Wir waren im Tawayama „easy“ um ein Geburtstag in gemütlicher Runde zu feiern (5 Perso+1Kind) und von der Tischreservierung, Sonderwünsche bis zum Service war alles mehr als perfekt. Das Ambiente ist elegant aber lässig, der Service exzellent und trotzdem bereit mit Humor umzugehen wenn es der Gast so möchte. Das essen bietet alles was das Herz Begehrt mit ein „feinen Unterschied „ der den Gourmet unter den Gäste erscheinen lässt. Empfehlungen ,sei es bei den Drinks oder Speisen sind auf den Punkt getroffen. De Cocktails und Signature drinks sind einfach „GEIL“. Jede Person die im Tawayama arbeitet hat seine Daseinsberechtigung und eine wichtige Rolle um das gesamte Erlebnis den Gast zu bieten, immer mit ein freundliches Lächeln, was nicht aufgesetzt wirkt, von der Leitung, Kellner, bis zum aufräum‘ Personal. Klare Empfehlung, wir können es kaum erwarten wieder zu kommen. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Abend.

I dined there yesterday with my fiancée and part of her family. Almost perfect, that's what a perfectionist says. Ambience really great, very modern and stylishly furnished with a view of the Turmberg, beautiful. Fiberglass ceiling, great furniture, extractor hoods to prevent odors, 4 radiant heaters outside under the umbrellas, even the menu (with funny names for the dishes) made of high-quality paper and these are even handed out "correctly, the oldest lady first", the cutlery is even stylish, napkins made of thick material, plates are warmed up, really great, that's what you want, I only found the chairs to be "too hard", you could possibly offer a pillow and that I only found the music in the background to be an annoying knock, because you didn't actually hear anything except the bass, it wasn't too loud but you could probably play something relaxing :) The service is almost unbeatable, very knowledgeable and very nice staff, the only thing I would have to complain about now would be that the nice ladies would stop by maybe 1.2 times to ask if everything was okay and if they could bring anything else. Unfortunately, I also noticed afterwards that we didn't have to register anywhere (because of Corona), which could also be because we had reserved a table and they had our names etc. already knew (I don't know because I hadn't made a reservation). The food was really excellent, very unusual and gets 9 out of 10 points from me. I didn't find the prices outrageous when you consider the extravagant and high quality ingredients used. The only thing I would have to complain about, which is really "complaining" at a very high level, would be that the meat, which was really top quality, for my taste, had a bit of a lack of spices and that if you order it medium, it is fried at exactly the temperature of 55 C, but in my opinion it is not really hot when it is served. At least that's how I felt. Something you definitely have to try! Are the Dragon Balls. I would be happy to come back.

Wir waren zu 2. Mal im Tama Yama Easy - letztes Jahr war es super und einmal im Tama Yama Fine ebenfalls sehr gut. Also wollten wir meinen Geburtstag dort mit Familie feiern. Alles sehr enttäuschend. Schlechte Bedienung, kümmerte sich gar nicht, Bestellvorgang war herausfordernd. War eine trockene Angelegenheit. Und das Essen war auch nur noch mittelmäßig. Und beim Ansehen des Tagesgerichts Rehrücken musste man wirklich eher wegsehen. Es seh wirklich nicht appetitlich aus…. Die Ramen Suppen waren versalzen, musste wir nicht zahlen. Aber auch der Rest war wahrlich nicht mit den anderen Besuchen zu vergleichen. Ich hatte bei der Reservierung Geburtstag angegeben. Hat sie auch nicht interessiert… Es war unser letzter Besuch dort. Schade.

