Always nice to spend time there with friends.

Had the buffet today and it was great as always. It is refilled quickly and the service was very attentive. We always enjoy coming back.

UPDATE: 5 years later... we were there for the last time today!! We were guests for many years, almost every month. ALWAYS all buffet, plus once "à la carte" for me, because I haven't been a fan of this cuisine for a long time. (The quality and the price don't match and if I hardly like anything from the buffet anyway - it's just too expensive and a portion of "sweet and sour chicken" for €13.95 is enough. But today, for the first time, NO “à la carte” is possible!! So I had to have one buffet for myself and I didn't even manage to get my one plate of "sweet and sour chicken". The chicken meat was really strange in consistency, the sauce and rice were only lukewarm. The rest of the family was also dissatisfied: the food was hardly seasoned, the taste was 0 out of 10. In addition, other dishes were only lukewarm. And when you simply pointed out that the food didn't taste good "today" and was only lukewarm, the answer from the boss was "that could happen." ...... yes of course that can happen, nobody is perfect, but when complaints come, you approach the guest and try to "limit the damage"!?!! That's how we handle it and that's how I learned it many years ago during my training (gastronomy). We will definitely NOT be coming back for now!!!! Nothing happened last time!!! Food doesn't taste good at all, crowds and "processing" are just not nice!!

You enter the restaurant and are not greeted at all, you have to look for an employee to ask for a table. Service is very unfriendly and seems annoyed. We chose the buffet, the selection was quite good, the food was a bit sober but we were full. Filling up the respective dishes went quite quickly. Price-performance was ok. Also quite unfriendly when paying. We wanted a separate bill, the lady didn't care, as long as you paid. Enough parking spaces available. The Asian touch is clearly missing there, no decoration and no music. Too bad. Since I was only visiting here, I personally wouldn't eat there again.

You can go there again and again, it's always very nice and tasty

I like to go there for lunch, there's a big selection and the taste is good. Sometimes it's too cold but everything is always refilled. Price-performance appropriate.

Some of the food was cold and very greasy. The chef was robotic and lacked a spark of humor. The waitresses were nonexistent. The atmosphere was like a train station. We won't be back anytime soon.

Everything was perfect, service, food, ambience

We recently had dinner at Teppan House. There was hardly anything going on as it was during the week. The food wasn't great, some was cold, some was very greasy and some of it didn't look appealing, as if it had been there for a very long time. But what particularly bothered us was the service. The lady who looked after our table initially brought us our drinks, after which we looked in vain to order more if necessary. And around 9:30 p.m./45 p.m. she did come, but only to tell us that they were about to clear the buffet and that we should please finish our meal - the shop was closing soon. We were more than confused because we hadn't received any information about this. It said everywhere that they were open until 11 p.m. I would describe the way this was conveyed as inappropriate. Finally, she gave us a shot glass with an indefinable liquid, which she didn't explain and then disappeared straight away. All in all very strange and not reasonably priced. We probably won't come back.

Was here again on Saturday evening after a long time. - Some of the food is only lukewarm, hardly seasoned and not everything is refilled - long waiting times for live cooking (only 1 chef) - Dessert selection aimed only at children (gummy bears, cookies, even more sweets) - Service staff is far too few, resulting in long waiting times. - no drinks menu (service staff could only read out from their cell phone) That was better here! Too bad.

Diverse buffet in a great atmosphere with friendly service.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has major deficiencies in the quality of the food. And this applies to all departments except salads and desserts. I know a few restaurants with this concept. But here we have one of the worst implementations. Some things like duck and chicken from the pre-cooked dishes were not fully cooked. Even with the things that are cooked for a fresh meal, the things were not cooked through, which I consider to be high in fat. And the sushi was worse than that from the discount store. It would be better not to offer something like this at all than to show such quality. Of course, it's all about quantity at buffet restaurants. But I would like a basic level of quality.

Been there many times in the last few years. Food as always good. Unfortunately, service has deteriorated significantly. Were there today and were charged €3.80 for a 2 year old child who didn't even eat with O.o

Food was excellent, large and good selection of fresh dishes at the buffet and also a large and good selection of uncooked vegetables, meat and fish for live cooking. The dessert area also left nothing to be desired. The service staff were always friendly and helpful and made sure that used dishes didn't accumulate at the table for long. The only small drawback is the size of the dining room and the resulting higher noise level.

The food is good and you can also take the children with you. The selection is large and there is something for every taste.

I was there with my whole family and celebrated my grandma's birthday and she loves buffet food. Especially the duck! I can only recommend it! The atmosphere is also super relaxed, you can chat in peace. The service is also super nice and child-friendly.

