Ein toller Abend mit leckeren Gerichten, freundlichem und flexiblem Service.

Gutes Tagesmenü, es war wirklich sehr lecker.

Wir waren zu dritt hier essen und ein Hund war auch dabei. Man kann mit dem Hund sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen, zwar Bisschen abseits drinnen, aber man darf was ich echt cool finde. Zum Essen es war alles mega lecker 😍 ich hatte Bifteki gefüllt mit Feta, dazu Gyros und Pommes. Meine Freunde hatten Gyros überbacken in Metaxasoße und aucg das war göttlich. Ich komme auf jeden fall wieder. Denn nicht nur das Essen war lecker, sondern auch der Service war super und super freundlich alle die dort arbeiten.

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen. Ohne Reservierung ein Tisch für 5 bekommen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Es hat super geschmeckt :-) Es war bereits sehr gut aber ist seit dem Inhaber Wechsel noch ein bisschen besser geworden! Wir können die Lokalität uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ich habe dort telefonisch einen Gyros Teller bestellt und als ich dort ankam, wurde ich wirklich sehr aufmerksam begrüßt, es gab zwar ein kleines Missverständnis, aber das war auch ein bisschen lustig. Nachdem ich mich gesetzt habe bekam ich auch gleich einen Ouzo. Das Gyros hat sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Super Essen, nettes Ambiente guter Service und ein ganz liebes Team... Wir kommen immer wieder gern...

Vielleicht das beste griechische Restaurant in ganz Deutschland. Tolles Ambiente und gemütliche Atmosphäre, köstliche und besondere Gerichte vom Küchenchef Dimi, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, allen voran Harry, und ein schneller Service! Einfach nur UNGLAUBLICH FANTASTISCH!

Wir haben dieses Restaurant tatsächlich zum ersten Mal besucht, aber mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal! Ausgezeichnet zubereitet kam das Essen auf den Tisch! Das Tarama war mega. Nicht zugeölt, wie bei manchen anderen...Die gegrillten Fleischgerichte waren perfekt auf den Punkt gegart. Der Salat knackig, das Dressing frisch und leicht. Lecker!!! Nettes griechisches Restaurant mit großer Speisekarte, gutem Essen, große Portionen und freundliches Personal. Hier bedient auch der Chef noch mit.

Netter Grieche im Wohngebiet von Wedel. Reservierung nicht nötig. Leckeres Essen. Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür vorhanden es gibt zur Begrüßung und zur Rechnung jeweils einen Ouzo. Der Laden wurde vor einem Jahr sehr nett renoviert.

I was there with my mother around lunchtime. She turned 77 a month ago, and I moved to Wedel a year ago. I heard the restaurant was very good, so I decided to invite my mother to dinner. We were both very pleased with the food and the service. The food was delicious. My mother and I were very pleased.

It has now become our "regular Greek restaurant"... The food is good & tasty, prices are reasonable, and the location is really nice (especially inside).

Great food, incredibly delicious. There was just one drawback: I, or rather we, didn't like it: the manager charged us. There was no control over the tip you actually wanted to give to the waiter. Some guests pointed out to us that this was normal. Everyone has to decide for themselves. We didn't like it. Furthermore, we had the feeling that we were charged as quickly as we could after eating. Ordering more drinks is probably unusual.

I had lamb this time. It was very good. The salad and fries were a bit lackluster.

We come here regularly and always have a pleasant evening. We receive a warm welcome, and the waiters are always up for a laugh. The food is always excellent.

The manager wasn't exactly in a good mood, the tables were dirty, and the acoustics in the restaurant were very loud, although the decor was nice. We waited over 10 minutes before we could even order a drink. However, the athletic waiter with the black curls stood out and was very friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly owner-run restaurant. Great menu, very clear and there is something for every taste. Many dishes are also shown as small portions👍. Requests for changes are accepted and delivered without reservation. Highly recommended.

A few days ago the four of us were there spontaneously in the evening. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we got a table despite the house being full. 🍽️ The service was very friendly, quick and accommodating. We had a small child with us, who was immediately looked after very warmly. The food came quickly and was very tasty and plentiful. The price-performance ratio is perfect! Conclusion: We will definitely come back!

Were here for the first time today and received a very friendly welcome. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, a table was set aside for us. We were 4 people. The service was very friendly and on point. We didn't have to wait long for our food even though the restaurant was full. The food was super tasty and also very hot. Since we are regularly in Wedel, this Greek restaurant will be our new regular restaurant.

Service anfangs noch bemüht, aber ohne jegliche Herzlichkeit! Später wurde man wenig beachtet! Sorry, das Essen war zum abgewöhnen! Nicht empfehlenswert!

We have been going to Vangeli for years and are always satisfied, the food is good and plentiful, the employees are in a good mood, the boss and his wife are very nice and helpful.

It would be great if you inform the customer that the Tzatziki costs €5 extra before offering it to them. This tells you how they tend to serve their customers. Also no bread was offered. We ordered the octopus salad as a recommendation but it was so sour and the octopus was very rubbery and pale. It failed in its appearance, flavour and freshness..