We were at Tawayama “easy” to celebrate a birthday in a cozy atmosphere (5 people + 1 child) and from the table reservation, special requests to the service, everything was more than perfect. The ambience is elegant but casual, the service is excellent and still willing to use humor if the guest wants it that way. The food offers everything your heart desires with a “subtle difference” that makes the gourmet appear among the guests. Recommendations, be it for drinks or food, are spot on. The cocktails and signature drinks are simply “AWESOME”. Every person who works at Tawayama has their raison d'être and an important role in providing the guest with the entire experience, always with a friendly smile that doesn't seem fake, from the management, waiters, to the cleaning staff. Die Vorspeisen sind vielfältig & interessant - alle sehr lecker . Die Hauptgerichte fallen dagegen ab - der Kabeljau war absolut enttäuschend . Wir hätten uns um im Januar für den Preis auch Skrei gewünscht . Generell sind die Portionen überschaubar , aber sehr schön angerichtet . Die Preisgestaltung ist etwas überzogen . Generell trifft die Bezeichnung Fusion Küche wohl am ehesten zu .

Wir waren im Easy essen und ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, die Gestaltung des Restaurants stylisch aber keinesfalls kühl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr gut bis auf den Kürbis als Hauptspeise, er war viel zu hart und nicht besonders gut und die Hauptspeise hat sehr lange gedauert. Allerdings mussten wir den Kürbis auch nicht bezahlen. Die Cocktails waren hervorragend. Alles in Allem wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen war sehr gut, auch perfekte Portionen. Am besten waren die Edamame sowie die Pommes, das Fleisch und das Sushi. Das Dessert war eher durchschnittlich und dafür teuer. Der Service war höflich, aber mehrmals mussten wir ihn herwinken und beim Gehen wussten wir nicht, wohin man unsere Jacken gebracht hatte, die haben wir dann gesucht.

NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER 2024 my experiences: There were 6 of us and we had both the vegetarian 5-course menu and the meat menu for €100 per person. booked (drinks were extra). The right ambience was missing for a New Year's Eve, it was not festively decorated and there was no guidance throughout the evening. The plates were hot, the food on them was lukewarm and very clear. The chicken leg was not cooked through, raw inside. So in terms of taste it wasn't an experience. The meal lasted from 8:30 p.m. to 11:55 p.m., when dessert finally arrived. So there was no time left to toast the New Year with champagne at midnight. It felt like a mass event and did no justice to the occasion. Never again!

TawaYama Fine is an exceptional experience, even compared to other star restaurants. We had the New Year's Eve menu and were completely thrilled with the quality and taste. Particularly noteworthy was the menu's non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment. I have never experienced this level of sophistication, variety of tastes and coordination with the food in the non-alcoholic version.

Without pictures, but still (or perhaps because of that), really good. We went to EASY for our birthday dinner on December 25th. The service was very friendly and attentive. I had the Bao Burger with Gamba and the Gyoza as an accompaniment. I had the sweet potato as my main course and the Wagyu Burger as my accompaniment. The recommended wine was also very tasty. THANKS

Was an attempt... Ambiance and service appealing and impeccable. Kitchen - as of now - not mine. Went there for lunch… and were disappointed. The chef loves chili and coriander. Who with this Herb and can't do anything with spicy food, for him The selection is reduced (at least at lunchtime we were there) considerable. Diverse selection of starters; unfortunately 4 of those offered 5 starter with coriander; high-proof chili can be found everywhere, even if only for decoration and/or in the accompanying dips. From my main course (ramen miso soup) I only fished out the noodles and the onsen egg. The broth went back to the kitchen untouched; It was chili-hot and I didn't enjoy eating it. Speaking of back to the kitchen. My companion had a chicken burger. The core of the poultry was still raw and... the kitchen had to be reworked. We skipped dessert. All in all, not a revelation, we expected more. But I'm sure there's a better way to get it. It was just the wrong day, the wrong card and the wrong time. We can't leave it like that and try again. But then in the evening. There is another, more extensive map. I'd have to go with the devil if the Michelin-starred cuisine couldn't still inspire me.

