Thomas Sieberer Familien Restaurant KG in Lörrach

No points several times and no response to my inquiries. The staff hardly speaks German and doesn't understand most of it. And is rude. Food falls on the floor and the employee still gives it out to the customers. Most restaurants are dirty and the tables are hardly cleaned. What annoys me most is that the entrepreneur doesn't even get in touch.

I ordered and paid in the app. I had to pay again at the restaurant. Since I refused of course, I didn't get my order.

Subject: McDrive of the McDonald's branch at Clara-Immerwahr-Strasse 1 in 79539 Lörrach (takeaway meal) Dry humor meets food... I hardly ever rate, but this time I do. I've known this branch for decades, it was never particularly good, you could tell that they were working here to make a profit. Well then, everyone can do it as they like. However, this only applies until you, in this case me, order a Big Tasty and receive a completely dry and already hard roll! THIS is a system, something like this does NOT happen by accident! Maybe that's why it's called system catering... I don't even want to know how old this bun was. This is an absolute disgrace and the authorities should actually be brought after this juice shop. Someone, I'm guessing a certain Mr. S., is lining his pockets here at the expense of the employees, customers and morale - the Satan of vile mammon is being served and worshiped here. Whoever is responsible should be ashamed! This will probably “save” 30 cents and the customer will be left with a hard and old sandwich. This mentality is not worth it in this specific case, because the loss of image that will result from this assessment will amount to a much higher amount than the desired savings. Hopefully those responsible learn something from this comment, even if it's just for the sake of making money - I'm not even trying to appeal to morality here.
