The young staff weren't keen on any more customers (the restaurant was full, but there were still tables available) and made this clear with an annoyed, even disgusted look as we walked in. We decided to leave and find a much better restaurant with great service around the corner.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is super friendly, the food is excellent, and the decor is truly fantastic. It's located right next to the sports airfield. You can sit outside and go for lots of walks, as the forest is right next door. And watch the planes take off and land. Always reserve tables for parties.

We're visiting Münsterland and spontaneously stopped by Steenpoate for dinner. The service was very friendly and attentive, the food arrived quickly, and it tasted absolutely delicious! Thank you for this delicious dinner!

The pub quiz was already turning into a major event, so the waitresses and the owner had a lot to do. It still went smoothly, and the drinks were served very quickly. Unfortunately, there was no food available due to the event. The decor is practical, typically Westphalian, with a timeless chic... so: everything was good!

I can recommend this place for family celebrations.
