Nice location, good food and nice service! Only recommended

Delicious food and polite staff. Variety of dishes was wonderful! There are two floors so I would really recommend asking for the 2nd.

Well, it was okay. Too expensive. No card payment possible in 2025.

Eaten deliciously; Unfortunately there was probably only one waitress there for a full place. Long waiting times to order and pay someone. I didn't even have change, so I didn't even get the €2 back and left after 5 minutes. (Tips were already well paid despite poor service)

I've been going to this restaurant for breakfast for years. Was always my favorite shop when it came to eating breakfast in Stuttgart. Unfortunately, an extreme difference has been noticed recently. Portions are getting smaller and things are being cut back. But the prices keep going up. The service is understaffed and you sometimes have to wait forever to order or pay. Nevertheless, they try very hard to keep up. Unfortunately, I no longer have a store where I like to go because it's becoming more and more like a rip-off.

So far we have had very negative experiences at this restaurant at least twice. The first time, a glass broke and injured my husband's hand. Nobody apologized for it - not even a small apology was given! The second time we were offered a seat right next to the door, but the waiter didn't turn on the heat. This made it so cold that we were forced to stay in our jackets and scarves, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Ultimately, we were only able to partially enjoy our meal and left the restaurant as quickly as possible. Such experiences are very disappointing and leave a bad impression.

Been here again today for a long time and unfortunately a pattern runs through. The employees are very nice, but they seem stressed and unfortunately forget things every time. The food is ok, but could be better (especially for the prices). And +1€ on top for oat milk in a super small cappuccino is no longer in keeping with the times. It is also very drafty - it might be better to only have one entrance open in winter. All in all ok, but never a great experience.

A friend and I were there on December 30, 2024 and we definitely won't go there again. The young lady who served us was very arrogant and unfriendly. She doesn't know how to smile or how to serve guests professionally. My girlfriend ordered pancakes. Unfortunately there were three dry, loveless slices with a pile of blueberry compote slapped on top. So appetizing looks different! We wanted to complain about this to the waitress, but when we cleared the plates we didn't even ask if everything was OK with the food. We then explicitly pointed this out when paying, but she wasn't really interested in that. Well, it's a shame, unfortunately we won't recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

Unfortunately I had an extremely disappointing visit. The taste of the food was okay, but really nothing special - I can prepare it better and cheaper at home. The prices are quite ambitious. However, the service was the absolute lowest point. Of the six dishes we ordered, three arrived incorrectly, and we weren't the only guests with this problem - incorrect orders were also served at neighboring tables. It seemed chaotic and unprofessional. The ambience was okay, but the overall impression was significantly marred by a very unpleasant smell that was strongly reminiscent of vomit. This is really not acceptable. Conclusion: I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant. Poor service, mediocre food and an unappetizing environment - I won't come back here.

Good food but non-existent service. Damage ! A friend had booked. When she arrived, 1 of the 2 tables was still full of dishes and separated...she asked that they be put together and cleared...which was never done by the team (even though 4 people in room and bar)...we did it when we arrived...after waiting 10 mins to be asked if we had a reservation...I had proof but the waitress told me said my friend wasn't yet there...even though she had already arrived. Then when his colleague told us after 5 minutes of waiting "over there in the back on the right", we had to ask for the table to be cleaned... The menus had barely been distributed, and we were impatiently asked to make our choice...in short, not really a 5-star welcome. What followed was just as disappointing: Having asked what a "BAO" was, the waitress couldn't answer, came back and informed us...so we ordered but on the other hand the dish was covered with raw red chillis cut into strips. ..without any prior indication...such a spicy dish should have been reported. For our drinks (waited for 30 mins), mint or ginger teas are homemade (mint sprigs or piece of ginger) but unfortunately served in jars(!)...without handles...impossible to take the hot glass in his hand...we therefore ask that they be transferred into your classic cups...this is done but without smiling. The icing on the cake: after having finished eating, the table was not cleared for almost an hour...we had to ask to pay twice in 20 minutes...only to be told that the cards were not not accepted! We don't know the context / organization of the restaurant and if today was different from another Sunday but the disappointing service and the impression of disturbing the servers does not make us want to return there. Sorry!

