Three Guys - Burger, Pizza & Pasta in Duisburg

Worker at the counter on 2/4/22 at 13:00 was incredibly rude when requesting our vaccination record. I took a minute to find it on my phone, and during this time he was putting me under incredible amount of pressure, being very rude and constantly yelling he has work to do and I’m taking his time. After I showed him my vaccination certificate (fully vaccinated+booster) made in Hong Kong, he shouted at me to leave. This is the first time my official Hong Kong vaccination certificate was not accepted in Europe. I would not recommend anyone to ever visit this place unless you want your day ruined.

We would have loved to try out this great card. But unfortunately we found out several times that it seems like you're more likely to get the Pope on the phone than someone from this restaurant. Really a shame. But at some point you don't feel like it anymore and you stop trying to order.

It's just plain stupid. So we and I have been trying to order something or get something there for quite some time. The problem is that when someone is there, they don't get served and otherwise it's just closed. Just like today. IT'S NOT WORTH ALWAYS GOING TO THE STORE!!!

No idea what the quality of the products is. In any case, good service includes responding to the wishes of (potential) customers. I have clearly marked my mailbox that I do not want any advertising. This was disregarded by Three Guys. Therefore only 1 star because of poor service.

Are there often or order, Always top quality and we like it very much. ^_^ Top price/performance ratio and everyone is always friendly.

Finally an owner makes delicious food again... Pizza & pasta dishes have been really DELICIOUS so far!! Ordered 5 times but it was always TOP!!

Super lecker und sehr ansehnlich. Pizza ist die beste der Stadt. Zu Recht 5 sterne. Demnächst probier ich die Pasta. Aber aufjedenfall Daumen hoch !!

Sehr gute Pizza, Burger, Nudeln und Salate. Selbst die Pizzabrötchen suchen Ihresgleichen. Sensationell gut. Leider ist nicht immer jemand vor Ort der einen gut verstehen kann. Wenn das sich dauerhaft bessert gibt es 5 Sterne.

Kundenhinweise werden ignoriert. Zusätzliche Zutaten werden natürlich trotzdem berechnet. Danach 9x dort angerufen, ohne dass jemand ans Telefon geht. Als ich das Gericht bei der Neu-Lieferung kontrolliert habe und dem Fahrer sagte, dass es immer noch falsch sei, erhielt ich als Antwort: "Egal". Ganz großes Kino!

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Wenn man aber online bestellt und erst 2 Stunden später merkt, dass sie erst um 16 Uhr öffnen (weil man vorbeigefahren ist) und um 16:15 Uhr noch immer niemand anwesend war, ist das alles sehr ärgerlich. Schade

Das Essen und die Lieferzeit ist in Ordnung. Aber anrufen ist schwierig, weil man sehr schlecht verstanden wird.

Mit Abstand der beste gelieferte Burger in Duisburg. Auch die Nudeln sehr gut, Pizzabrötchen frisch. Servicetelefon etwas zu plump.
