We went there after the musical. The pub was busy, but we still got a table right away. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't have non-alcoholic Guinness – but according to the owner, that's not possible in Germany. So we ordered a stew and a baked potato with salad. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. There was more salad than baked potato on the plate, unfortunately, but both were tasty. I can definitely recommend the pub. We'll gladly come back next time we see a musical in Stuttgart.

We stopped here before going to a musical. The portions are very large, and so are the prices 😅 The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, we couldn't make a reservation by phone, even though many tables were reserved when we arrived. I recommend arriving early. Payment is only possible by card.

The menu on the website is outdated and, according to customer service, quite old. There seem to be technical problems; when the new menu is uploaded, the old one keeps reappearing on the website. My suggestion would be to use the same file names, paying attention to capitalization.

After a wonderful evening at the theater, we went to this place. We ordered fish and chips. The quality was among the poorest, overcooked, so much so that we could only eat the whole thing. It was practically burnt. Quick cooking and food like waste. Truly disappointing. €20 for a dish like that is shocking. Hair on the plate, and zero imagination in the presentation. I strongly advise against it. The service is fast, but I'm not surprised. They're extremely arrogant and don't take criticism. A hygiene check would be recommended, otherwise you'd need a good gastroprotective doctor. They boast about having Irish food, but I think they're overly imaginative. It doesn't reflect the quality of the place it's in. I really hope they change management, because I won't go there even if it's free.

We wanted to visit this restaurant before a musical and have both a meal and a drink there. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open even at 5:15 p.m. (opening hours according to the door sign and Google Maps: from 5:00 p.m.), so we went elsewhere. Several other potential guests had the same experience. What a pity!

We paid €50.80 for the standard burger, fries, baked potato with salad, and two drinks. For that price, you can get better food elsewhere, and probably cheaper, too. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the food. The service and ambiance were good.

Amazing. Simply quaint. The staff was very quick and super friendly. When I looked at the menu, I thought the prices were a bit steep, but when the food arrived, I was quite astounded. Huge portions and simply delicious. Everything was perfect. I was very pleased. It won't be the last time I'll be there.

We recently went to this Irish pub for dinner – to be honest, it was a complete disappointment. Before our visit, we had already looked at the menu online and were looking forward to certain dishes. Once we got there, we were simply informed that this food hadn't been available "since the coronavirus pandemic" – even though the coronavirus pandemic really was several years ago. The reason given was that they no longer knew the password for the website – seriously? That's not only unprofessional, but simply careless. They then added that we weren't the first guests to complain about it – yet nothing has been done to this day. We were there almost two hours before a musical started, ordered early, and still waited forever. The server was unfriendly and didn't write down our order, which seemed odd to us – and in the end, after about 50 minutes, there was still no food. There were maybe 15 to 20 guests in the entire pub, and other guests who arrived after us had long since finished eating. When we asked, we were cheekily told that we had arrived late – a blatant lie, as we had already had our drinks long before other guests arrived. What really annoyed us was the dishonesty. No one wanted to admit that something had gone wrong. Instead, they offered excuses and a behavior that no paying guest should be expected to endure. Suddenly, the food was supposed to arrive in 10 minutes – which again wasn't true. When we politely pointed out that we had to go to a musical (after all, we were there extra early!), the staff apparently didn't care at all. In the end, we left – without having eaten. A proper apology? None. And to top it all off, we even had to pay for our drinks in full. No consideration, no understanding, nothing. Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended. Disorganized, unfriendly, and zero sense of responsibility. We will definitely never be back.

Actually a great pub, but there's no regular live music anymore, no cash payments, and no service on the terrace. Unfortunately, it's already adapted to the rather run-down SI-Centrum.

Hello again, After seeing a musical, we wanted to end the lovely evening in a relaxed atmosphere. We chose The Dubliner😃 A truly quaint pub, we felt at home from the start. Cool atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious beer and cocktails—what more could you want? We had the Kilkenny, The Pink Panther, and, best of all, the House Special Downunder👍👍👍 You can't pay with cash in the pub, so please don't forget your card, or you'd be missing out🙂

The food was good (though the presentation was a bit less than in some of the photos here). Very friendly service, and unusually empty – even though the show at the Apollo had ended. The atmosphere is okay, although some found it a bit staged. Maybe. Overall, recommended.

Great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had the cottage pie and the sausages. Both were served with a spicy onion gravy and delicious mashed potatoes. The onion rings were super crispy and delicious. We've been here twice.