If you want to be incredibly happy for an evening, you should definitely visit the Tawa Yama "Fine". My vegetarian menu was beautifully prepared and tasted sensational. I was really happy that the wine accompaniment could also be mixed with non-alcoholic drinks a few times. The service team was very attentive and extremely friendly. Many thanks to the kitchen team for making a vegetarian menu so spontaneous. You made me incredibly happy. We look forward to next time. You are great!

Everything is just right here: food, service, drinks, value for money. The "Easy" cuisine is excellent, if you want something even more classy, you will find a star-rated kitchen in the "Fine". We love eating at Tawa Yama and even hosted our post-wedding meal there. We rented the next room “Chefs table” for this. A very tasteful room with access to the terrace and adjacent bar. Perfect for smaller celebrations in a cozy but stylish setting. Our guests and we were absolutely satisfied :) The drinks that Adrian conjured up were particularly enthusiastic. The team gave us a perfect day and we didn't regret our choice for a second.

Eat The dining experience at Tawa Yama Easy started promisingly with the starters, which were a real treat. The Bao Bun Soft Shell Crab and the San Choi Bao both impressed with excellent seasoning, textures and a taste that is difficult to find elsewhere. The entrees definitely got off to a promising start and stand out from standards at other restaurants. Unfortunately, the main courses were disappointing in comparison. The Wagyu burger tasted good, but aside from the high quality meat, it wasn't anything special. The vegetable curry with pollo fino was the biggest point of criticism: served lukewarm and surprisingly unimaginative in terms of taste and choice of vegetables. The furikake on the rice added spiciness, but the rice also neutralized the already mild spice of the curry, so that the whole composition seemed a bit bland. The dessert was also disappointing. The jasmine tea panna cotta had a bitter note, but nothing else that suggested tea. However, due to the dominant acidity of the berries, hardly any of it came into its own. The warm fig and chocolate cake was rather dry, with a taste that was more reminiscent of nut cake with a hint of cocoa. Unfortunately, “sweet” was the last thing that came to mind about these desserts. service The service started with a warm welcome. The offer to take the jackets to the cloakroom was a charming gesture, and the ordering and serving of the drinks went quickly. Unfortunately we had to wait a little longer for the starters and later also for the main courses - probably due to the high capacity of the restaurant. The wait was noticeable, but still understandable given the circumstances. Ambiance The ambience at Tawa Yama Easy impresses with its original design and impressive details such as the “rock garden” at the entrance and the spiral staircase, which is illuminated by an eye-catching chandelier. The dark color concept of the facility was lightened up by many plants, some real and some artificial. However, there were also some shortcomings: a flickering element in the chandelier at eye level affected the lighting and was distracting throughout the evening. The table was wobbly and could only be stabilized late by a service person - a small but annoying flaw. The visible installations for ventilation and electronics are modern, but the cable covers missing in places and wires sticking out resulted in a slightly unfinished impression. The washroom in the toilet had no hot water, which reduced the comfort in the otherwise elegantly designed room. Conclusion Overall, the Tawa Yama Easy offers an interesting experience, especially when it comes to the creative and tasty starter. But when it comes to the main courses and desserts, the culinary level drops and unfortunately cannot keep up with what went before. The service is friendly and attentive, although the waiting times could still be optimized. The atmosphere is impressive, but the overall impression is marred by technical and functional deficiencies.

An absolutely outstanding service that truly cares about the well-being of every guest and operates at an impressively high level. From the first moment you feel welcome and well looked after - the team here knows exactly how to live hospitality. The food is simply excellent. The Dragon Balls are particularly noteworthy. Another highlight was the Duroc pork chop that was on the daily menu – tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned, simply a delight! Overall, I can highly recommend Tawa Yama to everyone. We work here with heart and passion, which is reflected in every detail. Absolute recommendation!

