We ate at the Timberhaus Steakhouse in Siegen. The ambiance is truly beautiful and high-quality, for which I give a solid 9 out of 10. The service was also friendly, attentive, and quick – also 9 out of 10. Unfortunately, the food had some significant shortcomings. The burgers were completely overcooked, even though they weren't ordered "well done." Medium or any other desired doneness was not apparent. The fries were okay, but nothing special – I would give them 4 out of 10. The children's burger was also very dry. My wife enjoyed the food, but it wasn't a real highlight for her either. Overall, the meal was rather average for me and therefore gets 5 out of 10. Conclusion: Great ambiance and very good service, but there's definitely room for improvement with the food.

Great accommodation with excellent amenities. Plus, a fantastic restaurant that really made you feel like you were in America. Country music, delicious meat, and very attentive staff. Bull riding was also available. It was a wonderful evening.

The food is really delicious, the atmosphere is great, and there's more than enough parking. Unfortunately, the wait times are unacceptable; you often have to wait well over an hour for your food, sometimes more than 30 minutes just to be able to order. It's a real shame for what is otherwise a highly recommended restaurant.

If you enjoy waiting or want to practice patience, this is the place for you. From the endless standing in the entrance area to the endless wait for staff at the table, it was a nightmare. We had two group tables and sat far too long after our meal in front of empty plates and leftover food. And I'm not talking about 15 to 20 minutes. It's best to order two or three drinks at once. Someone only comes to your table every few hours. My meal was mediocre. But I also didn't have any meat! My salad was soggy from the overcooked sweet potato, and my baked potato was almost cold. Taste-wise, it was okay, but nothing special. In the end, when our group only ordered drinks, the service finally improved. I know the staff are probably doing their best and are under pressure. But if I knew how busy my restaurant was and how many people came in the evening, I would hire more staff. I felt completely uncomfortable and this was my first and definitely last time there. What a shame!

This was our first time at Timberjacks and we loved it. We didn't have to wait long for either our food or drinks, and everything arrived piping hot. The atmosphere is really cool and something different. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. We stayed overnight at the motel, and it was nicely furnished and clean. It was a really pleasant stay. In the morning, we went for breakfast, and the food was excellent there too. I highly recommend it. And I can absolutely recommend the Winter Peach drink. It's delicious!

We reserved a table for 8 pm, but we had to wait another 20 minutes... the food was lukewarm... a long wait for both food and drinks... I'd rather go to El Rancho 🤷‍♂️

🚨 🚨 🚨 I came all the way from Bavaria because this place was highly recommended and I was curious. But I have to say that, apart from the wall decorations and lighting, there wasn't much to offer. In terms of hospitality, service, speed, and quality, it was an experience I hadn't expected. I'm not saying I'll never come back, but folks, colleagues – what's going on here? We're almost in the same industry, but I've never seen such disappointing service in a restaurant. I also don't think the guests deserve this kind of service. In my opinion, the staff, including the F&B manager, urgently need to reflect and question their approach. Thank you.

It was another great experience 👍, even for our 9-year-old grandson 🥰, who was amazed by the huge bar and the overall decor. We visited your restaurant for the first time today and were unfortunately not very satisfied. The atmosphere was good and the live music was excellent. However, the service was very disappointing: we ordered a drink that was never brought to us, but it was still on the bill. Furthermore, we didn't receive a receipt and couldn't see exactly what was included in the total – we were only shown the total amount on the screen. Later, when we recalculated everything, we realized we had paid more than we should have. This significantly marred our overall experience.

I wanted to do something special for my 60th birthday. As a meat lover, I found Timberjack. So I booked two nights and traveled the 300 km. After the meal, I was sure I'd made the right decision. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow evening to try another dish.

The food was so slow, and if you're lucky you even get a drink, the service is bad; at those prices, it's not really worth it for us.

Great concept – poor execution: Our visit to Timberjacks Siegen yesterday was a disaster. Despite having a reservation, we waited 20 minutes in the entrance area before it was our turn at the reception desk. It felt more like waiting in line at Lidl on a Saturday morning than being welcomed as guests in a restaurant. There wasn't a word or gesture of apology, which one would expect after making several people wait for 20 minutes. After we were finally shown to our table, taking our order was incredibly slow. Our preferred dish was sold out, and even the hastily chosen alternative wasn't available. Consequently, they spontaneously decided on "something." After waiting 45 minutes for our drinks and still not receiving them, we could foresee how long our food order would take. With this realization, we canceled our order and left the restaurant disappointed. Therefore, after only 1.75 hours in the restaurant, we can't comment on the taste of the food and drinks. However, the building and its decor are extremely impressive and spectacular. We recommend visiting the restaurant for sightseeing purposes. You should bring your own food, at least on Friday evenings. We will try Timberjacks Siegen again in the future to see if this was a one-off or if it's a recurring problem.

