Mensa in Bad Vilbel

Don't order there! We've been waiting for our food for three hours, and no one is available, and the money is gone. Very rude employees who said an hour ago the food would be here in five minutes. A truly outrageous money-grab! They should close the place!

As always, the service was excellent; all the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Everyone (14 people) thoroughly enjoyed the food. We've been here many times with larger groups, and everything has always worked out perfectly. We'd gladly celebrate here again.

The boss has an absolutely terrible character!
