I highly recommend The Mill! This shop is a real highlight for anyone who wants delicious food and a great atmosphere. The offer is simply extremely diverse: Homemade burgers, including homemade veggie patties, ensure a variety of tastes that leave nothing to be desired. Pizza and schnitzel are also freshly prepared and taste fantastic – there really is something for everyone here! I would particularly like to highlight the delicious finger foods, which are perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. The large selection of drinks, including delicious cocktails, makes a visit to The Mill a real experience. It's also the perfect opportunity to stop by Alando and have a drink on the terrace at the front or back of the Hase. The service was really great: the team is super friendly, competent and attentive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The terrace in the front area and the rear terrace at the Hase offer the perfect setting to enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. I absolutely love this store and will definitely stop by more often. A great restaurant that is suitable for any occasion - whether it's lunch, an after-work drink or a cozy dinner with friends!

I had a classic salami pizza that was so unbelievably salty that you almost couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, there was no taste of the fruitiness of the tomato sauce. There is still a lot of room for improvement!!!!

Prices outside did not match the prices inside on the menu. That was a shame. Food was tasty. We regularly asked if everything was okay. However, clearing was not done very quickly. Girls from the ministry spent a lot of time together.

I particularly recommend the burgers, which were prepared with love, but the pizzas were also just great. The ambience is another great strength of The Mill. The stylish furnishings create an inviting and cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. Whether for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends, the atmosphere is perfectly tailored to every request. The service was also excellent. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and always keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The service representative's recommendations were both helpful and delicious. In summary, I can only warmly recommend The Mill in Osnabrück. Everything is just right here: the food, the atmosphere and the service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The food was great and the service was outstanding. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The location right on the Hase is beautiful. In terms of price, however, it is at the upper end of the tolerance limit.

Were eating burgers for two. These were very tasty and delivered brutally quickly to the table. The service was always friendly and accommodating and was always available to us. The interior is very tastefully decorated, we sat outside on a balcony terrace hybrid (?) directly on the Hase. My buddy loves it, I found the noise of the bridge embankment a bit annoying, nothing you can blame the shop for. The prices are a bit salty at the current point of view. I think the quality is appropriate, but it can seem a bit intimidating at first, especially with beer. I would still recommend everyone to prepare accordingly and give 'the Mill' the chance it deserves👍

Good food but disastrous service There were three of us and we had reserved a table at The Mill Osnabrück for 7 p.m. We placed our order (a pizza, two burgers and fries) at 7:10 p.m. The drinks arrived after five minutes, but then the long wait began: it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food to arrive. During this entire time, not a single service person came to our table - no information about the delay, no question as to whether we would like anything else. Nobody showed up when we paid, so we had to go to the checkout ourselves. When I complained, the waitress just apologized. The gentleman behind the counter then explained that there was a conflict due to online reservations and apologized with a round of drinks on the house. Conclusion: The food was really good, but the service was simply a disaster. A little communication would have improved a lot. We will try again and hope for improvement.

A truly lovely restaurant :) Super friendly and polite staff, you don't have to wait too long for your drinks or food. If you're unsure and can't decide between the delicious dishes, the staff will help you decide. You can also let the kitchen surprise you completely, and then they'll conjure up a super delicious meal for you. The portions are super generous and unbeatable for the price. The outdoor terraces alone are a dream. Really worth a visit!

We visited the mill for the first time, for our wedding anniversary. And I have to say, it was fantastic. The ambiance is very nice, rustic, and cozy. The menu is concise, but has everything you need. The staff is very friendly, quick, and they even explain things about the food. We ordered a burger and the schnitzel. It tasted great! The burger was very juicy and the schnitzel was perfectly prepared. Afterwards, we had the only dessert on the menu, and it was completely convincing. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back!

Been there for the first time and had a lovely stay with my girlfriend. Table reserved by phone and everything went smoothly. Beautiful older rustic interior that lives up to the name The Mill. I had the Mr. Miller Burger and it was simply TOP, in terms of taste and size. I was also very pleased with the large number of fried onions. The homemade sauces also blew me away, garlic mayo was super tasty. True water drinkers can distinguish water from water by taste and this was also at its finest! The waiter was very polite, very nice and receptive, I rarely see something like that in the catering industry these days. Another big plus was that the music was played at a comfortable volume so that it wasn't too loud or too quiet. It was great to have a conversation. Prices were really reasonable for such an evening. Burgers vary between 15-18 euros. I recommend, gladly again!

This restaurant deserves 0 stars!! Bad service. We had to place our drink and food orders ourselves because no service came to our table after a long time. The food was brought to the table incorrectly or not at all. When asked, you only received an unfriendly answer or no answer at all. There was only discussion and no solutions were sought. Customers who specifically ordered vegetarian food are said not to have done so and are now eating a chicken burger because they ordered it that way. After about an hour, part of the order was still missing. When paying we were asked to pay for drinks and food, which were not brought despite repeated requests. Even then, we only received an unfriendly reaction and discussions continued.

