I ate well! The only point that didn't completely satisfy me was the price. Slightly higher than what I personally would have thought was right but nothing exaggerated.

We took the spare ribs “all you can eat”. Were disappointed because they were in a warming tray. Boiled and not grilled with 3-4 salads as a buffet. Wedges were extra. The meat smelled like pork, overall it wasn't worth the money.

Very nicely designed restaurant. Service was very accommodating. The food was fantastic. All in all, a TOP restaurant that I can recommend with a clear conscience! Will definitely come more often. Thank you!

After we were assigned our seat, we unfortunately had to wait 25 minutes for the menu and drinks to be taken.

Unfortunately, a good meal doesn't make a very unfriendly boss any more bearable.

We were there today because of the good reviews and the delicious pictures of the food, we really liked it. The burgers were very tasty and I loved the corn on the cob with the herb butter. Everything is very authentic and furnished with a lot of love! Very nice hosts. We definitely want to come again and enjoy the great outdoor area with a view of the horses in the summer!

There were 12 of us in this restaurant and the reception was rather cold and arrogant. The service was rather unfriendly and distant throughout the evening. The food was ok, but the prices are simply not justified for frozen wedges and no loving preparation. All in all, we were very disappointed and will not visit the restaurant a second time.

Paid 40€ for 1 person alone. Instead I got a steak that had the consistency of chewing gum and tasted cheap. Really fatal for a steakhouse. Service was also very unfriendly at the same time. Can NOT recommend the restaurant. Edit after answer: We gave the feedback to her 2 employees, but all they got was an “oh okay”. So unfortunately it doesn't work the way you write in your answer...

Unfortunately the price doesn't live up to it: a disappointing experience I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately I was completely disappointed. Service: Unfriendly and distant As soon as I entered the restaurant I didn't feel welcome. The service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when you tried to take your time to order. Given the high prices, I expected professional, courteous service, but instead I was presented with an arrogant and dismissive attitude. Food: Average and overpriced The burger was solid – tasted okay, but nothing special. A simple cheeseburger that is just about acceptable in price. The steaks, however, were a bitter disappointment. Although the cooking point of the meat was good, I would have expected much better quality for the high price. Frozen wedges and additional costs for industrially produced sauces such as mayo and ketchup are unacceptable. Homemade side dishes would have been appropriate, but instead I got a carelessly prepared baked potato with dry low-fat quark. Conclusion: Overpriced and disappointing The evening was a disappointment - both the food and the service did not live up to the high prices. There are many other steak restaurants in this price range that offer a much better dining experience. I can't understand the good reviews and that evening I feel like I wasted 200 euros.

The location is something very special! The meat, in my case roast beef, was excellently seasoned and cooked to perfection!!! An absolute dream. The side dishes are good and typical of a steakhouse but cannot be compared to the meat. Mac & Cheese or a Peca Pie on the memory card would be awesome ❗❤️❗ Howdy...

We really felt like having a steak or a burger... We started off with a voucher that we received as a gift from friends. Unfortunately the voucher had already expired 6 months ago. Quote: "No longer valid...you can't remind everyone that the voucher is only valid for one year...!" True! But you don't have to because a voucher cannot be legally invalid. So we went to eat somewhere else and spent a total of more than double the voucher in another restaurant. It goes without saying that I will definitely not visit this restaurant again without a voucher. From a business perspective, a clear own goal.

We made reservations online for 17 people (at relatively short notice), but this was confirmed. That was a big plus. The location itself can be found a little outside, but close to the A5. The setting of the entire location is beautifully designed and you can sit comfortably outside. There are also some cats running around on the premises, which I personally thought was great. The food is also very good and reasonable for the prices. We were all full. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and definitely worth a visit again at some point.

The food was super tasty. The ambience in typical American style (from a tourist perspective) was really successful. Of course there is a bit of a wait to eat, but it was really worth it. The baked potatoes with sour cream are highly recommended. There was no 4th star because ketchup is charged extra and a 0.4 glass of water costs over 4 euros. In addition, the chairs inside are very uncomfortable. With 5 people we paid 135 euros. Definitely a recommendation 🤩

