The menu changes every few months to match the season. We eat there several times a year to enjoy the different, new dishes. The menu is small, but still offers a great selection for every season and is updated on the website. The dishes are lovingly prepared and always leave an impression. For example, I'm not a fish lover, but I've tried several fish dishes and was pleasantly surprised. Otherwise, I also tried numerous salads, soups, pasta or meat dishes and was never disappointed. In my opinion, the menu includes modern German cuisine that sits between fine dining and traditional cuisine and closes a gap in the region's gastronomy. In many dishes you can tell that the chefs have mastered their craft exceptionally well. You can't get this kind of variety in this quality at this price anywhere. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The restaurant offers a pleasant, quiet yet lively atmosphere in a well-kept, modern restaurant. The service tries to fulfill guests' every wish and takes into account changes to the dishes. You don't even get a bad feeling when you express an extra request, you are welcomed hospitably. Even if the boss sometimes seems a bit grim, he also offers good advice on the food or drinks. The service overall is very courteous and attentive. This means you don't have to wait long for your order or have your empty plates or glasses lying in front of you for hours. An absolute insider tip for every connoisseur. Whether for a family dinner or a romantic date, it's worth a visit! The quality has remained consistently high since Corona, which cannot be said about many restaurants! The restaurant definitely deserves a significantly higher number of visitors. On the other hand, those in the know are even more pleased that this gem has still remained undiscovered. Get there quickly before it's too late!😉

The dishes in the surprise menu were high quality and tastefully prepared. The quality is right! Unfortunately, the portion size was disappointing.

Nothing to say except super delicious food

We were here for the first time today and it won't be the last time. The food was incredibly tasty and you could hear the fresh preparation coming from the kitchen as the stuffed pork rolls were freshly pounded. The starter salad was special and really great too. Not something you would eat every day. The meat from both dishes melted in your mouth and the food was deliciously seasoned. The dessert made a nice, rounded conclusion. The service was very friendly, courteous and very attentive. Thank you for the lovely and relaxing evening. We'd love to come back.
