Very disappointing that the restaurant accepted a lunch reservation, however, it turned out they were closed and they didn’t contacted me to cancel. I only found this out as I rang them to say I was in a taxi on my way and was told ‘there must’ve been a problem with our system’.

Absolutely exceptional dining experience. The food was of outstanding quality, with deep and refined flavors that truly stood out. Every dish felt thoughtfully composed and full of character. Prices were fair and completely justified by the quality. The selection of aperitifs was small but carefully curated — elegant and fitting. Overall, a fantastic evening. I think this restaurant is completely overrated. We waited forever for our food, even though there were hardly any customers. The meat was too dry and boring. The ideas sound good, but they're not exactly a highlight. Too expensive for what's on offer!

Very disappointing. The service really leaves something to be desired: the wait was slow, the wine was served without even seeing the bottle or being able to taste it, and as soon as the plate was finished (or not even yet), the waitress was already there to take it away. We were forced to order two starters and one main course per person, without any prior notice. We couldn't pay by credit card; we had to go and withdraw cash down the street without the waitress giving us change, on the pretext that tips weren't included in the bill. The food was generally good, but too salty, and it absolutely didn't justify the prices. In short, a frustrating experience from start to finish. Avoid.

A truly fantastic shop! The appetizers are always really creative and full of seasonal ingredients – they taste incredibly fresh. Everything else is top-notch too: a cool team, a relaxed atmosphere, and a stylish shop. It certainly won't be my last visit.

I celebrated my birthday with friends at TISK, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food was creative, modern, and truly delicious. Berlin cuisine with a twist. The drinks were also great. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and stylish. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Not a pleasant experience, The chef was really rude towards one of the waiters, which was a big vibe killer. The starters were really good but the mains were very blunt and uninspiring. The price doesn't reflect the experience.

The food was mediocre at best, and the prices did not reflect the blandness of the main dishes. I attempted to showcase Berlin's dining scene to a friend visiting, but my experience was disastrous, even at a Michelin-rated establishment. We arrived to find a lackluster ambiance, with only a few tables occupied on a Saturday evening. Although the wine we ordered was very good, it was carelessly dropped off without any presentation or service. We ordered three starters. After a lengthy wait, our first starter arrived, only for the waiter to inform us that another was unavailable. It was very surprising that we weren't informed earlier, after waiting for so long. Worse, our main course was served before the second starter, leading us to cancel it. This chaotic sequence ruined the meal's flow. Desserts appeared while mains were still on the table, again without explanation. The atmosphere was cold and disorganized, with a messy women's bathroom further detracting from the experience. The worst part came at the end. We shared our concerns with the waiter, preferring to voice our feedback directly instead of just writing an online review. The waiter was very nice and comprehensive, and said he would talk with the chef to know if we could get any sort of compensation like a last drink. But then, the chef approached us, literately YELLING at us, saying that this wasn't a "bazaar", on a very aggressive tone. His tirade ended with him literally throwing the card terminal at us. Paying over €100 per person for such treatment: I was so shocked. This restaurant has potential because the food it good for the price, but it desperately needs better service and a chef who respects his patrons to truly shine in the Neukölln food scene.

Curated menu and location. Unfortunately prices for the food, considering their size and quality are very pricey. Interesting wine selection but also hefty on cost.

First time I was TISK. I was impressed by the friendly service, high quality of starters, mains and pudding. the menu is kept small, yet with seasonal fresh ingredients). Nice wine selection. Lovely atmosphere.

Absolute insider tip, always great food, constantly changing creative dishes, great wines, great hosts and a cool crowd. Plus, there's always great music playing. Before you try another hype shop, come here instead of spending money on bad food. Here you get great quality and value for money too. I recommend ordering several things from the menu and sharing everything so that you can try everything once ;)

Great food and great service - the asparagus was fantastic!

Negative experience. My partner and I were invited by a couple of friends to the restaurant. The environment is nice, everything else is a nightmare. Poor and expensive food, unprofessional service. The starters were super expensive, and in the end they turned out to be hot air because they tasted of nothing (tatar and Cigoria with apple). The roast chicken felt like it was second-rate meat; very dry and tasted of nothing...70€ here too for hot air. We asked the waitress if the chicken was “Hähnchen corn” right at the start and she couldn't tell us what the quality was. The accompaniments with chicken are also thrown away without meaning: a salad plant in a bowl with little seasoning, and a bowl of rice which is also dry. The wine (2 bottles of Rioja Bianco) was served without a napkin in the bottle holder: I won't tell you the water every time we poured the wine... they don't have salt and pepper on the tables, if you ask for it they'll bring it to you in small bowls! The cherry in the cake: the burnt coffee at the end. 4 measly appetizers, a roast chicken with vegetables, some rice and a salad plant, 2 bottles of wine and 4 espressos: €312. Never again. Stay away from this place.

