Mensa in Bad Vilbel

I'm angry! I ordered two hours ago. Nothing arrived. I've called several times, and no one answers. They've even blocked me! I've already paid and haven't received any food! I'm going to the police now. I've had enough!

As always, the service was excellent; all the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Everyone (14 people) thoroughly enjoyed the food. We've been here many times with larger groups, and everything has always worked out perfectly. We'd gladly celebrate here again.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery by phone. A 20-minute wait is excellent. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and still piping hot. Great quality and tasted fantastic. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Full marks! 🙌