I reserved a table by phone on December 21st, 2024 for Saturday, December 22nd, 24th at 6:00 p.m. On Saturday we entered the restaurant on time, which was already busy at the time. I assume the manager rushed up to us to very angrily inform us that we hadn't reserved a table. His administration consisted of a "scratch pad" but...he actually found our name on it. He then explained to us, still very annoyed, that "almost everyone says...they have reserved by phone." The problem: however, he didn't have a table for two people either. We actually should have left at this point! The solution: He sat us at a table for 8 people. We then shared it for about 10 minutes, first with 5 young ladies, until a table became available for us. I would like to mention that we are around 60 years old. Yes... something like that can bring "joy".. but... I think the young ladies also wanted to keep to themselves. To make a long story short: we ordered a table at 6:00 p.m. and the food was served around 7:15 p.m. If the burger had been anything like hot (was really only lukewarm), the food would have at least been really good. If it was the managing director who was recognized as the boss, training in dealing with employees would be more than recommended. Making the employees "round" in front of the guests...not the best solution. Since we were sitting directly at the checkout and in the kitchen area, we also heard the complaints of other guests who obviously had a similar impression. There will definitely be no repeat for us. Were there yesterday with 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We spontaneously reserved a table by phone 2 hours in advance. When we arrived the service manager told us? Without a hello "we're full" when she answered that we had made a reservation, the only answer she got was "that's what everyone here says today". We were then accommodated in the cellar by the waitress who was clearly trying hard. After about 15 minutes we were allowed to place our drinks and food orders. Meanwhile, like at the next table, we noticed that a good half of all orders were wrong and/or didn't come at all. After almost an hour our food arrived. We "only" had a burger falach... The onion rings were also cold. But after we saw how the service manager at the next table reacted to the complaints, we just accepted it. Maybe there will be another recession from the group. The food prices are OK from what you could see. However, I think 6.50 for a 0.5 soft drink is significantly overpriced. P.s. In between we had to change our place because another large group came. The store definitely has potential, but not with the staff that was there yesterday. I've actually never experienced anything like that.

Not recommended for larger groups. On December 21st We were standing in the restaurant with 14 people and were told that there was no room for us. We reserved 1 year in advance. On November 27th We even personally gave the exact number of people and asked whether we should pre-order the food. And then they accuse us of not having made a reservation!? The fact that people then become unfriendly and that some of us had to let ourselves be picked on and shouted at is a complete disappointment. Mistakes in the organization can happen, but you should be able to deal with them. If you don't have the ability to work in service or manage a restaurant or deal with stressful situations, you should look for another job. Simply unbelievable. Conclusion: If you are making a reservation here for several people, look for an alternative beforehand. By the way, in October we were there with 12 people. Yes, we had a table. Drink orders were simply forgotten and out of 12 meals only 10 came! But everyone deserves a second chance. It's a shame that this wasn't used.

Everything was great, but several statements regarding tips and the end of the day were quite unnecessary with sales of well over € 700 for 12 people. But apparently you no longer need it as a restaurateur.

An incredible place for true burger lovers! I ate a really great, original burger here - a taste experience that you won't forget! Since I have an onion allergy, I was particularly pleased with how attentive and friendly the owner was to my needs. All of my needs were met without any problems and the staff was incredibly accommodating. If you value quality, authenticity and great service, you should definitely visit this restaurant! Super delicious, super nice boss, always happy when we are in Osnabrück!

We didn't know this restaurant and went there after 10 p.m. Even though the kitchen had just closed, we were greeted very nicely, we were still allowed to order something and were thrilled! Super tasty burger and very excellent salad with great pomegranate dressing! Even the burger sauces are all homemade! Wanted a tea, fresh mint was brewed, even though according to the menu no tea was actually offered! A lot of importance is attached here to ensuring that the customers are satisfied! Thank you for everything, you made us very happy, we will definitely come back!

We had such a great experience here! It was late afternoon on a week day. We were starving. We were welcomed us with open arms and fed the best Ham pizza I've ever had.

One of, if not the single, best burgers I've ever eaten. Staff are friendly and attentive, too. If you're at Onsabrück station looking at the BK or Macca's, take the 5 mins to walk down to The Mill and blow your tastebuds away!

We went here for dinner as tourist, and got pleseantly suprised. Very good Food, Service and Atmosphere. We both ordered burgers, one with chicken and one with beef, they were both tasty. The steak fries can be recommended, overall a great place with friendly staff.

"Mhhh...that's a delicious burger!" Quote from Jules from the classic PULP FICTION. These exact words came to mind as I savored the first bite of the Burgess served. Plus fries with an incredibly delicious garlic mayonnaise. But everything from the beginning: As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly and shown to our seats. The philosophy of the restaurant was briefly explained to us, which is based on many homemade ingredients. For example the fantastic burger brioche or the sauces. After an incredibly short wait, the dishes we ordered arrived, presented appetizingly, with the fries in a separate, small “chip basket”. The portion sizes were more than enough, so I was able to eat the rest of my loving wife's meal. In the meantime we were asked whether we were satisfied, to which we could only answer in the affirmative. A really great service. The price-performance ratio is more than fair, the portions are generous and the quality of the food and the taste are actually excellent. After a thoroughly successful dinner, we decided to make use of the hospitality of "The Mill" on the next evening of our short visit to Osnabrück and were not disappointed the second time either. Thank you very much for the two lovely evenings and good luck for the future.

We spontaneously got a table for three people without a reservation. Nice rustic decor and very friendly welcome. Because of the nice instruction, we all spontaneously decided on burgers, which were prepared quickly. But none of us were impressed by the taste. The prices for the burgers are fair. Everything is freshly made in-house and matches the quality offered. But the prices for the drinks are just too high.

We came across The Mill by chance and recently went there a second time. You won't get better burgers than here in Osnabrück and the surrounding area. The food is incredibly delicious, we could indulge in the sauces, the homemade drinks are also top notch and the whole thing is topped off by excellent service. If we go out to eat, then only here!