Peps are pretty intense, at least the food tastes good.

You want an irish pub, dont go here. The dubliner is a theme bar at best to up-charge for the shows across the street.

❌ Not BBQ ribs — just meat drowned in thick gravy We ordered ribs expecting BBQ. What arrived looked boiled, covered in a heavy onion gravy, no smokiness or char, and completely dry inside. We barely touched the food after one bite — it wasn’t fresh — and still had to pay in full. Very disappointing, and not recommended for food.

After we saw the musical, all the bars were closed. Only the Dubliner Pub was open. It wasn't a bad idea to go there with six people. The food was excellent, the waiters were very good, everything was great, and I'll be back. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located right in the SI Center. Service was quick, as our musical started 30 minutes later than the other one, most people had already finished eating. The burger is large (200g), but a bit poorly made. There's hardly any sauce (just a small dab of BBQ sauce) and a bit too much bread for the burger. It tastes good, but not outstanding. There are much better ones here in Stuttgart, and they cost just under €15 without fries, and then it's not even a cheeseburger, which costs another €2 extra. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right for me.

We were there for the second time and can absolutely recommend it. Good burgers, friendly staff 👌 we'll be back

After the musical, whether at the Apollo or the Palladium, head to the underground tunnel where the DUBLINER awaits. The lighting is a bit dim and dark, but the burgers are delicious, and the ONION RINGS contain real onions. Good, good, good

Plate of fries 7.50€, then ordered a side salad without tomatoes, of course they were still there, also a lot of onions, although that was not listed as an ingredient, then I said that I don't like onions, the plate was taken away, the onion was roughly taken off and brought back to me

We had dinner before seeing the musical. The burgers here are super delicious and highly recommended. The chili was also delicious and well-seasoned. If you like iced tea, you should try the house-made iced tea. 👍

Absolutely not recommended, at least not for the food. The pub was almost empty, service was quick and friendly. But when you get four dishes at your table after only a five-minute wait, you can imagine that the quality will correspond. The mashed potatoes had the taste and consistency of powdered rice, and the spare ribs were almost cold. To be fair, they brought us new ones that were warmer. The burger patty probably wasn't homemade either. And each main course costs around €20. That's too much for the poor quality. There's no cozy pub atmosphere here either, and the music was totally inappropriate.

Very friendly. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were able to get a seat straight away and very easily. Complicated special requests (a burger without onion but with tomato, one without onion and without tomato with cucumber, one without cucumber but with tomato, etc.) were accepted without any problems and carried out without any problems. Well, there wasn't much to do with an Irish pub during our visit. The selection of beer was very sparse, although there were more taps. The atmosphere was also pretty good.

It's your own fault if you eat something in such locations. Irish sausages were fatty and watery, mashed potatoes felt out of the package, 2 out of 3 baked potatoes were ice cold. We also waited over half an hour for our food, which was unacceptable for what we got. We paid anyway and also pointed out that it wasn't good. It's overpriced for what you get anyway. Well, once and never again.

Unfortunately I only have to give it one star 🌟. Staff is not attentive and you have to constantly call and search if you want to order something. Ambiance was very empty and music wasn't particularly good either.

We came in after a nice musical evening and were very surprised why it was so empty. We took a table near the counter and I sat with the chair at 90 degrees to the person I was talking to instead of across from me. The cellar didn't like that and very politely pointed out the escape route to me. There was 1.5 to 2m of space between me and the counter and the place was almost empty. Now we know why. We didn't order anything and went somewhere else.

After our musical visit we spontaneously went to the pub. We were served very quickly and very friendly. The food is super tasty and there is a lot of it. We had fries with the burger, which you don't actually need because the burger is really big. But what would a burger be without fries 😁😁😁. Praise to the whole team 👍🏼 keep it up

We were guests here after seeing a musical and it was really nice. From the start the service was perfect. We were assigned a table and were served quickly. The pub was very full in no time, and the service was always quick and friendly. We had a nice gentleman who took the time to answer questions and was very attentive. We would come here again and again.

We went to this typical Irish restaurant for dinner on the occasion of our visit to the musical. Although it was very busy and there were queues at the entrance, we were welcomed in a friendly and good mood. The staff did everything they could to make our wait for a free table as pleasant as possible. The meals were top and very filling. Rarely have I had such crispy fries. Big praise to the whole team in the service and in the kitchen. Will definitely come back!!

