Beste Burger, lecker Soßen, nette Bedienung

Leider eine Katastrophe. - Kellner kam nicht an den Tisch (er stand hinter der Theke und unterhielt sich mit einem Kollegen) und nach 15 Min baten wir ihn doch bitte zu uns raus zu kommen um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. - Wir hatten nun also unsere Getränke und die Bestellung aufgegeben. Nach 10-15 Minuten kam dann kam der Kellner zu uns und meinte "es tut mir leid, es sind gerade viele Bestellungen - bis das Essen fertig ist dauert es noch mindestens 45 Minuten". Das haben wir dann abgelehnt. - Nachdem der Kellner sagte "Sie können die Getränke einfach zurück stellen" sah er, dass wir schon etwas getrunken hatte (wir saßen ja auch schon länger) - Also mussten wir die Getränke trotz der Umstände zahlen. Fazit: es kann etwas schief gehen, schräg laufen oder Durcheinander kommen- das ist okay. Der Umgang mit der Situation war vonseiten des Kellners unterirdisch. Leider Kunden verloren.

Viele verschiedene Burger-Variationen – da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Fastfood bleibt Fastfood, aber wer Burger liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Burger sind lecker und die Pommes haben ebenfalls super geschmeckt. Freundlicher Service und insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung. Gerne wieder!

Mein Sohn meinte, das sei der beste Burger aller Zeiten gewesen. Ich hatte die Bowl mit Salat, und die war wirklich lecker. Super Kundenservice!

Wir haben extra mal ein Ausflug nach Dillenburg gemacht weil wir mal etwas neues probieren wollten. Unsere Wahl fiel auf The Original Beef. Die Rezensionen luden dazu ein. Ich mach’s kurz: Die Soße auf dem Cheeseburger ist sicher Geschmacksache, gehört aber für mich absolut so nicht da hin. Das Fleisch ok aber kein Highlight. Service ist quasi nicht existent. Besteck muss man sich im Nachgang anscheinend selber holen. Die Heinz-Tütchen-Majo ist ja auch eher für Liebhaber als lecker. Unter guten Burgern verstehen wir etwas anderes.

Einer der besten Burger, die ich je gegessen habe: herrlich warmes und leicht knuspriges Fleisch, ein super Brötchen, leckere Soße – und die Pommes sind auch erstklassig! Das Lokal ist sauber und ordentlich, und die Leute sind supernett. Absolut top; man versteht sofort, warum sie schon seit Jahren den Preis für den besten Burger der Region bekommen :)

Ich habe mir einen Cheeseburger zum mitnehmen bestellt. Das Brötchen war sehr lecker das war’s aber schon. Das Fleisch war sehr trocken und die Ränder schwarz. Belegt war es mit 2 Gürkchen und ein halben Eisbergblatt. Die Soße ist wahrscheinlich Geschmacksache aber meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich passend. Fazit: ist oke aber das Geld ist es jedenfalls nicht wert

Ich bin absolut begeistert von the original Beef in Dillenburg! Der Service ist hervorragend – super freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Atmosphäre ist modern und angenehm, alles wirkt sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Qualität und die Liebe zum Detail.

im Restaurant Der Laden ist sehr gemütlich und entspannt eingerichtet der Service und die Bedienung wal tiptop mein Essen kam ohne Mängel,schnell und warm. Der Burger ist sehr sehr lecker sobald man dort einmal isst will man öfters hin. Top Laden und top Service

Bester Burgerladen weit und breit, immer sehr lecker, absolut zu empfehlen. Nicht viel Platz, aber ein Muss für Burger-Fans.

Super Burger und sehr freundliches Personal.

Auf unseren Wochenendausflug, haben wir uns Herborn, Dillenburg und Umgebung angeschaut. Dabei sind wir hier zum Mittagessen vorbei gekommen. Richtig toller Service, ich hatte einen Burger der echt der Hammer war und meine Frau eine Chicken Bowle und auch sie war begeistert. Wir können es echt nur empfehlen hier zu Essen. 👍🏻

Einer der besten Burger die ich je gegessen habe. 🥹🤤 Den Chili Crunch kann ich nur empfehlen, er hat mich regeneriert. Laden sieht von innen auch super aus!

