Super delicious Mexican food. Cocktails were okay. Probably belongs to the Extrablatt, Sausalitos Bar chain. But it's way better

The food and drinks were good. I don't know if it's customary here to clear the table when you go to the toilet, but I've never experienced anything like that.

Nice place, clean and a bit rustic as befits a Mexican restaurant. good location for young people. We were warmly welcomed and everything went quickly even though it was very busy. Cocktails recommended by the bartender are great! Burrito Diablo could have been spicier but it tasted good :-) The waiter was in a good mood and was up for a joke. We'd love to come back

It used to be better. Disappointed once again. The shop wasn't too busy and despite that the staff was very chaotic and had to come to the table several times to serve everything to four adults, despite waiting 30 minutes beforehand. Cocktails were the best thing on the program. I had spareribs which were dryer as air dried meat. Even the barbecue sauce, which was the best part, couldn't save the mishap. I hope something changes soon then I would give the shop, which is in a very nice location, another chance if the old times will.

It used to be much better. With 10 people from 6.30 p.m., relatively small locally but still waited 30 minutes for drinks. The menu is standard Tex-Mex, cocktails are good. Burger was off, spare ribs were good, burritos were unimaginative and tacos were edible.

Delicious food and good prices. You'll definitely feel full and it tastes good too. Of course the food doesn't really have anything to do with Mexico. It has typical bar food with a Tex-Mex twist. Staff is attentive and friendly. I also think it's great that there are several dishes to share.

Had the pleasure of visiting Tijuana Restaurant and Cocktail Bar and overall was very happy with my experience. First of all, I would like to praise the friendly and humorous service, which made our visit really pleasant. We sat outside and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The burgers we ordered were delicious and exceeded our expectations. The quality of the ingredients was noticeable and they were cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the variety of flavors and would definitely come back to try more of their burger selection. As for the cocktails, they were also tasty, although they weren't particularly flashy in terms of decoration. Nevertheless, the taste was excellent and it was obvious that they were prepared with care and expertise. Overall, my visit to Tijuana was an extremely pleasant experience. The combination of friendly service, delicious food and relaxed atmosphere definitely makes this restaurant a place I will happily visit again.

Vandaag met mijn gezinnetje naar tijuana Kleve. Eten was minder, service heel slecht. Elke 3-4 minuutjes kwamen de ene keer vrouwelijke ober de andere keer mannelijke ober, met het vraag of alles oké is. Jeetje, we zitten hier net te eten, ga je toch mensen niet elke drie minuten lastig vallen met die vragen? We waren nog niet klaar met eten, kinderen wilden graag naar de wc. Toen we weer naar boven kwamen, alles was weg. Eten, drinken( ik had cocktail besteld, die aas ook weg). Was niet leuk. Met die prijs wat we betaald hebben, heel even gezeten, en ze hebben ons weg gejat. Erg ontevreden. Vooral kinderen wilden nog dessert, want onze jongste was jarig vandaag en wilden relax met onze gezinnetje verjaardagvieren. Wij zijn vaste gasten van deze café, vooral in de zomertijd, kinderen spellen graag buiten in de speeltuin en wij zitten op het terrasje. Erg ontevreden, onze feestje is ook verpest door de medewerkers. Wij komen hier nooit.

This was my second time here, and it did not disappoint. It was even better than the first time, a couple of years ago. And even though it misses a lot of the typical Mexican dishes, the experience was really good. We ordered Nachos Grande for appetiser and the Tijuana Combo Tower for main. And the portions were huge! Four adults and one child ate a lot, and we still brought home 2 boxes full of food. The drinks were also good (a little more alcohol wouldn't hurt 😇), the service was fast and polite even with the restaurant full. I definitely recommend it.

Ich bin schon öfters in den letzten Jahren hier Essen gewesen und bisher war das Essen immer sehr gut und der Service war auch sehr gut. Wobei ich auch sagen muss das ich meistens in der Woche Abends da war.

Wenn es um Cocktails geht, kommt man in Kleve an Tijuana nicht vorbei. Die sind echt gut wenn man weiß was man möchte. Was das Essen angeht ist halt ( mexikanisches ) Fastfood, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

De spareribs hoewel niet echt een Mexicaanse specialiteit waren goed. Kwamen goed van het bot los en de smaak was prima. Snelle vriendelijke bediening tegen een goede prijs.

Grundsätzlich Sehr Leckeres Essen. Die Getränke würde ich gerne bewerten, wenn ich nicht nach der ersten Cola hätte, 2h warten müssen bis der Service 5 Besetzten Tischen endlich an unseren Tisch kommt. Nach 2,5h haben wir bezahlt und sind ohne Trinkgeld da zu lassen gegangen.