Good restaurant in the SI Center and perfect for dinner before a musical. There isn't necessarily that feeling of mass processing here. In the Irish pub you sit in a separate area. At many other restaurants in the Si-Center you feel like you're sitting in a large hall/corridor. The food was delicious and the portions were absolutely large. The service was also very good, even though the restaurant was completely full.

7.50 euros for a plate of fries? Fish'n Chips (here we go for a medium (not beer battered) breaded fish fillet with fries at 20 euros! 11.50 euros for a (tasty) baked potato - here you have the choice. Either dry with salad or optionally with sour cream - a small tablespoon for 2.50 euros on top... Pilsner for 5.90 euros... well... Come on! Experience restaurant or not - these are prices that no longer seem appropriate in my opinion (also in view of the high number of customers)! Visually appealing, but house and dance tracks in the background acoustically? In the “pub”? Seriously?! The service was a bit assertive at first, but became more communicative over the course of the shorter stay. If you understand the background, you can't blame the employee in any way. This is probably due to the gigantic rush of potential guests. Here you not only have to look after guests on busy days, but also manage them. Of course - when the musical performances start - it is certainly much better. On the weekend it opened at 5 p.m. and everything was full at 5:02 p.m. The queue stretched from the entrance to the middle of the dining room. So if you want to eat in peace, you should insist on a seat further back or to the side of the dining room. Unfortunately we arrived at the restaurant at 5:01 p.m. These places were already occupied. So people are constantly looking at your plate. Clear! The others are hungry too. ;-) All in all - for these very reasonable prices you get larger portions that are also tasty. Maybe you shouldn't use a Saturday evening as a benchmark! But in the SI Center you are simply one of tens of thousands of guests every year - that simply reflects the process.

I happened to be in the Irish Pub today and can confirm exactly the rating of another guest.. I quote: "Visited once and definitely not twice! “No toilets in the restaurant” says it all. The tinkling of (Irish?) music really gets on your mind in the long run..."End of quote... and a Hefeweizen for 6.- I think is really wrong... once is enough...

Ambience was great. The live music is also worth highlighting. However, the food was rather average for the hefty price. I would have expected a little more.

Very friendly service and good food

We were here on a Saturday evening and the Dubliner was not very busy. The staff were absolutely friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is classic pub. The prices are relatively expensive compared to the taste and portion. Especially the fries for 6.50 euros (as of 2024). You can park in the parking garage nearby.

Very tasty food, fresh ingredients, very good portion size: fries were super tasty and crispy, Junior really enjoyed the fish. Large baked potato with salad. Lavish salad plate with chicken and (top!) toasted grain bread. The homemade iced tea is recommended. Service quick and nice. We were completely satisfied and have no complaints.

Wir hatten schreckliche Fisch und Chips und einen Cheeseburger. Beides war tief gefroren, keine frittierte kleine Fischstückchen. Einfach nur ein Stück Pressfisch aus der Tiefkühle. Das gleiche leider auch mit dem Burger. Ich kann noch nicht einmal sagen, ob es wirklich Fleisch war. Zum Trinken mag der Pub ja OK sein, aber bitte nicht dort essen. Uns wurde sogar gesagt, dass das schlechte Essen bekannt ist, aber die wollen es nicht ändern. Traurig......

Unfortunately I can't give it more than two stars. The service was friendly but mercilessly overwhelmed. Lots of customers, too few staff. The kitchen was also mercilessly overwhelmed and the food took forever. Taking the order, whether drinking or eating, took far too long. Many guests including us became impatient because we wanted to go to the musical. As if we had suspected it, we ordered food and drink together and paid directly when it was brought. So we got to the musical just on time. The kitchen was probably closed for a while because the cook was injured. Instead of not taking food orders, orders were taken. We didn't find out about the "closed kitchen" as the waitress called it until later. We waited over half an hour for a portion of fries. It took 16 minutes for anyone to come to the table and another 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The fries were crispy but very salty. It was still okay, it still worked. But I wouldn't go there again. The price is also very high at €7.50 for a portion of fries. Half a liter of Gerolsteiner water €4.50. That is also quite a lot.

Wir haben den "Irish Pub" im Anschluss an ein Musikal besucht und hatten uns vorher schon informiert! Wer hier ein "Schicki-Micki"-Restaurant erwartet, sollte sich nach etwas Anderem umsehen. Rustikal und Essen wie man es in einem Pub erwartet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind leider etwas erhöht, aber das erwartet man auch direkt am Musikal-Standort.