We wanted to go for brunch and were brushed off in a really rude and unfriendly manner because the shop would be closing in an hour. We certainly don't need 2-3 hours for brunch...

That was my first and last time. 1. Complete disaster with the coffee system 2. Waiters who can't give you advice and still think they know everything better. Rude, cheeky and aloof. Even though you're just a waiter!🤷🏼‍♀️ 3. Waiter who barges into a conversation without permission and thinks he can join in the discussion. NO GO! 4. Orders mixed up several times. 5. Simply leave plant-based/lactose-free milk coffees on the corner, choose one - everything looks the same 6. dirty toilet 7. pure disaster in front of the toilet - garbage corner? Chamber? What is that? Overpriced for having to go through all of that. At least the chefs can't help it. But the service staff sucks with the prices.

Generous breakfast and pleasant surroundings, but prices which seem relatively high at first glance.

We had a reservation for the 2nd Christmas holiday for 6 people. Since we had a child with celiac disease with us, the child's mother called 2 days in advance and asked whether they really had gluten-free options. The answer was "yes, but porridge is running out" the mother replies: that doesn't matter, we're more interested in the gluten-free waffles and pancakes" Gardeners Nosh's answer: no problem, it's there." So we arrived 2 days after the phone call , were warmly welcomed and shown to our place. We wanted to order food and drinks in one. When we ordered 2 gluten-free waffles, we said, "We don't have them today." Well, then gluten-free pancakes. The answer was, "We don't have them today either." We then only ordered drinks and nothing to eat. The child in question with celiac disease was deeply disappointed and cried because, apart from the porridge, which she doesn't like, the only gluten-free dishes were. When asked why that was the case, the waitress even remembered the telephone conversation and said that she was the one Cannot change menu because of 2 dishes that are out. We were really annoyed, to say the least. How can you offer 3 dishes for celiac disease, 2 of which are not in stock even though you asked in advance. A note on the website would have been enough without changing the menu. It's not the case that someone with celiac disease can eat in every restaurant and you anyway I have to look for a needle in a haystack. In my opinion, it's not acceptable not to be informed when the dishes run out. As I said, the child was struggling with it anyway and was super sad. We Then everyone there didn't want to eat anything anymore even if they couldn't eat. The waitress apologized but you had the feeling that he didn't really care, the hut was full. Then we went to the Italian restaurant that had gluten-free pizza. It's a shame, but we won't visit the restaurant anymore. Drinks were delicious, but of course the homemade iced tea was no longer available...By the way, at 11:30, card payment was also not possible and as I read here in the reviews, that is probably often the case when eating Therefore give 0 stars if that would work.

Sadly after visiting this spot many times, today will be my last. We arrive at 1pm, told it will be cash only which has been the case the last three visits so that came as not a surprise but annoying. We sit down and are automatically given the English menu QR code, after scanning the QR code we notice it is in German. We say oh this is in German, can we just have a regular German menu, the wait staffs response was “well we are in Germany”…yep, agreed. No problem reading the German menu but I’d prefer to have a hard copy if the QR code you automatically hand me is also in German. So automatic assumptions and biases being made because we are English speakers. Secondly- we order matcha…they’re out. My husband asks if they have syrups for coffee, the wait staffs response is NO. We proceed to order a dish, they don’t have it. The waiter then tells us they’re out of all bacon. At which point, we decide to leave the restaurant. The waiter begins questioning that we’re leaving “because they don’t have bacon” and is quite rude the whole time. Happy to purchase over priced eggs Benedict elsewhere.

Excellent food that is freshly prepared. Had breakfast here on Boxing Day because it was one of the few tents open. Portions are sometimes quite large (pancakes) and others are okay (advocado brunch). However, toilets are in serious need of maintenance.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We specifically asked for gluten-free bread when making the reservation. There was no more gluten-free bread on site (at 11:30 a.m.) and there were almost no other gluten-free options left. Our drink glasses were only 3/4 full, there weren't all the drink options we asked for and my friend's iced coffee wasn't iced. On top of that, we received a dish different from what we ordered. Although the service person was very friendly, the entire experience was really disappointing for the price you pay.

