The buffet was really great. The price for this is absolutely fair. I only deduct a point because it was very loud in some places due to the room. We sat a little apart. Everything was okay there.

Nice staff and still fair prices

We were there on Sunday evening around 8 p.m. There were very few visitors there. The buffet food was cold. Not just some, but everything. The live cooking chef was cleaning over the grill while it was open, so we completely lost our appetite for it. Before he started cleaning, he gave the impression that he didn't feel like cleaning at all. The waitress took a long time to take the drink order even though there was nothing going on.

Were there for dinner after 8 p.m. on Sunday, the buffet food was cold, the chef during the live cooking didn't look motivated and started cleaning the extractor hood while it was in operation, meaning no more warm food. And that's not recommended for the price.

I used to eat at the Teppan House several times, but as it is becoming more and more expensive and the quality of the food and service has declined significantly, this restaurant is no longer recommended. I find the price of €24.90 per person for the buffet much too expensive, especially since many bowls are either empty or the food tastes rather old and is cold. The service such as clearing plates, wiping tables or simply asking the guest if they would like anything else was not available during my visit.

We stayed at the Teppan House again. We love the ambience and the spaciousness of the restaurant. We recommend the buffet. There is an incredibly wide selection of food on offer and everything is of first-class quality. The icing on the cake is the friendly service from the entire staff.

Unfortunately, many of the dishes were only lukewarm. The selection was okay but not worth €24.90 compared to other buffet restaurants. There is still room for improvement in terms of taste. Unfortunately, the service was slightly overwhelmed and the plates were only cleared very sporadically or not at all.

A bit noisy when there are a lot of people, but delicious food and live cooking with a chocolate fountain in the evenings.

Service nicht mehr so nett und freundlich, sondern unhöflich und respektlos. Zumindest, was "unsere Bedienung" am 20.01.2023 betraf. Buffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Unfortunately there wasn't much going on, so there wasn't much refilling. The Mongolian was very good.

Very tasty buffet with lots of choice. The dessert is also very tasty. There is jelly in green and red, fruit, vanilla sauce and 6 different types of ice cream!

Had dinner again after a year. No more sushi. No curry chicken. The selection at the buffet is poor. You'll never see me here again, it's a shame

The cook wasn't there and the food was hardly served. The air conditioning seemed to be non-functional (you sweated your ass off) and there was an endless queue at the buffet. Just some bride and groom were sitting at our reserved table. Cool. Really unbelievable. We are now turning to alternatives. So bitter!!!!

We were there for the lunch buffet, the price is fair and is €13.90/person. However, the buffet is significantly smaller compared to the evening buffet and there is no “live grill”, but all the “classics” are there. Taste okay.

For me it is unfortunately below standard in terms of taste and quality

2.7.22 the buffet no longer costs €8.90 but €13.90 So 50% at 7% VAT!!!! But things have improved with chocolate fountains in dark and light chocolate and unbreaded fish. And despite 19% VAT, the prices are cool!!

Never eaten so badly. I gave the store a third chance, but I didn't expect it to get any worse. Buffet for €24. Bowls were almost empty, hardly any choice. Eat lukewarm. Chicken and fish gratinated tasted strangely sour. I also had the feeling that everything was baked in a deep fryer. Sorry, it was bad. After two less than full plates, I lost my hunger. Staff not very friendly, apart from a hello that was it. They didn't even ask if it was tasty (you probably knew why you didn't ask), instead the change was thrown on the table (there was no tip because there was no service either). The atmosphere couldn't be broken any more. Never again and not recommended.

We always eat from the buffet. Everything is delicious and is always refilled. Staff is always nice and friendly, even when the hut is full. I always enjoy going there.

There is a good selection of food, unfortunately not enough vegetarian options. It would be much better if there was, for example, tofu or something like that. The service was nice. I found the chicken and shrimp very tasty, as well as the dumpling. What I didn't notice was that the food wasn't that warm.

Everything was fine. Nice service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. There is a large and fresh selection of meat and seafood. Maybe you could have some tofu on hand as a vegetarian alternative. The live grill is great.