The pictures on the homepage and here on Maps were very inviting and promising, so we decided to eat here. We really liked the concept idea, but unfortunately the implementation is a bit mediocre. You could do a lot more with it. The service was very friendly, which left a positive impression. Online booking was also really great, easy and quick. But what really bothered us were the prices or the sizes and quality at these prices. In our opinion these are not appropriate. There were three of us. I had the Ponyhof panel and imagined something great and big underneath. Unfortunately, for the price, my idea was completely different than what came on the table. I'm happy to pay prices like that, but then there has to be something appropriate in return. Either the quality must be better or the portion must be larger. The food was ok but not for the price. I would have imagined more. The salad we ordered (€7) was a handful of ready-made salad with ready-made dressing. Here, too, there is generally nothing wrong with it, but not at this price. Either I get a larger, fresh salad with fresh dressing or the price has to be correspondingly lower if you use convenience. Extra costs for ketchup and even for take-away packaging can be argued as to whether you want to impose this on the customer. But if the prices are that high, then that should at least be included. The three of us (2 adults + 1 child) paid around €85, but unfortunately we weren't full. Dear Ponyhof team I am confident that you will do this with a lot of love and dedication. But you should really rethink the calculation. If you want to offer something high-priced, then with a different quality. However, larger portions or cheaper prices are more suitable for the concept. + Idea is great! + Booking/reservation excellent! + Service very nice and friendly - Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right. But you can definitely do better...

An absolute highlight! The restaurant has a great western atmosphere that immediately transported us to another time. The food was simply outstanding – every dish was a culinary delight. Howdy, partner! Last week we reserved a table at this establishment and opted for the spare ribs buffet. It was an experience that reminded us of an adventure in the Wild West - more of a raid than a feast. As soon as the cook rode past with the warming container in which the spareribs were located, a boar smell wafted towards us that was stronger than the scent of a cattle driver after three days in the saddle. The ribs on the plate? Pure art! Art in how to thoroughly spoil someone's appetite. The taste of boar made you feel really sick – really impressive! They didn't even remove the silver skin. Perhaps it could have been done better with a “Spareribs for Beginners” manual. The sauces, presented in old, mislabeled mason jars, weren't exactly appetizing either. The selection of salads (leaf, couscous, cabbage and potato salad) was more reminiscent of supermarket ready-made products. Especially the potato salad, which was decorated with halved hard-boiled eggs. These looked like store-bought Easter eggs - recognizable by the discolored egg white. We thought we would save the evening with a portion of fries. But surprise – they were potato wedges! At least that was the least horrible part of the meal. The staff was friendly but as uncoordinated as a bunch of cowboys after a long night at the saloon. Maybe they should meet around a campfire and exchange a few tips - then maybe the food will work out too! Overall, the food was disappointing, and my companion and I agree that we will stay away from this restaurant in the future.

Are totally blown away! The ambience is really authentic and cozy, it really invites you to relax. Food was the finest, the steaks were on point! The hosts were extremely friendly and we started talking straight away. And dogs are more than just welcome there, there are food bowls with water and treats available, there are dog blankets or even cooling mats for the furry friends on hot days! Other restaurateurs can learn a lesson from this👍 Will definitely be back🫶

Food was mediocre, burger not recommended. Bun not toasted, paddy was at frozen level… The colleague's steak was also rather bad than good. If at least the price was normal I might turn a blind eye, but €15.50 for a burger with no character and NO fries is really cheeky. The ambience is nice and the Cola Weizen was also good…

We ate at the Ponyhof today while passing through (due to the positive reviews here). Beautiful location, everything kept in Range style. The food was okay, but unfortunately the price/performance doesn't match at all. Almost €27 for the average spare ribs is completely excessive - the same for the chicken burger, which didn't really convince us either. We would have expected much more here, especially given the prices. The service was also a bit inattentive (sorry guys, but that shows a lack of restaurant experience). Therefore no recommendation from us.

We waited an hour for our food and only received an explanation when we asked. The waitress then wanted to clear my husband's plate while he was still eating or later clear away a half-full drink. A clear 11/10 We were there for my brother's birthday and what can I say it was a complete success. Food was great as always, the meat was super tender and fresh. The waiting time was sensational and the atmosphere in the entire store was great, as was the service. Really cool flair and something different. Animals are very welcome here. We and our dog were all the more happy about the snack plate. Thanks for that. We don't live around the corner but we'll definitely come back because it's definitely worth the longer journey.

The burgers were again very tasty. The burgers are always freshly prepared and you can taste it. The dessert chocolate soufflè was also worth putting in again. Even if you're full, you'll spoon out every last crumb of the chocolate soufflè. We are looking forward to the next time .

The steak was fantastic and had exactly the cooking level everyone at the table wanted, the herb butter was nice and spicy, but didn't overpower the fantastic steak taste. The potato was good and the sour cream was delicious. I would have liked a very small side salad. Otherwise perfect. No frills, reduced to the essentials. By the way, the steak knives are also amazing. The ambience was entirely cowboy style. That wouldn't have been necessary for me. But there are certainly people who like it. Pony riding is also offered, so it seems to be something for families with children.
