Delicious, quick, and easy. However, eating in is very uncomfortable.

Excellent quality at a fair price. I order regularly and the quality is consistently good.

The food was alright, unfortunately the atmosphere was very loud and hectic due to the constant arrival of Lieferando drivers, but otherwise the staff was very friendly.

Please never pass off crispy chicken as vegan chicken again! I was given halloumi and vegan chicken as alternative options. If you don't have vegan alternatives for the vegan patty, the order will have to be canceled – honesty matters! My non-vegan visitor already had a full stomach, but still ate the burger. Because we don't like to throw food away. Otherwise, I've always been very satisfied with your deliveries, hence the 3 stars.

Good burgers for around €9. Much better than McDonald's and the like. I'll come back next time I'm in the area.

One of the best burgers I've ever tried. The place is beautiful, the food is homemade, the burger and fries were delicious, and it was served hot and fresh. My partner and I went there, and we loved it! The place is small but beautifully decorated and very cozy. 100% recommended.

Very friendly and attentive waiters and chefs. The burgers are delicious and very well-filled. The bread, like the patty, tastes great, and the salad is fresh and crispy.

The food is truly delicious. And they have interesting burger creations, such as mot sucuk and fried eggs. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. And it's better to eat in, as Lieferando takes about an hour to travel 5.6 km, with several stops along the way, and as a result, the burgers are unfortunately only lukewarm. But they still taste good.

They can simply make very good burgers

We ordered burgers and fries today through Lieferando. The burgers arrived and were OK, but nothing special. McCes is fine, too. The fries weren't included (€11). When we asked, they said they would be delivered later. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We got a hefty tip. Bitter. We won't order from here again.

I think the Smash Burger deal (2 burgers for €9, small fries, and a 0.33 oz Coke for €16) is absolutely fair. It was also delicious; highly recommended.

I also tried their sweet potato fries, which were crispy and seasoned just right.They offered a variety of dipping sauces, which was a fun touch, and the portion sizes were generous. We order regularly from Mood. It's always super fresh, hot, and on time. We've even eaten there. The drivers are always super friendly. Changes to orders over the phone are easy to implement. And most importantly: it's truly delicious.

The burgers taste great and are freshly prepared. They're very busy, so there's a bit of a hectic atmosphere. You can eat in, but the smell of fried food is pretty strong.

The burgers were fantastic, fresh, juicy and delicious. It was just a little difficult to find the store. The staff was friendly. It was incredibly busy, but we didn't have to wait long.

Food arrived cold and I ordered iced peach tea and iced lemon tea came. In an earlier order I had ordered acai and something completely different was delivered because acai was empty and it was still charged

One of the tastiest, if not THE tastiest, burgers I've ever eaten oO. Juicy and good. The prices are okay, you can't complain. About €7-8 for a medium-sized burger that's freshly made with good ingredients. The shop is a bit hidden behind Edeka...more of an insider tip. The atmosphere isn't that great, unfortunately. The shop is more geared towards delivery services than eating in. Everything seems cold. The employees are otherwise working around the clock...the shop is buzzing. Accordingly, it can take longer to get your food there. Still, a top address...delicious.

First of all... if we want to eat burgers, then we come here... I have rarely eaten better burgers than I have here... Top price/performance... and the team is always friendly. The only point of criticism is the ambience. If you want to eat burgers on site, the constant in and out of the delivery drivers is extremely annoying. The atmosphere seems loveless and chaotic. Still, five stars overall, we'll definitely be back.

Stable burger, delicious fries, gladly again

I got the chicken burger and it was delicious, the service was extremely welcoming but also professional!

Where do I even begin! Positive: the order went quickly with the Lieferando app! Negative: At first the delivery time was 21-30 minutes, then shortly before the end it changed to being prepared! Then after 71 minutes the driver called and said he would be there in 5 minutes, then it was 11 minutes and the app changed from in delivery to delivered?? When the driver finally came he insulted me as I left because I didn't wish him a nice evening! When I unpacked the food I noticed that there was no ketchup or mayo on the Twister fries, and it didn't look like Twister, more like leftover fries with sweet potato fries in between! The great salad that was promised was just an iceberg mixture! The burgers and Twister 🤣 fries were cold. The paddy was dry and the bun was soggy, of course when it comes that late. When I called there and asked about the ketchup and mayo they said I hadn't ordered it??? With every other delivery service they add something, they want to make money. The statement about the burger was not addressed at all in incomprehensible German! Never, ever again

Excellent burgers, fast service at a great price

I've ordered here a few times now and, to be fair, I have to leave the store a review and not always just when something is bad. The burgers have always been absolutely delicious and the delivery was quick given the conditions. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately I can't rate the ambience because I only ever order from you. But I just have to tell you, your burger is incredibly delicious. The smashburgers are awesome and so are the barbecue burgers.

