To Tavernaki in Taufkirchen (Vils)

Ich war dort mit einem Arbeitskollegen zum Mittagessen und muss sagen das die Pide mit Knoblauch und das Gyros mit Pommes beide richtig gut geschmeckt haben. Besonders haben mich die Pommes überrascht das Waren wahrscheinlich die besten Pommes die Ich jemals gegessen habe. Probiert die Pommes aufjedenfall🙏🏻

Ich war begeistert, wir waren heute dort essen ,super freundlich ! Grosse und kleine Portionen, sehr schön angerichtet und geschmacklich top! Können wir nur empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder !

Das Personal war super und die Wartezeit war perfekt angepasst. Super leckere Vorspeisen und das Hauptgericht ein Highlight Eine Nachspeise die man nur selten sieht aber super besonders ist Danke an die netten Jungs. Da muss man hin auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Ich war letztens erst am 28.03.2026 bei Meraki und hab mir das Gericht Linguini mit Garnelen ausgesucht (ich war so hungrig das ich leider kein Bild gemacht habe), da ich normal keine Garnelen esse wurde ich sehr überrascht es war sehr gut Zubereitet und es war eine Geschmacksexplosion nicht nur für mein Mund sondern auch für mein Auge. An das Meraki Team ihr werdet mich jedenfalls wieder sehen!!

Konstant hohe Qualität, exzellenter Service und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ich komme regelmäßig und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Für mich eine klare Top-Adresse.

Ein Gewinn für die Umgebung! Der Sevice war sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist top. Hunde sind willkommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Besuch in diesem griechischen Restaurant! Die Fleischplatte war hervorragend – perfekt gewürzt, auf den Punkt gegrillt und von bester Qualität. Besonders das Geflügel war unglaublich zart und saftig. Auch die Kalamari waren ein Traum: außen knusprig, innen butterweich – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Man schmeckt sofort, dass hier mit frischen Zutaten und viel Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Jede einzelne Komponente auf dem Teller war geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Der Service war ebenso beeindruckend: schnell, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das gesamte Ambiente war Picobello sauber und sehr gepflegt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Parksituation: Direkt gegenüber vom Restaurant befindet sich ein stillgelegtes Einkaufszentrum mit zahlreichen freien Parkplätzen, die gebührenfrei genutzt werden können. Bequemer geht es wirklich nicht. Ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis – wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

heute dort essen geholt es war zwar geschmacklich wirklich gut aber leider war die qualität vom gyros und spieß nicht wirklich gut es war sehr fettig und beim spieß zudem auch zäh

Mittagsmenü… gummiartige, tiefgefrorene Calamari-Ringe, Dönerfleisch-Ein Witz!😂Habt ihr in eurem Leben noch nie ein echtes Gyros gegessen?! 😅 Hoffentlich reist ihr irgendwann mit dem extra Geld nach Griechenland und esst dort einen richtiges Gyros! 🫡 Das war das erste und letzte Mal hier. Essen ist sehr gut Preis Leistung ist gut

Die Einrichtung erinnert an eine Kantine. Wir haben Gyros und Kalamari gegessen. Das Fleisch war nur lauwarm, in sehr große Stücke geschnitten und teilweise recht sehnig. Die Kalamari waren von seltsamer Konsistenz. Die Pommes waren gut, allerdings wie das restliche Essen praktisch ungewürzt. Was uns geärgert hat- im Internet steht, dass Hunde erlaubt sind. An der Tür steht, für Hunde verboten.

Komme eben vom Meraki in Taufkirchen zurück. Wir waren zu Viert und ich hatten deswegen einen Tisch für uns reserviert. Die Bewirtung war sehr freundlich und die Getränke kamen rasch. Auf einen Sonderwunsch wegen meiner Bestellung wurde problemlos eingegangen und ich habe die Bestellung wie gewünscht erhalten. Das Essen war reichlich und schmackhaft, so dass wir alle Vier positiv eingestimmt waren. Der Salat war frisch und gut angemacht. Das Fleisch war gut gewürzt, die Pommes als Beilage waren kross und schmeckten gut. Die Kalamari sollen auch prima geschmeckt haben, wie mir meine Tischgesellschaft bestätigt hat. Ich selbst habe sie nicht gegessen, was ich aber noch nachholen werde. Das Ambiente des Lokals ist mit den neuen Pächtern ordentlich neu gemacht und modernernisiert und verschönert worden. Der Kneipenlook von früher wurde somit komplett abgestreift. Die Preise sind dem Leistungsverhältnis angemessen und absolut vertretbar. Alles in allem war der Besuch im Meraki für uns ein voller Erfolg und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Yesterday was my first time at Meraki. Recently, there was a change of ownership. I have to say, the new team is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was served quickly and we enjoyed it very much. To finish off, there was a delicious, free dessert. The menu is sure to have something for everyone. There are also burgers and pasta options. Lunch with inexpensive dishes is also available. Cozy interior, with the option of outdoor seating. A bit noisy, though, as it's right on the street, but that didn't bother us. Totally acceptable value for money. Thumbs up from me, keep it up. 👍🏻 We'd be happy to come back (June 2025)

We were there for lunch earlier: Calamari gyros from the reasonably priced lunch menu: Despite that (which isn't always the case with lunch menus), a nice portion, fresh fries, good calamari, and not just "almost no calamari, but lots of breading," fresh salad, everything up to this point was excellent. And now comes the kicker: The gyros was a dream! This is how you make gyros! As a non-Greek, it's not really my place to pass judgment, but with decades of experience traveling throughout Greece and dozens of tavern visits, I'll allow myself to simply say: THIS is gyros as it should be, and not just meat from a rotisserie. The new hosts are also really nice, even the kitchen smiles at you – Dear Meraki people, we didn't know you at all, but you managed to gain new fans after our first lunch visit. We'll be back!

