Beautiful pup in Vaihingen. Relaxed atmosphere, cool guests and good beer. The boss was very friendly and talkative. Absolutely recommended!!

Waren zu dritt Sonntag Mittag erstmals in diesem Pub. Es war rappelvoll, wohl viele Amerikaner, kaum Deutschsprachige. Der Chef ist waschechter Ire und superfreundlich, das ganze Personal war trotz vielen Gästen immer freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen pubtypisch deftig. Wir werden sicherlich wieder hingehen!! Noch eine Anmerkung: der Auld Rogue Burger wird als schärfster Burger in Deutschland beworben. Ich hab eine Messerspitze von der Sauce versucht und bin aus Thailand einiges an Schärfe gewohnt, aber diese Sauce war unerträglich scharf. Also: Vorsicht!!

I always enjoy going to the Auld Rogue Irish Pub because the atmosphere is unbeatably relaxed and pleasant. I particularly like that many guests speak English. This gives the pub an authentic atmosphere. It is also a very nice gesture that the owner usually greets his guests personally when he is there. So you immediately feel welcome. When it comes to food, I can absolutely recommend the Celtic Burger. Be careful with the Auld Rogue Burger: You should definitely take the spiciness warning seriously, it is really extremely spicy. My personal favorite restaurant in the area.

The food was awesome, the service was great, and it definitely feels like an Irish pub. It was a bit loud the night we went, one table was very loud, but they were friendly.

The place was overall great. The system of keeping your tab on your coaster helped split things up and covered you if you moved around. Staff could have checked more frequently, but when they did they were attentive and pleasant. Karaoke was fun, but seemed like a small turnout for Saturday.

Impeccable service. The waitress is always happy and attentive. He knows how to anticipate the client's wishes and with great patience can recommend the appropriate drink. I don't rate the place with more stars because it is not my type of atmosphere or food. However, everything was good and my companions, who if they like the traditional type of place, had a great time and really enjoyed what they tasted there. If you are a lover of food, Irish beer and you are in Stuttgart then I recommend the place.

You‘ll have the greatest time here. Beer is a Little Bit pricy but the Food and athmosphere are phenomenal.

Fantastic place for food and drinks with friends. They offer karaoke nights and trivia nights as well as whisky tastings. They also have big spring event in the TV (NCAA football, euro futbol, Olympics, etc.) Their brunch on Sunday is pretty good as well. Swing by and share a point and a Jameson with your buddies or take your best lass out for some fun. Noel and his team set a great vibe and will treat you like family... Guaranteed! Even if that family is the cousin we never speak about. Lol

There is an old Irishman Named Noel who runs the place. He's the best. Ask him to put a clover in the foam on your beer. He's an artist, but he's an entertainer as well.

Absolutely the worst pub in all of Germany. I'm going to keep coming back until they get it right.

This Irish pub is the real deal. I went here with my brother who is stationed in Stuttgart, and we had the pleasure of attending one of their whisky tastings. The crowd was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. The whisky’s were fantastic, my brother and I were sat at a table with 2 German fellas who spoke great English and were very friendly. The owner is a class act and an absolute character. He had me hanging on the edge of my seat wanting to hear more of what he had to say. I will say most “tastings” I have done have been rather boring, this was anything but! I even ended up purchasing a bottle. The bar food handed out during the tasting was an extremely nice touch and would have me coming back regularly if I was local. A true haven for English speakers in Germany. I would recommend this pub to any English speaking travelers that are seeking a good time, they have a wonderful selection of beers and spirits for a very reasonable price, also the staff and owner are all very friendly and personable. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this establishment, other than I wasn’t there long enough.

The food, the people and the atmosphere here are all top notch. Make sure to ask about the specials, the Chicken Burger on Thursday is amazing.

Great little pub. The crowd is American so no worries if you don't know German, they'll be more than happy to accommodate. Nice beer selections, decent whiskeys as well (with Whiskey tastings that seem to occur every month). The staff is great, very friendly especially Josh who showed us a great time! We went to watch some of the football and then for a Sunday Irish breakfast.

A pub like you want! Everything authentic and delicious. You can hardly go wrong when eating, just be careful, if it says spicy on the menu then it really is spicy! The burgers are great!

Typical pub with all sorts of different drinks. I had a burger, which I was unfortunately disappointed with. Unfortunately it tasted very cheap and boring. The fries, on the other hand, were delicious. I had some stomach problems about 20 minutes after eating, so I assume the quality of the meat wasn't the best. I can recommend the pub for drinking and snacking. The mood and ambience were good.

Good experience here. The man who served me made conversation with me and my wife and we felt welcomed. He thanked us warmly for visiting. The food itself was very pleasant and reminded me of my home country. I have to say everything was correct. The fish for example with tartar sauce, the seasons malt vinegar and HP BROWN SAUCE I asked the gentleman where they obtain the hp brown sauce and he gave my a bottle of it for free! What a generous and friendly man. So we decided to stay for dessert. It was chocolate brownies with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Delicious. For a beverage it was coffee with extra milk on the side. I have no negatives except my concerns over my waistline. Which can hardly be attributed to this establishment and not my fondness for chocolate and ice cream puddings 🙄

What a gem! I was made feel incredibly welcome from when I walked in the door. Noel does a fantastic job of being the best host. The food is great, the beer is cold. Not a lot to dislike here.