We have been there several times. The food is delicious. Service unfriendly and face stone. No smile. On our last visit we were there with another couple and since we wanted to have a quiet chat, we said we wanted to order from the menu and not a buffet. You should have seen the service lady's face. The statement then was that it would take too long. We had to get the tickets ourselves. Ordering drinks took forever. We felt ignored. No bottle opener was provided for the bottle of wine. At some point we were finally able to talk to her. At some point she opened the door with the words "Do it yourself. I don't have time." Ok..aha. We then did it ourselves. Food took a little longer, but ok. (I still ordered from the menu). Food very tasty. We all had to add more salt and had to get the salt ourselves. Ordering drinks again hardly worked. We were ignored the whole evening and treated second-class customers...we dared to order from the menu. When we wanted to pay, it took forever to catch the lady. Our friend was thinking about how much tip we should leave. In short, we decided not to give any in the end because our friends wanted to take the rest of the food with them (ordered from the menu) and then she came with a box that we were supposed to fill ourselves. From then on there were no tips from us. She missed a good tip. We are very generous with good service and good food. But the food is great and the atmosphere itself is cozy. It used to be a supermarket and the weird tiles are still there, but otherwise it's nice. P.S. If you do not want to order from the menu, please do not offer this option. That wasn't an isolated incident that day

Eat: For the most part it was only lukewarm and many of the dishes were undercooked. Service: Good, but we weren't given a card but were asked directly what we wanted to drink. Ambiance: The huge space, the unfortunately very low ceiling and the rather dark, warm lighting create a rather unpleasant atmosphere.

For All inclusive food is very good. You pay one time and you can eat how much you want.

Was eating there, my conclusion, it is cold in the restaurant, the food is inedible and the condition is bad.

Went there for dinner 2 days ago. Food from the buffet was all good. I then ordered No. 20 to take away. Lt. On the menu it's Hawaiian duck with exotic fruits, bean sprouts and sweet and sour sauce. The sweet and sour sauce was totally tasteless, and not the sweet and sour sauce that was at the buffet. If onions were exotic fruits, at least that would have been true. There wasn't a single piece of fruit in the entire dish. When I asked over the phone, I was told that the fruit had already been cooked in the sauce.

The food is good and you can also take the children with you. The selection is large and there is something for every taste.

We've been to a few of these "all you can eat" restaurants and this is one of the worse ones. The food is partly cold and tastes neutral. The ambience is comparable to a train station hall. That was my personal experience.

Very nice atmosphere, very good all-you-can-eat offer. Moderate prices. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

We've wanted to try this place for a long time. Yes, what can I say, we were greeted by a lady with a stone face who didn't show a smile during the meal and I don't know what it was but a lot of what we took from the buffet was cold. My guess is that they start preparing early and that's why it's usually cold. We wanted to order something to drink in between, but the lady didn't come over. The bill for four people was over €100 including 4 buffets and 3 drinks.

One star is still too many. Unfriendly staff, cold food at the buffet, the ingredients from the front cooking were frozen. With front cooking, the fish plate was fried first and the meat was fried on the same surface. Which didn't taste good at all. The cream puffs for dessert were frozen. Some of the fruit came from a can, the fresh fruit looked as if it had been cut that morning. In addition, some of the dishes were not clean. I don't even want to talk about the toilets. It's a shame what used to be a great restaurant

It's gotten better again! Ambiance is difficult in such a large store. Service is always very friendly! Buffet is nice to fill up!!! Perfectly fine there and worth a visit!

Leckeres Essen, große Auswahl, freundliches Personal. Gastraum etwas kühl. Wenn es voll ist, dann ist es sehr laut.

Ein Ziel für alle, die "all you can eat" Buffets lieben. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist groß, alles ist sauber und übersichtlich angerichtet. Es gibt auch eine Theke mit frischen rohen Lebensmitteln, die ein Koch direkt dort für einen brät. Auch eine Vielzahl von Nachspeisen und Süßigkeiten stehen zur Auswahl. Es gibt einige große runde Tische für Gruppen mit Drehscheibe auf der Tischmitte zum Teilen von Speisen. Das freundliche Personal räumt stetig die leeren Teller weg, so dass Platz für neues ist, und nimmt die Getränkebestellung entgegen. Also wer gerne viel und viel verschiedene asiatisches Essen ist, ist dort richtig.