Dear friends, that was nothing... The only thing that was unique about the Restaurant Concept - the prices... Simply outrageous for my taste (sorry)... But seriously; a sawed beef bone with limited yield - 1 teaspoon of bone marrow for 18€... The roasting cock / chicken for 4 people for 70€ - to cut yourself - the meat dry, the rice too and garnished with actually unsightly vegetables. There was no pepper mill and even the napkin for the wine cooler - none... In the end the espresso was just bitter, at least it was taken off the bill... My advice - please take down the Michelin sign at the entrance, it is also from 2021... Otherwise... No more comment.. Too bad too bad, nice shop...

The place is nicely located in a quieter street. We got the bar seat reservations. Ordered Bone marrow with Bread for starters and Steak with Asparagus & Hollandaise sauce for mains. The bone marrow was not cooked property and was quite bloody below the top crispy layer with not much flavour to it. The bread somehow made it ok. For the Steak, again it was an Aged Steak without much flavour or umami to it, the hollandaise sauce saved it a bit for me. Asparagus was average too. Overall, the service was a bit slow. We arrived there at 7:30pm and ordered shortly but the food took so much time that we were only done by 9:30pm. The servers were quite pleasant and attending but the chefs/cooks kept fighting/shouting at each other which made the ambience bad for me. Overall, don’t expect anything too special, go with an open mind, you might end up liking something.

do not waste your time nor money... the only reason i'm writing a review is so that others can avoid having a disappointing evening here. i can not believe that this place is still on the michelin guide. service was unbelievably bad, we had to wait 40 minutes for our starters, including bread and butter... without any explanation or a simple apology. the food was almost as bad as the service with undercooked asparagus and bad sauce pairings...overall just not good at the end we decided to leave before ordering dessert since no one would care to look at our table even though the restaurant was half empty on a friday night. to top it all off, we were sent our way with an "okay, bye" by our server!

Food was acceptable. Nothing award winning and certainly not related to any of the images on the website or Instagram page, but fundamentally ok. I saw no evidence of the farm to table / locally sourced ingredients on the menu, which seemed to be a main theme on the website. The experience was disappointing. The atmosphere is just dark and unappealing. No cosy vibes here. Then there was the service. Having reserved a table we waited at the door for an uncomfortable 5 mins wondering if we should seat ourselves or be seated. Deciding in the end to just sit and see what happens . What happened was a decent wait of 10 mins before we were really even noticed. We ordered some starters to share and drinks. These arrived in acceptable time but after that it was impossible to gain the attention of the server. Mains were finally ordered and a second drink only for a single small beer to take 30 mins to arrive and the solitary shared main about 45 mins. The final scene of this drama led to me being summoned to the bar when asking for the bill. And by summoned I mean commanded as if a small child in school to the naughty corner. I fear I shall not return..

Overall we had a nice evening. The reception, service and ambience were very welcoming. Our drinks – non-alcoholic cocktails and wine – were served quickly and came on recommendation. However, we found the price for a bottle of filtered, chilled tap water to be quite high at EUR 6. Unfortunately, the kitchen didn't entirely convince us. The menu seemed international, but for us as laypeople there was no clear common thread. Although the various flavors and spices were suitable on their own, they seemed a bit thrown together in the combination of starter and main course. The dishes were excellently prepared, but there was no special wow effect - we expected more, especially considering the prices. Overall, it was a nice evening for two, but considering the total bill and the cuisine, the price-performance ratio wasn't quite right for us. A long way from the 2021 Michelin award.

We were there for our anniversary. The service was a bit awkward, although friendly. The wrong food was brought twice. We had to wait over an hour for one of two starters. The second starter came 20 minutes later. That was a real shame. There wasn't that much going on. However, the starters tasted excellent! The puff pastry corners filled with potatoes were particularly great. The main course, a whole chicken with oriental rice and coleslaw, was fine. Unfortunately there were some pieces of cork in the wine.

