The pizza was very tasty and the service was friendly. After ordering, we received our drinks and pizzas without a long wait. The wine was also good. The restaurant is larger than you'd expect from the outside. It's a bit noisy in the back area, as the acoustics aren't quite ideal.

Excellent pizza! At first glance, it looks a bit small, but that's deceptive – it's perfectly topped, the crust is crispy, and the flavor is truly amazing. I've rarely had such a good pizza! The starter was also very good. There's a selection of delicious wines straight from Italy to accompany it. The staff was friendly. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant!

Extra side dishes were forgotten but charged and the pizza was burnt on the bottom. Pasta was also tasteless, I could hardly find the chicken pieces. Absolute failure and never again

Very tasty and unique pizza. The pizza seems relatively small at first glance, but that's deceptive! It's a really generous portion. The ingredients are all very high quality, especially the mozzarella. The crust was also very unique and really good. The staff was also very friendly, and the interior was very nice and modern and inviting. The prices are also absolutely reasonable.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted warmly by the staff, and they were able to push tables together to accommodate more than 20 people. Very good. The pizza aims to emulate authentic Neapolitan pizzas, but doesn't quite achieve this. The characteristic thick crust is there, but not combined with a flavorful tomato sauce, good cheese, or anything similar. That's a shame. Still, it's one of the better pizzas you can find in Berlin. It's definitely worth a visit.

It’s a great and tasty pizza, they bring you scissors to eat it and everything is packed with flavor. Good addition to the Kiez.

The Factory at Ostkreuz is a hidden gem. The pizza here is among the very best I have ever tasted — not only in Germany, but even in Italy. The crust is light and crisp, the ingredients fresh and perfectly balanced. What makes it even more remarkable is the price: outstanding quality at an unexpectedly low cost. Truly one of Berlin’s finest spots for authentic pizza.

The pizza was delicious and full of flavors. I enjoyed the warm atmosphere and the tasty smell in the air. If I could suggest one change, it would be to add more options to the menu. Overall, I really liked my time there!

Usually a great pizza, one of the few places that do white pizzas (w/o tomato sauce) right. Have been a customer for a number of years. Last orders (delivery) have been horrendous though. Forgotten ingredients, undercooked dough - seems like they were in a rush to schlep whatever to the courier without looking twice. I get that there can be a busy night, but it doesn’t justify the lack of quality. Here’s a Bianca from my order (supposed to have ruccola and tomato). At least this time they didn’t forget the extras (salciccia). No tomatoes, no ruccola, the cheese was spilled all over the box, the dough was raw inside 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good Food, Great Vibe! The Factory Pizza is a solid choice for a casual meal. The pizza and pasta are both enjoyable, and they've got a decent wine selection to go with it. What really stands out, though, is the friendly, welcoming staff who provide excellent service, and the very nice, casual ambience that makes you feel right at home. It’s a great spot for a relaxed and tasty evening out.

We spontaneously went there for lunch for an important occasion. We were surprised by a really good pizza at an incredibly reasonable price. The service was extremely attentive and rounded off the visit. We'll definitely be back!

The Pizza is very tasty, fluffy and fulfilling. The ✂️ was a good idea. The only thing for me personally is the size of the soft drink 0,2 with no larger options, so with a big pizza I would expect at least a 0,3 ☺️

Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't tasty at all. The toppings tasted cheap. It's a shame they use the cheapest ham on a 14/15 euro pizza. It ruins everything. It's more of a family restaurant than a good Neapolitan restaurant.

Great pizza. We were even aloud to bring the dog inside the restaurant. The pizza is served with scissors to help cut the pizza. We had 3 different pizzas and all 3 were very delicious. The drinks are a bit small for the price but they only sell 0.2 l bottled drinks. It would be nice if they also would offer larger drinks so you dont have to order multiple small expensive drinks. But i would atill recommend to come and try the pizza here to anyone who would ask me.