The food was really good and we really liked the ambience too. The service was attentive and the food came quickly - that was great! One small point of criticism: the choice of coffee cups should be reconsidered. Serving a flat white in a mini cortado glass is a bit inconvenient, and the latte macchiato is also served in a fairly small glass. I also don't think it's appropriate to charge an extra €1 for plant-based milk. Otherwise a nice visit, with a few small optimization options!

When we asked for the bill, the waiter was incredibly rude. Their POS system wasn’t working, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they blamed us for not having cash. The lack of professionalism and customer service was truly shocking.

The service was very good, but the store is falling apart a bit. The door handle in the women's toilet fell off, there were limescale marks on the fittings and the bathroom smelled dubious. There was a Zewa roll there to dry your hands. Apparently there is also a shortage of staff. A single service worker tried to serve the packed store. He did his best, but of course everything took forever and in the end the EC payment didn't go through and we had to run out and get cash. He was quite curt - should have read the little note next to the door that says cash only at the moment. The food was okay, but whether the price is justified... My Cesar salad was rich, but quite tasteless.

Unfortunately, our visit was a bit disappointing. The homemade lemonade tasted very watery and we had to wait forever for the drinks. When we wanted to eat something we were told that there is no cake in winter. When we wanted to order a waffle instead, it wasn't available either. The waitress kindly brought us pancakes for the price of waffles, but she probably misunderstood us and instead of two portions she brought us one with two forks. We also had to wait a relatively long time for this even though there wasn't too much going on. When we wanted to pay, card payment was not possible. Too bad...

We held our Christmas party here. The team was thrilled with the delicious food. We were also lucky enough to be able to experience live jazz music. Both the preparation of the event with the Gardener's Nosh team and the implementation were problem-free thanks to friendly communication. We definitely had a very nice evening and will be back.

Unfortunately the food was very boring for the price. The table was dirty and sticky and the waiter upstairs was very arrogant and rude. Rolls his eyes when one of us wanted to take the food away and made rude comments. Rarely have I had such an experience.

We were at Gardener's Nosh 3 years ago and were absolutely happy - it was bright, clean, the food was great and we had a good time. Due to the positive experience, we chose this restaurant again for our family trip. Unfortunately, our experience this time was anything but inspiring: The interior seemed run down, most of the lamps were broken, which is why it was quite dark & ​​in general it is unfortunately relatively dirty and unkempt (including the toilets and the outside area). Half of the dishes we ordered either didn't come at all, were incorrect (wrong bread, Egg Benedict without eggs) or were cold. Unfortunately we couldn't eat together because the last dish was served about 15 minutes after the first. Various orders could not be fulfilled because we were already “shot out” at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday - croissants (!), truffles and turkey bacon were unfortunately no longer available. The part of the food that was served completely and correctly was delicious. Since the prices are quite steep, the price-performance ratio was unfortunately not right for us at all - at these prices you expect top service, cleanliness and an appropriate ambience. For our next trip to Stuttgart we will definitely choose a different brunch restaurant.

One point is one too many. Been there three times now, due to peer pressure. Every time I thought, why are you coming here? The food sounds impressive, what is served is a real disappointment and what is charged for it is ridiculous. Cleanliness is a disaster, at the table you can admire what the guests had before. Last time there were screws on the floor of the toilet, they all looked bad, there was no soap and no way to dry your hands. My friend worked here and then had to chase after her money for 1.5 months by either not responding to her messages or being told off several times that the money would be there soon. This is apparently not an isolated case and seems to have a method.

Very tasty and lots of choice. The prices are a bit too high and the staff seems stressed. Without a reservation it is difficult to get a place, it is better to reserve in advance.

In my opinion you can't come here to eat. Eggs Benedict, which is served all day, uses thick slices of brown bread, which doesn't go well with it. You can eat the Rainbow Budda Bowl, but you don't have to. Good cocktails and sometimes there is live music.

