Never again, definitely. Ordered yesterday via Lieferando. Delivery promised in 30 minutes; was delivered in 90 minutes. Pizza Mozarella arrived without basil, Pizza Polo looks nothing like the picture. Coke wasn't delivered, the driver called the "restaurant" and was promised a refund - still hasn't arrived today. Bruschetta ultra soft, never eaten such a bad one. I'm VERY surprised at the positive feedback

Worst service in the world: 1. Delivery time took 90 minutes. 2. Food was ice cold. 3. Instead of pasta with mushroom we got brocolli and Cola Fanta. 4. After calling, the Coke was promised to be sent again in 30 minutes. Of course nothing came

Never again! I ordered from this restaurant last night. The delivery time was stated as 15 minutes, but the pizza only arrived after an hour - and that in the middle of the night at 3:00 a.m.! I called the owner several times. The first time I was promised that the delivery would be there in 10 minutes and everything would be done correctly. – which wasn’t true. Pizzas were filled with completely wrong ingredients, champions on them even though I didn't want any and there weren't any on the description. The second pizza was completely wrong. Afterwards my call was ignored and no one was available. Driver wasn't polite either. Such poor service is unacceptable. If you cannot stick to delivery times, you should communicate this honestly to customers. The quality should not suffer no matter what time of day it is. Absolutely disappointing - I won't be ordering from here again and will tell my friends. greeting

Perfect, tasty, delivery very fast

The pizza was very delicious, but you go to the toilet through their kitchen. The kitchen looked quite dirty and at the toilet there was no soap or toilet paper. Hygienewise I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Ordered via Lieferando at a desired time (with advance notice). Food came 40 minutes later and was no longer very warm.

Was there the day before yesterday with 3 other people, food was ok. Ambience could be better. Service was very poor, it was not possible to print out a receipt for the meal, it should be submitted by email. Hasn't arrived yet. I can't understand it because I left my business card there.

Were here several times with neotaste. The food is actually always delicious. However, the boss was really difficult. First he almost forced us to do a 5 star review. Another time, 2 of us were eating here and one person wanted to eat chicken from the neighboring shop. He completely freaked out and didn't allow our friend to eat in the completely empty shop. He said something about surveillance cameras and that his boss would freak out if someone ate food from the neighboring store, even if we ate there. That seemed very strange to us. Especially since it always seemed like he was the boss there. The owner next door, who we already knew, came out and allowed us all to eat the food we had brought with us.

I don't understand why everyone who has a little money opens a restaurant or pizzeria. There are too many in the area. Italian Colors and the same is thought.... Making a pizza is a "kind" of art. Not everyone has mastered this “art”, love and passion are very important. Then you can taste it. The right flour (00) is very important.

Been here because of NeoTaste. The good thing first, the pasta was really tasty and filling. BUT... And here we come to why I don't give more than two stars: Instead of one bruschetta we got two and one less pasta, even though we ordered the other way around. It can happen, no problem. However, after we pointed this out to him, he brought us a different pasta that we had actually ordered. We just accepted that because we were just hungry and wanted to eat. Finally when we paid, the guy didn't know anything about NeoTaste and hadn't given us a discount, but wanted us to give five star reviews. When I then insisted on getting this discount (two off prices in one main course), he then gave me a five euro discount. Whatever that made sense, I paid for it and left full but annoyed. Maybe it's good for ordering, but not for me either. You can completely forget about NeoTaste here.

HANDS OFF! ABSOLUTELY UNHYGIENIC & 2 HOURS DELIVERY TIME! UNSERIOUS - NO GOODNESS - RIP-OFF! The bicycle courier grabbed the burger patty that had fallen out of the package with his bare hands and put it back into the burger bread in front of us and also made a makeshift move to put the mixed salad that had also fallen out of the package back into the packaging. We were then supposed to accept this, which of course we did not accept and called the operator about it. The bike courier was on the phone at the same time as us and was apparently told to go back, so we couldn't take any more photos. The platform through which we ordered and complained naturally subsequently asked for photos as evidence, which we were denied. The operator showed no goodwill, so we were stuck with the entire costs we had already paid for an order for 4 people. I advise everyone not to order anything from this store... Delivery time stated before ordering: approx. 30-40 minutes Delivery time after ordering: around 85 minutes Arrival of the food: Almost 2 hours after ordering in a correspondingly unhygienic condition... In short: After 2 hours of waiting, all the stress of the delivery and a lot of money less in our pockets, our stomachs were still growling... very unhygienic and also really rude!

Ordered delivery, didn’t show up, didn’t even call. once I called, asked me to send location to a whatsapp number that isn’t on whatsapp. waited in rain for 30 minutes, then gave up.

Pizza was dry and not tasty. Spaghetti was swimming in oil. I can't recommend it.

The pizza was very good, freshly baked in the oven, crispy edges and delicious toppings, it couldn't be better! I wasn't exactly sitting comfortably on the outside seat, but it was nice for observing passers-by on the wide sidewalk. The car traffic is just part of it and didn't bother me. I received friendly service, that's more important. The interior of the pizzeria and the toilet could use some improvement.

Ordered a pizza funghi with rocket. Pizza was offered for 7.90. The waitress then wanted 9.90. When I pointed out that it was being offered outside for 7.90, I was told to pay 10 euros. Would there then have been an allowance of 2.10 just for rocket?! Pizza didn't taste particularly good, poorly seasoned and tasted too much like pure tomato sauce. Definitely the last time...