Unser erster Besuch zu viert beim Tawa Yama Easy hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Zwar war das Essen mit einer Ausnahme gut und auch die Getränkeauswahl ist ok. Insgesamt passen dafür auch die Preise. Der Service allerdings war eine komplette Enttäuschung: Zum Apperitiv hatten wir eine Flasche Cremant und diverse Snacks bestellt, beides wurde auch schnell serviert, allerdings saßen wir danach lange Zeit vor leeren Gläsern, bevor der Service nachgeschenkt hat. Anschließend haben wir die Vorspeisen und eine Flasche Wein bestellt. Als die Vorspeisen serviert wurden, hatten wir immer noch die leeren Teller von den Snacks vor uns, sodass wir erstmal selbst beim Räumen des Tisches behilflich sein mussten. Dem Service war dann auch ein gewisser Missmut anzumerken. Es folgte dann der Hauptgang, als wir fertig waren, saßen wir rund eine halbe Stunde vor leeren Tellern und Gläsern, weil das Abräumen und der Getränkeservice wieder nicht geklappt hat. Es kam auch niemand auf die Idee, uns die Dessertkarte zu bringen oder zu fragen, ob es vielleicht ein Espresso sein dürfe... Das unerfreulichste war dann aber die Reaktion des Kellners beim Wunsch nach getrennter Bezahlung (2+2): er legte uns die Rechnung kommentarlos auf den Tisch, sodass wir selbst die Aufteilung vornehmen mussten. Als er nach längerer Zeit dann wiederkam, beschwerte er sich, dass er die Aufteilung sowieso in seiner App machen müsse, also wiederholte er sichtlich genervt das, was wir bereits für ihn erledigt hatten (und kam zum selben Ergebnis). Auch die Einlösung eines mitgebrachten Gutscheins erregte sichtlich seinen Unwillen, weil er deswegen einen Umweg zur Theke machen musste. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Service den hohen Ansprüchen im Tawa Yama nicht gerecht wird, mehr Schein als Sein sozusagen. Auf den Test ob der Service im "Fine" den Ansprüchen der Sternegastronomie besser gerecht wird, verzichten wir lieber.

We were here at Restaurant Easy exactly a year ago. Portions were rather small, but very unusual dishes of high quality. This time the portions were larger, but the taste and combinations were not the same. We had the buns, which were still delicious, the dragon balls weren't bad, but almost overcooked. Main course: The vegetable curry was average, a lot of sauce, almost like soup and not particularly tasty. The black feather chicken with polenta was good in terms of meat, unfortunately the polenta was still too "raw" and didn't harmonize with the rest and the sauce. The salmon fillet was good and so was the savoy cabbage, but the cranberry sauce didn't go well with it. We also ordered a portion of rice, very sticky, not what you would expect, and cold. About the service: Impeccable, super friendly and attentive. Prices were really reasonable too. Conclusion: It's not bad and I really hope it manages to get the quality back to the initial level.

It was the best decision ever to celebrate our wedding at Tawa Yama in May 2023. We had the “Easy” completely to ourselves and both the arrangements and organization with Adrian Kühner in advance as well as the celebration itself were absolutely perfect. Not only we as the bride and groom but also our guests really enjoyed it from start to finish. The ambience and food were great as usual, but we would particularly like to highlight the outstanding service and bar team, who really fulfilled our every wish throughout the evening (and half the night) with a lot of heart and soul and in a good mood. First of all, the personal reservation requested by telephone was muddied and the waitress was overwhelmed by her own reservation program. When ordering it was difficult to explain to her how when and what we wanted. Shortly afterwards the Ban we ordered arrived but we weren't ready yet and the drinks were missing so the Ban had to wait and got so cold. Then finally the drinks came, but instead of rose champagne, white wine came. So after complaining and then finally getting the right drinks, my wife was able to eat her cold ban. But it was still delicious. If we hadn't ordered the main courses. My wife's fried salmon certainly hadn't seen a frying pan, and spices were in short supply for the boring salmon. The accompanying vegetables were supposed to have a normal taste, but were processed so long that the entire food was no longer edible. I had grilled pumpkin with blackberry vinaigrette. But the pumpkin had a pungent aftertaste so I could only get it down with my red wine. The blackberries were unripe, extremely sour and disgustingly pickled. The food sounded good, but it was an absolute failure. The desserts weren't upscale, so we left it alone. And cake in the evening. No thanks. The bill came quickly and after a quick look, €12 was added to my wife's sparkling wine. 10€ for 0.1cl became 22€. The whole evening was an absolute failure as a wedding day. The concept and menu should be revised. Guys, find another location.