What a wonderful staff! Also the food was wonderful. We had the french toast, breakfast bowl, and bacon burrito. All were excellent and the staff were attentive.

Saßen im ungemütlichsten und teils kalten/zugigen Teil des Restaurants. Am Tisch nebenan war ein Kindergeburtstag mit einer so hohen Lautstärke, dass man das eigene Wort nicht mehr verstanden hat. Am Wochenende gemütlich Brunchen sieht für mich anders aus.

I was here once in the summer and thought it was really cute. Came with my partner for brunch, but we were pretty disappointed! Lots of little things that really made the experience worse. At least the staff was friendly, but that's really the least of it. It started that there was still a sticky syrup stain on the table and we asked the waitress to wipe the table again. She said that it was normal for the table to stick like that (probably from wood care?) and that she had already wiped it and so she didn't have to do that anymore. Then cutlery was brought to us in a very chaotic manner (which is ok but definitely not professional). The women's toilet was broken and so was the urinal in the men's toilet, and it was pretty dirty. Then while we were there and with the door open, they were cleaning and maybe repairing? It was definitely very loud and smelled strongly of cleaner (unappetizing) The cappuccino and the matcha latte were very thin and tasted mainly of milk. The pancake was great, the poached egg on bread was okay. It came quickly but was cold and the sauce on the plate was already slightly dried out, which made us think we got a returned order. Disappointing experience. :(

I ordered the avocado toast with sunny side up. And I've never seen anything like it. A hard bread arrived, with unripe avocado and no spread! I was so hungry that I had to eat half of it and with every bite I thought, hopefully I'll be full soon. The pickled vegetable pieces also had a really weird taste. What saved me a bit was my friend's sourcream. Luckily the staff was very nice!

Die Buddha Bowl bestand leider hauptsächlich aus zermatschten reisnudeln mit ein bisschen Gemüse als toppping. Als Hauptbestandteil jedoch ehr reisnudeln. Für knapp 16€ ohne Eiweißzulage schon happig. Sprach es an, es gab jedoch nur ein tut mir leid und ich gebe es an die Küche weiter. Preisleistung passt hier leider nicht so ganz…werde nicht mehr kommen.

Not recommended! Miserable service and disappointing food: I was here for brunch on 10/16/24. However, I am not satisfied with the quality! Especially my partner's food was very disappointing. She ordered “Kiss the French Nutella Toast,” “served with maple syrup, topped with powdered sugar and seasonal fruit.” She received 2 loveless French toast smeared with Nutella and a few blueberries (see picture). We imagined more under the plural “fruits of the season”. When we asked, the young employee dismissed us with “the fruits cost €4.50 extra”. We then said that the price of €16.90 was very high for what we got. She agreed and confirmed again that the dish was complete and correct (as in the picture). We then suggested that both the maple syrup and the powdered sugar were missing. Unfortunately, my pancakes were very dry and only lukewarm at most. Unfortunately, the taste isn't particularly good either, but as we all know, you can argue about the taste.

I had a table booked outside on last saturday, we got the table quickly but everything else was sooo much delayed. The waitress was rude and dint even take our order for almost 30 minutes, we had to ask them to come and clean the table and again call them multiple times to take the order. Then the food itself came another 30 min late. They got our order wrong and gave us some thing which had no taste.. bread not toasted at tall.. it tasted meh ( for 16 euros ). There was no hospitality and friendly nature of the staff esp the one whom we got to our table. Eventually they billed us more for the wrong order which we again had to wait for 30 min to make the bill right. Overall waste of time restaurant. Just instagrammy show off. nothing else

An sich ein netter Ort um brunchen zu gehen. Leider waren wir von dem Service enttäuscht, trotz Reservierung mussten wir am Eingang lange warten, bis jemand überhaupt zu uns gekommen ist. Service war generell unfreundlich und kam nicht hinterher. Ein zweites Mal kommen wir also nicht…

