Delicious delicious food, good curry, nice staff

Prices increased substantially, servings of food as well as quality decreased. I cannot recommend this place anymore. Better look for a better option!

Highly recommended quality-price, attention of 10, they came to the door while I was looking at the window to give me a discount on what I ate, in my case it was 10%, for €13 I had the main dish of duck with nuddles, 0.5l of great beer and they gave me tea without even asking for it after I had paid. Family business in which they serve you as if you were at home, it has been a long time since I felt that way when entering an establishment. They offer you sauce to taste. With this portion I and another person could have eaten and been comfortable.

Really good food, good value for money, good taste.. Girl in the casher is so kind and nice, I will fully recommend this place. Only take in consideration that is Only Cash payment but it is pretty normal in Berlin.

I've been eating at ThaiHa-NewGeneration for years (By the way, it's called NewGeneration because the "older generation" has made way for the younger ones!) Good decision! Freshly renovated, window front removed - especially great in summer! clean, polite and food tastes good. The bad reviews were about the old owner, the new owners are great. And yes, since Corona and price controls there has been a surcharge of 2-5 per dish. My red curry with baked duck from 7.50 (2020) to a whopping 12.50 (2023)

Ordered pho on delivery. They delivered it in a cardboard container (both noodle and soup) and the soup soaked the cardboard and leaked into the plastic bag it was in. So now my pho is soupless…

Ziemlich unscheinbarer Laden und die Küche bzw Bedienungen sind etwas ruppig gewesen, aber das essen war sehr lecker, scharf und frisch. Lohnt sich wenn man grd in der Nähe ist.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years and I have never been disappointed. The price-quality ratio is very good, the service is fast and the food is exactly the same as other Asian restaurants, but at half the price. When I read the negative reviews, I think they are isolated cases where people were unlucky. The place is very simple, the staff doesn't speak good German, but I always manage to make the necessary changes to my dishes.

I had a small soup which was lumpy. The quality was not good. I wouldn't recommend it.

Zamówiliśmy 4 dania i wszystkie były pyszne. Nawet znawczyni curry uznała, że smak jest idealny. Polecamy!

Habe mir ein Gericht mit pikanter Erdnussoße und knusprigem Hähnchen bestellt. Die Soße hat mir in anderen Restaurants schon besser geschmeckt, das Gemüse war verkocht und das Hähnchen hatte die Konsistenz einer zu kurz gebratenen Qualle. Habe Gemüse und Huhn nicht runter bekommen und musste beides leider liegen lassen. Zum Glück hatte ich am Reis und Preis nichts auszusetzen, sonst hätte der Laden nur ein Stern bekommen. Vielleicht schmeckt ein anderes Gericht ja besser... Ich werde aber nicht das Risiko eingehen es auszuprobieren.

As the service was friendly however the food was disgusting, I was in doubt that the chicken in my stir fry was cooked after my first bite, the rice was cold and raw, I had about 4 mouth full's and left! Worst Thai I've eaten throughout the world. Definitely avoid!

Absolut unhygienisch! Die Zutaten werden mit den bloßen Fingern angefasst, mit denen vorher das Geld abkassiert wurde.

I had a pho with tofu and it was great. The ingredients seemed more fresh than in other vietnamese 'fast' restaurants in Berlin.

🥬🚭 I only had one meal here but having lived in Thailand I can attest to the genuine quality of the food as well as presentation. The family barely speaks any English but in the culinary world this can only come as a plus. If you're looking for authentic food at an easily affordable price range, you're better off finding the least culturally adapted chefs in the business. There are two toilets and they are clean. Not many seats in or outside but enough to ensure you a good time with some small company. At any rate, I think this restaurant can only sit a dozen people at a time. With regards to wheelchair access, it is possible to eat on the bench outside if the weather is permitting. The sitting inside has steps to overcome. The food counter is good looking and the menu prices normal. I can't wait to eat here again.

Unglaublich schlecht. Ich musste sage und schreibe 20 Minuten auf meine ToGo Reispfanne warten; erst wurde mir sogar die Bestellung eines anderen Kunden übergeben. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde versichert, dass es sich um mein Gericht handelt. Also bin ich gegangen und musste nochmal zurück, um mein eigenes abzuholen….. das war noch nichtmal begonnen. Und das alles bei 2 Gästen im Laden. Unfreundlich hoch 10. Rückgeld wird auch nicht korrekt zurück gegeben, sondern einfach wie selbstverständlich 10 Cent aufgerundet.

Wenn der Koch in Lockdown-Coronazeiten von draußen ins Restaurant kommt, sich nicht die Hände wäscht und dein Essen damit anfasst hört der Spaß ja irgendwie auf. Wenn man den Geldschein und das Wechselgeld dann noch neben das Gemüse aufs Schneidebrett legt, sind das schon Zeichen fürs Gesundheitsamt 🤮

Ein kleines Restaurant ,aber schön eingerichtet :) Die drei Sterne hab ich gegeben aufgrund der Bedienung ...irgendwie waren beide nicht so wirklich aufmerksam... Und hab mir vom Rotem Curry erhofft das er lecker schmeckt ,aber leider war es ein Reinfall, das Curry war einfach zu süß ... Aber was positiv war sind die Potionen und die Preise sind auch gut ...