We have ordered here regularly so far. Last night, however, I vomited my heart out and have only now regained my senses. We were actually always happy before but that's just not possible! Please please check the ingredients so that this doesn't happen to other people!!! I had the chicken burger with extra bacon and halloumi + sweet potato fries. There couldn't have been anything bad that I ate that day and it went off an hour after eating, so I'm very sure it was the burger!

The food is great and fresh and the Chef and other people are very friendly and joly in nature must visit.

Was there last week for a burger, had a double beef burger, and I ordered sweet potato fries. The burger itself was well made and tasted very tasty, patties were well fried, the fries had been in the deep fryer for a little too long, so they were very black in some places. The ambience was completely fine, unfortunately the suction didn't work properly, so it smelled a lot like a snack bar. But all in all, the next time I'm in Berlin I would always get a burger there again. The price/performance ratio was really great. But you could only pay in cash, EC cards weren't possible, the savings bank next door is temporarily closed, so you had to withdraw money from the ATM at Edeka with a fee. I also find it a disadvantage not being able to pay by card these days.

I ordered via Lieferando and was initially shocked by the delivery time. According to Lieferando, 60 minutes. However, the doorbell rang after just 20 minutes. The sweet potato fries were incredibly crispy and still nice and warm. The smashburgers were also warm and super tasty. The buns are very fluffy 👌 clear recommendation. I even like the Smashburgers better than the ones from Goldies.

The food itself is great and we always enjoyed ordering here. Especially because there are beyond meat burgers here. The last 3 orders arrived ice cold because the order from Schönefeld was delivered by bike. This is environmentally friendly, but unfortunately it doesn't help at all. Unfortunately we will no longer be ordering here in the future.

No card payments are accepted and you are referred to the Sparkasse branch directly next door. Okay, it's right around the corner, but in my opinion customer friendliness looks... different. We didn't get any receipt either...

First of all, long delivery time. You can definitely turn a blind eye here. Price-performance is great. - Burger top and high quality - Fries high quality and crispy. This is an art when it comes to delivery fries. - The nuggets were good too. // Update Today was the first time I was there in person. Friendly staff, good burgers 👍 The delivery burgers were ok again for the last three orders. Keep it up.

Unfortunately I can't recommend the Mood Burger!!! I received my order after 130 minutes in a completely cold condition, and the driver was rude when I asked why it took so long. Unfortunately, the phone call didn't help. We were assured that we would get our money back, but nothing has happened to date. Leiferando then informed us that The Mood Burger had objected to the refund. It's a shame, the food was actually very good, but unfortunately the service is really bad. If the delivery time cannot be met, please do not offer delivery.

TheMood's delivery service takes over every weekend. If you can't get your food delivered on time and hot, then don't accept orders. If the food arrives completely cold after 2:15 hours, that was our last order. On the phone you tell me that it's the best burger place. That's no justification either!!!! In addition, there was a completely incorrect email with the delivery time, which means the food would have been delivered long ago. I was then “promised” a refund over the phone without even asking for the name. Simply tell what the customer wants to hear. It's better to accept a few fewer orders and keep regular customers. Unfortunately that's it for us!!!!

Very tasty food - burger patty was juicy and well done. Fries were cut from potatoes - also nice and crispy and simply very tasty. Salad was made from simple ingredients - every ingredient was fresh and a very large portion. We ordered salad with sour cream dressing. Very, very good food. I arrived and the staff was initially unfriendly. The food was so disgustingly moist and my individual requests for the burgers were not addressed. The sauce was runny and the burger fell apart.

I had the dubious pleasure of eating at this so-called burger joint recently and I have to say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The place was dirty, the tables were sticky, and the floor didn't seem to have been mopped in weeks. The service was just terrible. The staff was rude and seemed more interested in their cell phones than the customers. I had to wait forever for someone to take my order and when it finally happened the person was incredibly rude. But of course the worst was the food. The burger was lukewarm and tasted like the meat was low quality and old. The bun was dry and crumbly, and the accompaniments looked like they had seen better days. The fries were soggy and unsalted, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The price-performance ratio is also a joke. The prices are simply too high for the poor quality and poor service. I could have saved myself the money and made a better meal at home. I will definitely never visit this store again and can only advise everyone to give it a wide berth. Don't waste your money and time here!

The mood is an absolute failure. The burgers taste like cardboard and are either burnt or raw. The fries are soggy and oily, like they were made in an old stone age deep fryer. The service is a disaster - unfriendly, slow and completely disinterested. The ambience is as dismal as the food: dirty tables, sticky floors and a general atmosphere of neglect. I really can't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the money and the disappointment.
