Das Essen war leider sehr schlecht. Trotz der hohen Bewertungen auf Lieferdiensten, darunter Wolt mit 9.2 Sternen, entspricht die Qualität nicht den Erwartungen.

die schlechteste Erfahrung überhaupt, habe erstmal was über lieferando bestellt, der lieferant hat es an die falsche adresse geliefert und ich hatte deswegen sehr lange gewartet. Bei dee nachster bestellung gab es dann 50% rabbat als entschuldigung was an sich sehr nett war. insgesamt waren es 2 pastas und 1 fanta, die eine pasta wurde vergessen und ich habe 18,90 bezahlt, obwohl es eig 17,45 waren nach lieferando preisen, also sehr schlimm

Bis jetzt immer zufrieden gewesen aber heute hat auf der Pizza hat der Parmesan und der Rucola gefehlt schade .

Sehr freundliche Bedienung! Pizza sehr gut! Nudelgerichte nicht so gut geschmeckt, da merkt man hat kein Italiener gekocht. Aber schön zubereitet und wegen der netten Atmosphäre würde ich gerne wieder kommen.

Ich habe über die Wolt-App bei Ihrem Restaurant bestellt. Die Pasta war alt und nur aufgewärmt. Es fehlte Parmesan und Hähnchen, obwohl ich extra dafür bezahlt hatte. Ich habe sie direkt in den Müll geworfen.

Heute habe ich Nudel . Einfach Händchen mit Sahne Soße bestellt und einmal Bolognese. Das Essen war das schlimmste was ich jee gegessen habe so welcher resturans darf nicht als italischen resturants nennen. Die nudels Kamm volll mit Knoblauch mein schwangere Frau könnte das nicht essen . Im Beschreibung stad nicht drin über Knoblauch oder andere Gewürze.. bei Anruf dort ihn wurde mir ihn gewiss ich soll das Leber bescheid sagen das ohne Knoblauch und spazial Gewürze. Wie soll ich wissen das da Knoblauch drin ist .. Bolognese es war einfach Hackfleisch mit Öl und irgendwie gewurde win wem ich hab bis jetzt Magenschmerzen. Also Leute Finger weg von dieser resturant .

We waited not just 90 minutes, but 120 minutes for the pizza. Outrageous! And then, despite having a car, the pizza arrived lukewarm. After ten calls to the restaurant, someone finally answered and told me that my order hadn't been received until an hour after I placed it. He said he would send me a photo as proof, but it never arrived. Even when I called the next day and the day after that, they just pretended they would send me the photo. This place is beyond brazen. Please don't go there and avoid ordering from them! A scam! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunately, a very bad experience due to the employee. We came because of a Neotaste promotion (free drink with the main course, valid from 10 am to 11 pm according to the app). On-site, this was denied: first, they said the promotion was only valid until 7 pm, then it was "last week," then it wasn't valid at all. Completely contradictory. On top of that, the pasta prices kept changing: on their own website, it was discounted to €10.80 – so I ordered it by phone – but on-site, the employee first quoted €11.90, then suddenly €13.90. He suddenly didn't know the price himself and had no clue about their own promotions – supposedly adding €2 because of a drink or cheese, even though this had never been mentioned. Very unfriendly service, endless arguments instead of a customer-oriented solution. When I said okay, I'll pay the €11.90 and write a Google review, they even took the food away from me and refused to sell it to me, with an aggressive attitude. The service was an absolute disaster. Never again.

Absolutely outrageous! I ordered from Lieferando. I waited an hour for the food and it wasn't delivered. When I inquired, they told me they'd been there but couldn't find the address, which is nonsense since I saw the driver outside and he didn't even get out of the car. I can only advise everyone against using their service; it's a complete disaster.

Pizza Mozarella arrived without basil, Pizza Polo looks nothing like the picture. Coke wasn't delivered, the driver called the "restaurant" and was promised a refund - still hasn't arrived today. Bruschetta ultra soft, never eaten such a bad one. I'm VERY surprised at the positive feedback

Never again! I ordered from this restaurant last night. The delivery time was stated as 15 minutes, but the pizza only arrived after an hour - and that in the middle of the night at 3:00 a.m.! I called the owner several times. The first time I was promised that the delivery would be there in 10 minutes and everything would be done correctly. – which wasn’t true. Pizzas were filled with completely wrong ingredients, champions on them even though I didn't want any and there weren't any on the description. The second pizza was completely wrong. Afterwards my call was ignored and no one was available. Driver wasn't polite either. Such poor service is unacceptable. If you cannot stick to delivery times, you should communicate this honestly to customers. The quality should not suffer no matter what time of day it is. The pizza was very delicious, but you go to the toilet through their kitchen. The kitchen looked quite dirty and at the toilet there was no soap or toilet paper. Hygienewise I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Was there the day before yesterday with 3 other people, food was ok. Ambience could be better. Service was very poor, it was not possible to print out a receipt for the meal, it should be submitted by email. Hasn't arrived yet. I can't understand it because I left my business card there.