A positive addition to the restaurant scene in Taufkirchen. A good selection of dishes. The food was really hot and tasted good. The baked zucchini would have been even better with herb salt or spices. Ice cream and baklava are available for free dessert. A very friendly, young team. A cozy outdoor atmosphere. Nice boss and delicious food. We enjoyed spending our wedding anniversary there. Addendum 2025, We went to the Greek restaurant again, and there's been a change of ownership in the meantime. First of all, the owners are very nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the food was a disappointment this time. It felt like we weren't eating anything fresh, but rather frozen food that was also super greasy. The schnitzel for €14 had such a hard crust that our child dropped the fork. The squid rings had the consistency of rubber, and unfortunately, my food was almost cold. We actually only went there because of the voucher book (2 for 1), which was also rejected due to the change of ownership. So, the three of us paid €65 for what felt like just-thawed food. As I said, the owners make a great impression, but unfortunately, the quality wasn't up to scratch this time.

We ended up here because of the voucher book 2:1. The food was solid, the portions were large - almost unbearable. The boss was friendly. The furnishings were quite simple, but you don't eat them either. If we were in the area again we would definitely stop by, but probably wouldn't go there specifically.

I'm absolutely thrilled, it's my birthday today and since I was here last time in 2014 because I was in the clinic here - I already loved the food here back then - my parents decided to make a reservation here again. The food was delicious and plentiful, the liver was tender as butter, I've never had such good liver, the price was also perfect and the boss was super friendly. I'm absolutely thrilled and... The food is outstanding! You have to be able to tolerate the humor of the waiter/owner. I found him entertaining. The inside of the restaurant looks like it did in the 89's, that's not the deciding factor for me! I go there for the food and not for the decor!

So if I could give 0 stars to everything I would. Let's get started Coming in would be led to the place by the boss then it would take at least 20 minutes until the drinks order was taken, then another 10 minutes wait until the food order was taken and then 1 hour wait for the food to be served, it was a no go food cold and that Fries not cooked through, there wasn't much going on when there were 10 people, no waiter there, the boss serving and the kitchen totally overwhelmed. The toilets are dirty and the boss keeps telling you how great he sings, sorry the sample makes you want to vomit. I can't recommend this locally.

Food-wise there is a lot of room for improvement, the salad was bitter, not like an ice cream salad should taste...the calamari had been frozen for too long, there was no flavor to it, it tasted very bland...the crowning glory was the many meat flies on our plates We were struggling...there was a lot of room for improvement...

There is always little going on in the restaurant. The food is quite tasty, the host is super nice and the desserts taste great. The ambience is getting old, but somehow like a simple restaurant in Greece. Because the restaurants usually have nothing to do with the Greek-style restaurants here. What you won't find on the map are the village plates or Dionysus-Poseidon plates. Without any of the bells and whistles, it says what there is to eat. That's great.

Negative: Gyros didn't taste/look like a gyro. For me it didn't taste good at all, it wasn't a gyro!!!!! Positive: The side dishes tasted good, as did the salad. The ambience was also good, the price was also good. Finally there was an ouzo. I can not say more.

Meine Frau und ich wollten ein neues Griechisches Restaurant ausprobieren und sind über Tripadvisor auf das To Tavernaki in Taufkirchen/Vils aufmerksam geworden. Ein kurzer Anruf um zu checken ob wir einen freien Tisch bekommen und los ging es. Direkt vor dem Restaurant sind einige Parkplätze. Im Restaurant wurden wir herzlich vom Wirt begrüßt und durften uns einen freien Tisch aussuchen, Ruck zuck waren die Karten auf dem Tisch und wir wurden nach unseren Getränkewünschen gefragt, nachdem wir die Karte studiert haben, fiel die Auswahl auf einen Grillteller Pella (15,90€) und einen Gyros/Bifteki-Teller (15,20€) entschieden, jeweils dazu gab es einen Beilagensalat (genial frisch!). Das Essen war einfach super lecker, der Wirt ist ein extrem netter Bayrischer Grieche und der Beilagensalat endlich wieder ein absolutes Highlight. Resümee: Das To Tavernaki hat uns seit unserem ersten Besuch Mitte Mai bereits 3x begrüßt und wird uns noch viel öfter sehen! Wenn Sie im Raum Erding/Taufkirchen lecker Griechisch essen wollen, besuchen sie das To Tavernaki in Taufkirchen.

We ended up here out of necessity because no café in Taufkirchen was open on Boxing Day and were very, very positively surprised. The host was really nice and the snack we ate was great! The restaurant looks very cozy from the inside. Everything was very well maintained, including the toilet. We'll definitely come back!!! Thanks again!!!

Na ja. Wir haben als 2. Tisch bestellt und 45 min auf den Salat gewartet. Salat gut, Pommes deutlich unterdurchschnittlich, Gyros OK. Ein Tisch ist gekommen und wieder gegangen weil die Bedienung nicht aufgetaucht ist.

Wir waren letztens zu zweit hier Essen. Das Lokal erinnert sehr an eine Kneipe. Wir mussten ca. 50 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Geschmacklich war das eher nicht so der Hit. Das Personal ist an sich nett, allerdings merkt man auch hier sehr die Kneipenmentalität.

In der Tavernaki kann man gemütlich sitzen, wird vom freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Wirt bedient. Das Essen sieht immer lecker aus und schmeckt auch so, die Portionen großzügig und schön serviert...und dabei preislich günstig. Es herrschte immer eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre, leise griechische Musik läuft im Hintergrund... Ich war bereits mehrmals dort und immer gab es auch noch ein kleines Extra auf Kosten des Hauses... Man fühlt sich ein klein wenig wie im Urlaub in Griechenland. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.