Als erstes wurde die persönliche telefonisch angefragt Reservierung verschlammt und die Bedienung war überfordert vom eigenen Reservierungsürogramm. Bei der Bestellung war es schwer ihr zu erklären wir wie wann und was rssen wollten. Kurz danach kam schon der bestellte Ban aber wir waren noch gar nicht bereit auch fehlten die Getränke und so musste der Ban erstmal warten und wurde so kalt. Dann endlich kamen die Getränke, doch anstatt Rose Sekt, kam Weißwein. Also nach reklamieren und dann endlich die richtigen Getränke, konnte meine Frau ihren kalten Ban essen. Aber er war trotzdem lecker. Hätten wir mal nicht die Hauptgerichte bestellt. Der Bratlachs von meiner Frau hatte bestimmt keine Bratpfanne gesehen genauso Gewürze waren beim langweiligen Lachs Mangelware. Die dazugehörigen Gemüse sollten normal Geschmack abgeben, wurden aber solange bearbeitet damit das gesamte Essen, dann nicht mehr genießbar war. Ich hatte gegrillten kürbis mit Vinaigrette mit Brombeeren. Doch der kürbis hatte einen penetrant Nachgeschmack sodass ich ihn nur mit meinen Rotwein runter bekam. Die Brombeeren waren unreif, extrem sauer und widerlich eingelegt. Das Essen hörte sich gut an, doch war es ein absoluter Reinfall. Die Nachspeisen, da war nicht gehobenes dabei, also gaben wie es gelassen. Und Kuchen am Abend Nein danke. Die Rechnung kam dann schnell und nach kurzer Betrachtung wurde beim Sekt meiner Frau kurzerhand 12€ aufgeschlagen. Aus 10€ für 0,1cl wurden 22€. Der ganze Abend war als Hochzeitstag ein absoluter Reinfall. Konzept und Speisekarte sollte überarbeitet werden. Leute sucht euch eine andere Lokation.

My slight gluten intolerance was well taken into account and I was given a delicious gluten-free alternative. Thank you very much ❤️ we would love to come back.

Ein modernes Lokal mit sehr freundlichem Personal.Leider war mein green Curry süß, richtig süß. Ich habe es nicht reklamiert und mich im Nachhinein geärgert. Das Essen von meinem Mann war auch süßlich, ging aber noch. Der kleine Salat war sehr lecker. Ich mag generell nicht, wenn zu süß gekocht wird. Schade, denn die Gewürze in den Gerichten sind ausgefallen und gut. Nächstes Mal werde ich die Salatbowle versuchen.

We went here for the Easy lunch menu. The Pho broth was very light, and all the veggies were fresh and crunchy. A very refreshing meal, highly recommend! The oriental kiss drink is also great. We finished off with the 3 assortments of mochi. The coconut one was served way too frozen and hard. The mango mochi was my favourite. Overall, a lovely meal at reasonable prices. They also parking spaces which you don’t see from the main street, you have to drive in.