Things look very promising on the menu! Unfortunately our dishes (vegetarian) were totally boring and not tasty at all! Acid, salt and any kind of flavor “kick” were totally missing! At first the fried egg was forgotten, when we asked for it it came on a special plate, it was dry and no longer warm. Egg yolk completely stiff! Lime dressing was more like vinegar dressing and the crunchy cherry tomatoes were missing... The dish was worth €20, I wouldn't even spend €12, the only valuable ingredients were avocado and bread! It seems to me to be a hip location for young people to go to for brunch, to see and be seen. Too bad! P.S. We “recooked” the dishes at home a week later - they were really tasty... Then the kitchen has to put a little more effort into preparing what is on the menu. And if you don't have limes, don't replace them with vinegar or ready-made lime juice!

I was here on a Friday morning around 11 a.m. and had to wait almost an hour for the food. However, it was a bridge day. The food was ok but nothing special for the price. Large indoor area (I didn't expect it from the outside) and nice atmosphere.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, doch wir hatten einen Sitzplatz direkt an der Türe (obwohl wir vor langer Zeit reserviert hatten). Es war komplett überfüllt und der Kellner wollte immer weitere Gäste aufnehmen und hatte ihnen sogar einen Sitzplatz draußen angeboten (Mitte Oktober). Es war innendrin alles sehr eng und wie gesagt sehr kalt, da wir an der Türe saßen. Super ungemütlich... Wir haben relativ lange auf alles warten müssen, da natürlich zu wenig Personal vorhanden war, jedoch sollte man dann einfach weniger Tische belegen... Die Preise sind relativ hoch...

Ich war mt meinen Eltern (beide 80) im Nosh (Wir alle zum ersten Mal) und wir wollten frühstücken. Leider waren meine Eltern eher auf "Wurst ,Käse und Brötchen" eingestellt ,als auf die aktuelle Speisekarte. Deshalb haben wir alle einen Kaffee getrunken ,der ganz hervorragend war,und sind -ohne etwas zu essen -wieder gegangen. Der Service war sehr verständnisvoll und hätte noch eine Käseauswahl und Croissants als Alternative gehabt,aber das wollten meine Eltern dann auch nicht. Schade,denn ansonsten war es ein sehr ansprechendes Ambiente und ich werde definitiv wieder mit Freunden herkommen !

The Nosh has two floors and is not very busy during the week. We chose the Eggs Benedicts and Hemmingway. It's really a big portion at 19€. The Hemmingway with salmon was too salty for me personally, with a few squeezes of lemon it would have been more pleasant to eat. The detox lemonade was tasty. Unfortunately the homemade iced tea was bland and not that tasty, both for €5. All in all, it was a good meal, but I wouldn't order the dishes a second time because they were too important to me and tiring to eat.

I recently visited the cafe here and loved it. The ambience is modern but cozy, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The matcha latte was outstanding – creamy, with a delicate balance between the natural sweetness of the matcha and the velvety texture of the milk. You can immediately tell that only high-quality ingredients are used here. Only the service could be a little friendlier.

I come from Bavaria and was actually very excited, but unfortunately this café disappointed me. I ordered pancakes, but they didn't look appetizing. They should have been served with powdered sugar and maple syrup, but that was forgotten. I think the staff didn't have enough sleep as they seemed very distracted. It was really sad that I had to go through such an experience on my first day. Pity for my money.

I was looking forward to this but it was wholly disappointing. The food took ages to arrive, the ‘Rainbow Buddha Bowl’ was like a bad train station noodle box. Poor presentation. The place seemed like a bit of a shitshow with empty boxes and other trash in the corner and overworked staff going upstairs and downstairs all the time. Guy doing the drinks was consistently rude to people when they asked him something. Waitresses were trying their best.

Disappointing service! After waiting for two hours we still didn't get our food. A table that came after us got its food. I liked the place, but after today I will never go there again.

