Everything was great...food...service...we'll be back....!!!

Good value for money. Friendly staff. It's clean. Italian music playing in the background. On the menu: a Parma rocket pizza for me and baked tortellini for my husband. The only problem: Sprite ginger all, 50cl by the glass, wasn't sparkling, as if the bottle had been open for a while.

A real recommendation. The food is excellent, and the chef prepares it with great enthusiasm. As we all know, eating is a feast for the eyes. In addition to classic Italian dishes, including pizza and pasta, they also offer a surprisingly large selection of meat dishes.

We were there yesterday and really enjoyed the service and the food. Although I don't really like German cuisine, I was interested in trying something new. The portions were big and it was delicious. The waiter was very nice and attentive.

Went there for dinner on July 26, 2025. The starter was great, the main course was great, and the dessert was also very tasty. The young lady who served us was very, very friendly. It also gets 10 out of 10 points. Highly recommended!

Searched, found. A dated restaurant, but lovingly maintained. Visited the restaurant this year in Offenburg on a rainy day. First of all, the waiters were attentive, and we had a quick, stress-free, but also quiet lunch. The small salad was delicious, the calzone was very good, and the spaghetti was good. In our opinion, the portions were good and the value was good. Pleasant music, not intrusive. We'll be back. A couple of minor things. The tablecloth had stains from the previous customer, and the calzone was overdue with mushrooms with black spots. Fresh would have been better and more pleasant. So the service makes up for the Vauxpass.

It's not possible - it doesn't exist. I got a gluten-free pizza 🍕 there. I tolerated everything there well. The pizza was very tasty. Good service. I highly recommend Pizzeria Tritschler. Thanks for letting me eat a pizza for once. Keep it up!

I was there for dinner yesterday with customers and work colleagues. We were seven people. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food tasted very good and the portions were also decent. Price performance suits me and I will definitely go there again when I am back in Offenburg. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

We were there for the Christmas party with around 30 people. The room was pleasantly heated and comfortably furnished. The food such as pizza, lasagna, etc. was very good for everyone. The price performance level is right. Gladly again.

Food very tasty. Had a sourdough pizza. It was world class. Ambience is appropriate, not overly modern or old-fashioned, but contemporary. Tavern style. So worth a recommendation. Service can still be expanded; I would actually have drunk more if someone had noticed an empty glass, as well as an espresso. But come back. Thanks

Great restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to get a gluten-free pizza and also be able to choose the toppings. The base was very tasty and hardly distinguishable from a normal pizza. Most restaurants can follow an example. Thanks to the entire team for the friendly service.

We landed in Offenburg for the first time and wanted to eat something here. We found out about this pizzeria online and wanted to eat something here. We were well received and served quickly. Unfortunately this meal was inedible. The schnitzel and the fries were so dry that you could hardly eat them; they tasted like cardboard and were not seasoned. There were two of us and we both ordered the turkey schnitzel. As a drink we had cappuccino and iced tea, which were delicious, but the schnitzel for just under €20 was a disappointment.

I'm very satisfied. Finally got my favorite pizza here that I haven't gotten anywhere else for years. It wasn't even on the menu, but my wish was still fulfilled. Thanks so much!

Yesterday I had lunch here with my wife. The strange and unbelievable thing was that the waiter insisted on knowing which country I was from. Even when I didn't answer the question, he started guessing In Germany it is not illegal to ask personal questions, but it is generally considered rude or inappropriate, especially if you don't know someone well. Privacy is highly valued in German culture, and people often value it when personal boundaries are respected. Therefore, asking such questions, especially in a formal or professional setting, could be perceived as impolite. This was the fourth time I've been to this restaurant but because of the rude behavior of the staff I will never go there again. Curious people usually don't have many followers.

The welcome was warm, but lacked professionalism. For example, the staff didn't know how to split the bill and failed to say thank you and goodbye. This made customer service seem secondary to profit.

Super tasty pizza. It is not yet clear on the menu that there is gluten-free pizza and that this should be available as standard. The pizza is baked in its own shell, but in the same oven as the gluten-containing ones.

The Italian cuisine here is definitely recommended. Pizza, pasta and risotto were on point. The home-style dishes with a southern twist were an interesting experiment. The sausage salad with fried potatoes showed that the chef was making an effort, but it lacked a bit of seasoning for my taste. A dash of olive oil would have worked wonders here. Despite everything, the service was very courteous and patient. The hair gel in the men's room is a nice touch. All in all, a location that I can recommend. This review is based on my own experience.

Went there at lunchtime and were able to sit outside. Service was quick, food was okay too. There's not much quantity, so the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. Had a burrata salad, it was almost only arugula on it and a little bit of burrata and tomatoes. The outside seats are a big plus.

On the way to Alsace we landed here with hungry stomachs. We sat outside in the beautiful sunshine. There wasn't much going on in this small alley, so it was quite cozy. Very nice and attentive service. My pizza with burrata and olives was a poem.

Yesterday on our return trip we really felt like having a well-made pizza. Once there, our brief excursions into the reviews did not disappoint. The service is nice and accommodating. The preparation of the very good pizza was relatively quick, around 10-15 minutes. During this time we noticed that the ambience was very simple, but very well coordinated with subtle accents such as a simulated fireplace. The pizza was really well prepared and tasted really good. The size of the pizza is filling and satisfying. All in all, a good guesthouse that we would definitely come back to and which we can recommend with a very clear conscience.

Pizza very good. The cordon bleu is from the deep fryer and the side dishes aren't that special either. With the lemon the meat became a little softer and you could still eat it.

We were at the time when the restaurant was run by Italians, all Italians, what can we say in 15 years, places run by Italians in Germany will no longer exist, psta alla clams pre-cooked reheated spaghetti, even overcooked, carpaccio cut with a slicer so thin 20 grams for 14.50, special bruschetta 11.50 let's forget about it, cordon bleu defrosted and made in the fryer, sauce from the 10kg bucket, what can we say the world will be theirs as we already talked about many years ago, Islam is also this.

My wife and I had dinner there this evening. It doesn't look like an Italian restaurant. The operation is either completely unprofessional or completely superficial. Had a salad with pizza to share and a bottle of rosé. In the salad, the tomatoes and cucumbers were cut much too large and the lettuce leaf was also too big. The pizza was a bit poorly topped and taken out of the oven too early. Pouring wine from the waitress is out of place. Towards the end you were almost forced to have dessert. When we said no, we were left with nothing but air for the restaurant. Overall, not worth another visit.

Unfortunately the food was very bad 🥹 the cordon bleu was frozen and fried 🤦‍♂️. Unfortunately the other food wasn't good either. The 3 stars are for the waiter, he was really good and tried hard and apologized for it. The pizzas at the neighboring table looked really good, we'll give the Tritschler restaurant and the new owner a second chance and try a pizza next time. I hope the review stays and is not deleted…….

Nice atmosphere, very nice and caring staff. Pizza was very tasty, especially the pizza base tasted great. I would just love it if the shrimp on the pizza were served WITHOUT shrimp tails. The salads are good but drown in sauce. A little less of the otherwise good sauce would be better. Overall, highly recommended.

We had planned to end the season with our hockey team. Which had to be canceled at short notice due to unfortunate circumstances. The phone calls when making the reservation and also the understanding of the cancellation were so friendly and nice and helpful! This restaurant must be great. As soon as our sporting travels take us back to the area, we will come!
