Thessaloniki Grill-Restaurant in Neuwied

I was here for the first time recently, I moved here and was looking for a Greek restaurant. I ordered a pitta with everything to take away. The salads at the counter looked fresh and good. The pitta was well filled with cabbage and meat, but there could have been more tzatziki. My only real criticism is the bread, which is warmed up in the microwave. Unfortunately, this just makes it tough and not crispy. Can't you make the bread crispy on the grill, similar to how kebab shops do their flatbread? Otherwise I can recommend the Pitta, I won't be there last time and will try other dishes.

The food is delicious.Although in my opinion it has deteriorated a bit&the salad comes from a can except for the greens&the dressing is a ready-made product.It's a shame

We went to Thessaloniki after waiting in vain for food at Kunos for almost 2 hours. We waited here for less than 15 minutes and were full. The ambience is appealing and lovingly chosen, the service is fast and friendly and the food is absolutely fine in terms of taste and value for money. Only suggestion for improvement: A leaf of lettuce, a piece of tomato and a bit of parsley as decoration would significantly upgrade the dish.

Great food, great service, just great. It was very, very nice and tasty. We felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

I've never had such bad Greek food in my life. In the restaurant all the tables are close together and you have no freedom to move around. The access to the outside terrace kept opening, which meant you were always stuck in a draft. For dinner we had suflaki with rice. The rice wasn't your typical Greek rice, it was a vegetable rice with canned vegetables. The side salad was a mixed salad with everything that cans can provide, a few lettuce leaves and ready-made cocktail sauce. The schnitzel with mushrooms was dipped in a ready-made sauce with canned mushrooms and was inedible. The calamari and the croquettes were fried, but the fat had a strange aftertaste and I still had to belch from it the next day. The gyro plate was more of a children's portion. Conclusion: We won't come again!

The food was absolutely delicious, good value for money and the operators were super nice.

The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere and a limited selection of healthy options. However, the atmosphere was unpleasant due to the strong smell of fat and cigarette smoke. The food was very salty, and we were extremely disappointed to be charged 6.80 EUR for 2 glasses of tap water.

The operators and the staff are very arrogant and aloof. I can't imagine that he can afford to be unfriendly to the guests. In any case, I can't recommend it.

A friendly welcome. Nicely furnished. Side salad, mainly from canned food with ready-made pink sauce. Fries very pale and not very seasoned. Tzatziki and gyros could use more Greek spices for my taste. It's more of a takeaway standard. Unfortunately no Greek master cuisine. The continuous kitchen is an advantage.

Unfortunately it turned out very bad. Prices have been increased significantly, a little extra tzatziki from €1 to €4.50. If you don't have a current card you will quickly be surprised by the new prices. Quality bears no relation to the prices. Orders are also recorded incorrectly. On the phone and when we picked it up, the Cevapcici plate was mentioned, but at home it turned out to be a gyros plate. The lamb chop only consists of two bites and was grilled for far too long.

The waitress was the owner's wife, they came from Thessaloniki, they were very friendly and friendly, the place was quite full, we preferred lamb chops; But unfortunately the meat that came was very hard and like leather.

A restaurant you can go to again and again

We spontaneously came there in the afternoon with five people plus children and were given a very friendly welcome. The food was very tasty and prepared quickly. The only disadvantage is that you can't pay by card, otherwise everything was great🌷🙃

Relativ spontan Sonntag Nachmittag da gewesen. Essen ist super lecker, ist für meinen Bauch auf jeden Fall genug und war auch recht schnell da. Bedienung total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr herzlich! Ambiente ist ganz nett aber aufgrund der Raumgröße etwas beengt. Alles in Allem: Empfehlung 👍🏻

Insgesamt ein tolles griechisches Restaurant! (Achtung: keine Kartenzahlung!!!) Thessaloniki Grill glänzt durch sein freundliches Personal und das authentische Ambiente. Die Speisen können sich im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants sehen lassen, es schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Es gibt eine breite Auswahl an traditionell griechischen Gerichten zu fairen Preisen. Es erwartet sie ein uriges griechisches Ambiente sowie äußerst saubere Toiletten im inneren des Restaurants. Bei gutem Wetter lässt es sich auch schön auf der Terrasse im Wintergarten essen. Hier schirmen Folien gut ab wodurch es besonders angenehm ist, problematisch finde ich nur, dass hier in 1m Tischentfernung geraucht wird von anderen Gästen. Natürlich ist es auf einer Terrasse erlaubt - allerdings hat dieser Aussenbereich eine Decke und Wände wodurch der Rauch ziemlich stehen bleibt. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko: ansonsten top!

Hatten Fleischspieße mit Salat und Reis. Reis hatte nicht diesen typischen griechischen Geschmack. Fleisch hatte teilweise Fettanhaftungen. Krautsalat schmeckte wie bei Rewe fertig gekauft.

Die Auswahl ist groß und Varianten reich, liebvoll angerichtet und schmackhaft, die Pita war sehr lecker und luftig, selbst gemacht.Die Bedienung ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit trotz der späten Stunde.Gerne wieder so.!!!