We visited three times. It started when my husband and I celebrated his birthday. We were so enchanted by the attentive service and the food that we decided to celebrate our civil wedding there. Here too, the food was good - everyone enjoyed it without exception. However, all starters were brought to us in double quantities, even though everything had been discussed in detail in the preliminary conversation and had already been ordered. Very strange that that didn't work. Well, at least we got rid of everything. The third visit took place after the change of chef. Unfortunately, this time we were deeply disappointed. The portions suddenly became much smaller, we weren't full and the service staff seemed very uncoordinated. Several times we had to wait a long time to be able to draw attention to ourselves. At these high prices I would also expect adequate service. We actually wanted to make it a tradition to celebrate our wedding anniversary here every year. But since the last visit wasn't so pleasant, we're looking for something new.

I was there with work colleagues for dinner last night. This is a posh place for posh people, a place to be seen but not a place for good food. I find it strange that the waitress insisted that we order appetizer first, followed by the main course. I pity my colleague who was "forced" to order Kimchi. Kimchi is a side dish, meant to be eaten with the main dish, with rice! 😅 For "appetizer", I had very salty Korean Chicken BBQ. For my main course, the Pork Katsu had a bone (!), and it came with roughly-sliced cabbage and carrot salad on top of a brown sauce tasting strongly of Worcestershire sauce! I highly recommend for the chef to try Pork Katsu in one of the Japanese restaurants in Düsseldorf...

Date night!! Food was great, drinks were fine as well! We got plates with chipped off edges to start the evening which wasn't nice, but they were replaced quickly after asking. Two of the three people who served us over the night were super! One was a little unfriendly and impatient - seemed to be like that since we set foot into the location so we didn't take it personal. They have real candles which is great, the warmth of them now and then got carried towards us with a breeze of wind. Delightful. There were a lot of ants on the table. And the drinks did not have anything to put them onto. Condensed water getting all over the place. All in all a good experience!

I was there for a celebration and been reading good reviews about it, and I was getting my hopes up. The ambience, I guess, was good for people who like it? But not my cup of tea. Food was almost indescribable. To be fair, the bun was quite okay - it was the only thing I could eat. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed by the main dish - the meat was hard to chew, and the rice..it was the hardest bowl of rice I’ve ever had. 🤦🏻♀️

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und ohne große Erwartungen unterwegs. Aber schon beim betreten der Location, waren wir hin und weg. Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich freundlich und kompetent. Jeder war mit Leidenschaft und Passion bei der Arbeit. Nun zum Menü: Die Aperos waren zu Beginn noch nicht auf dem Niveau wie das folgende Menü. Die frittierte Kugel war viel zu heiß, man verbrannte sich den Gaumen. Den nächste Gruß aus der Küche war eine Mini Auster mit Ceviche Sud. Einfach Spitzenklasse. Das hatte ich selbst bei 3 Sterne Restaurants noch nie so gut und Interessant interpretiert. Nun begann das Menü: Hamachi- Austerncreme / Yuzukosho / Lauch Das waren mindestens 2 Sterne wert. Hamachi lieben wir !!! In einem Klasse Sud mit Buttermilch und prägnanter Säure. Holla, das war mal ein Beginn!! Der nächste Gang waren Hanse Garnelen mit Artischocke und Tomaten Dashi und Verbene. Dieser Gang blieb wieder auf dem 2 Sterne Niveau. Der leicht metallische und eigentlich leicht bittere Geschmack der Artischocke wurde geschickt auf eine andere Ebene mit dem Tomaten Dashi gehoben. Wir waren nach den 2 Gängen total geflasht, von dem hohen Niveau. Ich persönlich hätte einen Kaisergranat genommen. Da hätte man mehr Röstaromen kreieren können. Kann aber auch eine Preis Frage sein. Dann ging es schon mit Steinbutt Karotte / Sudachi / Edamame weiter. Der beste Gang des Abends. Absolut 3 Sterne. Der Steinbutt war außergewöhnlich fest im Biss, aber super für die Textur. Weil es fast nur aus göttlichen Soßen und knackigem Karotten Tatar bestand. Gott sei dank mal wieder ein Fisch mit Röstaromen. Egal ob er gegrillt oder doch geflämmt war. Endlich weg von den kompletten Sous Vide garen. Der nächste Gang war Chicorée Mikan / Bärlauch / Verjus war gefällig, aber kein Vergleich mit den 3 Gängen zuvor. Nun zum Hauptgang: Reh - Morchel / Aubergine / Vin Jaune. Absolut auf 2 Sterne Niveau. Eine geradezu göttliche Reh Jus wurde angegossen. Nun kam etwas Süßes. Rhabarber / Haselnuss / Himbeere / Yuzu War gut. Aber nicht überragend. Dann gab es noch einen Käse Gang von Affineur Maitre Anthony. Spitzenklasse: Hier gibt es keinen Wagen aber trotzdem einen perfekt zusammengestelltes Arrangement. Auch das Brot war Klasse. Das war heute das „Beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis“ ever. Tolle Location!! Der Service ist oberste Kategorie in Deutschland. Der Sommelier ist auch Spitzenklasse. Mega freundlich und kompetent. Jeder Wein hatte seinen eigenen Charakter und machte immens Spaß. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Bitte bitte weiter so. W

