Wenn ich Geschäftlich in Frankfurt bin ist das Legacy meine erste Wahl. Man fühlt sich jedes Mal wie zuhause. Das Essen ist toll und der Service ein Highlight!

Immer wieder ein ganz herrlicher Abend vorallem dank Frau Wernicke, die sich um alle Gäste ganz wunderbar kümmert. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause! Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Ambiente im Legacy ist ebenfalls total gut.

Nachdem ich bereits einmal im The Legacy zu Gast war, wollten wir mal wieder vorbei schauen. Der Service war wie beim letzten Mal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen welches von Jenni empfohlen wurde war wie auch das letzte mal einfach toll. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne mit größeren Gruppen.

Unser Kellner João war super! Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Hat uns toll bearten, betreffend dem Essen und trinken. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt. Fleisch war super. Die Drinks waren toll! Wir haben Shots bekommen, die sehr lecker waren. Wir kommen wieder!

We had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant last night and it absolutely deserves the five stars. As soon as we entered we were greeted by very friendly and attentive service. The stylish interior design and the pleasant atmosphere immediately created a special feel-good atmosphere. The food was a real highlight, especially the beef from the smoker, which I can fully recommend. Each plate was not only excellent in taste, but also beautifully presented. The cocktails were also a dream – creatively mixed, perfectly coordinated and a true journey of pleasure. A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately rather disappointing. There were four of us Positive: - Location itself - good cocktails - Service courteous and attentive - Side dishes (sweet poatato fries) Negative: (hence the bad rating) - save ribs very badly. These consisted only of a layer of fat with little meat. Biggest disappointment for the price. Beef brisket was ok - Truffle pasta nothing better and overpriced - Salad was forgotten + wrong cocktails were brought

To była zdecydowanie jedna z najlepszych kolacji jakie jadłem od jakiegoś czasu. Atmosfera była przytulna i urocza. Obsługa była świetna. Nasz kelner Andoni dobrze się o nas zatroszczył. Andoni przygotował torcik ze świeczką dla naszego przyjaciela z okazji urodzin! Prezentacja jedzenia była piękna. Jedzenie było świeże i pyszne! Polecam!

Immer wieder gerne. Allein für die Smoker-Gerichte zahlt sich ein Besuch aus.

The food was very tasty, the service was attentive. The prices are high, but you get high-quality grills and steaks that you simply taste.

The food was good the service of the restaurant very good but it is expensive for no reason! It is not possible for the customer to pay €9.50 for the water that was probably from the tap. A Black Angus dish should be served cut to the customer…!

Super nice restaurant. We were able to get a table today on Christmas Day without a reservation. The service leaves nothing to be desired and the food was excellent. We had frankfurter trio, black bean puree and a club sandwich

We went to The Legacy right in Le Meridien on Saturday. There were mainly hotel guests in the restaurant and hardly any visitors. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the service was very quick and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was not convincing, especially the steaks. Unfortunately, the meat was not tender and actually rather tough, the truffle pasta hardly had any truffles, just truffle oil. But the side dishes were okay. Given the prices, we wouldn't eat there again, but there's certainly nothing wrong with a drink as the location is very good.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend und einen außergewöhnlichen guten Service. die junge Dame (Engländerin) war super aufmerksam und war zur Stelle, wenn wir neue Getränke etc. haben wollten. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut, kein Anlass für jegliche Kritik. Preislich ok, nicht das günstigste Restaurant, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Das Gesamtpaket hat gepasst und ich werde dort immer wieder gerne mit Gästen zum essen einkehren.

A recommendation! Meat perfectly prepared and of impeccable quality, side dishes very good, service very attentive. However, it takes some time - and the store is not a special offer. Including dessert, 80 to 90 euros per person is no problem (end of 2024).

It has been a spectacular dinner as the icing on the cake of our trip. The menu of very varied and original food. The service is very attentive and professional. Special dedication of the Portuguese waiter Joâo. He has given us top quality service and good advice. An added value to the company.Totally recommended.

Our time at the Legacy was perfect. We highly recommend Joāo, who was a really friendly waiter that made our experience so much better than we’d expected.

We went here for breakfast during a layover in Frankfurt. The spread was decent when compared to most European hotel breakfasts. Located within walking distance to the main train station.

Joāo was amazing! Super attentative, great service and friendly. He paid attention to every detail and even bought us out shots and a cake on the house (as it was my birthday). Would definitely recommend, couldnt thank Joāo enough!

Excellent service, we were hosted by this very kind waitress named Kristina. She was very welcoming and smiley. The food was very good and well executed. A fine selection of drinks and wine and very cozy. I can defintely recommend.

Great experience. Served by Sara and João, very knowledgeable staff who made our evening a lot of fun! The drinks were absolutely delicious and extremely professionally prepared.

Lots of bad reviews should have been a warning. Despite everything, we wanted to form our own opinion. Well..I had bad luck with my food, I guess a very amorous chef. Unfortunately my displeasure was completely ignored. My companion's food was very tasty. Everything involved took a lot of time and patience...but I won't go into further detail here. It wasn't all bad, we had fun. Conclusion: There won't be a second time...

