was unfortunately disappointed. I ordered a calzone with garlic sausage and unfortunately the calzone arrived without garlic sausage. When talking on the phone and drawing attention to it, they were very rude on the phone.

We thought it would be like any other stall, but it wasn't, the seating and tables were fine, the food was great.

Among other things, we ordered kebab meat twice with a side salad... where the salad consisted of a few cucumber cubes, tomato pieces and roughly chopped onion. After paying, we calculated that this extremely small portion cost €11 each (unfortunately we only calculated it at home). Conclusion: rip-off!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas and both of us didn't eat anything before or after and now both have extreme stomach cramps and have already vomited and that can't be right

The ambience is great, good location. But the food was more than bad. It doesn't taste good and the people there are rude. I ordered there once and ate there once. Both bad.

We ordered there, the price for the meal was €13.50 (2 euros extra for travel). After the order was accepted without any problems, the delivery person arrived shortly afterwards. However, we had to pay €17. When we asked why €17 and not €15.50, we were told: Minimum order value €15 plus €2 delivery fee. The minimum order value should have been pointed out when ordering over the phone. This is fraud. Ergo: if you order a fries and have them delivered, the fries cost €17. You lost customers again! I hope that you also declare your “additional income” to the tax office.

Had ordered food and waited for 2 hours, unfortunately then I called several times and received an answer that they would be there in 20 minutes, which took another 40 minutes. Unfortunately not recommended. And no compensation because of excessive waiting.

We ordered by phone, the employees didn't understand you, seemed unfriendly and annoyed, asked for the order again via WhatsApp, but in the end something was still missing. We called back to report this, were told we had made a mistake with the order and the driver would not come again. The food there was good, but the service left a lot to be desired!

Than Café Korte years ago The pizzas and kebab products were really good. Unfortunately, there were frequent name changes, which meant that the quality and taste continued to deteriorate each time.

It's the last time I got food there from Tom and Jerry. Incompetent staff. Also dressed like the last fair. A young lady at the checkout was walking around in jogging pants and fingernails as long as a runway (artificial nails). And only 3 out of 5 people were wearing work clothes with the Tom and Jerry logo. Anyway, 5 people are running into each other, one of them doesn't know about the other, and one of the people who made the checkout absolutely couldn't handle the checkout at all. In the end, there were three people operating the cash register at the same time and then walking around somewhere else. I waited for the first hour with a colleague for 3 pizzas and a kebab plate. There were 3 customers in the store who had also been waiting for several minutes and rolling their eyes. Anyway, what was ordered was 1x salami pizza and 2x Hawaii. After 35 minutes I was told that Hawaiian pizza was not possible because there was no ham left. That's great. After another 20 minutes the food still wasn't ready. When it was greasy, I was allowed to pay more than what was on the current menu. So, you were ripped off at the same time. Great restaurant something like that. The next thing was, food cold. And it didn't taste good. Was handed over lukewarm. It's a shame that there aren't even more qualities there. What annoyed me the most was that all the employees worked in complete disarray. Orders were even handed out incorrectly regarding the side dishes. My kebab plate was prepared incorrectly. I was very pleased. Unfortunately Tom and Jerry was the only shop open. Soon I'll rather switch to a diet than order food from Butze again. It's funny how often it's been renamed. Well, enjoy it! I've literally lost my appetite. (This is honest feedback. I have no intention of intentionally badmouthing anyone.) but unfortunately the truth has to come out. My review, Staff 0 stars Working methods of staff cannot be assessed! That's how bad it was! Food 0 stars Waiting time 0 stars Ambiance 2 stars (The fish in the aquarium were the most interesting for me) Price performance 0 stars because you are still being ripped off here. I actually always leave a restaurant in a good mood and happy, but I literally lost my temper there...

The kebab box should rather be called Dönerböxschen, the burgers are an absolute failure from top to bottom. Overall, definitely not worth a visit.

Ordered food via Lieferando. The food came relatively on time, but what was supposed to be called food was rather bad for margins. The so-called XXL burger turned out to be cheap meat. The meat, if you should call it that, was cheap pressed meat and tough as rubber. The burger buns were completely burnt. The fries were drowned in the old fat and were inedible and ended up in the trash. The kebab was supposed to be spicy and was the opposite...but it was edible. ALL IN ALL, never again Tom and Jerry...no wonder the restaurant has already changed its name X times...That's no way to win new customers.

I had a very tasty salad one day, I was really excited about it, I've never eaten it anywhere else.

Unfortunately you have to give it one star, which this kit absolutely doesn't deserve. I came in with a friend and we wanted to eat something when I ordered and wanted extras, I was told that wasn't possible then I said what the problem was, that was just a small extra that would be possible without any problems then I was told by the unfriendly employee that there are none Extra requests and if I don't like it I should run away. Well, ok, we can spend our money somewhere else but going there isn't worth anything. Service is lousy, customer friendliness is lousy, they don't depend on customers. Conclusion, we cannot recommend it any further.

Always very satisfied, ordered at least 7-8 times a month via Lieferando. Delivery canceled today without explanation and after about half an hour. Sorry, that's no service for me. Then find another provider.

Sehr nett und freundlich. Für mich der bester Döner weit und breit.

Sowas habe ich leider auch noch nicht erlebt... Bestellt bei Lieferando um ca 13 Uhr für 16:30. Fahrstrecke ein Weg sind 8,5 Kilometer, um 15:30 dann der Anruf man könne nicht liefern da der Mindestbestellwert bei so einer weiten Strecke 35€ beträgt. Auf die Frage, warum bei Lieferando dann 18€ als Mindestbestellwert steht plus 3€ Lieferung kam die Antwort das man das nicht wüsste. Bei dem Gespräch generell hatte ich das Gefühl das Gespräch mit mir selber zu führen, da der Mitarbeiter nicht mit der.sprache rausrückte die Bestellung vom Restaurantseite aus zu stornieren. Unfassbar unfreundlich am Telefon und schlechter Service dazu. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen aber muss ja jeder selber wissen 🤷‍♂️

Das Essen ist garnicht angehekommen um 20 bestellt fast 2 Stunden gewartet bis dann die Email kamm ihr es wurde storniert 😡😡

Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir wurden schnell und freundlich bedient. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder😉

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und das Personal war freundlich. Trotz zahlreicher Zahlungsmöglichkeiten laut Website, akzeptiert man nur Bargeld und der Geldautomat vor dem Laden war defekt. Ein No-Go in der heutigen Zeit und völlig inakzeptabel.

Lieferung nach maximal 30 min vor der Tür. Über den Geschmack lässt sich sicherlich streiten, aber bisher habe ich nur frische und leckere Gerichte bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Ich kann Tom and Jerry Erwitte nur weiterempfehlen. Daumen Hoch!

Ich dachte hier gäbe es vielleicht einen schönen saftigen Burger. Leider voll die falsche Adresse. Ich hatte medium bestellt.Das TK pettie war als würde man auf Gummi beißen. Habe ehrlich und sachlich meine Kritik geäussert. Trotzdem gab es kein Einsehen und man sagte mir dass der Burger gut sei. Ich sagte dem Mann er solle bitte probieren. Aber seine eigene Medizin mochte er dann auch nicht probieren. Man forderte das ganze Geld ohne ein Anzeichen des Bedauerns.....Katastrophe!!!! Frage mich wo die Bewertungen her kommen. Kann nur von der eigenen Familie stammen.