After four visits to Timber Jacks Siegen, the experiences are consistent. The staff is unmotivated, not allowed to make decisions, and poorly managed. Nevertheless, they at least try. The food is satisfactory to adequate if you don't order meat. With meat dishes, the quality ranges from adequate to poor. Unusual and surprising for an establishment that calls itself a streak house.

Great atmosphere. The food needs improvement from both the kitchen and the service. The taste doesn't live up to the prices, and the prepared dishes sit on the counter for far too long before being picked up and served (meaning the food is lukewarm to cold by the time it reaches the customer).

We ate at Timberjacks in Siegen today and were very disappointed. Our meal took over an hour. A colleague ordered his burger with extra roasted garlic sauce – but the burger arrived with only this sauce, and in such a quantity that it was completely inedible. When we asked about it, the waiter initially just said he "couldn't do anything." Only after we showed him how much sauce was on it were we offered a piece of cake as compensation. Since we were dissatisfied with both the service and the food, we didn't leave a tip. This clearly didn't sit well with the waiter – he simply left after we paid without a word or even a bill. We're certain: We wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Lots of wood and very cozy. However, the food and service don't quite live up to the ambiance. For me, it's not quite good value for money.

We're here for breakfast today. I reserved a table for 10:00. We ordered food and drinks very promptly and have now been waiting for almost 50 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant for our breakfast. I don't understand why a sandwich, some pancakes, and a bit of scrambled eggs take so long. If the chickens have to lay eggs first, then perhaps they should consider getting 10 more chickens. Anyway, we'll keep waiting and would probably just order lunch instead! Unfortunately, we've never had such a bad impression of this restaurant before :(

We stayed for one night. The lady at reception was fantastic! In general, I have to say the service was excellent. We were very well taken care of. Considering there's only one person at reception who also has to look after several large groups, she did a really great job. It would be desirable for management to provide some support. You really can't blame the staff. The shrimp were very dry, and the beef (I think it was ground beef) was quite burnt. It was also too spicy for my taste, which unfortunately wasn't indicated on the menu. Nevertheless, the selection of dishes is enormous, but unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to try everything. The quality of the vegetables and sauces was also superb. I would say there are only a few minor things that need adjusting. However, for these minor adjustments, the prices of the food are very high. But the steaks were cooked to perfection! I think that's where they excel, and that's how it should be in a good steakhouse. The room... completely accessible, although I don't know if the beds are a bit too high for wheelchair users. I thought it was great! Suggestions for improving the rooms: a toilet seat! I know the whole concept is designed to be accessible, but I think most people can still lift a lid. It's quite unhygienic without one. The small coffee bar was great, but I personally missed having milk or creamer. The bedside tables are a bit too far away, and the controls for the bedside lamps are rather inconvenient. Just turning on the light briefly at night is quite tricky, especially considering the room's accessibility design. But it was spotlessly clean and very spacious! Unfortunately, there was nowhere in the restaurant or the rooms to sit down for a quick game of cards and relax. There were a few seating areas in the restaurant, but I think they were mainly for waiting guests. Nevertheless, it worked for us. It could be improved, though. I'd deduct one star for the smaller items, in my opinion, but otherwise, it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was very straightforward and friendly. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Our journey took two hours, and since the food didn't completely convince us, we wouldn't do it again. If there were one near Mainz, we would certainly go there more often.

Great restaurant in Siegen! As part of a restaurant chain, you can have a good time here. The building, including the motel, is impressively large and has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Nevertheless, reservations are recommended. There is ample parking available at the restaurant. The building boasts remarkable amenities, excellent lighting, a huge bar, a gigantic umbrella, a refrigerated display area where you can view the meat, and even a merchandise shop. The food and drink selection is extensive and truly caters to all tastes. The menu is based on American and Mexican cuisine. They also offer steaks with all the trimmings you could want. The food is very tasty, the portions are generous, and the price-performance ratio is acceptable. The service, however, is a bit of a problem and has some noticeable shortcomings. Ordering was only possible in English, which was acceptable. But it was surprising that dishes from other guests were brought to our table several times. When the main course arrived before the appetizer, we brought this up and complained. The response was positive, as the owner personally came by, apologized, and offered a complimentary dessert as compensation. We saw that similar things were happening at other tables as well. Overall, management really needs to address this issue, as it unnecessarily detracts from the otherwise excellent experience. Nevertheless, we're giving it 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the owner's response to be genuine. Therefore, we recommend spending some quality time here in this exceptional setting.

