Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider war der Service eine große Enttäuschung. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich, sodass wir uns während unseres Besuchs überhaupt nicht willkommen oder wohlgefühlt haben. Schade, denn ein freundlicher Umgang mit den Gästen gehört für uns genauso zu einem Restaurantbesuch wie gutes Essen.!!!

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich zu den Kunden. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, die Leute im Laden kennenzulernen.

Gyros Teller gegessen sehr lecker, Gyros war kross und gut gewürzt Pommes kross Krautsalat auch super, dieser Imbiss-Restaurant ist zu empfehlen komme gerne wider

Wir sind schon seit vielen Jahren Stammkunden. Und immer wieder sehr gerne. Es schmeckt uns super. Alles ist frisch und Gyros ist so wie erwartet. Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, da kann man nichts anderes sagen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre...

Meine Freunde und ich gehen dort schon seit über 20Jahren essen. Ist bis jetzt immer gut gewesen.

Wir hatten Gyrospfanne mit Metaxasoße. Da die Metaxasoße nach Rahmsoße schmeckte und Wässerig war haben wir den Service kommen lassen. Es kam dann auch noch der Chefkoch dazu und sagte das ich dort Cola rein gekippt hätte. Es kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Bin ich als Kunde schuld wenn das Essen nicht schmeckt??? So wurde es dargestellt. Nie wieder werden wir diese Taverne betreten. Unfreundlich und patzig.

Griechischer Grill, essen und Services ist gut, sehr Familiär, Preis Leistung gut,man kann aber nur Bar bezahlen.

Jeder weiß das da keine Sterne vergeben wurden von Michelin, also erwartet man auch kein Dinner for two. Ambiente OK, kann man noch etwas verbessern, Vorallem hinter der Theke die Mitnahmekartons, sieht aus wie Imbiss. Essen und Angestellte sind top und nebenbei, Samstag gibt es wieder Griechische Küche, freu mich schon darauf.

Das Restaurant hat mich total überzeugt.

After the renovation, seryGrill has a much more modern feel. The food is still very good and reasonably priced. The operators are super nice and authentic. We always like to come back there.

We were here for the first time yesterday, but definitely not the last time. Super friendly owners/employees. Really great dishes. Great value for money and good portions. And what I think is particularly good is that card payments are possible. Keep it up. See you soon.

If you love Greek cuisine, you can only warmly recommend the tavern. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Too bad, too bad! We have been (have been) enthusiastic customers there for over 20 years and were there last night after a long break. It was my son's birthday and we wanted to grab a bite to eat... The restaurant is open until 9:30 p.m. By 8:35 p.m. it was already noticeably empty (except for one larger table) and there were actually no more gyros at that time because the device had already been switched off and the meat that wasn't on it was covered with aluminum foil. Unfortunately, that's exactly what we were looking forward to... The boss answered our question with "otherwise I'll probably have to spend the night here...". A later explanation was that it would be better not to have gyros in the evening, but instead to have them completely fresh again from lunchtime on the following day. We didn't fully understand. The meat was fresh from the day before?... Well. We then ate 1xstarters and 1xsouvlaki; including 2 cokes for an impressive €33. Everything was delicious, although there was a noticeably decreasing trend compared to before; The portions were also larger, the prices were lower... Raising prices and making the portions smaller unfortunately doesn't work in my logic. Unfortunately, we didn't notice the latter for the first time yesterday. The whole time we were eating there was noisy tidying up, cleaning behind the counter and running back and forth. What seems understandable on the one hand, takes away a lot of the comfort and gives you the feeling that you have to hurry up. There wasn't even the usual "nightcap" after the meal, let alone an "extra" as compensation for the unfulfilled wish for a gyro or for my son's birthday. However, the service at the table was okay and the waitress was quite friendly. Our sad conclusion after so many years of absolute satisfaction: It's a shame, but we probably won't be back.

The wrong dish was prepared and then had to be remade after all the other dishes were already ready to take away. So everything arrived home cold. I also ordered the Zeuplatte which is on the menu with onions and mixed salad, onions were completely missing and there was only coleslaw instead of mixed salad which I don't like. The schnitzel hollondaise is inedible because it is swimming in sauce 😩 a waste of my money! We were so excited last time. This time a huge disappointment. At least the liver was tasty, but otherwise the meat was unfortunately dry

We have known the Taverne Grill for several years and eat there every now and then. Sure, the food has become more expensive, but that's the case everywhere and as long as the quality of the food is good, it's OK for us. Absolutely recommended for a snack, especially the gyros and the gratinated Metaxa schnitzel are very good and the tzatziki is absolutely great!! After the renovation, the interior has also become bright and modern and looks great.

Ist eine Pommesbude wie man sie kennt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Das Personal bzw. die Eigentümer sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon mehrfach mit unseren Kids dort und wurden nie enttäuscht.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Gyros ist Top, bis jetzt das Beste, was ich in Dortmund gegessen habe. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Ja, man wird auch mal weggeschickt, wenn man Abends unangekündigt noch Gyros möchte. Es kann sein, dass der Spieß nichts mehr bereit hält, wenn der Laden voll und die Schlange vor einem lang ist. That's Life!!!! Diese traurige Nachricht wird aber nett vermittelt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ein Pommeswagen reicht für diese unfreundlichen Angestellten und schlechte Quliität der Speisen aus. Es ist verständlich das ein Unternehmen Geld verdienen möchte um sich zu "halten". Allerdings erwarte ich von einem "Griechen" Speziallitäten die solche Speisen anbieten wie sie in Griechenland sauber und lecker angeboten werden. Beim Verabschieden sagt man als Gast "schüss" oder "auf Widersehen" ... unfreundliche Antwort vom Angestellten "Jaja schüss". Mit dieser Haltung kann ein Unternehmen nur scheitern. Persönlich mag ich keine gespielte Freundlichkeit. Kunden allerdings von Anfang an als notwendiges Übel zu beurteilen zeigt, dass sämtliche Angestellte von professionellen Menschen dringend geschult werden müssen.
