Attention - not suitable for allergy sufferers! Please avoid! Since I have a strong glutamate allergy, I have to ask about the allergens at every Vietnamese restaurant. When I asked whether they put glutamate in their food, I didn't get a direct answer, but was treated extremely unfriendly and insulted by the waitress: "I have no idea" and "I'm just imagining my allergy". However, after repeated inquiries, she agreed that they add glutamate to the food. Afterwards it was clear to me; why there were no guests in this restaurant. Absolutely not recommended as allergens are not taken into account. (It was 6:30 p.m. in the evening - normally good restaurants in Berlin are difficult to get a table at this time without a reservation) In addition, the waitress was so arrogant, she said that the top restaurant “Madame Ngo” on Kantstrasse had bought the Pho recipe from her aunt. After that everything was clear to me and I left. 😂

Super fresh pho broth and good sushi

ordered vegetarian lunch combo and clearly pointed it out on the menu. Got served everything with chicken and luckily i had someone to help me identify that it was chicken. They replaced the main course, but never replaced the starter, so that chicken dumpling was just sitting on the table. At this point i was done and just wanted to eat and leave. The store and the menu states things in english, but the assumption that ordering in english gets you the right dish was a wrong assumption. I paid at the counter and walked away and then had their server run behind me on the street to charge more, as they didn't charge me right the first time (stopped me for 3 euros for the water i drank). looks like a nice place, if you dont have dietary restrictions and can speak german. the overall ambience was good as well. If you have dietary restrictions, i would just make sure that you communicate exceptionally well.

After waiting for 20 minutes and after being asked, we had the table cleared and cleaned by the previous person. After another 15 minutes we left the restaurant hungry and thirsty. It's a shame, but that was very disappointing. The restaurant was only half full and the staff didn't notice anything, not even our departure.

Pretty bland and overpriced bowl of pho , very overpriced drinks 5! Euros for a Vietnamese Coffee... It's one of these everything places that also has sushi, curries etc

I was trying to get some lunch and the waiter asked me if I’m all alone. I said yes, and he was surprised and asked me why I’m not there with a man 😂 I actually left. Why on earth do I have to eat lunch with a man? The audacity 😅 Never again.

We had a beef pho and a tofu curry. Both were okay. The pho wasn't intense enough for my taste and it didn't come with the typical plate of fresh herbs. You can do it. But it works better.

Try to imagine the worst service ever. Double it, give it to the next one. Plottwist; the next one tripples it and gives it back. My friend tried to order a second round of gluten free springrolls. They gave her a completely different dish and blamed her for it. But that is a manageable problem, i hear you think. Think again. The motto at Pho Bar is ‘gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss’ but the only thing that was girlbossing is the taste (nice food) If you don’t have allergies and 3 hours to wait for your food, this is the spot for you.

The food was amazing, unfortunatly the service was horrible. My friend who has a gluten allergy orderd the spring rolls again because they were delicious. However she got the springrolls with gluten. When she told the waiter that this wasn’t what she ordered they tried to convince us that it was her fault and that she ordered them. Why would we do that?! We also got things that we didn’t order, but didn’t got what we ordered. We had a reservation at 21:00 and me and my friend got our sushi at 22:30. Our friends had already eat there food and we were starving at that point. When we finally got our food the staff was very annoyed and didn’t react to our questions at all. What a shame.

Beforehand they say they can make gluten free food, yet if you order this, they sometimes don’t understand (can’t speak english well). And when you get the wrong food (with gluten) they try to gaslight you into thinking YOU ordered the wrong dish. (Even-though you received that dish but without gluten before you ordered it a second time). After this, they also gave us a dish we definitely did not order and they looked very annoyed, we even still decided to eat it because we did not want it to go to waste! (And had to pay for it). Doesn’t matter if you speak out the exact name or even the number of the dish. Because of the bad English the chances are big that your order will be wrong.. On top that we got there at 9 and received our food after 10:30 pm. (The time they close so they were also annoyed at that) you can imagine how hard we rushed to eat all of that. And you can only pay cash unless you ask really nicely because you don’t have enough cash on you.. The food was good, but I wouldn’t recommend it after this experience and that’s a shame…

Good food but the service is trash. Got the wrong order twice. Didn’t want to help us. Gave my gluttenfree friend the wrong order which is not very nice if you have allergies. Also tried to convice my friend it was her fault. After we got more cash (because they don’t do card) they ignored us when we wanted to tell them our friend was gonna get the money.

For a “pho bar”, I unfortunately found the pho with tofu disappointing…The service was very nice and the food came quickly :). We were there on a Friday around 6:30 p.m.

Give less change that they have to. Moreover, cannot pay by card. So they do not pay taxes and deceive their guests. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Nice service, but the food was disappointing and the prices were quite high. The sweet potato strips advertised as crispy on the menu were completely soggy, the sauce tasted bland and mainly like soy sauce, and the meat was dry. The pho, the restaurant's namesake, was also mediocre and relatively tasteless. The vegetables were carrots and broccoli, no Asian spices. It's a shame, we expected more. The restaurant was completely empty on Saturday evening, which should perhaps have given us something to think about.

