I'm angry! I ordered two hours ago. Nothing arrived. I've called several times, and no one answers. They've even blocked me! I've already paid and haven't received any food! I'm going to the police now. I've had enough!

Don't order there! We've been waiting for our food for three hours, and no one is available, and the money is gone. Very rude employees who said an hour ago the food would be here in five minutes. A truly outrageous money-grab! They should close the place!

Totally brazen, takes three times as long as stated and drives around forever while the food gets cold, even though the restaurant is only five minutes away from the delivery address. They blatantly lie on the phone, saying the food is on its way, even though 45 minutes later it STILL hasn't arrived. They even demand full price for this. Never again, this shithole.

It's just a 50/50 chance whether the food will arrive or not. Sometimes you have to call several times to get them to come. If you paid online, it's obviously a real pain.

A TOTAL CRAP. It was already late, but I still received a call 20 minutes after ordering, saying that there would be no delivery because my address wasn't within their delivery area. It's strange that the restaurant accepted my order after checking it. I had already paid online, though: €20! Not exactly a small sum. The employee on the phone was the most unfriendly, listless, and rude person I've ever spoken to, just because of the effect of the conversation without having seen him. On top of that, he was incompetent incarnated. When I asked what would happen to the money now that it had already been paid, his answer was: "It's not my problem." An absolute disgrace. The good man apparently doesn't quite understand his job as a service provider. And he also seems to be unaware of the legal situation in Germany, which requires that a service paid for in advance must be provided immediately (unless otherwise specified) or, in the event of impossibility, a refund or replacement. And that's what an entrepreneur wants to do. Maybe you should go out for a nice meal at that restaurant and then just leave. When asked about the unpaid bill, you can simply say, "It's not my problem." It shouldn't bother him if it seems to be his habit. Thanks to the late hour and the empty fridge, I now have no food and am still €20 poorer. Great evening :)

So... the food was absolutely fantastic. At least, that's how my girlfriend and I felt. We made our requests, and everything was taken into account. She wanted a vegan dish, with bean sprouts if possible. I asked for peanut sauce with my meal. Everything was served exactly as requested. There was a small surcharge of €1 at checkout, but that didn't bother us. We stand by our conclusion: the food was excellent, all our requests were accommodated, the price was reasonable, and the portion was generous. Plus, we didn't have to drive, there was no traffic in Frankfurt and the surrounding area due to the numerous roadworks, and therefore no stress. It was supposed to be delivered at 6:02 PM, 6:04 PM at the latest (I received the order text at 5:04 PM and placed the order in the app at 5:02 PM). The food arrived around 6:30 PM. The delay was to be expected, however, given the many roadworks and other issues in the area. We also avoided the hassle of driving, traffic jams in and around Frankfurt due to the numerous construction sites, and therefore no stress at all. To the previous reviewer... 1 star for delivery... honestly. Many people simply search for restaurants online and only see the star ratings... especially for Asian or kebab shops, etc. And then they think: the food isn't good, the ingredients are bad, etc., etc. Most people never even read this review anyway. I'd rather wait 15 minutes longer and have top-notch food (!), because this one was truly excellent. Just order the food so that it arrives when everyone else is there... after all, delivery services also face the risk of traffic jams, etc... they don't have airplanes or teleporters yet.

The food is actually good. But it's absolutely ridiculous that this delivery service never manages to deliver the food on time—not late, which wouldn't be so bad. No, every time it's at least 30 to 60 minutes early. Since I like to eat with my husband, it's always cold (due to the lack of a microwave). The height of outrageousness is that I once sent the food back, asking them to bring it back on time and fresh about 60 minutes later, and it was the same delivery. By now it was lukewarm to cold (as usual, and the salad was wilted). The ordered food probably sat in the corner for an hour before it was delivered again. I think it's a shame; before the change of ownership, the delivery service was great—a straight 1. The chef is still quite good, but the organization is terrible. So if you don't depend on getting your food at a certain time, you're still well advised because the food tastes good. I would advise everyone else against it.

I just ordered a pizza with Parmesan on top for a hefty surcharge. The pizza arrived without Parmesan. I was practically ripped off. Poor. On the phone, they said I'd get extra Parmesan next time. The fact that they think they're accommodating the customer with such a response is absolute proof of how the food is treated here. The thing is, there won't be a next time, because the pizza was absolutely overpriced and nothing special. Never again.

The location looks absolutely fantastic. However, for those with food intolerances who unfortunately have to cancel or change their order, this is unfortunately a flop. While it looks great, it's not everything that characterizes a good restaurant. The service isn't exactly friendly, and at times, they seem completely overwhelmed. It's especially noticeable that appearance isn't always everything.
