Terrazza Portofino in Berlin

Parfait restaurant. Nous avons réservé pour un groupe de 26 dames, et malheureusement quand nous sommes arrivées d'autres filles qui n'étaient pas invitées à notre table étaient là (nous n'avons compris que après la soirée) , et même avec le stress, le serveurr est resté extrêmement accueillant et à tout fait pour nous installer tous ensemble ! Une très bonne cuisine italienne, à des prix EXTREMEMENT raisonnable ! ils ont été aussi tres tres patient pour le paiement de cette grande tablée à la fin ; un immense merci à leur professionnalisme !

First and only time in my life the waiter cleans the table outside with his hand and then he serves us the food , very fast service but the quality pizza not good..

During the lunch special you can have any pizza or pasta (except the special seasonal dishes) for €8.50. Normal prices are between €8-13. I had the spaghetti aglio e olio (there is a limited selection of vegetarian dishes), which was also spicy with peperoncini. The dish itself was satisfying. The service is nice and quick, I was able to enjoy food and espresso during my 30-minute lunch break.

Get a table even without a reservation. Only waited 15 minutes. The staff is super nice and warm. The food was great.

We were there for the second time today as part of the Berlin Marathon. The location at the Ostbahnhof is perfect. Particularly noteworthy is the great service. Everyone is very friendly and warm. Service is quick even when the store is busy. Today we sat outside because it was full inside and we were well looked after and offered blankets because it was a bit chilly. The food is without exception very good, the portions are not too small and the price is reasonable. We would be very, very happy to come back. ☺️

The food was really delicious( It was the best pizza and pasta in my life) and the atmosphere was also great. The service was very good and very fast but the pizza(only the pizza that we ordered wasn't cut which was kind of annoying still good though) Each type of dish has its own chef, so even when the restaurant is fully packed, you'll still get your order very quickly.

We always enjoy going to Terrazza Portofino. The service is quick and friendly. The food is always very, very tasty and the portions are sufficient. Starting with the salads, pizza, and pasta dishes, we can actually recommend everything.

I had 2 and a half hours to kill before i needed to get to the airport for my flight home and stopped here for a pint. When I spotted other meals being bought to the tables, food envy took control and I was given a menu. I ordered bruschetta and the tagliatelle and it was divine, the staff were extremely friendly, and considering the quality of the food, the price is very reasonable. The free limoncello at the end was just the ticket. If I come back to Berlin, I know where I’m going to eat, and it’s this place

Nice little Italian restaurant in a prefabricated building right next to the Ostbahnhof. There is a beautiful and well-kept terrace here and the interior area also invites you to linger. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The street directly in front of the terrace is shielded by some bushes. There are some parking spaces in front of the restaurant and even charging stations for electric cars. The menu contains all the Italian dishes you would expect and is convincing in terms of price/performance ratio. We have been coming here irregularly for a few years now and have always been satisfied. Recommended.

Pleasant with outdoor seating on a large terrace. If you want to quickly go back to the GDR on a Soljanka, switch over to the neighbor.

Come here few times just because it’s near my office. Card only accepted when it’s over 13€, very interesting setup. Lunch menu is cheap tho.

Absolutely superior service! We were a family of five and the waiters listened to us and were keen to please. We asked for tap water and this was swiftly provided. Free olives and bread turned up at the table. Our Pizzas and pasta was swiftly served. Amazing fresh and tasty. The outdoor dining was set out well. The waiters were amazing, bringing lollipops to the kids and engaging well with them. We all cleared our plates and were very happy. The prices were super and the kids meals were big and fresh for about €6:80. I’m sure it’s easy to park there but we walked. Thank you team we had a lovely visit.

Sehr leckere italienische Küche in einladener großer Terasse. Sehr guter Service und Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier genauso groß geschrieben. Die Speisen aus der Saisonkarte sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

After a brilliant evining in the Trattoria Portofino, we thought about visiting this place too and it was the best decision. The ambience outside is stunning and the food was really good too. Not different than in the other restaurant. I can highly recommend visiting this place.

Terazza Portofino has a very convenient location: it is very close to the train station but is also very calm and covered by trees, which makes it very cozy and relaxing. I chose asparagus from the seasonal menu, and my friend took a beef. Unfortunately, both of the dishes lacked spices and any kind of flavour. The asparagus and potatoes were directly cooked in the oven with parmesan cheese, with no salt, pepper and other spices:( thus I did not really enjoy the food overall. As a dessert we took tiramisu, which was too creamy and not tasting like real tiramisu I had in Italy. But the drinks were nice; grappa is worth to mention and the service was very good! I would probably come back again to give another chance.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war hier sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Der ein oder andere lustige Spruch war auch dabei und die hausgemachte Lasagne hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt! Auf der Terrasse ist (Abends) eine angenehme gemütliche Atmosphäre und dazu ist das Restaurant in bester Lage. Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder! :)

Incredibly fast service, and friendly staff. The pasta wasn't anything special, but I would definitely recommend the pizza. A good value for your money.... Plus, we even got offered free espresso after we paid.

I recommend the restaurant - it was very cozy, romantic and looked really idyllic in the evening, even if you can't see it directly from the outside. The waitress was very nice and made all sorts of jokes. The food was delicious, but the pasta dishes in particular could have been a little larger. The Tartufo was definitely a poem!🍨A visit is well worth it - feel free to take a sip from the limoncello bottle 😉

A very nice restaurant near Berlin's Ostbahnhof. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The food was very tasty and I can recommend stopping there. I was surprised that there was so little going on, but I think that's because there are different opening times on the half board, that should be updated, it was good for us 😉 If we are in Berlin again, we would like to come back.

I ordered Linguine Putanesca. I was served spaghetti putanesca. When I asked customer service about it, they confirmed this without apologizing. At 9 p.m. it was no longer possible to order an espresso because the machine was already clean. The restaurant is okay for filling up, but has nothing to do with a real Italian restaurant.

The Terrazza Portifino is the offshoot of our favorite restaurant Trattoria Portifino and is also located in Friedrichshain. The Italian restaurant impresses with a great, romantic but relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, always friendly waitresses and employees, and first-class food. The dishes are carefully chosen and the ingredients and spices leave nothing to be desired. We always really enjoy coming here and spending an hour or two here after dinner.

Maybe I was just unlucky and the Pizza Becker was having a bad day, but the pizza was a complete disaster.. and the employee insisted on a tip, which was totally unpleasant because I picked up the pizza and didn't eat it there, very unpleasant.