We were in the restaurant today for lunch, 1. The room is very cool and something was frozen. 2. The mushrooms had no taste, the pasta, the beef, the broccoli everything was cold, the best thing was the soup, which tasted good and was nice and hot. The staff wasn't particularly nice either, we won't be coming to them anymore.

Totally unfriendly, unfortunately she doesn't understand German and because our order was too complicated, she simply hung up on us. Our order was "Roast Duck with Noodles and Roast Duck with Rice"

The staff seemed overwhelmed and ignored us when we spoke to the ladies 😕 It was a shame but otherwise we were satisfied.

Standard buffet, atmosphere quite cool. You shouldn't be late at lunchtime. Although it's open until 3 p.m., after 1:30 p.m. it only fills up sporadically. Drinks are only asked once, after which you have to take care of yourself. All in all a medium OK.

We used to enjoy coming here. It has slowed down a lot. Some of the food is lukewarm and it doesn't change that the plates are so hot that you can hardly hold them. The food is seasonless or overcooked. It was disappointing twice now. We won't be coming back here for the time being.

Simply delicious!!! Since I come 30km east of Cologne and the north is my love anyway, including the SEA. But one thing is certain, the buffet is awesome!!! And a reason to drive past here again when I visit the north again! What's special is the nut sauce for the duck, beef and pork! Shrimp mmmm! The desserts are varied and delicious including the chocolate fountain light and chocolate great! Someone had their birthday meal here and was even serenaded! Cool;) I'll be back! Dirk 😉

Buffettrestaurante mit noch angefrorenem Fleich und Fisch für den Grillstand abends. Nachtisch (Kuchen, Kekse etc.) sind aus der Supermarktverpackung entnommen. Vor gekochte Gerichte mit nicht wirklich viel peep.

Was there for the first time today. I ordered take away there and was pleasantly surprised.

Delicious food. A little cold but tasty. Unfortunately, chocolate and vanilla butternuts were out. Good and above all nice service.

Were there for dinner with the family and the staff was very poor. And very poor food. I ate there once and it was great, and now rude staff. I can still Emfelen.

It's just a shame that I used to love being here but from time to time it gets worse, the staff gets slower and the food keeps getting worse. Not only cold but also no longer tasty. You have lost us as guests. Too bad, too bad

We had our Christmas party there one evening. The drinks, probably because there were so many of us, were served on a mobile dish cart (usually intended for dirty dishes). The plates piled up on the table at the end of the evening. There was no clearing in between. The taste of the food was ok. Unfortunately only lukewarm. Live cooking was offered. The display was limited. There was no display table available at all. It certainly happens at the buffet, but if there's a black hair floating in the vanilla sauce for the whole evening, it's not very appetizing! The ice cream cooler from the buffet seemed to be broken, so an old school ice cream truck was available off to the side. The dessert: biscuit wafer mix, Jell-O cubes, Jaffa cake, Gelle bananas, cherries from the jar, vanilla sauce, chocolate fountain, bananas, Haribos, purchased frozen bee sting and frozen Philadelphia cake. Very disappointing. A very large restaurant where the noise level is very loud.

Always very good and simply great for children.

All in all a good value for money. You can definitely do it.

Unfortunately the food was cold. After complaining to the service, the boss came and told the others that the food wasn't too cold. Great way to deal with the criticism. Duck and chicken not available. Fries totally dried out. Wouldn't go again.

Always a pleasure. Chef who grills whatever you like from the buffet at the counter. And my dear friend, a selection of meat, fish, mussels and shrimps, dream 🥰 sushi, normal buffet dishes dim sum. Now my highlight desserts: chocolate fountain in brown and white, all kinds of fruits and sweets that you can dip. And of course my favorite sesame ice cream Well, pistachio is also worth it. Yesterday the food was excellent...everything was nice and hot and fresh. Everything was replenished at any time. The last few times we weren't so happy because a lot of things were empty or actually cold. But this time everything was perfect. You had the feeling that there was a new team there, all in all it was much more coherent than before.

More like the feeling of eating in a canteen... The service is also great... friendliness is something else... Everything is very dreary and soberly prepared...

Unfortunately a very poor restaurant in terms of quality. All frozen goods that already taste old... Unfortunately, €25 per person per buffet is a misplaced investment - then it's better to go to the Asian snack bar around the corner.

Were there for dinner after 8 p.m. on Sunday, the buffet food was cold, the chef during the live cooking didn't look motivated and started cleaning the extractor hood while it was in operation, meaning no more warm food. And that's not recommended for the price.

