The food is great and fresh and the Chef and other people are very friendly and joly in nature must visit.

Was there last week for a burger, had a double beef burger, and I ordered sweet potato fries. The burger itself was well made and tasted very tasty, patties were well fried, the fries had been in the deep fryer for a little too long, so they were very black in some places. The ambience was completely fine, unfortunately the extraction didn't work properly, so it smelled a lot like a snack bar. But all in all, the next time I'm in Berlin I would always get a burger there again. The price/performance ratio was really great. But you could only pay in cash, EC cards weren't possible, the savings bank next door is temporarily closed, so you had to withdraw money from the ATM at Edeka with a fee. I also find it a disadvantage not being able to pay by card these days.

I ordered via Lieferando and was initially shocked by the delivery time. According to Lieferando, 60 minutes. However, the doorbell rang after just 20 minutes. The sweet potato fries were incredibly crispy and still nice and warm. The smashburgers were also warm and super tasty. The buns are very fluffy 👌 clear recommendation. I even like the Smashburgers better than the ones from Goldies.

The food itself is great and we always enjoyed ordering here. Especially because there are beyond meat burgers here. The last 3 orders arrived ice cold because the order from Schönefeld was delivered by bike. This is environmentally friendly, but unfortunately it doesn't help at all. Unfortunately we will no longer be ordering here in the future.

No card payments are accepted and you are referred to the Sparkasse branch directly next door. Okay, it's right around the corner, but in my opinion customer friendliness looks... different. We didn't get any receipt either...

First of all, long delivery time. You can definitely turn a blind eye here. Price-performance is great. - Burger top and high quality - Fries high quality and crispy. This is an art when it comes to delivery fries. - The nuggets were good too. // Update Today was the first time I was there in person. Unfortunately I can't recommend the Mood Burger!!! I received my order after 130 minutes in a completely cold condition, and the driver was rude when I asked why it took so long. Unfortunately, the phone call didn't help. We were assured that we would get our money back, but nothing has happened to date. Leiferando then informed us that The Mood Burger had objected to the refund. It's a shame, the food was actually very good, but unfortunately the service is really bad. If the delivery time cannot be met, please do not offer delivery.

TheMood's delivery service takes over every weekend. If you can't get your food delivered on time and hot, then don't accept orders. If the food arrives completely cold after 2:15 hours, that was our last order. On the phone you tell me that it's the best burger place. That's no justification either!!!! In addition, there was a completely incorrect email with the delivery time, which means the food would have been delivered long ago. I was then “promised” a refund over the phone without even asking for the name. Simply tell what the customer wants to hear. It's better to accept a few fewer orders and keep regular customers. Unfortunately that's it for us!!!!

Delicious burgers & Co.! Everything is freshly prepared and the quality is good. I would like to highlight the fries, which always taste delicious! Rarely eaten better! We often order there via Lieferando, where the ordering instructions are unfortunately not followed from time to time. But always helpful with complaints and good service! Very tasty food - burger patty was juicy and well done. Fries were cut from potatoes - also nice and crispy and simply very tasty. Salad was made from simple ingredients - every ingredient was fresh and a very large portion. We ordered salad with sour cream dressing. Very, very good food. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is clean.

I arrived and the staff was initially unfriendly. The food was so disgustingly moist and my individual requests for the burgers were not addressed. The sauce was runny and the burger fell apart.

The mood is an absolute failure. The burgers taste like cardboard and are either burnt or raw. The fries are soggy and oily, like they were made in an old stone age deep fryer. The service is a disaster - unfriendly, slow and completely disinterested. The ambience is as dismal as the food: dirty tables, sticky floors and a general atmosphere of neglect. I really can't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the money and the disappointment.

The meat from the citizen was too raw and the service doesn't live up to the name "The MOOD burger" - the staff there is disrespectful.

I had the dubious pleasure of eating at this so-called burger joint recently and I have to say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The place was dirty, the tables were sticky, and the floor didn't seem to have been mopped in weeks. The service was just terrible. The staff was rude and seemed more interested in their cell phones than the customers. I had to wait forever for someone to take my order and when it finally happened the person was incredibly rude. But of course the worst was the food. The burger was lukewarm and tasted like the meat was low quality and old. The bun was dry and crumbly, and the accompaniments looked like they had seen better days. The fries were soggy and unsalted, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The price-performance ratio is also a joke. The prices are simply too high for the poor quality and poor service. I could have saved myself the money and made a better meal at home. I will definitely never visit this store again and can only advise everyone to give it a wide berth. Don't waste your money and time here!

We were there with the kids and left feeling full at the end 😂 The junior has various, sometimes severe, allergies... In general, it's always really uncomfortable for me to ask the chefs etc. whether this and that and that can be prepared without... eggs, without nuts, without fish, without soy etc. The guys there are great!!! Super child-friendly, listened to my concerns and assured that they would get the burger 'fried' and toppings without contamination 😊. And what can I say: THANK YOU!!! Truly from the heart. The restaurant looks very inviting from the outside, but inside it is well kept and simple. The burgers 🍔 taste great 👍🏼. The price-performance ratio is justified for what they offer. Fresh ingredients and a lot of things homemade. You don't have to hide anything in terms of taste. They offer many different burgers, from beef to veggie to vegan, there is everything you need. The Smash Burger is a composition in itself. You bite into it and it's super soft. The patty is nice and juicy and fried to perfection with the roasted aromas. The bun is super soft, then the onions and cucumbers come in and round off the result with a bit of bite. With the homemade sauce you just want to eat another smash burger.