We were passing through and didn't have any great expectations. But as soon as we entered the location, we were blown away. The reception was exceptionally friendly and competent. Everyone was passionate about their work. Now to the menu: The aperos weren't up to par at the beginning like the following menu. The fried ball was way too hot, it burned the roof of your mouth. The next greeting from the kitchen was a mini oyster with ceviche broth. Simply top class. I've never had this so good, even at 3 star restaurants and interestingly interpreted. Now the menu began: Hamachi oyster cream / yuzukosho / leek That was worth at least 2 stars. We love Hamachi!!! In a great brew with buttermilk and distinctive acidity. Holla, that was a start!! The next course was Hanse shrimp Artichoke and Tomato Dashi and Verbena. This course remained at the 2 star level again. The slightly metallic and actually slightly bitter one Flavor of the artichoke was cleverly applied Taken to another level with the tomato dashi. We were totally blown away after the two courses, from the high level. Personally, I would have used a Norway lobster. More roasted flavors could have been created. But it could also be a question of price. Then it went with turbot carrot / sudachi / edamame further. The best course of the evening. Absolutely 3 stars. The turbot was exceptionally firm in the bite, but great for the texture. Because it's almost exclusively made from divine sauces and crunchy carrot tartare. Thank God for another fish with roasted aromas. It doesn't matter whether it was grilled or flamed. Finally move away from the complete sous vide cooking. The next course was chicory mikan / wild garlic / verjuice was pleasing, but no comparison to the 3 courses before. Now to the main course: Roe deer - morel / eggplant / vin jaune. Absolutely on a 2 star level. An almost divine deer jus was poured. Now something sweet came. Rhubarb / hazelnut / raspberry / yuzu Was good. But not outstanding. Then there was a cheese course from Affineur Master Anthony. Top class: There is no car here but still a perfectly put together arrangement. The bread was also great. Today was the “best value for money” ever. Great location!! The service is top category in Germany. The sommelier is also top notch. Extremely friendly and competent. Each wine had its own character and was immense fun. We'll definitely be back soon. Please please keep it up. W

Im Rahmen eines Kurzurlaubs haben wir auch das Tawa Yama Fine besucht und erlebten einen wunderbaren Abend mit einem kreativen, absolut geschmackvollen Menü, einer ganz besonderen Weinbegleitung und tollem Service. Da unsere Reservierung im Vorfeld durch das Restaurant geändert werden musste, erhielten wir als kleine Entschädigung einen Aperitif vom Haus, so dass der Abend schon sehr gut startete. Das Menü selbst war absolut stimmig, glänzte mit ungewöhnlichen Kombinationen und spannenden Zutaten und Aromenspielen. Die zugehörige Weinbegleitung war perfekt abgestimmt, auf unsere diesbezüglichen Wünsche wurde Rücksicht genommen und auch ein Komponententausch innerhalb des Menüs war vollkommen unproblematisch. Der Service ließ an keiner Stelle Wünsche offen, wir fühlten uns den ganzen Abend wunderbar umsorgt. Ein perfektes Gourmeterlebnis und eine absolute Empfehlung! Der Michelin-Stern ist vollkommen verdient auch in diesem Jahr hier geblieben!