If you take the claim from the website and compare it with reality, you will notice various deviations. In short, much more of a noisy pub than an aromatic journey of discovery. Starter (broccoli/cauliflower): very good Main course chicken: so-so (50 euros and very naked) Service: attentive with good wine recommendations (0.1 l 7.50 euros) Ambience: extremely loud, unpleasant In short: For hip young people who want to afford it and like to draw attention to themselves.

Unfortunately I can only give one star, even though the food was very good. We reserved a table on a Saturday evening two weeks ago and had a very nice evening at Tisk. However, we realized afterwards that we were still charged the €40 no-show fee per person. So far so good, mistakes happen. On December 22nd I wrote an email asking for a refund as quickly as possible. I was assured on December 23rd that this would be done immediately. Nothing has happened to date and only when I asked again did I get the answer that the amount had been transferred back today. In my opinion, this is completely unprofessional behavior.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und an unseren vorreservierten Tisch (Empfehlung!) geführt. Das Konzept beruht auf einer Speisekarte mit einer handvoll Gerichten. Diese gibt es in "Sharing-Portionen" die man sich mit seiner Begleitung teilen kann, aber nicht muss. Unsere Essen waren frisch und super abgeschmeckt. Die Küche spielt mit den Aromen und Zutaten, so dass man diese nicht an einer Nationalität festmachen kann. Die Preise sind gehoben. Es gibt eine Wasserflatrate für 10 Euro, was ich für Leitungswasser etwas zu teuer empfinde. Auch die anderen Getränke waren sehr teuer. Der Cocktail wird hier Longdrink genannt und in einem anderen Glas serviert, allerdings mit 5 riesigen Eiswürfeln. Der Einrichtungsstil ist modern und das Personal ist aufmerksam. Die Musik war leider sehr anstrengend und laut, und je mehr sich das Restaurant füllte, desto lauter wurde sie gedreht. Man kann nur mit Karte zahlen.

We were warmly greeted and shown to our pre-reserved table (recommendation!). The concept is based on a menu with a handful of dishes. These are available in “sharing portions” that you can share with your companion, but you don’t have to. Our food was fresh and tasted great. The cuisine plays with flavors and ingredients so that you cannot pin it down to a nationality. The prices are high. There is a water flat rate for 10 euros, which I find a bit too expensive for tap water. The other drinks were also very expensive. The cocktail is called a long drink here and is served in a different glass, but with 5 huge ice cubes. The furnishing style is modern and the staff is attentive. Unfortunately, the music was very strenuous and loud, and the more the restaurant filled up, the louder it was turned up. You can only pay by card.

Delicious food and nice staff. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the goings-on in the open kitchen, which was interesting and exciting. All dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The highlight was the bratwurst and cheesecake.

The €10 charge for "unlimited water" seemed steep, especially as it might have been tap water, and the cocktail selection was a bit underwhelming. Despite these points, we had a great time and meaningful conversation. A nice spot to try once!

One downside was the bread with butter—while the bread and butter themselves were of high quality, the large salt crystals in the butter overpowered the more delicate flavors. The staff were very polite and professional, and the pricing felt fair for the high standard of food and service provided. It would be great to see an English menu added for broader accessibility.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend am Chef's Table mit Blick in die offene Küche. Die Karte ist überschaubar, bietet daher ausschließlich ausgesuchte, frisch zubereitete Gänge. Das Sharing-Konzept wurde perfekt umgesetzt und die "Happen" sind dementsprechend gut zum Teilen geeignet. Spannende Kombinationen von Aromen und Zutaten machen das Essen zu einem Erlebnis. Dazu bietet die Weinkarte ebenfalls wenige, aber sehr ausgesuchte Positionen. Sowohl Essen als auch Weinkarte bieten ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

If you’ve been to TISK in the past, I wouldn’t recommend going back. The chef has changed, and the menu is now borderline embarrassing. They’re serving dishes like falafel and street food items that have nothing to do with what this restaurant used to represent. For example, they brought us chicken—just a plain, basic roasted chicken—with French fries. Honestly, even the fries feel completely out of place and entirely inappropriate for a menu of this kind. They also served fried cauliflower with what they called a “KFC sauce,” which was essentially just ketchup—something you’d expect from a fast-food joint. I was truly disappointed with the food at this restaurant. It’s nothing like it used to be, and I can’t recommend it anymore.

Very casual, elegant bistro restaurant with a counter for the chef's table experience or optional dining at the table. The service is very friendly and relaxed, the food - we had herring and pike perch - was very tasteful and creative. However, the portions are very manageable. The wine list contains a good local and Western European selection.