Leider war nicht viel los.....dem entsprechend waren die Behälter gefüllt...bzw. nicht gefüllt, angetrocknet....kann man nachvollziehen....aber wenn dann der volle Preis gezahlt werden muss....ist es nicht ok....naja....wir werden erstmal nicht mehr dort einkehren!

Wirkt leider wie ne riesige Kantine, das Essen ist in Ordnung, wenn man kurz nach dem Zeitpunkt kommt, wo es gerade frisch eingesetzt worden ist, aber ansonsten schon happige Preise für ein Buffet..

Gute Auswahl besonders der Nachtisch hat sehr viel Auswahl

Wir waren zum Buffet hier. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß und es wird stets nachgefüllt. Man kann sich Zutaten/Gerichte frisch zubereitet lassen und auch hier ist die Auswahl sehr groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets zur Stelle, wenn es etwas abzuräumen oder Fragen gibt. Wir werden hier bestimmt wieder einkehren.

Sehr tolle Auswahl am Buffet! Ob Pommes (prima für manch ein Kind), leckeres Gemüse oder -wer es mag- exotisches Fleisch, für jeden ist was dabei! Natürlich alles nicht ganz günstig, aber wenn man die Auswahl und den Service bedenkt, absolut gerechtfertigt!

Essen super, war am Samstag sehr voll und deswegen auch sehr laut. Aber nach ca. 1 Std. weniger Leute und nicht mehr so laut.

Da wir schon ein paar Mal hier waren kann man nur sagen das das Essen immer wieder echt lecker ist und auch immer alles da und das 🦘🦘🦘ist echt lecker und wir erst gebraten wenn man es essen möchte so ist das Fleisch lecker und saftig immer wieder gerne hier

Der Service war zwar nett, jedoch dauerte es teilweise sehr lange mit Getränken. Das Essen war gut, nur leider keine sehr große Auswahl an asiatischen Spezialitäten, sehr viel andere Sachen die nicht ganz zum Konzept passen

War vor Jahren viel besser, sehr stark nachgelassen und viel zu überteuert für das Essen was man da bekommt. Da fahre ich lieber nach Halstenbek und esse da mein Büffet.. Pommes einfach ausgetrocknet, Champions wurden gar nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Kartoffeln/Brokkoli/Möhren einfach viel zu hart gar nicht mehr genießbar, Fleisch komplett alt und etwas härter.. Das einzige was gut war, ist die Nachspeise da war alles super. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin wollte uns 3 mal woanders hinsetzen weil ihr der Kinderwagen niesenden gepasst hat obwohl der absolut niemanden stören würde weil da so viel Platz war.. für leckeres Essen zahl ich gerne bisschen mehr aber für das was da war - nein danke, kommen nicht mehr wieder. SCHADE!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, das „Personal“ trägt Jogginghose &‘ Deutschland Trikot, unfreundlich Umgangssprache &‘ über das Ambiente brauchen wir garnicht erst drüber reden, habe dort meine Cola ausgetrunken &‘ habe denn laden somit wieder verlassen, essen zuhause lohnt sich mehr. Danke nie wieder.

Es ist in dem Laden extrem warm (draußen war es an dem Tag kühl) Das Buffet fällt in die Kategorie "geht so" Die Speisen waren teils schon sehr zerkocht und nicht mehr wirklich lecker. Die Auswahl würde ich üblich nennen, wenngleich etwas langweilig. Der Preis für das Buffet (am Sonntag) ist mit 23,90 schon sportlich, bei dem was geboten wird. Die Bedienung kann man nur als sehr unfreundlich bezeichnen.

Gutes Essen, vor allem das Buffet Man kann sich auch Teller zusammenstellen und frisch zubereiten lassen . Wer es nicht asiatisch mag, kann auch Pommes, Kroketten und diverse frittierte Speisen zu sich nehmen. Es gibt reichlich Nachspeisen und 2 Schokobrunnen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
