Totally cheeky, takes three times as long as stated and drives around forever while the food gets cold, even though there is only 5 minutes distance between the restaurant and the delivery address. Brashly lies on the phone that the food was on the way, even though 45 minutes later it STILL wasn't there. I also want you to pay full price for something like that. Never again, juice shop

It's just a 50/50 chance whether the food comes or not. Sometimes you have to call several times for them to come over. Of course, if you paid online, it's really stupid.

ABSOLUTE JUICE STORE. It was already late, but I only received a call 20 minutes after ordering that there would be no delivery because my address was not in their delivery area. Funny that the restaurant accepted my order after checking it. However, it was already paid for online, €20! So not exactly a little. Just because of the impact of the conversation without having seen him, the person on the phone was the unfriendly, listless and rudest person I have ever spoken to. Plus the incompetence personified. When asked what would happen to the money now that it had already been paid, the answer was: "It's not my problem." An absolute impudence. The good man doesn't seem to have fully understood his job as a service provider yet. And he apparently doesn't know the legal situation in Germany, which states that a prepaid service must be provided immediately (unless otherwise stipulated) or, in the event of impossibility, a refund or replacement must be provided. And that’s what an entrepreneur wants to be. Maybe you should have a nice meal in this restaurant and then just leave. When asked about the unpaid invoice, you can simply say “It’s not my problem”. It wouldn't have to bother him if that seems to be common practice for him. Thanks to the late time and the empty fridge, I now have no food and am still €20 poorer. Great evening :)

So... the food was A1. At least that's how my girlfriend and I feel. We expressed our wishes and everything was taken into account. She wanted a vegan dish. Add bean sprouts if possible. I asked for peanut sauce with my dish. Everything was brought as requested. There was a small surcharge of €1 when checking out, but that didn't bother us. We stick to our conclusion: the food was A1, all requests were taken into account and the price was okay, the portion was also large. But we had no driving, no traffic jams in Frankfurt and the surrounding area due to the many construction sites and therefore no stress. It should be delivered at 6:02 p.m., max. 6:04 p.m. (I received the order SMS at 5:04 p.m., ordered at 5:02 p.m. in the app). The food arrived around 6:30 p.m. However, the delay was to be expected due to the fact that there are a lot of construction sites etc. here. To the previous speaker... 1 star because of delivery... honestly. Many people simply look for the restaurants and only see the stars on the internet... Especially Asian or kebab snack bar etc. And then you think: no good food, food is bad etc. etc. Most people never read this anyway. I'd rather wait 15 minutes longer and have A-A meal(!) because it was really great. Just order the food so that it arrives when everyone is there... after all, there is a risk of traffic jams etc. for delivery services too... because they don't have airplanes or teleporters yet.

Actually the food is good. But it's an absolute nonsense that this delivery service never manages to deliver the food on time - not too late, which wouldn't be too bad. No, at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes early every time. Since I would like to eat with my husband, it is always cold (due to the lack of a microwave). The height of impertinence is that I once sent the food back and asked that it be brought back to me on time and fresh about 60 minutes later and it was the same delivery. It's now lukewarm to cold (as usual and the lettuce is wilted). The food we ordered probably sat in the corner for an hour until it was delivered again. I think it's a shame before the change of ownership, the delivery service was great - a smooth 1. The chef is still pretty decent, but the organization is poor. So if you don't have to rely on getting your food at a certain time, you're still well advised to have it tastes. All others are hereby advised not to.

I gave this place a chance 3 times. There were always four of us there. Unfortunately it's always just as bad. Meat dry, dishes carelessly prepared. Not cheap. Friday evening there is only ice cream for dessert because "the woman has already made so many pancakes this week and sold them in the outdoor pool." (??) Invoice only received in cash and as a scratch slip...very, very sad:(