Super nice service and a very chic restaurant with a cool atmosphere. However, we didn't find the food particularly special at all. We were missing a bit of pizzazz. The drinks were delicious.

This was my third time at Tisk. The food is tasty but the price/performance ratio is not quite balanced. Popcorn falafel need more salt/seasoning, mustard egg is very tasty. I adore bread, the one on offer didn't convince me, it used to be better. The service can be improved - more attentive, personal and advisory would be nice.

TISK Speisekneipe offered decent food with a variety of sharing dishes. We especially liked the sausage dish. However, the overall experience was just okay. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness—one of our wine glasses wasn’t clean and even had a small spider and its web on it. This took away from the otherwise pleasant vibe. There's definitely room for improvement.

Unfortunately the food doesn't live up to the price. It tasted bland and unfortunately just looked nice.

Tisk was a huge disappointment. The service was below mediocrity. We waited over 30min for anyone to come take our order or see if we need something, and then almost one hour for the food to arrive. And it was nothing that needed much time to be prepared. Really basic cold dishes... nothing that remotely deserves a michelin recommandation...(and we took all and only the dishes the manager recommanded). Also bad wine recommandation with answers like "classic french rosé", whatever that's suppose to mean... So to summerize a mediocre experience. Another hyped gentrifying place in Neukölln that's way below the expectations of a good restaurant/bar.

Unfortunately this has been the worst experience of any restaurant I've visited on behalf of a recommendation from the Michelin guide. The food itself was pretty good but the service was abysmal. We waited around and hour between the starters and the main. In between we also ordered drinks that were forgotten. Overall the service felt like a total mess and it did not feel like the employees even realized how poorly everything is going. Suggestion for the future. Be transparent and honest, if things take slow say it out loud to the customers and comfort them instead of leaving them wondering about what is going on.

We had dinner here for our anniversary. The service was fabulous, friendly, helpful and prompt. We had the bread and koji butter and the mushroom starter and both were fabulous and tasty. We shared the chicken for a main which was way too much for 2 people, we got less than halfway through it. It was very tender and tasty, and the roasted carrots were beautiful. The menu was rather restrictive with only three mains to chose from (and one required sharing between 2-4 people), and only 2 desserts, one of which wasn’t available.

Cenamos aquí por nuestro aniversario. El servicio fue fabuloso, amable, servicial y rápido. Teníamos el pan y la mantequilla koji y el entrante de setas y ambos eran fabulosos y sabrosos. Compartimos el pollo para un principal que era demasiado para 2 personas, nos dieron menos de la mitad a través de él. Estaba muy tierno y sabroso, y las zanahorias asadas eran hermosas. El menú era bastante restrictivo con solo tres platos principales para elegir (y uno requería compartir entre 2 - 4 personas) , y solo 2 postres, uno de los cuales no estaba disponible.

There is more! Cool location, minimalist menu at slightly higher prices. Egg in mustard sauce, popcorn falafel and asparagus with hollondaise sauce - unfortunately our expectations were disappointed. The classic egg in mustard sauce was served unspectacularly, as we know it from before. Also the asparagus. We were expecting more of an interpretation of the classics. Unfortunately, the popcorn falafel came to our table without its namesake. The staff pointed this out several times and we were offered popcorn after our meal. We found that unprofessional for the class of the restaurant. After all, it belongs to falafgel. A pity. You can really do more!

La comida era mediocre y bastante cara. Arruinó mi cita con mi novio. Teníamos la ensalada con champiñones... ¡Ni siquiera recuerdo exactamente que fuera tan aburrida! 13 € y simplemente mierda. Podría haberlo hecho mejor yo mismo, básicamente eran solo ajo y hongos. La camarera me lo sugirió y cuando le dije que no estaba impresionada con el precio o el plato, ¡ella simplemente explicó que los hongos en sí son caros! 😂 Realmente no podía saborear la diferencia con estos hongos caros porque estaban asfixiados en ajo, además de que se equivocó al ordenarlo, así que obtuvimos un plato gratis, y me dijeron que simplemente lo superara. Estaba tan emocionada porque había escuchado cosas buenas sobre el chef - ¿Cómo estaba este tipo en la mesa de chefs (programa de Netflix) que nunca sabré.