Staff very unfriendly! We arrived 15 minutes before opening and waited on the sofa diagonally opposite the entrance. The sign in the front door clearly stated: Sorry we are closed! So we waited obediently (with our two children aged 9 & 12). 2 minutes before opening we saw that the sign was turned over and therefore open. We went in and were greeted very unfriendly, which made us think of just coming in with the door closed. After thinking about it for a while (we were very surprised by this) we left again. We would recommend that management simply keep the entrance door locked and then simply unlock it when the sign is turned to “Open”. Then you don’t have to get upset about guests who “just come in” and want to eat and drink something nice. It's a real shame because we were looking forward to fish n chips 😢. But if you read the other reviews here, it was probably a good thing that we didn't stay for dinner 😮‍💨

Our food only came from the freezer, the chicken had been in there for a while, the price/performance ratio doesn't match! The salad was fresh but overly sugary. The beer was good and the staff was very friendly. It's better to eat somewhere else!

A case for Frank Rosin...!!! We had the Farmhouse Burger which didn't live up to its name. The bun was dry and didn't taste like anything. The pattie was cheap pressed meat. Onions lettuce tomatoes were fresh. The only positive thing about the burger. 6 € for a small portion of fries that taste just as bad as at McDonalds. The food had more of a bistro character rather than a real Irish pub

We were there with a group of 13 people to fortify ourselves before the Tina Turner musical. If you get there promptly at 5 p.m., you can still sit together as a large group. However, the food is only made with convenience products. I've had fish and chips in many pubs, but here it was 3 slightly larger fish fingers that didn't have much in common with fish and chips. The price of €19.90 was not appropriate.

By far my worst fish & chips ever. €19.90 for three fish fingers from the Fridge plus fries, unfortunately passing customers are a rip-off for musical visitors. Service and Guinness were impeccable, just didn't order anything to eat, but for a few pints it was a nice pub.

Fries soggy and cold, burger from Aldi that you prepare in the microwave is better than there! And that for 24 euros! But that was not all. The service staff was extremely unfriendly and then also incompetent. A mix that never works. The store does everything wrong that you can do wrong!

Service has zero out of zero stars. After asking us three times, a bad-tempered service worker threw the bill on the table and said that separate bills take longer than 30 minutes to be collected. really bad some food is edible. But no trace of enjoyment. From now on I love the burgers and nuggets from McDonalds again, every station pub is more hygienic than the local one. Never again. Better go into town or take a sandwich with you. Everything is better than food.

The price-performance ratio is incomprehensible. This is probably due to the location. There is no private toilet; a shared toilet must be used. The water in the men's toilet didn't work. The food didn't taste good, unfortunately hunger drove us in that day. We won't be coming back.

Unfortunately a VERY unpleasant experience. Before our musical visit we were there promptly at 5:00 p.m. Ambience okay, staff friendly but no longer attentive after ordering. Drinks are expensive but were taken and served quickly. (6€ cider, 5€ cola) The menu is typically PUB slim and obviously features Irish specialties. We ordered Irish stew (17€) fish & chips (20€). The stew was very lightly seasoned, the meat and vegetables were tender but didn't taste homemade. The fish and chips were a disgrace. Meager portion of fries without seasoning, dip tasted like it was straight out of the bucket. Fish wasn't breaded itself, clearly frozen, tasteless and quickly thrown into the deep fryer. With all understanding for quick food before events, but at this price (even in current times) the quality is too poor. The burgers would have cost 17-21€ depending on the version plus 6€ for fries, which was too much for us when we ordered. The other restaurants in the SI Center are also expensive but are more recommendable in terms of quality and service. A real shame!

I recommend you change the opening times! That people don't stand in front of closed doors on Monday! Closed on Mondays.

Schlechteste Burger ever. Und zu allem Überfluss auch noch überteuert. Hatte am Tag drauf Magenprobleme. Das hatte ich bis dato noch nie.Eine echte Zumutung.

Im Parkhaus des SI Centrum sollte man am Kassenautomat aufpassen, das man vorher die Anweisung liest und nicht ein Erlebnisticket bezahlt was man gar nicht haben möchte. Vom Ambiente her eigentlich ein klassischer Irish Pub. Das Essen dort haben wir nicht getestet. Es ist aber abzunehmen, dass die anderen Rezensionen stimmen. Der Pub liegt im SI Centrum neben dem Musical Theater. Da dadurch die Zielgruppe sich auf Leute konzentriert die nur einmal da sind, legt man keinen Wert auf Stammgäste. An einem Freitag Abend gab es keine Live Musik.

