TeeStube Telgte in Telgte

Centrally located in Telgte, in an old brick house, one of the oldest houses and restaurants in Telgte. Even the old archway through which farmers used to lead their horses into the backyard can still be seen. The rustic restaurant with a historical ambience is entered through the old oak door. We were greeted very friendly and escorted to the reserved table. Luckily, because all the seats were occupied. The menu is well designed, the dishes are clear and there is something for everyone. The prices are very fair and reasonable! The service was very friendly and attentive. Our dishes were all freshly prepared and served hot. In terms of taste, from the salmon with potato pancakes to the schnitzel and steak on savoy cabbage with fried potatoes, as well as Münsterländer Mettenden with kale, everything was very tasty and to the point. Top breakfast buffet! A large selection. Everything your heart desires... and the coffee cup was never empty. Great service. A nice family with a heart! We would love to come back!!!

A good hotel in a good, very central and yet quiet location. The breakfast is good and plentiful. However, one serious point of criticism from my point of view: the advertised bicycle parking spaces are not locked or lockable, the pavilions shown online are without a roof after a storm (for how long???). So the term BICYCLE FRIENDLY does NOT apply!

It was our first time there and we really enjoyed it. The service and the food were great. We had the tapas platter as a starter and afterwards a rump steak with salad. We will definitely come here again.