An inconspicuous restaurant in Neukölln in a quiet location. The food was very delicate and tasty, the wines were perfect. The atmosphere at the European Championship game was great, friendly, comradely, and the service was friendly. Great facilities and, above all, clean toilets, no scribbles or stickies on the walls. We were a large group and would go there again and more often and were very satisfied.

A real enrichment for the neighborhood. The creative menu offers fresh, tasty and well-designed dishes to suit every taste. The drinks menu is also impressive with great highballs, selected wines and a good selection of craft beers. The service is friendly and attentive. I've been to Tisk several times now and every time it's an absolute experience! The atmosphere is so pleasant and warm, the service is incredibly nice and accommodating and I can only rave about the food! Every dish is absolute madness. Can absolutely recommend it!!! I'm already looking forward to the next time at Tisk!

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Apart of the mediocre food which is pricey ( €50 for dry chicken in the grill ) we decided to try the deserts. It took 20 min to arrive and we decided to cancel. The best part was when the owner approached us and started yelling- you ordered this!! You need to pay!! I was shocked.. instead of apologising he literally told us that “ this is his house !” And this is his rules. First time I experienced anything like this.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant . Food was plain and expensive. Chicken and bread were completely dry. It took 20 min for desert to arrive, and when we asked to cancel the owner came to us and started yelling!! Needless to say We were completely shocked. “ you ordered this!! This is my house!! And my rules”… I think something was wrong with him cause it was so out of context that I simply can’t explain his behaviour.

We loved this place! Situated in a Nice neighbourhood in Neukölln the restaurant was everything we hoped for. The staff was very Friendly and accomodating to our requests. We got to try delicious orange wine that was not on the menu and the waitress told us that they usually test out different wines before they put them on the menu so don’t be afraid to Ask if you want to try something special. We wanted to taste alot of different dishes so we ordered all the starters and only one maindish- the fish. Everything was fresh, tasty and high quality but the fish was truly the Star of the show. After reading other reviews i was expecting the restaurant to be buisy and the service not so great but that was not our experience. The waitresses Where very attentive. Food and service sensational, organic, local, Berliner and authentic

I was truly disappointed by my experience at TISK. The service left much to be desired; it took over two hours for our food to arrive, and even simple drink orders were delayed by 30 minutes. The inability to order classic cocktails and a 40-minute wait for a simple dessert were particularly frustrating. While the food was acceptable in taste, it did not justify the extensive wait times, especially when considering the hefty price tag of 50 euros for a mediocre oven-roasted chicken. The ambiance was somewhat redeemed by the DJ, who played nice tunes throughout the evening. However, the music volume often overshadowed our conversations, which was less than ideal. Entering TISK, I had anticipated a delightful meal and a vibrant atmosphere, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my visit.

This restaurant was recommended to us. We had a reservation for 2 at 8 p.m. We were there on time. We ordered appetizers and a Main course. The appetizers were served 40 minutes after we ordered, our main course came 1 hour and 40 minutes. That is just too long to wait for dinner. The waitress apologized and we got the wine glasses for free. The appetizers were good but the Main course was a dissapointment. We did not order any dessert. We just wanted to pay and leave. We will not come back. Sorry!

Nice ambience, friendly service, good value for money. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time (1 hour until the delicious bread with refined butter). The dishes left a mixed impression: popcorn falafel was wonderful, herb mushrooms were also very aromatic - but the portion was very small. The chicken was very plentiful for two and super juicy; However, the skin had a strong “oven smell”. The side dishes were sparse. The clouds wafting through the restaurant weren't that nice either.

Food was tasty but the service was appalling. Menus were not explained, 30 minutes to get our drinks, and mine came before my husbands. Second drink never made it to the bill so we went without. Skipped dessert, didn't see the point waiting. Service staff seemed to have no set roles and were possibly understaffed.

Don't usually leave negative reviews but since the reality of Tisk is very different to our expectations and our experience was so poor, we felt we should share. Instead of the advertised tasting menu there was a small menu of interesting dishes. We ordered a couple of small plates and the chicken to share. Everything we ate was enjoyable but would have been elevated by a better atmosphere and service. The Chicken itself was tasty but came with a couple of carrots and a hilariously small portion of mashed potato. We waited 20 minutes to order drinks and it was almost 90 before our main course came, despite being one of the first evening covers. The wait was compounded by a complete lack of communication about the situation and a failure to serve drinks we had ordered. In all a big disappointment.

The food was delicious! A very nice and cozy place the go! A great menue and the staff were so kind. We can only recommend to go there.