Sunday, 2 PM, 8 people Food was very, very delicious! Very nice atmosphere. Reception was quick and courteous. The rest of the service could be improved. We waited a long time for drinks. The food, on the other hand, arrived quickly. While one server was still bringing us the food, the waiter came and asked if anything was missing. Three of us hadn't received anything yet... it was obvious that some items were missing (which was fine, since the other waiter was still getting the missing dishes). The waiter who had asked then helped him. The question would have been more appropriate at this point, as both waiters had left and a side dish was still missing. After that, the waiter only came to our table when called. Drink orders were only taken when called; the waiters who regularly walked past our table weren't responsible for ordering, nor did they inform the responsible waiter that we wanted to order more or pay later. In the end, a cappuccino appeared on the bill, which was taken back because no one had ordered it... however, this was then removed without discussion. Please bring the service up to the level of the ambiance and food quality!

Check-in took longer than expected because the person responsible couldn't be found. The room was decorated in a very American style. It had a large bathroom and was very cozy and warm. The restaurant was also very cozy and beautifully decorated in an American style. The food was delicious.

Great steakhouse. The food is delicious. A very extensive selection. On your first visit, you might be a little overwhelmed by the variety of dishes and the many side options. Another highlight is the selection of cheesecakes. The staff is incredibly friendly. I'll definitely be back.

The service was absolutely atrocious. When the waiter came today, I didn't even know what I wanted to drink. No problem, he said, he'd be back in a minute. Which he wasn't. After 20 minutes, when we already had our food, he said as he walked past to collect payment from other tables that he'd be right with me. After another 15 minutes, when we'd finished our meal, he finally dared to come to our table... In the end, I went home hungry because food just goes down easier when you have something to drink. So, dear people: bring your own drinks in case you're not allowed to order anything. And it wasn't even busy today, a Wednesday evening. I simply can't understand why priority for payment is given to people who have already ordered and eaten. So: highly recommended if you want to ruin your evening.

I was there for dinner for the first time on Sunday, November 9th. The ambiance and location are nice, and the service is good. I ordered a 200g filet steak with mashed potatoes, but received the steak in two small pieces (like trimmings) of questionable quality. Whether it was the meat, the side dishes, the sauce, or the bread toasted in oil, I don't know. I had an upset stomach the next morning and am off work for three days.

We had ordered a side dish with our burgers, but it never arrived. First, there were problems, then with the bill, but after a lengthy discussion, it was finally resolved. Kudos to all the staff for their friendliness, even though there were some complications. Nevertheless, I hope that in the future, the side dish will be delivered directly with the burger to avoid any such problems.

We were a group of 7 people who came here for dinner, each of us had something different and everyone was thrilled.

We went to Timberjacks in Siegen on November 4th, 2025, to celebrate a 33rd birthday. Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing overall. First, we were seated at a table that was completely unsuitable for three people, even though we had made a reservation. At least we were allowed to move to another table after asking, which was handled politely. The food was generally okay, except for mine. I explicitly stated several times when ordering that I wanted my burger without bacon. This was confirmed by the server. However, when I ate it, I discovered that there was bacon on the burger. There's a good reason why I ordered it without bacon. The excuse that the server was "new" felt inappropriate – the mistake was clearly in the kitchen, and a new employee shouldn't be blamed for it. There were also problems with clearing the table: several staff members walked past our table, looked at it, but didn't clear it. Furthermore, the birthday, which had been mentioned when we made the reservation, was completely ignored – I mean, surely a simple congratulation isn't too much to ask. :) We will refrain from visiting again in the future.

We've eaten here many times. However, this will be our last visit – the quality of the food has declined significantly and no longer matches the truly wonderful and unique atmosphere (which is why I'm still giving it two stars).

I was invited for a business dinner, it is a fascinating place. Really wonderful. It is a really top-notch restaurant. The food was top-notch. Highly suggested.