One of the best foods in Kleve. Its comfort food, would always leave satisfied. One downside cocktails seem a little sweet sometimes.

Essen war vom Preis und Leistung gut und hat auch geschmeckt. 😀👍 Service etwas chaotisch. Sehr lange Wartezeit auf das Hauptgericht. Hatten nicht für alle Gäste Besteck mitgebracht und teilweise unvollständig, mussten mehrere Wege zwischen Tisch und Innenbereich machen um alles zu organisieren. 2x musste den Gästen gesagt werden dass nicht alle Zutaten vorhanden waren und boten teilweise eine alternative an. Ambiente war schön. Möglichkeit draußen am Spoykanal zu sitzen gab es auch. Foto ist der Philadelphia Steak Burrito mit Salat und Wedges, dazu zwei verschiedene Dips.

Zeer tevreden. Lekker gegeten op het terras. Binnen ook netjes. Toiletten schoon en je kunt zo de keuken inkijken wat mij erg bevalt. Ik zou eigenlijk 4,5 sterren willen geven op alle criteria.

We go to Tijuana from time to time, bartender is great and makes good cocktails, but service is getting worse and worse. Today we sat down and waitress came immediately. I know what I want to I asked if they're making margarita cocktails. She said yes. I asked if they have different kind, she said only one. I assume if bar has one margarita that would be original and otherwise should be mentioned. I get strawberry margarita. That's ok. I try it and it's virgin. I asked waiter if maybe they mixed the cocktail and she said no, because she has normal margarita in her order, but she was not the one wo brought it. Other table also had strawberry margarita. So, maybe would be nice to check with bartender and runner? But no. Anyway, then I had time to see menu, I see original margarita in menu. I asked if they don't have it and surprisingly - they do. Waiter yet do not even apologize, cause I certainly did not order strawberry and they do have original. Anyway, to not bring mood down, I asked original margarita and was not arguing and was willing to pay for both Second thing I got is cezar salad. They have two kinds - cezar salad normal and without chicken. I did not say I do not want chicken and was not asked. I got without. It is just one big absurd.

I’m no expert on Mexican food, but the food at Tijuana is exceptional! Every time I come here I’m guaranteed a filling and delicious meal. The decor is perfect and the staff are both courteous and attentive. All in all, this is my favourite restaurant in Kleve.

I have been to this restaurant with friends for the first time and I can say that it was a good experience. Good food and nice tasty. Everywhere was clean. Kindness of the staff and nice people into the restaurant. I raccomend it.

I visited this restaurant in Kleve recently the bar is first class with many beer & cocktail options. The food is Mexican and I really enjoyed my meal and service. I will definitely visit again.

Immer einen Besuch wert! Ich war jetzt schon unzählige Male dort. Gerne mit den Mädels zusammen oder mit dem Partner. Die Cocktails sind super! Abends gibt es immer eine Happy Hour. Die Auswahl ist mexikanisch angehaucht. Es gibt Burger, Wraps, Burritos, Taccos, Enschilada, Salate usw. Also für jeden etwas dabei. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und dort wird jeder satt! Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Während Corona ist dort auch jeder Tisch abgetrennt mit einer Scheibe von dem anderen. Im Sommer kann man auch sehr schön draußen sitzen an der Spoy. Strohhalme sind nicht aus Plastik sondern aus Nudeln oder Papier. Super 👍🏼

Hier waren wir alle wirklich überras cht! an einem Sonntagmorgen wurden uns die leckersten Cocktails zu überaus annehmbaren Preisen serviert und auch das mexikanische Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Platten, die wir hatten, waren riesengroß.

Leuk restaurant. Het eten is naar prijs/kwaliteit prima in orde. Er is een ruime keuze in eten maar ook in cocktails

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen. Leider sind die Cocktails maximal mittelmäßig. Ein Cocktail der mit Chili sein soll enthält Mini-Paprika-es fehlt also das Spiel zwischen Süße und Schärfe mangels letzterer. Der Zombie war ebenfalls maximal mittelmäßig. Unterm Strich super zum Essen-Cocktails absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

So, on a Tuesday evening at 22:58 I went to this place to have a couple of drinks. I went in, approached the bar and the guy behind the bar asked if (how) he could help like I would ask for something other than a drink. I asked if I could have something to drink to which he replied that they were closed. Although, there were some people inside include one client at the bar. I don't know why he refused to sell me a drink. Maybe the manager Thomas can answer my question.