Super nice restaurant! Both the food and the service were very good and the menu has something for everyone! Due to the great atmosphere that the cozy and modern furnishings create, I only had lovely evenings there. Always happy again 🧡

The food was delicious, but the visit to this place was tragic. We waited TWO HOURS for the main course. This is exactly how much time has passed since the waitress took the appetizers from us and brought us the main course. Other guests who came later got their food faster. Our dishes were not complicated and did not require long preparation time. Additionally, when we asked the staff about when we would receive our food, we did not receive an answer (the waitresses ignored us or assured us that it would happen soon). Even though the place was once awarded a Michelin star, the current standards are terrible. Most of our 2-hour stay was spent waiting for food. Just trying and tasting the dishes was a small part of the entire stay. If the owners improve this and start taking their guests seriously, this place is definitely worth visiting, if not, you can eat equally good food with much shorter waiting times in other places in Berlin.

The food was delicious and the interior design is very chic and modern. Based on this, the claim on the website and the "small but nice" menu, we certainly had hopes for a nice evening. Unfortunately, the waiters and probably also the kitchen were completely overwhelmed when it came to service. - It took 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. - After ordering the drink, it took another 20 minutes and a request from us for the bottle of water to arrive. All other tables got their water immediately. - After the starter we sat for 20 minutes with empty plates - Broiler with 3 side dishes: First the broiler was served alone. 10 minutes later the first side dish, 5 minutes after that the 2nd. And when we were finished eating, 10 minutes later the 3rd side dish came. This was then advertised to us as “dessert”. Normally we would have found this funny if the experiences before had been different. - Similar experiences were had at the neighboring tables. Dishes not cleared, orders forgotten, everything arrived late. - The menu on the website is outdated and sets false expectations. It's understandable that a Saturday evening can be busy. And the shortage of personnel in the industry is also well known. But then you let the guests know in advance and apologize. Most people will understand that. It's a shame because the food was really good. Maybe we just had a bad day. Unfortunately, the service does not match the standards that Tisk seems to have for itself (design, story, presentation, prices).

Had an enjoyable night with my friends there. The food is really nice & the stuff friendly & easy going. High class without the hurdles of the classy restaurants. Would recommend if you look for a relaxed time & the good food.

We were there on Saturday and had a wonderful evening with many different delicious dishes from the new menu. Be sure to order the falafel and the Neukölln praline. Super friendly staff and a cool atmosphere rounded off the evening. Clear recommendation!

My husband and I wanted to have a romantic dinner for two and booked here because we have the offer of Taste Twelwe and the reviews looked great. Apparently there are new owners, so instead of the 5-course menu we saw on the site and were looking forward to, there was a very limited menu with only 3 main courses - asparagus, celery and a broiler (chicken) for 2 people. Thank God we are both meat eaters, because if a person is vegetarian, there is no other option than to have a whole broiler for the other person. They forgot to serve us the bread we had ordered, and when the chicken was served, it took more than 15 minutes to get all the sides - the last item we got only on request. The neighbouring table only got the last sides as they had already finished the chicken. The waiters are not trained, which you noticed on how the wine was served, they forgot to give you new cuttlery and were overall not working structured. The chicken is supposed to be a signature dish, but it's nothing special - my husbond can cook it better on the grill at home. It was accompanied by really hard carrots, a really small portion of mashed potatoes and the quarter of a salad head with some dressing and parmesan on top. We were missing some gravy to the dish and overall it's something we could cook better at home. So we were really disappointed and had expected something else and more high end based on the reviews and the menu on the website.

The mustard celebrations are sensational 🙂great service, great ambience. We had a wonderful evening there.

New workforce and they are doing it right. Great team, great food and great atmosphere.

Food was delicious and beautifully presented. However, the staff needs to overthink internal communication processes and proactive customer engagement. We waited almost 2h for our main dish. Only after about 1 1/2 h, someone noticed that we are still waiting and informed us about a communication problem and that we will receive our food soon. 1 1/2 h-seriously? As a compensation we received a glass of beer, even though half of us didn‘t even drink beer. The main problem was that they charged us 17€ for a glass of wine! That is more than double the amount! After we asked why that is and we got the money back, there was clearly no sign of sorry! It‘s sad because the concept of the restaurant is amazing and the food delicious, this service is unacceptable for such a place!

Glazed carrots were quit hard. Main dish was cold. Do not recommend. Preisleistung is not there.