A nice evening in the steakhouse. The starter was spareribs and the main course was beef fillet. The drinks were also recommended.

The Legacy... I'm not sure if it lives up to the name. We once had the pulled beef and the spare ribs. The pulled beef was a bit of a disappointment in terms of taste. It wasn't really smoky, you could taste a lot of lemon and salt. As many people have said here, the spare ribs were quite fatty and not really tender. You could literally feel in your mouth how overcooked it was in some places. For the price I would also have liked more service. Only half of our cutlery was brought and the wrong food was given at the beginning. All in all... well I would have liked more.

We visited the restaurant with a group of six people and had an overall pleasant experience. The service was courteous and attentive, the drinks were high quality, and the food was delicious. Minor complaints were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The prices are high, but justified for the level offered

Food was good, no question. The service and ambience were also great. Our waiters were attentive and very friendly. But do you really have to charge people €9.50 for a bottle of non-carbonated water (probably from the tap, as it's served in its own bottles)? 😕 I left €40 there for myself.

The steak was excellently fried and tasted very good. The side dishes were also delicious. But €10 for a 0.7 bottle of water from the tap (filtered after all) is a disgrace, even for Frankfurt. The atmosphere is not really inviting and a bit uncomfortable. In total, the two of us paid €120 without starters and without alcohol. Service was very nice.

The only drawback is that it is somewhat expensive (€66 a person), otherwise excellent.

We picked this restaurant for our anniversary. Food was quite good, service was fast but my only disappointment was the place we sit. Even though we noted during the reservation that it was our wedding anniversary, they sat us in a secluded spot in the corner. The photo we took on this special day would have turned out more elegant if it had been taken at our home. I couldn't understand why they didn't pay attention to this, it was sad. Other than that, I was happy with the rest.

They say they are famous for their spare ribs, but I think 400g per person is quite a lot. There were four of us, and we split the pasta and salad dishes, and the portions were plenty. Everything was delicious, but the pasta was a personal hit. The store was spacious, and the employees were friendly and interesting.

Salad, sides and smoked meats were great. Portion side is enormous. Everyone can definitely share and try a selection of fabulous delights.

We did wait 2 Hours for our Dinner. We received the wrong starters first. The meat was overcooked. Overall it was to pricy for the delivered Service and Food.

Unfortunately, our visit to “The Legacy” was an absolute disaster. We had reserved a table two months in advance and were then fobbed off with the worst seat in the entire restaurant. A corner where you feel completely forgotten - and that's exactly what we were. Our order was completely forgotten. Our food only arrived after multiple requests, after a whopping 1 hour and 40 minutes! And what did we get then? A dry, completely unsalted steak. Not even the simplest detail was okay. When asked for salt, of course there was no steak or sea salt, but plain, cheap table salt. The fries were so over-seasoned it was almost impossible to eat them, and the mayo was served in an unappetizing tube. That was just embarrassing. As an “apology” they generously gave us the water for free. Wow, how generous – of course that totally saves the evening. This restaurant is by far the worst I've ever been to - from the ambience to the service to the food. A smooth 6 with an ultra-long minus behind it. Never again!

Buzzy vibe , excellent smoked pulled beef and pork selections available make this a must go venue .Service slightly hampered by a busy Book Fair crowd but once sorted excellent connection made with waiting staff and top class night had by all. Quality of food put up in front of you, especially the meat dishes, makes the final bill more than acceptable . Repeat performance this time next year !

Beautiful location that makes a high-quality impression. The staff is very friendly but a bit slow/inattentive. It starts with delicious bread. I picked this restaurant because of the spare ribs. However, you will be bitterly disappointed. Unfortunately, as other people have already written, these are extremely greasy or streaked with thick fat. The meat certainly doesn't fall off the bone and it isn't particularly tasty or tender either. Price too high for unspectacular fries/potatoes with truffle mayonnaise and they don't taste good either. Truffle pasta was good, but the portion was more of an appetizer size and therefore very manageable. All in all, nothing special and I wouldn't and won't come back for that.

Our host Jenni was wonderful! The food was phenomenal! You will not leave hungry, portion size was huge! If you are in the area this is a must stop.

This spot is great for a casual dinner out. The food was excellent and Sara treated me extremely well with a smile. They accommodated all my special drink requests.

I have to say I was very disappointed. According to tripadvisor it is supposed to be number 6 among the restaurants in Frankfurt and I can't understand that. The quality of the food is not good, the chicken on the salad was dry. There was something unidentifiable in an insert that almost made me lose my teeth. We pointed this out to the waiter and he said that the dish would be taken off the bill, but in the end it wasn't taken off. All in all, I have to say that I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, let alone expect it.

Ich muss sagen ich wurde sehr enttäuscht. Laut tripadvisor soll es Platz 6 unter den Restaurants in Frankfurt sein und das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Qualität des Essens ist nicht gut, das Hähnchen auf dem Salat war trocken. In einer Beilage war etwas nicht identifizierbares an dem ich mir beinahe den Zahn ausgebissen habe. Wir haben den Kellner darauf hingewiesen worauf er meinte, dass das Gericht von der Rechnung genommen wird , was allerdings am Ende dann nicht runtergenommen wurde. Alles in allem muss ich sagen, dass ich niemandem dieses Restaurant empfehlen, geschweige denn zumuten würde

Nice restaurant but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. 8€ for a 0.5l beer and 25€ for a burger. The quality of the food was not appropriate for the price.

