Ristorante Pizzeria Tritschler in Offenburg

I'm very satisfied. Finally got my favorite pizza here that I haven't gotten anywhere else for years. It wasn't even on the menu, but my wish was still fulfilled. Thanks so much!

Yesterday I had lunch here with my wife. The strange and unbelievable thing was that the waiter insisted on knowing which country I was from. Even when I didn't answer the question, he started guessing In Germany it is not illegal to ask personal questions, but it is generally considered rude or inappropriate, especially if you don't know someone well. Privacy is highly valued in German culture, and people often value it when personal boundaries are respected. Therefore, asking such questions, especially in a formal or professional setting, could be perceived as impolite. This was the fourth time I've been to this restaurant but because of the rude behavior of the staff I will never go there again. Curious people usually don't have many followers.

The welcome was warm, but lacked professionalism. For example, the staff didn't know how to split the bill and failed to say thank you and goodbye. This made customer service seem secondary to profit.

Super tasty pizza. It is not yet clear on the menu that there is gluten-free pizza and that this should be available as standard. The pizza is baked in its own shell, but in the same oven as the gluten-containing ones.

Excellent food, very welcoming and professional staff, I recommend this restaurant in the heart of Offenburg. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant, very good address!

The Italian cuisine here is definitely recommended. Pizza, pasta and risotto were on point. The home-style dishes with a southern twist were an interesting experiment. The sausage salad with fried potatoes showed that the chef was making an effort, but it lacked a bit of seasoning for my taste. A dash of olive oil would have worked wonders here. Despite everything, the service was very courteous and patient. The hair gel in the men's room is a nice touch. All in all, a location that I can recommend. This review is based on my own experience.

Went there at lunchtime and were able to sit outside. Service was quick, food was okay too. There's not much quantity, so the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. Had a burrata salad, it was almost only arugula on it and a little bit of burrata and tomatoes. The outside seats are a big plus.

Tonight we spent a cozy evening in Offenburg with good food. The best thing is that there is a very good gluten-free pizza, which is particularly good for allergy sufferers. I can only recommend the restaurant to anyone who has to do without gluten.

We received a very friendly welcome and, thanks to a reservation, we were able to sit comfortably outside. The food was excellent, plus perfect and attentive service! We felt very welcome and would be happy to come back on our next visit to Offenburg!

On the way to Alsace we landed here with hungry stomachs. We sat outside in the beautiful sunshine. There wasn't much going on in this small alley, so it was quite cozy. Very nice and attentive service. My pizza with burrata and olives was a poem.

Yesterday on our return trip we really felt like having a well-made pizza. Once there, our brief excursions into the reviews did not disappoint. The service is nice and accommodating. The preparation of the very good pizza was relatively quick, around 10-15 minutes. During this time we noticed that the ambience was very simple, but very well coordinated with subtle accents such as a simulated fireplace. The pizza was really well prepared and tasted really good. The size of the pizza is filling and satisfying. All in all, a good guesthouse that we would definitely come back to and which we can recommend with a very clear conscience.

Pizza very good. The cordon bleu is from the deep fryer and the side dishes aren't that special either. With the lemon the meat became a little softer and you could still eat it.

We were at the time when the restaurant was run by Italians, all Italians, what can we say in 15 years, places run by Italians in Germany will no longer exist, psta alla clams pre-cooked reheated spaghetti, even overcooked, carpaccio cut with a slicer so thin 20 grams for 14.50, special bruschetta 11.50 let's forget about it, cordon bleu defrosted and made in the fryer, sauce from the 10kg bucket, what can we say the world will be theirs as we already talked about many years ago, Islam is also this.

My wife and I had dinner there this evening. It doesn't look like an Italian restaurant. The operation is either completely unprofessional or completely superficial. Had a salad with pizza to share and a bottle of rosé. In the salad, the tomatoes and cucumbers were cut much too large and the lettuce leaf was also too big. The pizza was a bit poorly topped and taken out of the oven too early. Pouring wine from the waitress is out of place. Towards the end you were almost forced to have dessert. When we said no, we were left with nothing but air for the restaurant. Overall, not worth another visit.