The food is still excellent; after all, we've been there quite a few times, hence the two stars. However, the service last night, and on the previous occasions as well, was a real disappointment. This time, despite having booked well in advance, we had to wait, were shuffled between tables, and finally seated at an inconveniently located table in a passageway. The food was served over our heads, glasses tipped over, and the waitstaff simply left the rest of the food in one spot, forcing us – a party of six – to serve ourselves. Drinks arrived late, and when it came time to pay, the waiter was incredibly annoyed and rolled his eyes because we wanted to split the bill. For the price, it was simply very disappointing – the food was good, but the service was abysmal. We won't be back.

I gave a 5-star review two years ago, but unfortunately, I now have to edit it and change it to 1 star. The waiters started arguing after I celebrated my birthday here with 15 people. Apparently, one person hadn't paid for their ocean platter. The person who ordered it said it never arrived. I would have told the waiter, but he was too busy. Later, they started arguing with me that the ocean platter absolutely had to be paid for. It cost €29. I had already spent around €600 on my own. Plus, my friends and I spent a significant amount. We usually come with our family every two to three months and spend a significant amount. Despite this, they argue over an ocean platter and insist that it be paid for. When I asked if the owner was there, they said she didn't have time because of inventory. They also didn't light the fire pit, even though they had promised it would, because the owner had "said no." ... All in all, a bad experience, and next time, whether with friends or family, we'll go somewhere else. What a shame! I won't be sleeping here again, and I won't be having breakfast here tomorrow either. I'll also advise my friends and family against coming here. To the manager: next time, pay more attention to the customers, be present, and listen... but with someone else. I won't be coming back anytime soon. (Mert served us well)

They really could have made me a regular customer, but unfortunately, it remained a pleasant visit. I was practically embarrassed in front of my friends, to whom I wanted to proudly show off the shop. The steak wasn't cooked to the desired degree. Even worse, however, was the staff. A young lady who served with a condescending attitude and seemingly had no idea how to serve customers. I'm sorry to say it like that. I was really enthusiastic about the shop at first, but that was ruined in just one day. More show than substance, I guess. A shame...

The two of us went there today to eat. The food tasted and looked great 👍. Service was also good and attentive. Unfortunately, after I pointed out to the waitress that there was no hand paper in the men's restroom, nothing happened. After a while, I pointed it out to another employee, and the "problem" was quickly resolved. What I don't understand, however, is: After the paper towel dispensers were refilled, some of them weren't closed or so full that it was almost impossible to get paper. Besides, in this case, it would have made a good impression if the trash cans had been emptied instead of being left overflowing. Everything I've written is just a suggestion for the future.

A great restaurant with lots of surprises, because everything they cook is always a wonderful experience. We're far from finished with the menu. Friendly staff, and they even allow our dogs in. 100% recommendation.

The pulled beef was burnt on top and still cold on the bottom of the pan, and the whole thing was swimming in fat. Speaking of fat, the Meat Potato Bomb was also a dubious disappointment in terms of taste. There was no trace of meat, just an abundance of fat. The only edible thing were the chicken bites. The service, on the other hand, was good and tried to limit the damage, but couldn't improve the overall impression much. The interior and service are good, but we'll go somewhere else for food in the future.

We only went to Timberjacks for dinner. The ambiance and interior are very well-coordinated. There's also plenty of parking. Unfortunately, my meal didn't reflect this... I had the Mother Earth Burger. Unfortunately, the meat was very dry and the sauce too watery. My bun looked the same... More than three-quarters of the burger was left on the plate. On the recommendation of a colleague, we ordered the avocado sticks. They weren't good either. More mushy than crispy. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat any more. What a shame!

This was our second time on a biker tour at the Timberjack in Siegen. The restaurant and ambiance are really great. The rooms are also top-notch. Clean, large, and have good beds. But the service really leaves a lot to be desired. Ordering food is quick, but then it starts. Sometimes it's cold or incorrect; others got their food when everyone else was already finished. If you wanted a drink, you had to practically chase the waiter. And last but not least, even though you ordered the same cocktails several times, they tasted different. You get the impression that the bartender is probably doing his internship there. Whether there will be a third visit is questionable.