Very cute pho bar, friendly and competent service! The food (appetizers and main dishes) was awesome, good portions and perfect quality! 10/10 will go again! Price is very adequate!

We booked a table as it was allowed for Christmas Eve but when we arrived it was closed. Shame on them for our lost evening !

Ich gebe sehr ungerne eine schlechte Bewertung ab, weil ich die Pho Bar seit Eröffnung vor Jahren sehr gerne gehabt habe und damals oft bestellt habe. Die letzten Jahre hat die Qualität immer mehr abgenommen, gleichzeitig sind die Preise extrem angestiegen und die Portionen kleiner geworden. Es ist so schade zu sehen, wie ein Anfangs toller Laden immer mehr abbaut und ein Gefühl vom Abzocke entsteht. Unser letzter Besuch gibt mir nun Anlass diese Bewertung zu schreiben. Wir orderten die 2 teuersten Gerichte der Karte und wollten uns einen schönen Abend gönnen. Mein gebratener Lachs kam kalt und trocken an, ich ging damit zum Tresen und beanstandete dies, die Chefin nam das Gericht und kam kurz darauf zurück und meinte wenn sie den Lachs nun nochmal braten, wird er nur trocken, und ich sollte ihn so essen, und zudem wäre das kein "warmes" Gericht, da der Salat daneben ja auch kalt seie. Dass ein Lachsfilet aus der Pfanne (leider auch komplett ungewürzt) warm sein sollte, ist wohl klar, aber ich wollte auch nicht lange diskutieren weil nach einigem Gerede war offensichtlich, dass sie nicht bereit war, etwas an dem Gericht für mich zu ändern. Sojasoße um wenigstens irgendeinen Geschmack zu haben holte ich mir selbst vom Nebentisch. Wir waren die einzigen 2 Gäste im Laden, wie etwas kalt aus der Pfanne an den Tisch kommen kann ist mir ein Rätsel, wie damit umgegangen wurde hat mich sehr enttäuscht, ich arbeite selbst in der Gastro und würde eine Beschwerde niemals so niederschmettern, zumindest nach einer Lösung suchen, und den Gast nicht alleine mit seinem Problem lassen. Preis und Leistung passen hier nicht zusammen, wir haben nun endgültig entschloßen nicht mehr zu kommen.

I’m a pho lover ,tried different pho shops around Berlin This is the worst pho I’ve never had .. The meat was cut unevenly and had a bad texture. The noodles were very hard and tasteless at all. So disappointed

Was very good. I definitely enjoyed Chicken Coconut curry, veg spring rolls and Satay Chicken. We also had Salmon poke bowl which was good as well.

Good peaceful location to have a break in your work and have a brunch around. The beef in the pho however was not super tender. It was an average pho for its price. In other words I would like to say “Not so Good Pho Me”. On top of this they said they do not accept cards. My bad if I didn’t read it mentioned somewhere in the restaurant but the sole reason I went there was to have a good Pho pay by card and leave for my work. I had to submit my id card and get cash and pay them. Horrible customer experience with average food.

Where should I start???!!!!! We asked for a beer, 2 cola, 1 tiger beer and 1 viatnamese HOT coffee, after 30 minutes the young man claimed that they didn’t have anyone behind the bar and he didn’t know when we would get our drinks. He saw i got a little angry and after 10 minutes brought 1 beer and 2 colas. After another 5 minutes the coffee, he had asked me if I want it cold or hot and I SAID HOT, however what i received was cold. After all this he told us that the rice was finished and we should have it with noodles. But we didn’t want noodles and in our opinion it didn’t go with the red curry sauce we hd chosen. This where the arguments started. The woman behind the til gave me a bill of 140 euro of which we had received not even a quarter of and said if you go i will call the police. We hd a little baby with is who was crying, we didn’t want to pay 140 where we had only received 30 euro worth of food and everything late and cold. Cola without any fizz and warm etc etc etc. it was a night if horror with extremely bad service and poor poor quality of food. My advice DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT WITH BAD UNFRIENDLY RUDE, EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE. They want your money but can’t deliver. Auch a bad restaurant.

Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall lecker und vielfältig. Eine gute Auswahl! Die Portionen war uns aber zu klein gehalten und dafür dann etwas zu teuer. Aber man darf nicht vergessen, dass man sich in der City von Prenzlauer Berg befindet. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind ( Holzbänke) ziemlich hart auf Dauer, aber es ist trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr nette Bedienung!

Wir haben das Restaurant durch Zufall beim Stöbern bei Google gefunden. Von außen ist es ein wenig unscheinbar und wirkt sehr klein. Dies beeinträchtigt das Ambiente im Restaurant aber keinesfalls. Der Service ist gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, jung und engagiert. Die Getränke und Speisen kamen sehr schnell. Die Präsentation der Speisen war super. Geschmacklich hat es unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die Crunchy Roll war einfach nur ein Traum und das, obwohl ich sonst immer nur Nigiri esse, da ich die Nori-Blätter nicht mag. Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn man die asiatische Küche und Sushi liebt. Ich habe das Restaurant direkt als Favorit markiert. Gern kommen wir, bei unserem nächsten Berlin-Trip wieder.