We were there on Sunday evening around 8 p.m. There were very few visitors there. The buffet food was cold. Not just some, but everything. The live cooking chef was cleaning over the grill while it was open, so we completely lost our appetite for it. Before he started cleaning, he gave the impression that he didn't feel like cleaning at all. The waitress took a long time to take the drink order even though there was nothing going on.

I used to eat at the Teppan House several times, but as it is becoming more and more expensive and the quality of the food and service has declined significantly, this restaurant is no longer recommended. I find the price of €24.90 per person for the buffet much too expensive, especially since many bowls are either empty or the food tastes rather old and is cold. The service such as clearing plates, wiping tables or simply asking the guest if they would like anything else was not available during my visit.

We stayed at the Teppan House again. We love the ambience and the spaciousness of the restaurant. We recommend the buffet. There is an incredibly wide selection of food on offer and everything is of first-class quality. The icing on the cake is the friendly service from the entire staff.

Service nicht mehr so nett und freundlich, sondern unhöflich und respektlos. Zumindest, was "unsere Bedienung" am 20.01.2023 betraf. Buffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Had dinner again after a year. No more sushi. No curry chicken. The selection at the buffet is poor. You'll never see me here again, it's a shame

The cook wasn't there and the food was hardly served. The air conditioning seemed to be non-functional (you sweated your ass off) and there was an endless queue at the buffet. Just some bride and groom were sitting at our reserved table. Cool. Really unbelievable. We are now turning to alternatives. So bitter!!!!

We were there for the lunch buffet, the price is fair and is €13.90/person. However, the buffet is significantly smaller compared to the evening buffet and there is no “live grill”, but all the “classics” are there. Taste okay.

Never eaten so badly. I gave the store a third chance, but I didn't expect it to get any worse. Buffet for €24. Bowls were almost empty, hardly any choice. Eat lukewarm. Chicken and fish gratinated tasted strangely sour. I also had the feeling that everything was baked in a deep fryer. Sorry, it was bad. After two less than full plates, I lost my hunger. Staff not very friendly, apart from a hello that was it. They didn't even ask if it was tasty (you probably knew why you didn't ask), instead the change was thrown on the table (there was no tip because there was no service either). The atmosphere couldn't be broken any more. Never again and not recommended.

We have been there several times. The food is delicious. Service unfriendly and face stone. No smile. On our last visit we were there with another couple and since we wanted to have a quiet chat, we said we wanted to order from the menu and not a buffet. You should have seen the service lady's face. The statement then was that it would take too long. We had to get the tickets ourselves. Ordering drinks took forever. We felt ignored. No bottle opener was provided for the bottle of wine. At some point we were finally able to talk to her. At some point she opened the door with the words "Do it yourself. I don't have time." Ok..aha. We then did it ourselves. Food took a little longer, but ok. (I still ordered from the menu). Food very tasty. We all had to add more salt and had to get the salt ourselves. Ordering drinks again hardly worked. We were ignored the whole evening and treated second-class customers...we dared to order from the menu. When we wanted to pay, it took forever to catch the lady. Our friend was thinking about how much tip we should leave. In short, we decided not to give any in the end because our friends wanted to take the rest of the food with them (ordered from the menu) and then she came with a box that we were supposed to fill ourselves. From then on there were no tips from us. She missed a good tip. We are very generous with good service and good food. But the food is great and the atmosphere itself is cozy. It used to be a supermarket and the weird tiles are still there, but otherwise it's nice. P.S. If you do not want to order from the menu, please do not offer this option. That wasn't an isolated incident that day

Eat: For the most part it was only lukewarm and many of the dishes were undercooked. Service: Good, but we weren't given a card but were asked directly what we wanted to drink. Ambiance: The huge space, the unfortunately very low ceiling and the rather dark, warm lighting create a rather unpleasant atmosphere.

For All inclusive food is very good. You pay one time and you can eat how much you want.

Was eating there, my conclusion, it is cold in the restaurant, the food is inedible and the condition is bad.

Went there for dinner 2 days ago. Food from the buffet was all good. I then ordered No. 20 to take away. Lt. On the menu it's Hawaiian duck with exotic fruits, bean sprouts and sweet and sour sauce. The sweet and sour sauce was totally tasteless, and not the sweet and sour sauce that was at the buffet. If onions were exotic fruits, at least that would have been true. There wasn't a single piece of fruit in the entire dish. When I asked over the phone, I was told that the fruit had already been cooked in the sauce.

The food is good and you can also take the children with you. The selection is large and there is something for every taste.

We've been to a few of these "all you can eat" restaurants and this is one of the worse ones. The food is partly cold and tastes neutral. The ambience is comparable to a train station hall. That was my personal experience.

Very nice atmosphere, very good all-you-can-eat offer. Moderate prices. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!