I have been to this restaurant twice, and the first time I was there the experience was great, I loved the variety in the menu and I loved the food enough that was so excited to try it out again. The experience on my second visit (on a Sunday) was quite the opposite. It took half an hour for the waiter to come around to us to take our order, and the drinks came only another half an hour later. I had ordered a veggie breakfast burrito, which of course not only arrived late and cold, but it was also the wrong order. They accidentally provided the burrito with bacon, which as a vegetarian I couldn't eat. So I ended up spending over two hours in the restaurant with no food and left unfortunately hungry. I would still give this restaurant another try, because I really love the food, but I would probably visit on a weekday when it's not too crowded. It very much seems like they take on more customers than they can handle, and as a result, lose out on the customer service.

At least not recommended on a Saturday. Service was nice, but overwhelmed and super slow. Our ice cubes in the glass had already completely melted - mind you at 20 degrees outside temperature - when we got our drinks. Some of the tables around us changed hands several times because people simply weren't served at all. The poached eggs were also more on the cold side of life than the warm side, etc etc... Drinks and food good, but not spectacular and above all excessively expensive, even for Stuttgart standards!! Fits the local Schiggimiggi influencer clientele, but for “normal people” there are better alternatives (in terms of price/performance)… PS: The toilets are a total joke, compared to the ultra-chic hipster atmosphere in the dining room, you're really shocked when you enter the toilet...! Went there on a Sunday around 11am and got a table without a reservation. It took 20 minutes until we were even spoken to at the entrance. Then we had to wait for the table, were sat down and had to wait another 20 minutes until someone took our order. The drinks came quickly, the food (two French toasts) took a long time to arrive. The best part, however, was the 40 minutes we waited to pay. In relation to the price of the food/drink, such a service cannot be justified. I paid €22 for French toast with some fruit and a matcha latte…

Very disappointed with the food. We ordered Moroccan mint tea but ended up getting hot water with mint. Matcha latte was decent. For brunch, we ordered chicken with waffles and egg and cheesy which apparently comes with fresh rucolla salad. Chicken waffles were nothing like chicken waffles with a weird sweet chilli sauce and rucolla was not fresh with some cold cheese sauce on top. And very expensive for the portions and quality. Service was good Do not recommend!

After the restaurant was recommended on social media, expectations were correspondingly high. Unfortunately we are disappointed. For 2 people with over 50€ we would have expected more. The freshly squeezed orange juice for €5.50 was definitely not self-squeezed but from a bottle. Food was good but overpriced. Price performance doesn't fit.

So the food on the menu sounds good, but we found something everywhere where you can say that it's not possible for the price! The two of us spent €55. Included were 2 teas from a normal bag, i.e. not freshly brewed from herbs. My husband had the bread topped with avocado, then he ate the leftovers from my bowl, which was too spicy for me. Friends paid even more and had fries that were not salted on the top, oversalted on the bottom and overall totally weak. In terms of taste, everything is generally not outstanding. It was very crowded and loud and we (we had reserved) were seated at the door, which kept opening and closing. Now in the fall it was very unpleasant.

This place changed significantly since the times before. Food was terrible. Old, dry bread, same with pancakes. Had to wait for 40 minutes for our order to be taken.

Overrated hipster hole with notions of grandeur. The food is OK but incredibly overpriced. We spent most of our time waiting. I stood waiting to be seated and was diligently ignored by staff passing by me numerous times until I went inside and got someone's attention. And then was told in quite an unfriendly tone to wait outside, including finger-pointing to the door. They are clearly understaffed, but then they should have less tables. We waited 15 minutes until we got menus, another wait to be served, another long wait for drinks and finally for food. Other guests around us were waiting ages to pay before giving up and going inside. No toilet paper or paper towels in the grubby bathrooms. Just because you're on the Calver Straße, folks, doesn't entitle you to treat paying customers in this manner. I certainly won't be returning. I get that it's not the staff's fault but I've never felt like such an inconvenience, and paid a high price for it both in time and money.