Super great restaurant that we really enjoy eating out at! The pizza is very tasty, the crust is relatively large. I love the Pasta Tedesco and the decor is also very modern, bright and beautiful, but still not too overwhelming. We always got a seat straight away, whether in small or larger groups☺️ You cut the pizza yourself with golden scissors, it works surprisingly well and is an original idea.

The best pizza I ever had... and I had pizza in Italy. Prices are very reasonable, the environment is clean and modern.

There is only a small selection between pizza and pasta, but very tasty. The staff tried very hard, very friendly. Atmosphere is a bit sparse.

We were there on Saturday evening. It was well attended, so reservations are recommended. The staff is very friendly and drinks and food were brought quickly. The pizzas are great and very reasonably priced! The Nutella pizza at the end is a highlight, recommended: share if you are 4 or more people or take the rest with you as it is very powerful. Absolute recommendation!

The restaurant doesn't look all that cozy from outside. However, appearances are deceptive here, as you can sit very well inside. The atmosphere is very modern. The service is very nice and the pizza is ultra tasty. I would even say that I have never had such delicious pizza! Everything is really right here. With the pizza you are served both cutlery and pizza scissors. The prices are absolutely fair. My new favorite pizzeria. I would love to come back to you!

Pizza tasted pretty good. Service was a bit slow at first, but then ok. The atmosphere inside is quite cool, in the sense that it's too barren and too bright. It could be a little more comfortable.

Overall it's okay, nothing earth-shattering. The waiting times were immense. But okay, you did it.

The pizza was really amazing! This edge is incredible, I would have loved to plaster another one straight away. In addition, lovely service with great service. For my taste, the small tables on the left are a bit close together, so you can inevitably hear the conversation from the next table, but that doesn't spoil the whole thing. I will 100% come back ♥️

We stayed here on Sunday for my daughter's Einschulung. We arrived a little after 12.30, there were 4 of us and without a reservation but it wasn't a problem because the Service guy is really very kind, patient and attentive. The pizza is fantastic (I'm a true Italian), the ingredients are original and fresh and the prices are truly affordable. Good quality - price. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely be back again, and again, and again.

Absolutely recommended! The pizzas are worth the money! Stone oven pizza still tastes one of the best! Great service, attentive and polite. The little things like hand cream on the sink top it all! I'm only deducting one star for the ambience outside because unfortunately many of the tables wobble a bit. I'll definitely come back here!!

In general, clean and modern interior, good options of food and quite tasty, although we didn’t really understand the rucola on top of napoli pasta. Now for what we really were very confused about was the 2000’s rap music that started playing out of nowhere, we felt like characters in a video game, eating our pasta during work lunch hours while some rapper in the background was talking about explicit things… It did not fit with the atmosphere at all.

The food was breathtaking, I've never had such a good pizza before, but we came into the shop at around 9:42 p.m. and the waiter said we can't have any more starters because they're about to close even though they don't close until 11:00 p.m., besides He said that we should eat quickly, which was also very unfriendly. And the people behind us still got an appetizer even though we had been sitting for a while. The pizza took about 25 minutes, which is really long, but worth it and was communicated beforehand.

The service was just courteous and kind, the food tasted wonderful. We'd love to come back!

Rarely have I eaten such good Italian food. Couldn't stop and ended up so full they had to take me home in a wheelbarrow. Did I regret eating so much? Yes. Would I do it again? In any case.

The service was okay, but the overall experience was disappointing. The draught beer tasted off, almost like it was mixed with sparkling water or soda, which was quite strange. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my visit.

Omg! Why an Italian is finding out about this place only a week before leaving town? Finally a place which is modern, clean, with good staff, and most importantly very good pizza at a reasonable price. A Margherita comes around 10 euro. Very honest. Plus they have pizza with salsiccia (Italian sausage) which is my absolute favourite. It’s kind of Neapolitan style with chewy and soft crust and thinner centre. I also had it delivered and it’s the hottest pizza I’ve ever gotten through a delivery app. Uber recommended! (But please skip the pasta dishes!)