Warning: Rip-off!!!!!!!!! I ordered a 300g Tri Tip. It arrived at the table weighing exactly 184 grams (after repeated requests from the kitchen staff)!!!! The second attempt was definitely fine in terms of weight, but the meat had only briefly seen a pan. It was completely raw and inedible. The staff immediately took a few drinks off the bill as an apology and promised a new meal. However, it never arrived. At the sad end of the evening, a settlement could only be reached in the presence of the police. The shift manager, unfortunately, had no insight at all, and even one of the cooks was firmly convinced that the "weight loss" was due to the cooking process. In my opinion, professional fraud! 184 grams instead of 300! That's how you make a profit

We only went there for dinner on a recommendation. First impression: WOW...the ambiance/atmosphere was very appealing. However, the service could be improved. We waited almost an hour for someone to come to our table to take our order, even though the waiters walked past our table several times. The food was okay in quality, but we expected more for the prices they charge. Conclusion: it was worth the experience, but there are better steakhouses where the price/performance ratio is right. A return visit is unlikely.

The ambiance is really nice – lots of wood, high ceilings, a pleasant atmosphere. The live music was also a highlight, with a great singer who created a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food couldn't live up to the ambiance. The meat was tender, but completely flavorless. The burgers were disappointing – the ketchup was very runny, didn't taste good, and made the burger soggy. Again, the meat had hardly any flavor of its own. The dessert was tasty, but much too sweet. A cocktail we ordered was initially non-alcoholic, but at least they refilled our glass. The service was friendly, but our empty plates weren't cleared away until dessert had already been served – the table was accordingly crowded. As a BBQ restaurant, this is unfortunately a disappointment, especially given the rather high prices. I can't recommend the restaurant for dinner and won't be going back. This was my second and definitely last visit.

I didn't find it particularly appealing to have to see a rat trap just 2 meters from our table. The steaks were first-class, as was the other food, but looking at a rat trap and thinking about it while eating it somehow doesn't taste good. It's logical that if one or more pests have sneaked in, they have to be removed somehow. But does it have to be in full view of the guests? Had that not been the case, I would have given it five points, because for a chain restaurant, it was good, and you can't expect miracles on a normal budget, especially these days.

There were six of us there just for dinner. Upscale quality at an upscale price. Steak, burgers, sides, and sauces were all good. I found the roasted potatoes (5-6 halved, unpeeled, roasted baby potatoes) a bit too expensive for around €8. Food summary: 5/5 stars Service and drinks, however, left a lot to be desired. The apple spritzer, like all the drinks, came with ice. By the time it arrived at the table, enough time had passed that the spritzer had already become watery with the ice. While one of us was still on the phone outside, we waited for him to take our order. The gentleman serving our table seemed displeased by this decision. So much so that he came to our table twice within five minutes to ask if we wanted to order. He didn't seem particularly... balanced otherwise either. If you're already tired of serving, at least don't take it out on the customers. The mojitos we ordered at the end came without sugar. They're listed without it on the menu, too. So far, so good. Our request for sugar was actually met promptly. The fact that they used regular sugar instead of cane sugar was still bearable. However, the sugar was stirred in with a spoon. One spoon for all six glasses that had already been consumed. The unbalanced young man again took care of the bill. I was the last to pay, and instead of a friendly greeting, I suddenly had a cell phone in my face and heard the price displayed on the phone. For my approximately €55, I ate very well, drank okay, and was served everything with poor service. It was an experience, but I'm not convinced I'll be back. There's also a good steak in the neighboring town, with great service.

Timberjacks in Siegen is truly a unique experience. As soon as you step inside, you feel like you're in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Everything is rustic and comfortably furnished, yet still of the highest quality. The food is, as always at Timberjacks, truly delicious, and the portions are generous. The service is super friendly and takes care of everything immediately; you simply feel at home. The motel right next door is particularly nice. The rooms are warm and comfortably furnished, perfect for a short getaway. The late checkout until 2:30 p.m. is the icing on the cake and makes your stay even more relaxing. All in all, a place you'll definitely want to return to.

The location is super cool and interesting. There's a lot to explore. The food was very good, although I doubt the steak weighed 200g. The ice cream and waffles were delicious. A bit on the pricey side, but the location is worth it.

We were at Timberjacks in Siegen on August 16th. The location is fantastic. The food was very good. But the service topped everything! We haven't experienced such friendly, professional, and all-around excellent service in a long time.

I expected more from this place. The burgers were okay, but nothing special. The fries are a joke, completely run-of-the-mill, and way too expensive. The service was good.