Unfortunately the food was very bad 🥹 the cordon bleu was frozen and fried 🤦‍♂️. Unfortunately the other food wasn't good either. The 3 stars are for the waiter, he was really good and tried hard and apologized for it. The pizzas at the neighboring table looked really good, we'll give the Tritschler restaurant and the new owner a second chance and try a pizza next time. I hope the review stays and is not deleted…….

Nice atmosphere, very nice and caring staff. Pizza was very tasty, especially the pizza base tasted great. I would just love it if the shrimp on the pizza were served WITHOUT shrimp tails. The salads are good but drown in sauce. A little less of the otherwise good sauce would be better. Overall, highly recommended.

Negative: a little too much sauce on the salad and on the pizza the shrimp still had their tails on. Positive: everything else! Service was nice, prompt service etc. Food was tasty! Will come back!

A great restaurant with a romantic atmosphere and very friendly staff. The only problem was - which is also very unpleasant - you need cash if you want to give a tip. Paying with a card and not having any money with you can be a bit embarrassing😬.

Food terrible. We sat in the large room There were 2 larger groups at 2 tables. Entertainment was almost impossible. We won't be going there again. 2 visitors from Bonn

We had planned to end the season with our hockey team. Which had to be canceled at short notice due to unfortunate circumstances. The phone calls when making the reservation and also the understanding of the cancellation were so friendly and nice and helpful! This restaurant must be great. As soon as our sporting travels take us back to the area, we will come!

Price performance is right. Good food, fast, friendly service in a well-kept atmosphere. 9 friends were satisfied. From steak to salads to gnocchi and dessert, everything was good.

Nous étions de passage et nous avons adorer ce restaurant. Endroit convivial et chaleureux. Les pizzas étaient très bonnes. Les prix sont plus que corrects. Nous avons passés un très bon moment. Malgré la barrière de la langue, les serveurs ont tout fait pour nous comprendre et nous accueillir au mieux. Je recommande.

Sehr leckere Pizza zu einem angemessenen Preis. Gute Zutaten ergeben hier eine gute Pizza, das schmeckt man und ist im Offenburger Raum keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Auch Getränke Preise sind in Ordnung. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, auch da man rasch bedient wird. Service ist freundlich, könnte nur etwas aufmerksamer sein, wir waren zu dritt und mussten lange warten bis wir die zweite Getränkerunde bestellen konnten (nachmittags, auslastung 50%) Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt, alles andere war sehr gut!

Sehr großes Lokal. Dieses ist aber recht kalt und vor allem sehr alt eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Essen war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Pommes und Fleisch kamen leider schon kalt zum Tisch

Es ist ein sehr ansprechendes Ambiente, das Essen, egal was, ist ausgezeichnet.

War mit meiner Freundin zum Essen hier, Atmosphäre ist bombastisch sehr zuvorkommenden Bedienungen. Die Pizza und Pasta Gerichte waren sehr sehr lecker, das beste lokal in Offenburg. Kann’s euch nur empfehlen, immer wieder gerne! 😉

Sehr nettes Restaurant, Personal ist nett und achtsam. Vom Essensangebot vielseitig gestaltet. Die Einrichtung sehr schön, mit ruhiger italienischer Begleitmusik fühlt man sich "fast" wie im Urlaub. Und draußen sitzen ist auch möglich- noch. Die WC - Anlage sehr sauber, hat mir auch sehr gefallen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war ausgezeichnet! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wow, das war lecker!! Wir hatten Penne Carbonara und Penne Arabiata, beides sehr lecker und die Portion vernünftig, da hat noch je ein Panna Cotta mit Himbeersoße zum Dessert gepasst 😁 Begeistert hat mich auch die Teller-Verzierung, bestehend aus Orangen Creme und Minzpesto. Unbedingt probieren!! Zum Trinken gab es einen Limoncello Sprizz - kleine Warnung, der hat es in sich 🥴 lag vllt auch an der Hitze gestern, der Heimweg war jedenfalls lustig 😜 Bedienung sehr freundlich und die Küche extrem schnell. Auf Nachfrage gab es Pizzabrot zum Aufstilpen der Soße. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great lasagne, schnitzel, calzone and rump steak. Great service with waiters kindly translating the menu in English. Will definitely come back if possible.