Very nice restaurant. Price/performance ratio is not right. No special food. Lamb didn't taste like lamb. Gyros fatty. Tzatziki with too much garlic. Not fresh flatbread instead of typical Greek fresh bread. Baked potato instead of standard side dish (€2?) plus €4 equals €6? Hefeweizen €6.40, apple spritzer 0.4 €5.20. Guys, we are in Wedel and not on Sylt. Friendly service. Drinks/food delivered quickly. I had to be reminded several times to pay, it took a total of 20 minutes and was totally annoying.

The boss and his assistant are there today because of a festival in Wedel with a gyros snack bar. A gyros plate with all the trimmings (fries, coleslaw and tzatziki) should cost 10 euros, a bifteki plate as well. Well... since I'm not allowed to have fries for health reasons, I just wanted a gyros bowl instead, which without fries costs 7, It should have cost 50 euros. Instead I took a piece of bread. Since I was hungry I decided to have a bifteki with tzatziki. Nothing else. The boss was already quite annoyed while he was serving me, apparently I had overwhelmed him with my special order, and in the end (probably out of anger at me) he charged me a whopping 16 euros! I was very horrified by this completely overpriced price and spoke to the boss about it. He only replied with a cheeky grin and said: "Here...you get two euros back so you don't complain." I just laughed and said, "Oh, keep that!" The complaint still comes. The bowls were medium-sized, 20 cm long and a maximum of 10 cm wide. The meat was extremely dry, hardly seasoned🤢 and got cold in a very short time (5 minutes)! But the bread was the crowning glory...it was bone hard and unfortunately already moldy! 🤢See photos! Friendly Greek with a pleasant atmosphere. Even though it was busy, orders were served quickly. The portions were plentiful and tasty. And the prices are still OK. Gladly again. Reservations may be recommended during rush hour times.

It was our first time here, but probably not the last time. The service and food were very good. There could have been a little more tzatziki on the plate. What was a little disturbing was the background noise.

We felt valued by the waitress, who also served us a bottled beer. Senior plate with veal liver very good and reasonably priced too. Sardines with broccoli and a very versatile salad are also good. Of course it tastes better in the Mediterranean sun. But brings holiday feelings.

There are a large number of classic Greek dishes on the menu. There are countless variations of meat, fish and poultry with countless sauces. First of all, the main courses are accompanied by a simple salad with a dressing that is a bit too thick for my taste. The taste of the lamb was good, slightly tough. The vegetarian dishes are available on the menu, but not the main focus here. Vegetables and croquettes looked purchased or industrially produced. So, you won't find great Greek cuisine here, but simple, solid dishes that fill you up at moderate prices. Service and atmosphere are good, everything is delivered quickly and friendly.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber leider ist das Essen gerade so durchschnittlich.das Fleisch ist sehr dick geschnitten genau so wie die Zwiebeln die pommes aber sind sehr lecker.

Die Taverne Zum Griechen ist in der Feldstr. 46, in 22880 Wedel gelegen. Im Angebot sind griechische Grilspeisen und Weine, in Lokal mit himmelblauen Akzenten, im Gastraum, Wintergarten und Freisitz. Die Atmosphäre ist dort sehr angenehm und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Ich habe dort ein gepflegtes Bier getrunken und ein Rinderfilet verzehrt. Beides war sehr delicious. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr wertvoll. Ich darf diese vortreffliche Adresse gerne weiter empfehlen! Ein wirklich erstklassiges Restaurant in Wedel. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Portionen sind riesig und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Der Besuch dort ist jedesmal wie ein Kurzurlaub in Griechenland.

leider hat die Qualität und der Service stark nachgelassen. Wir hatten haben ein falsches Essen erhalten, was wir reklamiert haben. Der Chef war pampig und wollte uns einreden, das wir etwas anderes bestellt haben. es wurde dann zwar Ersatz gebracht, was aber auch leider nicht lecker war. Die anderen Essen waren okay, aber der Service nicht empfehlenswert und daher werden wir nicht wieder hingehen

Delicious food with generous portions, great service and nice environment

Sehr gute Küche mit griechischen Klassikern, sehr gut auch die Vorspeisen. Die Auswahl der Weinkarte ist sehr groß und der Chef hilft auch gern mit der ein oder anderen Empfehlung. Kleiner Nachteil: Draußen sitzt man fast auf der Straße, das Ambiente kommt hier ein bisschen zu kurz.

Personal sehr nett, flink und aufmerksam. Essen lecker, gem. Fleischplatte, Salat, Zaziki, Pommes etc. Top! Waren als Hochzeitsgesellschaft dort. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr kleiner Grieche mit sehr leckeren Essen.

Also so umwerfend fand ich das Essen jetzt nicht. Im Salat war viel zu viel Dressing enthalten, dazu gab es eine winzige Scheibe Brot. Der gemischte Grillteller war auch so naja. Das beste war das Hacksteak, das Souflaki war innen noch rot. Geschmacklich recht wenig gewürzt. Das Restaurant ist sehr groß, die Bedienung schnell und aufmerksam. Es gibt zwei Ouzos. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich, was die Auswahl schwer macht. Die Portionen sind für den Preis sehr klein. Schade, habe mir mehr versprochen.
