I miss the Southeast Asian warmth when it comes to service. The young men who served us were wearing sweatpants and looked stressed. There are far better Asian restaurants in town.

It tastes very tasty there. Prices have been raised, it's still available in the store, but at Lieferando it's even more expensive. In addition, the dishes feel smaller. Food is usually served very quickly. Sometimes they don't do a good job of having the appetizer come before the main course, especially if the appetizer is sushi. Homemade lemonade is recommended. They also offer vegan duck, which is delicious. You have to be careful with vegan sushi, they always make a sauce that consists of mayo. We have already drawn attention to this several times, but unfortunately it is not of interest.

We made a reservation online, walked to the store, and were turned away very rudely, there are no free seats and the online ordering system for the table is automated and you always get an automatic positive confirmation. He can't do anything about it and so we were allowed to leave without having done anything and without eating. What poor customer service. Sorry, you have lost a regular customer, we enjoyed eating at your place often. It was always tasty, but that's not how you treat customers.

We have enjoyed being guests here for over 5 years. The food is always very good and we enjoy all the dishes. In summer, your own drinks are great and refreshing. The tea could be even better (we are tea lovers), but it is also good. If you are happy with a simple service, you really get a lot for your money.

I order takeout from here multiple times a week because it's great food but today I have to post this saddening review today due to the amount of flies and wasps I find in my food. This is the 3rd time and I've reached my saturation point. I understand this could happen to anyone but statistically it is a bad customer experience and makes me lose my appetite. A hygienic kitchen is the most basic requirement at a restaurant. Please keep your kitchen clean.

Food was good, unfortunately too expensive for the small portions on the plate. I've eaten it better cooked before, but it's missing that certain something. Service is underground, all 4 waiters prefer to hide behind the counter instead of walking through the restaurant and getting repeat orders. Completely unprofessional, I have never experienced such service behavior before. No recommendation from me.

After a visit to the zoo, we decided to satisfy our hunger here at short notice. We weren't disappointed. Get seats without ordering. Very good food. Fast, friendly service. Our place wasn't quite as nice (in the smaller area next to a family celebration, we felt like we were intruding). But we are already looking forward to the beer garden season next year.

This conveniently located Asian restaurant is a beautiful place to experience!! Eight minutes to the Friedrichsfelde subway. By tram, just two stops to the S-Bahn station. Friedrichsfelde East. Staff always friendly!! I've been there several times! You have peace and quiet there and you get close to your “I” again! The food is extremely good! I wish the collective all the best and always have a chopstick on hand!! Greetings from the street at Tierpark 2!!!

Very cozy beer garden. Attentive, but not intrusive, service. The homemade lemonades were delicious. The food was excellent. Requests would be taken into account. (beef was replaced with tofu) I will gladly come again.

We have ordered from Thanh Nam several times and every time there was something. It's actually a shame because we relied on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, the last order also went wrong...delivered 2 hours early because they wanted to close earlier, lucky we were already there, because there was no prior request as to whether it was possible or whether we would rather cancel. One meal was completely missing and another was also wrong. In addition, the in-house delivery driver is not super friendly. A great experience. Called straight away to complain, no one answered... Emails weren't answered either. A great performance. Thank you very much and never again.

The dishes are very tasty and have a great price-performance ratio. An absolute recommendation in terms of taste! However, the service is once again unsatisfactory. This time our dishes were swapped twice in one evening, completely different dishes came and the drinks didn't come in one evening. I always order online and live 6 minutes from the restaurant. The food always tastes very good. Unfortunately the service has become catastrophic and the waiting times are between 45-1.5 hours! Sometimes something is missing or the supplier doesn't have the right change. Today I ordered again and after calling twice and 1 hour 45 minutes. Waiting time and the information that I should wait a little longer, I ordered here for the last time! That was one bad experience too many and given the prices, I can only advise against ordering online here. Too bad, maybe. I'll try again in a year...

Where is the best place to start... Maybe I should start by saying that I'm extremely disappointed. I made a reservation for 10 people online and also received a confirmation email. When we arrived I entered the restaurant and was not noticed. The reason quickly became clear to me: football on TV. Okay, I understand. I drew attention to myself and spoke to an employee and told them that we were now there. He didn't know anything about a reservation. There was nothing in the clever little book either. Since there were hardly any guests present, I said that we would like to sit outside anyway. “I'd rather not have everything wet outside because I'd have to wipe it off first” was the reaction. No problem, I'm happy to do it myself. So we put 2 tables together and asked for a rag so we can wipe everything down. We waited in vain. We spoke to the waiter again, then the rag came. We asked for the menu which was brought after 15 minutes. And waited 20 minutes, hoping that we could at least order drinks. After these 20 minutes, we asked for the order to be taken. The drinks came relatively quickly… but 2 out of 11 were wrong. Phew…. We preferred to place the food order straight away… The food also came quickly… but we had to ask for cutlery. At around 9:30 p.m. we were asked to pay because they would like to close now. I asked why it says on the internet that the hotel is open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays. No Answer. We asked for one last round, which we wanted to drink in peace, and we were allowed to do so... 10 minutes later we were finally rudely thrown out. I've eaten here quite often and something like this has never happened before. I was very embarrassed because the restaurant recommendation came from me and everyone was incredibly disappointed, and the good taste of the food didn't help. Lost 10 customers and they were all so disappointed that the word is certainly making the rounds among their friends. So you can ruin your restaurant yourself.