Schnell und immer frisch zubereitet. Schmeckt super und ist sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich bin Kunde seit vielen Jahren war aber nun aber länger nicht da und wohl auch in Zukunft nicht mehr. Bedienung und Service unterirdisch. Ein Gericht vergessen, ein falsches ein gepackt und alles in Fischsauce ertränkt... Preise in € was sie mal in DM waren- aber das ist ja überall nun so und wäre ok, wenn die Leistung stimmen würde. Ich bitte um mehr Anspruch, Präzision und Leidenschaft...

Lecker, kleine Lokalität wird schnell voll

Erst wird man nicht beachtet und dann auch noch eher unfreundlich. Mein Gericht wurde mit Tofu statt Hähnchen gemacht, wurde dann geändert - zu Hause habe ich dann gesehen, dass es gebraten ist und nicht gebacken, wie es in der Karte steht. Suppe schmeckt nur nach Zucker und Fischsauce. Auch die Erdnusssauce der Box schmeckt danach und nicht ein Hauch von Erdnuss. Abgesehen davon, dass man sich auf ein anderes Gericht gefreut hat, ist dieses wirklich ungenießbar.

I really love the food from the place. But, the staff are sometimes just downright weird. But, I kept going back to this place because it has good food with reasonable pricing. I'm only rating them 4stars because of the staff. Otherwise, I recommend this place very highly. Also located in a nice location in the Mitte neighbours of Berlin.

Essen ok Bedienung Katastrophe! Ich wurde noch nie so unfreundlich behandelt. Mein Mango Lasso für (3,50€) wurde mir in einen halb leeren Glas serviert und auf Anfrage ob sie das Glas voll machen würden kamen nur patzige Antworten und keine Anzeichen oder irgendein handeln um den Kunden gerecht zu werden. Selbst vom Chef höchstpersönlich. Bei ihm gibt es nur halb leere Gläser (* zitat vom Chef). Es gibt so viele leckere Vietnamesen in Berlin und aufgrund der Bedienung würde ich diese alle dem hier vorziehen. Sehr schade.

Gleich in der Nähe des Rosenthaler Platzes liegt dieser kleine Thailänder, der wirklich nicht viele Plätze drinnen, wie draußen bietet, aber das Essen ist einfach sehr gut. Immer frisch zubereitet, schnell, preisgünstig und meistens kommt man mit Englisch weiter, als mit Deutsch. Aber alles richtig lecker. Bin gerne hier. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Terrible food for such a prime location. I've eaten Thai and Asian food all over Berlin, and this place pretty much has the same taste as train station fast food "Asian" restaurants. Do not recommend AT ALL. The staff is grumpy but that's not uncommon for Berlin. The food, however, really sucks.

Gutes Essen, aber sehr unfreundlich und stets versucht, andere Preise zu nennen als auf den Karten stehen.

Ich esse hier sehr oft und habe viel probiert. Das Essen ist günstig. Die Portionen wirklich sehr großzügig. Und natürlich auch sehr sehr lecker. Für den Preis, kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren :)

Good healthy affordable Asian food in Berlin

I really, really like this restaurant! I brought many friends here to try their meals and all of them loved it as well. The dish I always order is crispy duck in diferent sauces. I tried variations of this meal in a few other restaurants but I just like the combination of flavours here the most. The vegetables are always fresh, the portion is really big and the prices are fair. Yes, the staff speaks little german and english but it is a part of the charm.

Last time i ordered crispy chicken Curry and i say that over and over and He seem understand what im saying. But and then He came with wrong menu. So dissapointed. And when i complain they say that i can order again next time and i should eat that. What??? I will not come here again!

Terrible: Don’t go here! As a long time vegetarian. I ordered Tofu got Chicken. When I said something he took the dishes back, the chicken out (leaving loads inside). Expected me to eat it... Terrible...

Get a curry to go for a good price. They seem to use different vegetables every time but it always tastes good.

This place is right around the corner from my apartment and has good cheap asian food. If you are in this area I would recommend you give it a try.I had the chicken with both the rice and noodle the three time I have gotten it to go. I like noodle better personally but both were good.

The owner was super rude when i was ordering food. There are some moment he spoke in his native language something really offensive in front of the client because he thought client would not understand their language. And other assistants of kitchen kept laughing about that. And also the place accepts just cash even major dishes offer by them cost more than 5 euros. You can find similar places with same taste, and with the same price around the rosenthalerplatz. I would not go back to order food there.

I waited 20 (!) mins for my take away Pho soup. That alone is worth a complaint in that area of many great and fantastic Vietnamese places. The Pho soup then was way below the standard I am used to from the surrounding places. Basically ok tasting noodles, chicken and broth. C’est ca. Very disappointing and overpriced. Especially given all the excellent options nearby.

Food is tasteless. Service is horrible. There's drama in the kitchen the only time I was there. They get your order wrong. Ordered dry noodles with marinated beef, gave me sauteed saucey beef with no taste and spicy. And they'll ask you to pay twice. Not going back again.