I love your burgers, but this is the second time that the order arrived and something was missing. It's a shame that things are somehow failing here at the moment. Update: after 1 1/2 hours the missing rest of the order arrived. Sorry but it doesn't work at all...

Incredibly unfriendly and food never came! NOT ORDER! We ordered via Lieferando. After an hour the app said the food had been delivered. But this was not so. So my friend called: "Yes, it's like that sometimes, the food is coming." After another half hour my friend wanted to ask again: the tone became rougher, the statement remained the same and in the end she was cut off. After another half hour, i.e. two hours after ordering, I called: the man on the phone finally discovered a problem with the order. He apologized and offered to put our order at the top. But I canceled because he couldn't tell me how long it would take. At the end of the story we realize: you don't want to talk to women there, but you do want to go there with men.

We found the burgers very good and the prices acceptable. We were embarrassed because we didn't speak German but the staff was quite nice to us.

We ordered two burgers and four side dishes via Lieferando about an hour ago. The delivery was there promptly. The burgers were quite good, but not above average. Three of the side dishes each had a sauce added when they were ordered. All three sauces were missing/were not delivered. Dry sweet potato fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks - great!

Price/performance was right for me. Music could be a little quieter, you can hardly understand your own words when ordering, but that's just a tip, not a criticism.

The burgers taste very good, as do the Mozi. sticks and the guys there are just extremely friendly. If you're there with friends, it doesn't take long for the food to arrive and you can order it yourself, which makes the whole thing seem more personal.

FORGET THIS STORE every time half of it is missing and wasn't delivered as promised, a whole menu just wasn't delivered and the second time again not with the blatant lie to say it's coming soon, I don't know what evening the guy was talking about. This is how you try to retain customers by stealing the money and leaving it until next time. Very weak. Tried twice both times. Menu was missing ridiculous!!!

Update: I just ordered the double smash burger plus chili cheese fries. Now it's the full 5 stars! The meat could have used a little more salt, but that's complaining on a high level. You have now caught me as a regular customer ☺️🖖🏻 Placed a pre-order at 5pm for 7pm which arrived 25 minutes late. This cannot and should not happen with a pre-order. However, the Lieferando driver wasn't the brightest candle in the cake and took a huge detour. The fries and burgers we ordered were OK. The buns make the burgers a little dry. If you replaced these with other, less thick buns, the burgers would be a little juicier. The sauces can be improved but are okay. P.S. I had a burger with a cauliflower patty and one with a vegetable patty. I would leave out the corn for the vegetable patty. Otherwise great. The cauliflower patty in particular is great and really fun! You should rethink the chili cheese sauce and either make it yourself or at least refine it. We will definitely order again.

I've ordered there quite often. The food is really tasty, but the service is terrible! I have always ordered via Lieferando and recently an employee deducted €25 from me, which is a complete disgrace!!️🤬 Another day I ordered food late in the evening (around 10 p.m.). It also arrived quite early, but the employee who delivered the food to me grabbed the bag where I wanted to pay him for the food (in euros‼️). This is a bottomless impudence. I'm a woman and it's hard enough going out to eat somewhere alone as a woman. But when it happens on your own doorstep, it's even worse! I have a trauma and will never order from these disgusting brats again‼️🤬

We order from the mood quite often and the food is always really tasty, but today everything arrived cold and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were rock hard. There were probably a lot of orders coming in today because the food came an hour late. When I order food, I don't want to have to reheat it at home or not be able to eat it because it no longer tastes good, not for the price. Otherwise it's worth ordering there - unfortunately we just had a bad experience today. Delivery service can be expanded:(

It's best to pick it up yourself, then it'll go very quickly and everything will be at the best temperature at home.

Despite delivery, the burgers were still warm and extremely tasty. Juicy and the sauces spicy and delicious. The fries were crispy and not as sticky as you would expect from standard delivery fries. Burgers and fries very tasty but the service is bottomless. The delivery has often been late but this time it was over two hours late. Nobody could be reached by phone because it was permanently occupied. At Lieferando, several people reported the same problem on the same day. It's cheeky not to give any information about delays and then to man the phone so that no one can complain... But as a business owner, if I know what my peak hours are, I have to hire more people or not say, "Food will be delivered soon." If I hadn't ordered through an app, I would have canceled the orders

Wir haben die letzten 2 Tage über Lieferando bei The Mood bestellt. Bei der gestrigen Lieferung kam der Fahrer und sagte direkt das er kein Wechselgeld hätte. Wir haben in der Lieferando App angegeben das wir mit 25,00€ zahlen, bei einer Summe von 22,50€. Wie kann das sein das er kein Wechselgeld hat? Bei der heutigen Bestellung haben wir angegeben bei einem Preis von 30,90€ mit einem 50,00€ Schein zu zahlen. Der Fahrer hatte 8,00 € Wechselgeld dabei ?!? Das ist eine BODENLOSE Frechheit. Das war das letzte mal, dass wir bei euch bestellt haben über Lieferando!!