I ordered there for the first and last time. The delivery time was approx. 90 minutes. The pizza arrived cold to lukewarm. I wanted a tuna salad without dressing. The salad was literally drowned in dressing, the egg was missing and all the arugula was probably meant to give the impression that it was a decent portion. However, it was carelessly prepared and not worth the money due to the quantity. The good reviews are a mystery to me.

If you could give 0 stars, I would! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and rude! The food took 2 hours to get here, it was cold, things were missing and wrong. We ordered from Wolt where they are called La Pobbia, strange that they are actually called something else. They call you "brother" on the phone and deny that there's anything wrong or that it can't be so spicy that you can't eat it. We said we'd be happy to bring it over to him so he could try it for himself , of course he didn't want that. So 40€ for shrimps that are so spicy that even someone who likes chilli co. eats, can't eat it, it's not possible. The pasta with gorgonzola has nothing to do with gorgonzola, it's a normal cream sauce with a little spinach or something. The pasta with spinach and chicken is limp, the spinach looks like it's 2 days old and the chicken is dry. It is also generally too greasy. Hopefully this restaurant will be closed! We can't recommend anyone to order anything there, they rip off customers, don't see the need to refund money and can barely speak German. We paid a total of €92 for 3 people, it's not possible for a meal like that!!!

BEWARE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 7 pizzas at 1:00 a.m. on a Friday. The arrival time was actually scheduled for 3:00. So far no problem. We then called at 3:10 to ask how things were looking. The man on the phone was very unfriendly, kept hanging up on us, blocked us all one after the other and only spoke Turkish. Pizzas never arrived. They cheekily kept the money and told Lieferando that they had been with us. Please DO NOT order....:((((

I ordered 8 pizzas, waited 3 hours so in the end only 4 pizzas arrived. We were told on the phone that the order would arrive shortly, we were taken for a ride. The pizza didn't taste good and was limp and also very rude and not good German.

We had the food delivered. Over 1 hour late and only upon request. Pizza cold of course. Cheese doesn't melt properly on a pizza. Meat was very dry as was the floor. The bruschetta was a complete mess. Unfortunately my girlfriend didn't check it beforehand and I wouldn't have accepted it. Nobody answered the phone to complain. The subsequent communication, a few days later, was just as bad. I don't know where the good reviews come from. Unfortunately, I let myself be blinded by this. Not recommended in terms of taste.

My girlfriend and I actually wanted to eat pizza there earlier. We had already decided. However, the gentleman behind the counter was just frantically making phone calls; he was obviously not ready to take an order. He put a flyer in front of us and said we should look there, there is more. Because we already knew what we wanted, we took two water bottles (Aldi cheap water) And sat down. When I sat down, I allowed myself to look from afar at what the open kitchen looked like. Unfortunately, it seemed anything but appetizing. The gentleman with the phone also noticed this and quickly tried to clean something up. Then we said a few times we would like to order, but we just weren't noticed. The shop was empty, we were the only guests. We didn't feel like it anymore and just wanted to pay for the water. We actually paid €5 for the water, for cheap water from Aldi. It doesn't work at all!

Ordered food but gave up waiting for the delivery after more than an hour late. Store won't answer phone(closed now). No sense wasting your time or money on them. Now they are accusing me of fake reviews and slander because they could not complete their end of the agreement of the order to provide the food. Just to prove I ordered from there I posted my Uber eats history. No doubtfully they are trying to remove negative reviews to artificially boost their rating. Wish I could leave an even lower review. You can make up all the fake accusations you want still doesn't change the fact of what happens and only makes you look worse. As you can see from other reviews this is a very common occurrence with this "business"

Hi. Please don’t call me again, asking to remove the review. After posting of horrible tomato soup (just water with tomato paste with no salt) I have tried the second part of my yesterday order - Spaghetti Bolognaise- dry, not tasty. Why you guys cook Italian if you can’t make it? Pizza was okay, tho. But the rest - very poor taste. My whole order cost - 36€.

Richtig schlechtes essen und ich bin jemand dem Eig fast alles schmeckt aber das ist wirklich das aller letzte. Hühnchen Fleisch von wer weiß welchem billig Markt geholt ekelhaft. Das einzige wäre vielleicht die Pizza wenn man sie im Laden isst was man essen kann.

Es ist nicht zu empfehlen, hier zu bestellen. Über Lieferando haben wir bestellt und mussten 2,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten, obwohl es keine große Bestellung war. Trotz mehrerer Anrufe wurden wir zweimal vertröstet – zunächst hieß es, das Essen sei in 2 Minuten da, aber als wir eine halbe Stunde später erneut anriefen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Fahrer erst losgefahren sei. Schnee und der Sonntag wurden als Ausreden für die Verzögerung genannt. Das Essen kam an, als wir bereits schlafen gehen wollten. Es war zwar noch warm und geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber dem Preis nicht angemessen. Statt einer Apfeltasche erhielten wir zudem etwas anderes. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Geschmack war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Personal war sehr nett und höflich. Ambiente ist nicht so besonders gewesen, aber dafür können sie ja aufgrund der Größe des Ladens nur bedingt etwas für.

Die Lasagne war die schlechteste die ich je gegessen habe. Sie bestand nur aus lasagneplatten mit einer oberen Schicht aus Hackfleisch. Die Spaghetti Bolognese waren total trocken.

Unser Sohn ist Stammkunde, wir sind extra vom südlichen Stadtrand angereist und haben es nicht bereut. Sehr leckeres frisches Essen und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal
