Very tasty original Neapolitan pizza; crispy edge, thin and relatively soft base in the middle. The service is friendly, quick and attentive. The prices are fair, esp. a. compared to other restaurants for the culinary hype product Neapolitan pizza.

Definitely worth a visit. Delicious pizzas, fair prices and great service. Absolutely child-friendly! We would be happy to come back next time we visit Berlin.

Super great restaurant that we really enjoy eating out at! The pizza is very tasty, the crust is relatively large. I love the Pasta Tedesco and the decor is also very modern, bright and beautiful, but still not too overwhelming. We always got a seat straight away, whether in small or larger groups☺️ You cut the pizza yourself with golden scissors, it works surprisingly well and is an original idea.

The best pizza I ever had... and I had pizza in Italy. Prices are very reasonable, the environment is clean and modern.

There is only a small selection between pizza and pasta, but very tasty. The staff tried very hard, very friendly. Atmosphere is a bit sparse.

Best in Berlin. I travel across the city for this pizza! You won't find a neapolitan crust like this. Augustiner beer on tap is the icing on the cake. 10/10

When I really feel like pizza, this is the only place I go in Friedrichshain. Super tasty and fresh. I even eat the pizza crust here, although I never do that anywhere else. A 10/10

We were there on Saturday evening. It was well attended, so reservations are recommended. The staff is very friendly and drinks and food were brought quickly. The pizzas are great and very reasonably priced! The Nutella pizza at the end is a highlight, recommended: share if you are 4 or more people or take the rest with you as it is very powerful. Absolute recommendation!

Super tasty pizzas with an airy, thick crust. Very young and friendly waitress who also likes to chat a bit :-) Everyone very attentive. Food came quickly even though the restaurant was full.

Delicious pizzas and a very nice staff.

The restaurant doesn't look all that cozy from outside. However, appearances are deceptive here, as you can sit very well inside. The atmosphere is very modern. The service is very nice and the pizza is ultra tasty. I would even say that I have never had such delicious pizza! Everything is really right here. With the pizza you are served both cutlery and pizza scissors. The prices are absolutely fair. My new favorite pizzeria. I would love to come back to you!

Good food, not so much people, nice hosting, bit high prices but in general OK

Pizza tasted pretty good. Service was a bit slow at first, but then ok. The atmosphere inside is quite cool, in the sense that it's too barren and too bright. It could be a little more comfortable.

Overall it's okay, nothing earth-shattering. The waiting times were immense. But okay, you did it.

The pizza was really amazing! This edge is incredible, I would have loved to plaster another one straight away. In addition, lovely service with great service. For my taste, the small tables on the left are a bit close together, so you can inevitably hear the conversation from the next table, but that doesn't spoil the whole thing. I will 100% come back ♥️

We stayed here on Sunday for my daughter's Einschulung. We arrived a little after 12.30, there were 4 of us and without a reservation but it wasn't a problem because the Service guy is really very kind, patient and attentive. The pizza is fantastic (I'm a true Italian), the ingredients are original and fresh and the prices are truly affordable. Good quality - price. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely be back again, and again, and again.

Absolutely recommended! The pizzas are worth the money! Stone oven pizza still tastes one of the best! Great service, attentive and polite. The little things like hand cream on the sink top it all! I'm only deducting one star for the ambience outside because unfortunately many of the tables wobble a bit. I'll definitely come back here!!

In general, clean and modern interior, good options of food and quite tasty, although we didn’t really understand the rucola on top of napoli pasta. Now for what we really were very confused about was the 2000’s rap music that started playing out of nowhere, we felt like characters in a video game, eating our pasta during work lunch hours while some rapper in the background was talking about explicit things… It did not fit with the atmosphere at all.

The food was breathtaking, I've never had such a good pizza before, but we came into the shop at around 9:42 p.m. and the waiter said we can't have any more starters because they're about to close even though they don't close until 11:00 p.m., besides He said that we should eat quickly, which was also very unfriendly. And the people behind us still got an appetizer even though we had been sitting for a while. The pizza took about 25 minutes, which is really long, but worth it and was communicated beforehand.

The service was just courteous and kind, the food tasted wonderful. We'd love to come back!

Rarely have I eaten such good Italian food. Couldn't stop and ended up so full they had to take me home in a wheelbarrow. Did I regret eating so much? Yes. Would I do it again? In any case.

Vegan pizza didn't taste like anything

The service was okay, but the overall experience was disappointing. The draught beer tasted off, almost like it was mixed with sparkling water or soda, which was quite strange. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my visit.

Omg! Why an Italian is finding out about this place only a week before leaving town? Finally a place which is modern, clean, with good staff, and most importantly very good pizza at a reasonable price. A Margherita comes around 10 euro. Very honest. Plus they have pizza with salsiccia (Italian sausage) which is my absolute favourite. It’s kind of Neapolitan style with chewy and soft crust and thinner centre. I also had it delivered and it’s the hottest pizza I’ve ever gotten through a delivery app. Uber recommended! (But please skip the pasta dishes!)

Was there the day before yesterday. Food was very tasty but service was unfriendly. Waiter always had a stone on his face. Steals money. (tip himself) I left him a tip myself. and later saw that he had added more to the map. Guests pay attention to their bills!!!!

I was struggling to find amazing pizza place in berlin ( I have gone to all famous and good ones) And my search came to end last week. This is a hidden gem of pizza, I absolutely loved the pizza here The dough was soft and chewy and not at all soggy from bottom. We had ordered pesto and marinara and loved both This is my go to place for my pizza cravings They serve authentic Neapolitan pizza 🍕

Fantastic pizza, excellent from the stone oven! The dough is great, fluffy, crispy on the edge and thin in the middle, topped with high-quality ingredients. Dessert is also recommended, homemade and fresh! Service and service is exceptionally good, always friendly, not intrusive and always there for the guest. Consistently very good quality... we've been eating here for 2 years. In my opinion one of the best pizzas in Berlin. Five stars!

We even spontaneously got a nice table for two. The food was delicious and the prices were okay. The portions were large and we both had to take some of the pasta at the end. Overall, we can highly recommend The Factory!

We still had a stay at Ostkreuz and decided to get a pizza to take away. We received friendly service and received our pizza in 10 minutes. The cheese pizza didn't skimp on toppings and there was plenty of different cheese available. The pizza had a delicious, airy pizza dough. I would have liked some basil on the pizza, otherwise it was great and a great recommendation for cheese lovers. Not my favorite pizza shop in Berlin, but it's one of the best

Super delicious food and very friendly and courteous staff. Food comes quickly and everything needed, such as cutlery, oil, vinegar, is brought to the table beforehand. There are even golden pizza scissors :) Everything fits, highly recommended.

Besuch zum Mittagessen: Die Erfahrung war angenehm und ohne Hektik noch dazu gibg es sehr schnell, ideal für eine entspannende Pause. Überraschenderweise war die Pizza leicht verdaulich und lag nicht schwer im Magen. Für eine Mittagspause ist das Lokal definitiv empfehlenswert, nicht zuletzt wegen des hervorragend gestalteten Interieurs.