Despite the summery, humid temperatures inside, people are unwilling to set up fans...then loud, annoying activities without any consideration for the guests...for us this was definitely the last visit here!!!

For three quarters of an hour I patiently tried to order a dish three times. When the waitress came to our table for the fourth time after 1 hour without food and an order taken, the patience of me and my 1 and 3 year old toddlers was finally over and we went home hungry and in a bad mood. Although the quality of the food was satisfactory, it took an unusually long time for the portion to reach the table. When they were finally served, the ratio between price and quantity turned out to be not quite balanced. However, there were also bright spots in my culinary journey. Particularly noteworthy was the passion fruit iced tea with cane sugar and mint, whose taste was very intense. Nevertheless, the joy was somewhat marred by the overabundance of ice cubes, which slightly impaired the enjoyment. All in all, the visit to Thanh Nam Restaurant left a mixed impression. Despite some positive aspects such as the ambience and some culinary highlights, there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of service and portion sizes. I will still come back and be happy to see if anything has changed.

When you order take-out you are literally being taken for a ride! Portions are minimal! When you eat in a restaurant, you get generous portions. To take away, not even 35% of what you normally get. I'm falling away from the faith. I have only ever experienced such audacity from Thanh Nam! I'm very disappointed!

Unfortunately, they have catastrophic crisis and quality management. We had an online order and one meal was missing rice. Now you might think it's just the rice, but without rice the food is nothing. Now I called and wanted to hear how it should be repaired. Unfortunately, nothing came of it, only the excuse that they had a lot of customers. I rejected the suggestion to deliver two more portions of rice. I actually wanted to have my food ready in 45 minutes. Especially since I would have had to keep it warm somehow. The four other people didn't want to wait that long again either. So my idea was to cook rice myself and ask for a refund. When I suggested sending a voucher, they initially said he couldn't decide. Then my targeted €5 reduction was traded down to €3. Actually, from my point of view, at least one meal without rice is worthless and should have been reimbursed. To date I have not received the promised €3. All in all, a lot of stress that you actually wanted to save yourself by ordering food.

Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und das Essen wird schnell zubereitet. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, nur teilweise kleine Portionen.

This evening I placed an order (1 Black Tiger Roll and 1 Classic Bubble Tea) through Lieferando at around 9:15 p.m. Everything was fine but the bubble tea was missing tapioca. I contacted the restaurant and the answering machine said that we would get double tapioca at our next bubble tea. But you don't know when you'll want to drink milk tea again and usually other restaurants will give you a free milk tea or even refund your entire order. Just a tip for the service ;)

Super netter Service und leckeres asiatisches "Fusion-Food". Da wir in der Nähe wohnen gehen wir ab und zu hin. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht und die Speisen sind immer auf gleichem Niveau. Wenn man zu zweit hin geht bekommt man sicher einen Platz. Für mehrere Personen würde ich eine Reservierung empfehlen. Im Sommer kann man dort auch den Biergarten nutzen. Das Essen wird immer mit frischem Gemüse zubereitet, lecker abgeschmeckt und ansprechend angerichtet. Altentisch ist es eher nicht. Weil zum Beispiel der Papaya Salat mit Rucola serviert wird. Ich selber habe in Thailand gelebt und weiß dass es in Thailand nix mit Rucola gibt. Trotzdem schmeckt es super 😉. Ich würde mir wünschen dass es mehr authentische asiatische Gerichte geben würde. Aber alles im allem kann man bei diesem Restaurant nichts falsch machen weil bisher alles was wir gegessen haben echt gut war. Heute Abend hatte mein Freund statt Hähnchen 🐔, Ente 🦆 bekommen. Das ist nicht so schlimm und kann passieren. Wir haben es nicht zurück geschickt weil wir hunger hatten und nicht auf ein neues Gericht warten wollten. Fazit: lecker und wir werden wieder kommen. 👍

Vor ca. einem Jahr war der Service noch um einiges besser. Das Essen, wenn das richtige gebracht wird, ist immer hervorragend und frisch! Also die Köch*innen wissen, was sie tun. Diverse Male haben wir schon essen abgeholt und es nicht direkt vor Ort kontrolliert. Zuhause dann die Frohe Kunde: das falsche Essen wurde eingepackt oder etwas wurde vergessen. Wenn man dann anruft bekommt man zwar das eigentlich bestellte Essen, aber dennoch ist dies sehr oft aufgetreten. Heute hat es dem ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt. Wir hatten ein vegetarisches Gericht mit Knusprig Veganer Sesam Ente für eine Vegetarierin. Nach ein paar Löffeln mussten wir dann feststellen, dass Hühnchenfleisch in der Sauce war. Wir sind dann zum Restaurant gelaufen (ist um die Ecke) und haben das Essen gezeigt und uns beschwert. Es kam keine Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches. Sie haben uns dann ein neues Essen angeboten mit der Aussage: „Das dauert aber 10 Minuten.“ Es gab dann einen neuen Topf mit der Sauce und dem Gemüse. Reis oder eine Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten. Der Service lässt mittlerweile echt zu wünschen übrig.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Einrichtung auch... Was gar nicht in Ordnung war, die Tatsache, dass der Bitte um Nachfüllen des Toilettenpapiers für das im Restaurant befindliche WC mit der Antwort "die Putzfrau sei krank, sie kommen nicht an das Papier" nicht nachgekommen wurde... Und das, wo doch mehrere Einkaufsläden gegenüberliegend dieses in ihrem Sortiment führen... Ganz schwache Nummer ... Auch das Abräumen der Teller ließ lange auf sich warten ... Den einen Stern gab's für die dennoch freundlichen Art des Personals.