Excellent pints and whiskeys, but the food is the secret star here. The burgers and shepherds pie are outstanding. A proper Irish pub.

Had a lovely evening at the Pub Quiz here. Cider on tap, a lovely Lynchburg Lemonade and the Cheese Sandwich was also tasty. Most dishes are with meat or fish, if you are a vegetarian you can get Mac and Cheese or a Cheese Sandwich, if you are vegan there is a Falafel Wrap with Hummus. Overall a lovely evening, my vegan friends would just have enjoyed having more food options.

Co-worker recommended place we were warmly welcomed seated quickly and served. Portions are quite big so come with appetite and beer selection met expectations.

When we lived in the area, we used to go here so often one of my kids was almost born there after my wife had the Auld Rogue burger. Every time we're back in Stuttgart this is normally the first stop. Food, atmosphere, drinks, and employees are all still amazing.

This is the place to go if you want to hang out with your group and get a pretty good meal Their beef quality is top notch and their chicken wings are alright as well. Guinness is always a plus. Felt like home away from home. 4 stars out of 5 for food because it is a bit pricey; but you won't be disappointed with the quality.

I did not receive ranch with my NY Buffalo wings and someone asked me why I was eating it dry and I did not know that they just didn’t give me the ranch that was included in the price. I liked the food but this is just humanity and it was missing.

I was there for a weekend brunch so comments apply to that time. The food was fantastic and very generous portions! Super family friendly. The owner was walking around and engaged with the customers. And if you think for a second Guinness is not for breakfast or brunch, you couldn't be more wrongerest (it's a word, look it up 😁). Our server was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I make it a point to come in on Sundays to get some delicious wings and a pint of Guinness. No better place than to come to the pub and relax with some good folk.

Unfortunately, I have been here at least 4 times with a nice and homely atmosphere until today. I wanted to get some breakfast and waited a good 15 minutes because it was full. While I was seated at the bar, I was hoping to get breakfast and the owner said they ran out of the breakfast items and crumpled the paper aggressively while I was joking that was what I was there for. I was trying to be light hearted and understanding about the breakfast. He got agitated for some reason and was hyperventilating. So I thought I would get a beer instead and he insisted on Guinness but I told him I didn’t want it and urged me to have it and started berating me on refusing to get a Guinness, I asked for a Pils and he was going on and on why I wasn’t grateful and didn’t make up my mind in a few seconds. He kept going on and on and I told him to calm the **** down. He got angrier and wouldn’t stop droning and insulting me and I couldn’t take it and told him to **** off and the whole staff went after me telling me to **** off in unison. I wasn’t going to continue with the charades and just walked out while they were mocking me and telling me to have a nice day sir making a scene. I wholeheartedly recommended this place but after that outburst and getting treated the way I did today, I don’t think I will recommend and will not go back there lest I get berated and yelled at for not ordering fast enough. That sent me over the top. I never experienced such bad service and attitude from the staff from any place I been to in my whole life until I experienced it first hand from the staff and owner today.

Even if you don't speak English, you can get a bit of island feel here. We can only recommend it. Prices are OK.

Always a go to when visiting Germany! I have had most things on their menu. Everything is oversized and tasty! Owner and staff are bilingual and super friendly. It's more pricy than some places but is worth every penny for the awesome experience!

Third time there was this evening. Each time we have not made a reservation but were made welcomed. We met the owner tonight and his customer service is tops! The food is delicious (I’ve had their burger, shepherds pie, and fish and chips). This is easily one of my family’s favorite places to eat.

Cinema advertising sometimes actually achieves what the advertising in the Corso gave us the idea of ​​stopping by here after the film and we didn't regret it. A really cozy pub where we were able to enjoy our Guinness or cider in a relaxed atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed by the boss and ate more or less healthy pub food. The food was OK, but I personally like the food at O'Reillys even better. Coincidentally, it was also Quiz Night, so it was pretty full, but there was a really good atmosphere. A recommendation for everyone who likes the atmosphere of a typical Irish pub Four stars from us after the next film in the Corso, maybe again :) Update 2024: We can now come here more often and enjoy the atmosphere. This is one of the best pub around town. My suggestion is try the Chicken wings with mango habanero sauce. The burgers are amazing.

Es gibt Burger und Pommes, dieses alles sehr gut. Dazu auch ein paar besondere Biere - also nicht nur Guinness. Die Preise sind mittlerweile durchaus über den Durchschnitt aber wenigstens passt die Qualität. Service ist freundlich, es wird Englisch gesprochen, die Gäste sind international. Man kann es gut aushalten, es ist jedoch immer viel los, es gibt sehr viele Tischreservierungen, das macht es in bisschen ungemütlich. Insgesamt ist das Ambiente durch die Einrichtung individuell, passend für ein Pub und besonders Ein Besuch lohnt.

Both the chicken wings and French fries with cheese were delicious and homemade. Their burgers seemed delicious too, but we were full already. We will certainly come back to try them!

Pub quiz and chicken wings are great! Takes sometimes a while when it's really busy but it's a great place with a great atmosphere. Fish and chips were a bit burnt when I went but usually they are good! Can be a bit loud during the quiz so try not to sit in the corner because you will need to yell quite loudly
