The service is very friendly, the food 7/10, but the prices are more like city center prices and, considering the location and ambience, are almost unbearable.

I even made a change mid-order, and it was handled not only politely but also with utmost professionalism and without any hassle. That's exactly how you want it! The best part: The food arrived at the same time as my partner, on time, piping hot, and simply perfectly organized. Speed, precision, and friendliness – everything was just right. From the outside, it's a rather unassuming place, but what goes on inside is simply sensational. Quality, service, and reliability are all absolutely top-notch. Conveniently located contemporary dinner with solid burger and main options. The burger and loaded fries I had were really good, tho the guacamole sadly was plain avocado cream without acidity or cilantro and the burgers were by default cooked all the way through to well done. The burger patty itself had a pleasant chew and the fries were crunchy with a melty middle, which is perfect.

Overall, the burgers and fries are delicious. The meat burgers lack a bit of creativity, which isn't the case with the veggie burgers.

Mainhatten is very centrally located in Mainaschaff, surrounded by shops – the location is truly convenient. The service was also friendly, and the staff was very nice and attentive, which I'd like to emphasize. Unfortunately, breakfast didn't impress me this time. I had the Mainaschaff breakfast (with cheese instead of ham) and found the portion quite disappointing for the price of €14.90. The plate contained five slices of cheese, half a cherry tomato, a slice of cucumber, a small lettuce leaf, an egg, a tiny jar of jam, and two rather dry rolls. For that price, I would have expected at least a coffee or orange juice as an included beverage. Of course, I understand that many things have become more expensive these days, but in my opinion, the value for money here is simply not there. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential; the location and the friendly service are really good. Perhaps they will work on the breakfast selection or quality in the future, and then I would gladly give Mainhatten another chance.

Great food and very good sodas; the peanut chicken is my absolute favorite. There's something for everyone here. 👍

I've rarely eaten such good burgers! The meat is top quality, the buns are fluffy and fresh, and the sauces are simply amazing. The cheeseburger was a particular highlight. Add a cold beer – what more could you want? Highly recommended!

Let's see how long it lasts again; deleting reviews is completely out of the question! There are ups and downs. Overall, we like going there. What bothers me is that I constantly have to change my rating. Apparently, only 4/5 stars is acceptable.

I regularly go to "The Mainhattan" with my parents and friends, and I'm always very satisfied. All the waiters are warm and attentive, so it's always nice to have a little chat. It's always fun to see the waiters. 😊 I'm also very satisfied with the food. I usually have a cheeseburger with fries, which I've always enjoyed. I'd particularly like to note that the quality has never declined; it has always remained consistently high. So, it's not just a great place to enjoy a delicious cocktail with friends, but also a great place to eat delicious burgers (and pasta and salads). Also worth mentioning and a particular highlight for me: the fluffy, slightly sweet, and not at all dry pancakes. I can definitely recommend them to anyone who loves pancakes! ☺️ Overall, I'm happy to give it five stars for the great team, the unique ambiance, and the equally fantastic food.

I liked it. The food was excellent. The service was top-notch. The restaurant, however, was very loud and echoey. Luckily, it wasn't that crowded. They really need some acoustic dampeners, which would make it perfect. I go there more often now, but always at times when it's not so busy.

You can have a wonderful breakfast here. There's so much to choose from that it's hard to decide. We also received extremely friendly service.

Unfortunately, my visit was once again a disappointment. The chairs weren't properly clean, and the table was sticky – it just looks sloppy. The restrooms were only partially maintained: the stalls were fine, but the sinks were anything but clean. The staff didn't give a professional impression. No proper greeting, and just a disinterested "goodbye" when leaving. For a restaurant in this price range, I expect more friendliness and service. The burgers weren't recommended this time either. I was disappointed about a year ago and consciously wanted to give the place a second chance – unfortunately, the quality hasn't improved. Anyone who charges prices at this level should deliver on hygiene, food, and service. The way things are going right now, the value for money isn't justified.

Good place for an American breakfast. The decor is nice, there's plenty of parking, and the food tastes good. But as a Canadian, I have to warn you: they don't serve real maple syrup, even though it's listed on the menu. I was quite disappointed when I tried the "maple syrup" and discovered it wasn't real maple syrup.

By the time you get something here, you're already no longer hungry. From the time I sat down at the table until the first contact, 25 minutes passed. The drinks arrived about 15 minutes later. The food came another 25 minutes later. The service staff were completely overwhelmed with a half-empty restaurant. The taste wasn't great either.

I used to be much happier. Unfortunately, the bun didn't seem fresh this time, the bacon was overcooked, and the meat wasn't very flavorful. The fries, on the other hand, were – as usual – very good. I hope this was just a one-time slip-up, because I've usually experienced much better quality. Edit: After we all had a bit of digestive issues the next day, I have to deduct another star from the meal. What a shame.