Very beautiful location and the stuff was very carrying and helpful. I must say in Germany service is always average, however the stuff at Tawa Yama was exceptional. We even got a private viewing of the location after dinner. The food was delicious and something special and nice combinations of ingredients you would usually not mix together. Overall we will definitely come back!

Two people ate there yesterday. The food was very good but the service was horrible. Had to wait over 30 minutes for the menu alone because they didn't have enough of it. Drinking came relatively quickly, but eating took a really long time. You had to wait forever to order drinks. What really didn't work for us, however, were the ants. They're all over our table and crawling up us. That was really disgusting. They were even high on the plate when the food was there. When we spoke to the waitress, we were simply told that they had a table right next to the plants. Well, we were assigned that one and didn't choose it. There was no response! We left quickly too! Unfortunately for us the last visit.

The two of us ate at Tawa Yama Easy on Thursday. The Dragon Ball starter was really great, everything else was average, I've had much better in restaurants without a big name. Service was extremely poor, there was no sense of professional courtesy. I felt like I was being handled and then I was left waiting forever. We were there for a total of 2:40 hours for 2 courses, the waiting time between starter and main course was almost 1:30... I think a restaurant should determine the number of seats so that they can be properly catered for. Food was good but overall not worth the price.

Appetizers: The appetizers were undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. Particularly noteworthy are the Bao Bun with pork belly and the crispy shrimp, which were impressive due to their excellent preparation and delicate flavors. Main course: The main course, however, was rather mediocre. Visually, the dishes didn't offer anything special and the taste was okay. However, the meat was of excellent quality and well prepared, which saved the main course a bit. Service: Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Attention from the staff was minimal and the only really prompt service came when billing. Waiting for almost an hour for food is unacceptable, especially when the main course consists only of pre-cooked meat with a simple side dish and some sauce. Value for money: Overall, the experience was just average and didn't justify the asking price. The appetizers were brilliant, but the rest of the evening was disappointing. Despite some positive aspects, overall I am not convinced and will probably not visit the restaurant again under these conditions.

Unser Tisch war sehr klein( sind alle 2 er Tische auf der Terrasse) würde beim nächsten Besuch auf jeden Tag auch zu zweit einen größeren Tisch verlangen. Der Tag / Abend war heiss und die Schirme haben nicht 100% Schatten abgedeckt — einige Zeit ist man in der prallen Sonne gesessen. Die Speisekarte ist sehr speziell wer sich nicht auskennt ist verloren. Unsere Essen war, unabhängig dass es viel zu teuer war, einfach nur mittelmäßig. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich da gibt es nichts schlechtes zu sagen.

We visited the Sein restaurant for the third time yesterday and were so impressed that we made another reservation during the menu. Each course was a small work of art, an explosion of flavors, textures, and emotions. I was incredibly happy! The service team was incredibly friendly and relaxed, not at all stiff, but genuinely approachable and with a lot of charm. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful break with you. On days like these, all you want is happiness, contentment, and a wonderful time. I experienced all of this at the Sein restaurant. Everything was just right here. As a guest, you sit at your table all evening and think to yourself: "I'm feeling so good right now." As a guest, you can feel that the entire team lives for what they do. There's a great team spirit here. You feel incredibly comfortable in the restaurant, and the super friendly and incredibly hospitable service staff are also to blame for that. My vegetarian meal was fantastic. It started with cravings and ended with happiness. I left the restaurant feeling completely happy and would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful birthday I spent with you. You are amazing!