Ich habe viele Male bei Lieferando bestellt, das Essen ist lecker, aber dieses Mal Sushi mit vielen Haaren darin. Das ist inakzeptabel.

Ein solides asiatisches Restaurant mit vielen typischen Speisen. Dazu gibt es hausgemachte Limonaden. Der Service war sehr nett und es war am Sonntag Abend auch nicht zu voll.

Sehr gutes Essen, gemütliche Tische draußen im Garten, saubere Toiletten und sogar einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Das Lokal war nur wenig besucht, da wäre etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit im Service machbar gewesen. Gestaltung war liebevoll, nur die Plastikblumen fand ich nicht so schön, es gab aber auch echte.

Świetna restauracja! Autentyczne azjatyckie jedzenie. W wielu restauracjach jedzenie smakuje podobnie, w tej jest zupełnie inne. Fajny wystrój i przyjazna obsługa. Nie ma parkingu ale są darmowe miejsca do parkowania blisko.

Wir gehen schon seit längerem dort Essen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Nur leider hat in den letzten Monaten die Bedienung sehr nachgelassen. Sehr desinteressierter Kellner war mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt als nach den Gästen zu sehen. Sehr schade, es tut dem Restaurant nicht gut eine Bedingung zu haben deren Körpersprache und Gesichtsausdruck einem vermittelt das ihm die Arbeit keine Freude bereitet. Das war leider nicht das erste Mal. Zum Glück hat das Essen wie immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein großes Lob an die Küche.

Ein sehr charmanter kleiner Laden mit wirklich unglaublich gutem Essen. Die vegane Ente ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Pho Suppe ist ein Traum. Service ist verbesserungswürdig. Leider hat das Essen über Lieferservice nicht sehr gut geschmeckt, daher empfehle ich vor Ort zu essen.

Hinter dem schönen Restaurant gibt es einen Garten zum draußen sitzen. Dieser ist schön und mit Liebe gestaltet. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Produkte frisch und hochwertig. Der Service ist super und alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder.

Essen wurde 40 min zu spät geliefert!!! Die Bestellung war unvollständig. Das essen war sehr gut aber sehr wenig. Man sollte wahrscheinlich lieber vor Ort essen als es sich nach Hause liefern zu lassen.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker . Der Service ist einfach nur schlecht , so unfreundlich . Wenn sie einen nicht mögen, wird man besonders gern ignoriert .

Absolute Frechheit!!! Bestellung aufgegeben; nach 75min angekommen. Beim auspacken der Bestellung direkt aufgefallen, dass statt Koreanischem Pfannkuchen, gebackene Banane geliefert wurde. Nach Dreimaligen versuch das Restaurant zu erreichen ging endlich jemand ran, nach Erklärung des Vorfalls; hieß es man habe mich nicht erreichen können. Komisch da die angegebene Rufnummer korrekt angegeben war und auch mit dieser angerufen wurde. Der Fehler wurde die ganze Zeit bei mir als Kunden gesucht. Statt den Betrag bei Lieferung umzuschreiben, hat man trotzdem 6,90€ statt 4,90€ abkassiert. Als ich die allergie meiner Freundin ansprach wurde man aufeinmal sehr unfreundlich und pampig zu mir dass man ihnen einfach sofort die PayPal Daten nennen soll um mir den Differenz Betrag zu überweisen. Denn die Alternative wäre gewesen, dass ich persönlich vorbeikomme um mir die 2€ abhole. Bitte was? Dann hätte ich auch gleich per Abholung bestellen können und den damit verbunden Rabatt von 10% bekommen. Nunja, dass habe ich nicht getan, denn nach einer solchen Behandlung von Kunden sollte man sie lieber nicht durch halb Berlin unfreundlich einladen. Nachdem ganzen fingen wir an unser mittlerweile kaltes Essen zu uns zu nehmen. Dabei viel meiner Freundin auf, dass im Sushi der Aal,Kürbis und Fischrogen gar nicht vorhanden war. Wir wurden in einem Atemzug gleich mehrfach betrogen und übers Ohr gehauen. Für alle die bis hierhin gelesen haben, möchte ich sagen, FINGERWEG von diesem Schuppen solange ihr bestellt. Vorort passiert euch soetwas nämlich komischerweise nicht.