I haven't experienced such friendly and attentive service in a long time. The food was also incredibly delicious, and special requests could be accommodated. Highly recommended, especially for vegetarians :)

I meet up with friends in Mainhattan more or less regularly, including last night. As always, the food was delicious, there's nothing wrong with that. The service was nice, as always. But... the Mainhattan is open until 10 p.m. At 9:20 p.m. we were checked in, at 9:30 p.m. the chairs around us were put up and the lights above the tables in question were turned off. That doesn't work at all! The other guests left and we stayed seated for a while. However, we felt very uncomfortable and left the restaurant at 9:45 p.m. On previous visits the service came around 9.50pm with the bill, that's ok. I don't know if we'll go again...

We ate well and were full. The crispy sweet potato fries were the most convincing.

We were there yesterday evening and it was a super cozy atmosphere, the food was ready very quickly and really tasty and the service was also very friendly and attentive.

We made a stop here on our trip. The restaurant is well located on the highway and offers plenty of parking. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and taken straight to a free table. The menu includes typical American fast food but in a high quality way. Our food was brought to us quickly and tasted excellent. We were particularly impressed by the burgers and ribs. We can only recommend The Mainhattan and would be happy to come back again.

Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurant has declined in recent years; the service employee tries very hard, but can hardly handle a full shop on her own, no matter how hard she tries. The chocolate cake was very sticky, the coffee (not from the portafilter!, probably from a fully automatic machine) was so-so... the elderberry-mint lemonade would have to be larger than just 0.40 l for the price of €5.50, which would be nice also some mint and a slice of lime or similar. Overall, rather sobering.

Hi 🤗 I was there during the week with my girlfriend recently. She had the vegan pasta dish, with avocado 🥑 and I had the pasta with dried tomatoes (had canceled the shrimp). It tasted really delicious for both of us!!! Tried both sides. The service is very nice and the food came quickly! The ambience is very appropriate to the name and of course it can get loud if there are a lot of people there. We sat next to the bar, on the edge and the space was perfect for us too 🤗. In any case, I recommend making a reservation! We'll definitely be back, it was a culinary delight and I love food as it's also my hobby 🤣👍. LG Monika

We were here for dinner. The service was really nice, but the concept isn't entirely coherent. The name implies an American diner, but it's not. More of a burger joint that tries to be a diner. I had the steak burger. Unfortunately that doesn't make any sense. The idea is cool, but it's not edible as a burger. Then it's better to have the steak strips as a separate dish, or a "real" steak on the burger. Then you still have to put cheese on it! The highly praised buns are ok, but nothing special. You can do it, but there are definitely better shops

I came with my friend for lunch for the first time on Saturday on the recommendation of her niece. We had pasta. She with shrimp, I had the "Upper East Side" penne pasta (beef fillet strips, chili)...That was super tasty. The cocktails were also great. On Sunday morning we went for breakfast at 10:30am.' Omelette (ham, mushrooms, tomatoes) + chicken fillet sandwich (with cream sour + avocado), followed by pancakes with apple and cinnamon. Super class! Gladly again

I would have loved to agree with the excellent reviews, but the kitchen was already closed when we wanted to order something to eat at 8:50 p.m. on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was still very busy at this point and, according to the website, was officially open until 10 p.m. Not even a salad or any other small thing was possible! It would be helpful if this were communicated transparently on the website so that you can save yourself the journey.

Good burgers and very tasty sweet potato fries. Coleslaw also good as well as the drinks. The atmosphere is nice and you feel like you are in a diner somewhere in the USA. Will definitely come back when we are nearby. Parking is not a problem here because the expert is next door.

Baked potato was totally dry. We were asked at 9:30 p.m. if we would like something to drink. Even though we hadn't had anything for 30 minutes. The same was done to the rest of the tables so that we could finish work on time. That wasn't the first Just.

The food was good, but after the food was brought to the table, I and my companion were completely ignored by our waitress? Even when we got the bill to the table, someone else served us. The food was really delicious. The burgers were well made and regardless of whether it was beef or chicken, the burger was great. Next time we want to try the vegetarian versions because they also sound very interesting. The service could have been a little more attentive, as one or two additional drinks would definitely have been ordered if we had come to the table more often. All in all, a lovely evening.

I can especially recommend the breakfast. Here you can get everything your heart desires. I recommend the Manhattan Breakfast and the Rise and Shine Smoothie.

We were there for lunch and each had chicken with baked potato + salad. The chicken was tough, the quark on the potatoes was a greasy mess that made you sick. The best thing was the salad. Way too expensive for 15 per person. The quality of the meat was terrible.

The burgers are always an experience and the selection of fries is second to none. The homemade lemonades range from thirst-quenching to a poem... I can only recommend them and the service is hard to beat
