Incredibly delicious burgers! I went to The Mill Burger & Pizza today and I'm really surprised by how good everything was. The food was incredibly fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious – one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive without being intrusive. You can immediately tell that they work with passion. The atmosphere is also modern and cozy; you feel right at home. For me, it's a clear: Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.

Our order was taken promptly, but after more than an hour neither the drinks nor the food had arrived. The restaurant was in complete chaos, and we weren't the only ones who cancelled our order and left.

We celebrated our Christmas party this year with a total of 34 people at The Mill, and we were absolutely thrilled! The reservation process was completely hassle-free. The manager on-site was extremely communicative and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Thanks to his meticulous planning, the organization was very easy for us, and even our Secret Santa exchange was seamlessly integrated. The food was an absolute highlight: The burgers were fantastic and incredibly delicious. The vegetarian options were also very well received by our colleagues. The drinks deserve special mention as well: The Espresso Martini was a particular hit, but all the other cocktails were also delicious and expertly prepared. We highly recommend The Mill for group events and celebrations – it was definitely a resounding success!

I organized a company dinner at The Mill in Osnabrück for a corporate event – ​​and we couldn't have been happier. Even the planning went smoothly. The new manager proved to be extremely competent, asked the right questions, and actively supported us to ensure the evening was a success. Since we were a group of 15, he had asked us to let him know our meal preferences in advance. This meant the service on the night was excellent: we didn't have to wait long, and everyone was able to eat at the same time. Despite a few special requests from the group, there wasn't a single mistake or oversight with 15 dishes – truly impressive! As someone who has been organizing such events for some time, I was particularly thrilled, as I'd never experienced anything like it before. The quality of the food was outstanding. Everything was freshly prepared, tasted delicious, and was attractively presented. The service was also a real highlight: two young employees took care of our group in a very friendly, attentive, and professional manner. We felt completely at ease, and my colleagues were equally impressed. I can absolutely recommend The Mill in Osnabrück for group and corporate events.

Pleasant lounge music in the background. It was our first time there, but we'll definitely be back... there's still so much to discover. A culinary highlight in Osnabrück.

The service and ambiance of the restaurant were particularly appealing. The cocktails were especially well-made, and the burgers were also excellent. For my pizza, I would prefer a different plate in the future, instead of a wooden board, as you can definitely smell the wood while eating. Otherwise, everything was great, and we'd gladly come back again :)

The food was okay. The table wasn't cleared after the meal, and drinks were only available upon request. I ordered a coffee and it didn't arrive after 20 minutes. When I asked for it, they told me there was a problem with the machine. That could have been reported right away. The beer had to be chilled first. The staff was nice, but that was it, unfortunately.

The restaurant advertises the absolute freshness of all its ingredients. It was all the more disturbing to find four large plastic strips on my pizza. Such an occurrence not only demonstrates gross negligence, but also represents a blatant breach of their own quality standards. Instead of culinary delight, all that remained was the bitter aftertaste of a lack of care.

The pizza was rather mediocre. I suspect the burgers are extremely good. It's close to the train station, so it's worth a detour on foot. A very nice, cozy place. The chili sauce is homemade and has enough fire to impress in a Southeast Asian restaurant; I highly recommend it.

The wait was particularly negative – almost an hour passed before the food was served. The pizza looked appealing at first glance, but proved to be disappointing in terms of taste: the dough was bready, unevenly thick, and the bottom smelled unpleasantly of the wooden board on which it was served. This significantly spoiled the dining experience. The bottom line: Despite the pleasant ambiance and attentive service, the weaknesses in the service and quality of the food outweigh the disadvantages. I therefore cannot recommend it.

It was very nice at the Mill. You can eat right next to the Hase River. Our children were served friendly and provided with coloring materials, and the burgers, salad, and Schmitz were also very tasty.

A fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. We were there with our little one (under 1) and the server was simply fantastic! He was quick to respond to everything; there was room for the stroller, and when a toy fell on the floor, he offered to wash it for us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Luckily, it wasn't very busy; we had deliberately made sure we weren't there during peak times. I don't know what it's like when it's busy. But all in all, it's simply fantastic and highly recommended!

They prepare the food individually upon request, and if you can't decide, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the food. It's also the perfect opportunity to stop by Alando and have a drink on the terrace at the front or back of the Hase. The terrace in the front area and the rear terrace at the Hase offer the perfect setting to enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. I had a classic salami pizza that was so unbelievably salty that you almost couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, there was no taste of the fruitiness of the tomato sauce. There is still a lot of room for improvement!!!!

My buddy loves it, I found the noise of the bridge embankment a bit annoying, nothing you can blame the shop for. The prices are a bit salty at the current point of view. I think the quality is appropriate, but it can seem a bit intimidating at first, especially with beer. I would still recommend everyone to prepare accordingly and give 'the Mill' the chance it deserves👍

Good food but disastrous service There were three of us and we had reserved a table at The Mill Osnabrück for 7 p.m. We placed our order (a pizza, two burgers and fries) at 7:10 p.m. The drinks arrived after five minutes, but then the long wait began: it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food to arrive. During this entire time, not a single service person came to our table - no information about the delay, no question as to whether we would like anything else. Nobody showed up when we paid, so we had to go to the checkout ourselves. When I complained, the waitress just apologized. The gentleman behind the counter then explained that there was a conflict due to online reservations and apologized with a round of drinks on the house. Conclusion: The food was really good, but the service was simply a disaster. A little communication would have improved a lot. We will try again and hope for improvement.