Habe hier schon öfter bestellt und wurde nie enttäuscht. Zum Abholen dauert es keine 20 Minuten (außer in Stoßzeiten, da kann es mal ca. 30 Minuten dauern). Das Essen selbst ist einfach super: Warm, lecker, frisch und vor allem: Eine große Auswahl. Pommes? Süßkartoffel-Pommes? Gibt es ohne Probleme. Die Burger sind riesig und der Preis dazu ist absolut akzeptabel. Auch die Leute im Laden sind immer freundlich und man bekommt auch richtige Aussagen wenn man nachfragt wenn es mal länger dauert. Werde hier weiterhin für mich und meine Familie bestellen.

Super schnell, einen super leckeren Burger serviert bekommen. Der Cheesecake war mir persönlich etwas zu süß und noch sehr kalt/gefroren. Aber lecker trotzdem.

I ordered the BBQ beef burger as a meal deal, so with fries. I expected a beef patty and to be asked how it should be cooked. Instead, it was a smash burger, very thin and overcooked, with hardly any flavor. The seasoned salt on the fries completely overpowered any other taste. Not to my liking.

My girlfriend's burger: juicy, delicious, just right. My salad: quite okay. The service? A festival of embarrassment. First, the waiter complains about his terrible day, then he showers my girlfriend with blunt compliments – as charming as a wet handshake. The bottom line: The kitchen is good, but the waiter should definitely flirt less and serve more.

The staff ignored us. Instead, other guests of the same ethnic background were given priority, even though they arrived later in the restaurant. After 20 minutes of being ignored, we left the restaurant without being given the opportunity to order. We were ignored, despite repeatedly calling for attention.

Two people, a BBQ burger from the set menu with chili cheese fries and a drink, and a Sweet Spicy burger from the set menu with bacon fries and a drink. The service made a very good impression, friendly and attentive. The food arrived quite quickly. The burger buns were of good quality, although they lacked sesame, but were definitely beyond the standard. The diameter was comparatively large, allowing the patties to remain relatively flat. Visually, the BBQ and Sweet Spicy burgers didn't look particularly opulent. Both were excellent in terms of taste, with a very good balance of ingredients that allowed you to taste every single ingredient. The meat flavor, after all, the main ingredient of a burger, was clearly evident, well-seasoned with a decent amount of roasted flavor without being overpowering. The sauce was spicy but not overpowering. My companion said she would order the Sweet Spicy fries again on her next visit. Both fries were also tasty, although in a direct comparison, the bacon fries were clearly the winner. The final bill came to €34, which we found to be good value for money. Conclusion: Very tasty burgers, unfortunately, it's not easy to find them of this quality. My personal opinion: Limited-time specials could add a bit more variety to the menu. For example, a creation of the month. A different bun, seasonal ingredients, themed creations, e.g., with asparagus in spring, pumpkin and walnut in fall, a pretzel bun in October, or something similar.

We stopped by for lunch. My first highlight was that there was a basketball game on TV. It wasn't important, but I was happy. The place looks good from the outside and is easy to find. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a burger joint, but it feels high-end. The service was very friendly and pleasant, our order came very quickly, and the burger was absolutely delicious! All in all, a great place with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back often.

Unfortunately, today, for the third time in a row, I discovered that the burgers are no longer "the burgers" they were known for after the opening. The meat is dry and flattened, no longer juicy. The additional ingredients seem slapped on, nothing like a lovingly "stacked" burger, and unfortunately, it shows. It's a shame. I used to enjoy eating there, but for me, it no longer offers value for money.

The burgers at The Original Beef are really, really good – fresh and taste great. I would particularly like to highlight the sweet potato fries, they are by far the best I have ever eaten! The staff are friendly and attentive, and the toilet is clean and in very good condition. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. Highly recommended!