Were here several times with neotaste. The food is actually always delicious. However, the boss was really difficult. First he almost forced us to do a 5 star review. Another time, 2 of us were eating here and one person wanted to eat chicken from the neighboring shop. He completely freaked out and didn't allow our friend to eat in the completely empty shop. He said something about surveillance cameras and that his boss would freak out if someone ate food from the neighboring store, even if we ate there. That seemed very strange to us. Been here because of NeoTaste. The good thing first, the pasta was really tasty and filling. BUT... And here we come to why I don't give more than two stars: Instead of one bruschetta we got two and one less pasta, even though we ordered the other way around. It can happen, no problem. However, after we pointed this out to him, he brought us a different pasta that we had actually ordered. We just accepted that because we were just hungry and wanted to eat. Finally when we paid, the guy didn't know anything about NeoTaste and hadn't given us a discount, but wanted us to give five star reviews. When I then insisted on getting this discount (two off prices in one main course), he then gave me a five euro discount. Whatever that made sense, I paid for it and left full but annoyed. Maybe it's good for ordering, but not for me either. You can completely forget about NeoTaste here.

HANDS OFF! ABSOLUTELY UNHYGIENIC & 2 HOURS DELIVERY TIME! UNSERIOUS - NO GOODNESS - RIP-OFF! The bicycle courier grabbed the burger patty that had fallen out of the package with his bare hands and put it back into the burger bread in front of us and also made a makeshift move to put the mixed salad that had also fallen out of the package back into the packaging. We were then supposed to accept this, which of course we did not accept and called the operator about it. The bike courier was on the phone at the same time as us and was apparently told to go back, so we couldn't take any more photos. The platform through which we ordered and complained naturally subsequently asked for photos as evidence, which we were denied. The operator showed no goodwill, so we were stuck with the entire costs we had already paid for an order for 4 people. I advise everyone not to order anything from this store... Delivery time stated before ordering: approx. 30-40 minutes Delivery time after ordering: around 85 minutes Arrival of the food: Almost 2 hours after ordering in a correspondingly unhygienic condition... The pizza was very good, freshly baked in the oven, crispy edges and delicious toppings, it couldn't be better! Ordered a pizza funghi with rocket. Pizza was offered for 7.90. The waitress then wanted 9.90. When I pointed out that it was being offered outside for 7.90, I was told to pay 10 euros. Would there then have been an allowance of 2.10 just for rocket?! Pizza didn't taste particularly good, poorly seasoned and tasted too much like pure tomato sauce. Definitely the last time...

I ordered there for the first and last time. The delivery time was approx. 90 minutes. The pizza arrived cold to lukewarm. I wanted a tuna salad without dressing. The salad was literally drowned in dressing, the egg was missing and all the arugula was probably meant to give the impression that it was a decent portion. However, it was carelessly prepared and not worth the money due to the quantity. The good reviews are a mystery to me.

If you could give 0 stars, I would! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and rude! The food took 2 hours to get here, it was cold, things were missing and wrong. We ordered from Wolt where they are called La Pobbia, strange that they are actually called something else. They call you "brother" on the phone and deny that there's anything wrong or that it can't be so spicy that you can't eat it. We said we'd be happy to bring it over to him so he could try it for himself , of course he didn't want that. So 40€ for shrimps that are so spicy that even someone who likes chilli co. eats, can't eat it, it's not possible. The pasta with gorgonzola has nothing to do with gorgonzola, it's a normal cream sauce with a little spinach or something. The pasta with spinach and chicken is limp, the spinach looks like it's 2 days old and the chicken is dry. It is also generally too greasy. Hopefully this restaurant will be closed! We can't recommend anyone to order anything there, they rip off customers, don't see the need to refund money and can barely speak German. We paid a total of €92 for 3 people, it's not possible for a meal like that!!!