Fine small restaurant with excellent food. Well balanced dishes, fine tender meat and exotic spices. Tasty drinks! The only critic: we would expect a more generous portion size of the side dishes (rice, sweet potato fries...). All in all 4.7!

Nice place, friendly service. Can't vouch for the ceviche, though. Claims to come with tuna and prawns, but the small group of salmon strips was at best acquainted with the two. Tasty, but too small and not worth the price tag.

Es bastante oscuro. La atención es lenta y tardan en traer los platos. Es sabroso pero un poco caro. La música es electrónica y sólo se puede pagar en efectivo. Volvería sólo con tiempo.

Keine Ahnung weshalb die Speisekarte so aufgebläht ist. Einfach "Pho Lover" bestellen und genießen...für mich die beste Pho östlich der Kantstraße.

Ich war mit meiner Mom hier beim Essen. Meine Mom hat das Restaurant im Internet gefunden und wollte es testen. Wir haben ein Mittagsmenü bestellt, was mit Getränk, Vorspeise und einer wirklich großen poke bowl als Hauptgericht preislich sehr günstig war. Das Essen war wahnsinnig lecker! Egal ob Tofu oder der Lachs waren perfekt gewürzt. Die Bedienungen waren super süß und freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für das gute Essen

Das Pho war ein Traum! Sehr authentisch! Hat geschmeckt wie wir es aus den Garküchen Hanois in Erinnerung habe. Sehr sehr lecker! Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und macht den Anschein, sich sehr über jeden einzelnen Gast zu freuen .

La atmósfera es tranquila, la música Techno soft de fondo deja como un signo de interrogación. La atención muy atenta. Los precios son módicos concuerdan con la calidad de la comida. Las sopas son exquisitas. Los postres son moderados y de gusto simple. Algo que le resta estrellas a este buen lugar , es que aquí , solo aceptan efectivo. Así que si alguien quiere comer aquí tiene que traer efectivo consigo. Volveré después de un tiempo y reportare más de mis impresiones de este restaurante.

Meine Tochter hat dieses kleine Restaurant im Netz für uns gefunden und ich war mehr als angenehm überrascht wie gut man hier Essen kann! Wir sind ohne Reservierung dort angekommen und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und es gab überhaupt kein Problem einen Tisch zu bekommen! Die Bedienungen sind alle sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen würde meiner Meinung nach 6 oder mehr Sterne verdienen! Alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker! Wer mal im Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg ist sollte das Restaurant in Erwägung ziehen und ich denke er wird nicht entäuscht! Aber auch jeder andere der in Berlin unterwegs ist sollte den Weg auf sich nehmen!

Die Pho war geschmacklich okay, aber bei 16€ für eine Suppe erwarte ich mehr als nur Reisnudeln. Die Einlagen waren in mikroskopischer Größe. Glücklicherweise gibt es diese Art von Küche an fast jeder Straßenecke in besserer Qualität und zu besseren Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Service war Okay. Alles aber irgendwie etwas lieblos.

Vorspeise und das Sushi waren unglaublich gut und das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das Ambiente ist warm gehalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen! Klare Empfehlung. Bei Sushi sollte man als Gast etwas Zeit mit bringen.

Nur ein Wort ist wirklich erstaunlich. Der Restaurantbereich ist sehr komfortabel. Nicht nur sind Kellnerin sowohl professionell als auch freundlich, so süß , sondern auch sind die Gericht tatsächlich sehr lecker. Komm wieder.

Muitas opções vegetarianas e ceganas. O Pato vegano é incrível. Adorei os temperos e pimentas. Recomendo muito sentar nas mesas ao ar livre em dias de sol.

Die Sushi waren ausnahmslos lecker und wirklich etwas Besonderes bezüglich Geschmack, Form und Größe und der super bowll ist ein großartiges gericht, das gute qualität und vollständige ernährung schätzt. Dann kommt das weiche und köstliche Black Sticky Rice Dessert mit Mango und Kokosmilch. die Atmosphäre entspannt und warm Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert. Guttttttt 🥰🥰🥰 10000% ich werde wieder kommen !!!!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, allerdings dauerte es relativ lang bis das Essen kam, ein Essen wurde zunächst falsch gebracht und leider mussten die Kinder am Tisch am längsten warten. Dann hat es allen sehr gut geschmeckt und bei allem war der Service sehr freundlich.

Service war zwar freundlich, aber sehr unkompetent und konnte keine einzige Frage beantworten, die ich bezüglich des Essens hatte. Das Essen war okay bis lecker, aber nicht besonders. Das flammbierte Sushi war 2x kalt, obwohl ich beim zweiten mal sagte ich will es warm haben. Der Lavacake sollte einen flüssigen Kern haben, aber da war nichts flüssig innen drin... Es wurde sogar bei einer Rechnung von 85€ nur Bar angenommen. Im großen und ganzen war der Besuch hier leider nicht so zufrienden stellend..😪

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind angemessen und im üblichen Rahmen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und, für mich, von der Menge her, genau richtig. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch dort.