Uriges Ambiente mit einer netten Bedienung. Das Essen war Pub Like aber gut.

Essen war echt nicht gut. Wir hatten Chips and Fish und die Chickenwings. Beides war TK. Was an sich nicht schlimm wäre, wäre es nicht die billigste Variante gewesen. In jeder Pommesbude am Bahnhof isst man besser. Es ist ziemlich teuer, für die Qualität die man dann auf den Teller hat. Zudem hat es ewig gedauert bis das Essen kam. Kellner wirkte ziemlich gestresst und war sichtlich enttäuscht über das Trinkgeld. Aber für schlechtes Essen und schlechten Service gibt es kein extra Geld. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Ziemlich runtergekommen (abgewetzte Bank Bezüge, Nägel in den Wänden, aber keine Bilder mehr,…) Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis führt wohl dazu, dass niemand dort ein 2. Mal hingeht. Das einzige vegetarische Gericht ist eine Ofenkartoffel mit Salat

Mein Mann und ich wollten dort vor unserem Musicalbesuch essen. 1 Tisch (4 Personentisch) war noch frei an den wir Platz nahmen, ales der Kellner kam, forderte er uns auf weiter vorne Platz an einem Tisch zunehmen, da dieser Tisch für mehr als 2 Personen sei. Der angewiesen Tisch war ein Stehtisch mit mickrigen unbequemen Barhocker. Mein Einwand wurde damit abgetan "dann müssensie warten bis einTisch fürv2 Personen frei wird. So etwas ist unverschämt. Als wir gingen sassen auch nur 3 Personen an dem Tisch für 4 Personen.

Teure Getränke. Essen haben wir nichts mehr bekommen. Auf Nachfrage ob es noch etwas zu essen gibt bekamen wir nur ein „Nein“ als Antwort von der weiblichen Bedienung. Später am Tisch wurden wir aufgeklärt, dass es auf Grund von technischen Problemen nichts mehr gibt. Die Info wäre gleich zu Beginn von Vorteil gewesen. Sind wir nämlich davon ausgegangen, dass es prinzipiell um 21:15 Uhr nichts mehr zu essen gibt. Das gesamte SI Centrum und deren Restaurants ist sehr auf „Masse statt klasse“ ausgelegt

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Auf die Getränke und das Essen mussten wir nicht lange warten. Die Onionringe und Burger sind super lecker. Auf Empfehlung bestellten wir Shots mit Snickersgeschmack super lecker. Es ist schade dass es keine Livemusik gibt.

Die mindere Qualität des Essens ist im Vergleich zum Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Restaurant lebt weniger von Stammgästen als von Laufkundschaft. Das merkt man auch. Tische sind etwas zu eng gestellt. Bei - statt vor - der Bestellung bekamen wir gesagt, dass zwei Gerichte nicht verfügbar seien - sie sind noch gefroren. Und das unmittelbar nach Öffnung des Lokals. Spricht nicht zu sehr für gute Planung und Vorbereitung des Tages. Serviert wird zügig, nachgefragt ob alles passt oder man noch was möchte nicht. Essen ist okay, aber nicht besser als man es zu Hause auch selber leicht schafft. Das Restaurant taugt für das, wofür es vermutlich auch dienen soll: Ein zügiges Essen vor dem Musicalbesuch.

Essen war gut aber wir haben uns vorher online informiert da war die Speisekarte viel größer und es stand auch drin das Dart gespielt werden kann Dartscheibe war mit einem Sofa zu gestellt. Wir wurden also unserer Meinung nach unter falschen Tatsachen hin gelockt!!!

Mit life Musik war es um welten besser

Schönes, typisches Pub im SI Centrum. Wir haben vor und nach dem Musical ein paar Guiness getrunken. Sehr gut! Sehr freundlicher Service. Leider keine Live-Musik mehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette und lustige Bedienung. Alles kam sehr schnell und es wurde vom Kellner immer wieder gefragt ob alles ok ist.

Einen super Barkeeper, der sein Handwerk versteht und seine Gäste ebenso. Die Onions waren nicht der Bringer, dafür reißt es das Guinnes wieder raus. Das Ambiente ist wirklich hervorragend. Gerne wieder