Great food, terrible service. Waiting time was 15 minutes for beers and 30 minutes for food. We were returning our plates back to the bar because nobody came to clean the table after we finished with our mains.

We arrived about 20 minutes before the time and they suggested that we sit and wait and order a drink. We received a menu but did not come to collect an order. We sat at a double table that was very, very crowded and adjacent to other tables on both sides. So the atmosphere and comfort really don't exist. The food was delicious especially the pork ribs. The steak was at a very low level and the pepper sauce was liquid and not tasty.

Expectations exceeded! As a real steak connoisseur and lover, I have eaten better steaks, but it was good! And then the side dishes! Never had better! Potato puffs and the steak fries! Mega! Great selection, including starters, a bit experimental but not too much. The desserts that were served in the grocery store were particularly nice, creme brulee flambéed at the table, just a nice highlight, mocktails were also delicious and the service was outstanding! Professional, fast, and funny! We'll be back! Next time it will be something from the smoker, it looked really good, was served creatively and smelled so delicious! Nice extra: you get a free exit ticket for the underground car park! Top!

Ein Besuch im Legacy ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Personal vermittelt einem das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Somit die perfekte Kombination um einen wundervollen Abend zu erleben.

Nice setting and atmosphere, good but not very plentiful

We stayed at the La Meridian in Frankfurt for a family trip. This place is amazing! The rooms are nice and clean. The staff; exceptionally nice and accommodating. We celebrated a birthday during this trip. Sara and Kristina were our hosts for two nights. They are super! The service was top notch. The hospitality was everything you would expect. The food in the restaurant was really good! Sara and Christina, thanks for making our family trip memorable and a lot of fun!

Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit Top Bedienung und einer sehr ansprechenden Karte. Die Garstufen entsprachen dem Bestellten. Die Beilagen waren für uns etwas zu gross. Am Nebentisch war eine Gruppe lauter Schotten (während Europameisterschaft) mit bereits etwas viel Bier intus und einer einschlägigen Sprache. War etwas störend, der sehr nette Kellner wies die Herren mehrmals charmant darauf hin. Der Mann war wirklich top! Wir können das Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We spontaneously went to eat in the restaurant. The service was very good and quick. The spare ribs were very tasty. The price is reasonable for the quality and ambience.

Way too expensive! Completely exaggerated. Spare rips were disgusting. It made me sick the next day.

We were there for the Spare Rips and were really disappointed. The meat is tender and there is a lot of meat and few bones, but they taste extremely like pork and almost like they have been cooked. We still had an extreme aftertaste the next day. Prices are high in comparison and will definitely not work anymore.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Creative and pleasant bar for drinks before dinner with outstanding and innovative cocktails from mixologist. Had the ribeye steak and it was tremendous. Good wine choice and overall excellent value.

Fangen wir erstmal mit dem positiven an, die Bedienung war sehr nett und das Ambiente war sehr schön. Der Gruß aus der Küche war dann leider das beste am Essen. Die Hauptspeisen waren leider überhaupt nicht gewürzt und die Trüffel Tagliatelle haben nach rein gar nichts geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung war leider gar nichts da dass essen für das was man bekommt einfach nicht gut war.

Rarely have we experienced such attentive service. 5 stars more than deserved. There were six of us there and at the end we got a round of shots, two of which were automatically brought alcohol-free by the waitress. She noted that two of our group only drank non-alcoholic throughout the evening and so kindly incorporated this into the nice gesture of the house aperitif. The main meal was very tasty (truffle tagliatelle), as were the starters (including crispy bruschetta). Atmosphere was very pleasant and chic thanks to the winter garden feeling. Good for entertaining. However, I would like to explicitly emphasize the good service here. I have rarely felt so well cared for in a restaurant. Thanks for that. I'd love to come back here.

Overall disappointing to... Friendly bar staff, turned down the volume of the music because it was reloading every two minutes. Stressful! 0.7 liters of SodaStream water for 9.50 euros or so, but then actually outrageous. A pity!

I went there for dinner on a Sunday when I was staying at Le Méridien. I woke up late and didn’t want to look for a place to eat. Besides the front desk staff had raved about the restaurant so much that it piqued my interest to try it. Had the ribeye and it is good. But I had ordered it medium rare and it was a tad too rare for me, so despite trying to make do and eat it, I finally had to send it back to be cooked to medium as the texture of medium rare is too raw for my liking. Ordered the yucca fries and requested for them to be extra crispy which is done just right. I really like the bread that was served prior to the food as the texture is indescribably soft and tasty. It is very good so much so that I had to refrain myself from eating more bread and leave space in tummy for my food. I saw that another guest had a smoked meat that looks really good in presentation. Might try that in the future…but the ribeye is good enough for a re-visit.