We used to love going to this restaurant with our family because we always felt at home there. Unfortunately, our last visit was a huge disappointment. I'd like to highlight the friendly and polite service and the truly lovely ambiance – both are still unbeatable. The drinks were also decent. The food, however, was a disaster: The burger patty was completely cooked and therefore dry, the cheese wasn't even properly blended, the sauce was tasteless, and the bun was far too dry. Unfortunately, I even felt nauseous after the meal. Overall, the visit was very disappointing, especially compared to previous experiences. It's a real shame – I hope the food returns to its former quality soon.

Timberjacks in Siegen – a huge disappointment! The service was attentive, but the food was an absolute disaster. The cheese fries were completely unseasoned, oily, and tasted of absolutely nothing. The Brie burger was sheer horror: far too much cheese, poorly fried, with two tiny spinach leaves on top – and the walnuts that were supposed to come with it were completely missing. For €19, that's an absolute disgrace! And as if that weren't enough, we had to ask three times before we finally got our potatoes as a side dish. Simply embarrassing for a steakhouse and not recommended.

Great restaurant. Amazing atmosphere, great food, and pretty good value for money. We paid around €80 per person, including meat starters and dessert.

They've changed the sauce recipe. Instead of the usual (delicious) garlic cheese sauce, they now have mayo with paprika. However, they haven't changed the name of the sauce. It tastes completely different (yucky), of course. You'll look in vain for the provolone cheese on the Philly cheese tacos, and even after it's been back in the kitchen, there's practically no cheese on it. The meat has a high proportion of cartilage-like fat, which is very unpleasant to the mouth. They're cutting corners here now. Burgers are often still very pink on the inside, or ingredients are forgotten. Last summer (2024), everything was fine. Very disappointing, I won't go back.

Stay away from alcohol! Caipirinha, Cachasa?? Where, cane sugar?? €7.90! The Hurricane was a gentle breeze, filled to the brim with ice cubes, no alcohol. €9.90. That's cheeky! The meat quality is top-notch!

Well, it's not the cheapest, but it's worth it for the quality. The only problem is that, even with a reservation, you have to wait a long time for your table.

Too many plates, cutlery is only given on request, a bottle of wine is first brought closed and then with a broken glass head, if you point this out you are not brought a new bottle of wine or even asked for one.

Overrated. Steaks have been cooked improperly several times, and the prices are above average. The meat quality is excellent, though. Service is a total disaster. After the meal is served, you usually don't see them again. Dessert is only for USA fans; it has more sugar than in a jar of honey. The sauces are also just fast-food quality.

My family loves Timberjacks. We love our vacations, whether to Canada or the USA. Timberjacks is always like a little vacation for us. Great food, great atmosphere, superb service. A definite recommendation!

Affects the catering industry We were there with 9 people and we were all thrilled. It was Easter Sunday towards evening. The service was great, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was simply great. Everything was clean and well maintained. The time from taking the order to being served was quick. The service staff regularly came to the table to ask if anything was missing or to take further orders. We'd love to come back!

The location is of course visually unique, but I can only say that it was the last time we were there. On the one hand, the waitress was totally annoyed and rude and just gave us a quick breakfast. Questions about the side dishes were also answered very rudely. I can understand that you're stressed sometimes, but that was subpar. We only received cutlery when we asked and only after the food had been sitting for a few minutes. The bacon was forgotten on the burger, the fries were totally soggy and there was little, which is a disgrace at a price of just under €6, even McDonald's fries are better and the sauce didn't come even after repeated requests. The burger was really very tasty but everyone was very disappointed with everything around it, even the table next door was visibly upset about the service and food. The empty plates stood on our table for 15 minutes while the staff simply walked past them. Only when we asked for the bill was the table cleared and dessert didn't come at all because we weren't served and didn't feel like waiting any longer. We paid by card and then wanted a receipt and the waitress said she had to get it first. After another 10 minutes we just left without it. It wasn't like the store was overly busy, so the service just wasn't justified. Even though the burger and chicken were very good, we won't be coming back.

We (8 people) can only rate the restaurant. Everyone was absolutely thrilled, the service was top, the food was absolutely great, everything was warm and at the table almost at the same time. The staff came to us several times to fulfill every wish. The ambience is amazing! We will definitely come back and can absolutely recommend it!!!

Very cool, stylish western restaurant with motel in Siegen. Great decoration and everything is very chic. Food is very tasty and plentiful, cocktails are great and taste even better during the daily happy hour. Great service! The motel rooms are in smaller log cabins, super modern and comfortably furnished. The motel is right on a highway, so you can hear a bit of traffic on the terrace, and with the windows closed it's as quiet as a mouse.
