A truly beautiful old inn with a great atmosphere. Lovingly decorated with lots of wood instead of the now-common plastic seating. The service was very friendly and the food was exceptionally delicious. An all-around successful restaurant visit.

We spontaneously dropped in without a reservation! We were greeted with a beaming smile, even though we were actually too late for brunch at 12:00 PM. The service was fantastic, with an apology that everything was already out. The quality of the antipasti, scrambled eggs, muesli, etc., plus the homemade asparagus soup and consommé, all homemade and untouched ☺️ - amazing. All at a price-performance ratio I couldn't believe. We'll be back more often 🍾🥂 THANK YOU for this great service on a Sunday!

Really tasty and the waitresses are super attentive, nice and run the place and see when a glass is empty. Something like that is really rare in Munich. When my brother-in-law urges me to have another glass, I can't say no to such nice service. My tuna casserole was appropriate for my dental surgery last week. Finally something tasty and soft again. Thank you for the nice stay in my home in Münsterland.

The pub quiz was already turning into a major event, so the waitresses and the owner had a lot to do. It still went smoothly, and the drinks were served very quickly. Unfortunately, there was no food available due to the event. The decor is practical, typically Westphalian, with a timeless chic... so: everything was good!

My wife and I stayed there for the second time, and certainly not the last. A centrally located small hotel, beautiful, clean rooms, very friendly service, a delicious dinner, and a great breakfast (egg dishes are freshly prepared and served at your table). Very good value for money! :-)