Unfortunately, profit is more important than hospitality here. It was my second time there and this time, after queuing for a table outside, I was treated like a second-class person by the waitress, which is why I left straight away. They didn't want to offer me a table because I was there alone, even though there were tables available outside that weren't reserved when I asked. I was told that they would like to place the many people who are currently standing behind me in line there. And: “You just have to stick to the rule, that’s the restaurant’s requirement.” Dear Gardener's Nosh Team, it is not okay on so many levels to discriminate against people because they can, have to or want to eat alone.

Food is below average yet the prices are high. Even the poached eggs were overdone. Service is ok but they are clearly short staffed. (This is not the waitress’ fault). Would not go back and do not recommend.

When we visited today there was no toilet paper or towels in the toilets. Unfortunately, the food wasn't enjoyable either. I had the avocado and egg sandwich. The sandwich was a very dry grain bread with avocado (which was already brown). The egg was forgotten and the whole thing was unseasoned and loveless. And the loveless thing lasted forever even though nothing was going on. The only bright spot was the very hard-working service staff who constantly had to apologize. I definitely won't go there again!

Fand das Essen für das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis leider echt nicht so gut .. Die Bowl war irgendwie komplett fad und das french toast mit Nutella und früchten hatte sich komplett mit nutella vollgesogen , sodass keines mehr drauf war . Von den Früchten gabs dann nur eine Erdbeere und einen kleinen strang johannisbeeren dazu ..

The Gardener’s Nosh is a restaurant that looks promising with an appealing concept and a cozy atmosphere. However, despite these positive aspects, there were some significant shortcomings on my last visit that cannot be ignored. First of all, the wait for the food was unreasonably long. Although the restaurant was not overly busy, it took far too long for the food to be brought to the table. This indicates either a lack of organization in the kitchen or that the staff is overwhelmed. Neither should happen in a restaurant in this price range. Another major annoyance was the condition of the dishes. In some cases, plates and cutlery were handed out that were obviously not completely clean. This is a clear hygiene issue that needs to be addressed immediately in order to meet the high standards that guests expect in such an establishment. What was particularly noticeable was that some of the staff seemed disinterested. It was obvious that there were things to be done, whether it was looking after guests or tidying up tables, but some of the staff walked around the dining room as if there were no tasks to do. This nonchalance appears unprofessional and gives the impression that the well-being of the guests is not the priority. In summary, The Gardener’s Nosh in its current form clearly needs improvement. The kitchen should work more efficiently, the cleanliness of the dishes must be guaranteed, and the staff should be trained to be more attentive and committed. With these changes, the restaurant could fully realize the potential it undoubtedly has.

Attentive service staff, overwhelmed kitchen. Eggs Benedict took 40 minutes. Bacon was cold, obviously made in the morning and just thrown on the plate, Hollandaise sauce was cold, even on the second attempt, not seasoned, the plate hadn't seen a crumb of salt, spinach was cold. Not acceptable quality for a price on the menu of almost €20.

Top, Essen war sehr gut. Ambiente sehr schön, auch ruhig gelegen obwohl direkt in Stuttgart.

I was here again yesterday after a long time and the menu was drastically reduced?! The taste has also decreased a lot, what happened here? Why was the selection so limited? When I asked about the old card, I was told it was no longer available. Unfortunately disappointed with yesterday's visit...

people who worked there refused to provide service to me. I first asked if kitchen is still open, they said yes. Then I sat down and ordered and waited for 20 minutes someone came to tell me sorry kitchen is closed now :)

I would give zero or negatice stars if it was possible. They have nothing. Underwhelming food, underwhelming service.

Always a culinary delight in a very cozy atmosphere! The staff is also really friendly and we always enjoy coming back. :)

The food is ok, nothing special. Good portions. The waitress was too busy entertaining her friends and playing DJ by changing the songs every 10 seconds.

The atmosphere is great, no question. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space. The service staff does their best, even during peak hours. However, the price/performance level is not acceptable even for Stuttgart standards. Poached eggs for just under €19, for which you get two slices of wholemeal bread (unfortunately too dry), with avocado mousse and two poached eggs. Unfortunately, all in all, far too little, too dry and too expensive. Please, make reasonable prices or pimp your dishes. It works with drinks too.
