We have been customers for a long time and eat there regularly. We also order just as regularly. It is now possible to order online, which is of course more convenient than having to call a busy restaurant. Both for us and for the owners. This is now the second time that the order has been ordered 2 hours in advance and the food hasn't even started on the pick-up date booked online, which, mind you, was confirmed by email. We then had to wait 40 minutes on site because the store was of course full (as always). We're giving it one last chance. If you offer pre-orders, you have to have them on the list and deliver them on time. You can handle 5-10 minutes, but not 40 minutes! Of course the food was good as always… But it just doesn't make up for it.

We went to Taverna Pegasus for the first time on Monday following a recommendation. We got a table without a reservation, even though it was very busy for a Monday evening. We sat comfortably outside. The terrace is “covered” with umbrellas. The food was super tasty. The meat is typically Greek seasoned and very juicy. The fries are crunchy without salt. Salt and pepper were on the table. This means that every guest can add salt or seasoning to their own fries and dishes. The portions were very filling. The price-performance ratio is right. The map is extensive and clear. Everyone should find something here. There is a star deduction for the service. It took quite a long time until we got a card. Guests who arrived after us had their drinks before we could place an order because they had personally contacted the staff and were obviously known. Even during the visit there was no response to hand signals. Either the staff overlooked it or intentionally didn't respond to it. When we wanted to pay we signaled this to the waitress and she said that her colleague would be coming soon. This took just under 15 minutes. Of the three waiters, only one was allowed to collect. The service should be worked on, then things will be fine.

A really great experience, we haven't eaten so deliciously in a long time and so we have a new regular restaurant. Certainly not cheap, but worth every euro. Fantastic food, a good and cozy atmosphere and great staff. Even when it's full, there aren't long waits. 👍

The restaurant Taverna Pegasus is located in the Bergstett district of Hamburg. The welcome is very warm. Here we are happy to welcome every guest, regardless of skin color or religion. You can feel at home here. The range of dishes on offer is enormous. The choice is not easy. The atmosphere is attractive and cozy. The warmth of the service staff will fulfill almost every wish. Went to Pegasus for our birthday dinner today because we really liked it in December and were greeted with a handshake. Everything was fine and we spent over 3/4 hours. Waited for the food, just wanted to go to Forne to ask. And then the food came too. When I went up to the front to pay, there was a mix-up between the tables and the bill, which the service noticed in a timely manner. But I had already paid with a card. After a lot of back and forth, I got the difference back in cash. The service apologized to me very often for this mix-up. The boss wasn't so enthusiastic and the two had some more (in my opinion) discussions. My partner then ordered another ouzo to kill. We had only just drunk it when the boss came to collect. So that we don't make any mistake, it wasn't because I paid. I/we would have thought that the boss would come and say sorry, on the house. That's something I would have liked. Sorry Pegasus. They have actually been customers from the very beginning and have always been satisfied, but that has changed since Sunday. I ordered the gyro pan with fresh mushrooms. Apart from a few 3rd choice champions from the can, there were no mushrooms to be found. In response to my complaint, I received one In response, I'll report it to the kitchen and that's it. When I didn't give enough tips, I was insulted a bit by the waiter who was allowed to collect. But the store is running so you can also become a bit megalomaniacal.

What's wrong with the service? We have been coming since it opened and have always felt comfortable and eaten well. But the last 4 times were really disappointing:( we were ignored and only after we politely asked after 20 minutes if we could order something was our order taken with a bad-tempered "Yes, please"... on the previous visit we were given the wrong food twice brought and we left the restaurant without eating. We no longer feel welcome there :( despite visiting several times a week and giving good tips... it's really a shame...

Das Preis -Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Essen ist lecker. LEIDER etwas ungastlich, durch nicht eingedeckte Tische. Auch eine ziemlich laute Atmosphäre. Nichts für ein Essen für ein "Liebespaar". Das Essen kommt zügig, auch da LEIDER zu schnell, da wir die Vorspeise noch nicht mal beendet hatten. Nach 1 Stunde waren wir wieder draußen! Also wer es eilig hat, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Es war früher besser. Sehr viel Unruhe Tische wurden früher Eingedeckt und ziemlich laut Nur noch ein besserer Imbiss. Die Speisen sind noch sehr gut der Service nur noch mittel mäßig.

Completely sufficient and also reasonably priced for the quality. And even though it was very full, you didn't get the impression that they wanted to "get rid" of us, even though we mostly talked and hardly ate anything. We were served in a friendly and attentive manner by all the employees present. Since the table was only a two-person table, the dishes were cleared away quickly. Unfortunately also the bread with the delicious dip - we would certainly have eaten all of that. But we were distracted and the plate was gone very quickly. Here we would have been happy to be asked whether the plate could be cleared away. I deducted one point because, as many others have already mentioned, there was a very high noise level. In my opinion, an attempt should perhaps be made to dampen this down a bit by making changes to the spatial concept. On Friday it was also very warm in the rooms, so as a non-smoker I voluntarily went outside to smoke to get some fresh air and cool down. Finding a good solution for everyone here is probably impossible; there will always be some people who are too warm and others who are too cold. If I have the choice, I would rather have my meal too warm than too cold. The only thing I can say about the parking situation is that when we arrived around 4:20 p.m. there were still enough - free - parking spaces available on the Taverna premises. Due to construction sites in the area and politically motivated abolition of parking spaces in Hamburg, parking spaces could certainly become scarce at a later date. My conclusion: I felt warmly welcome and ate wonderfully at a reasonable price. And one thing is clear to me -> I will come back :) Promise.

I ordered various dishes to take away. The gyro was excellent. Unfortunately, the cold appetizer platter was a complete disappointment (it was always my favorite before!) I've never experienced it here before! Tomatoes, grape leaves, coleslaw and feta were missing. If the Greeks don't have feta, the world is doomed... Overall I had a salad for €16.

We were there 2 days ago. We actually wanted to have lunch but the menu didn't appeal to us at all. We were only given one normal menu at the table instead of three. Pretty quickly a boy came to our table and wanted to take the order. Upon request, he brought us two more menus, which reminded me more of a snack bar and not of a good restaurant. Then the order was placed and the food was brought to us by a gum-chewing waiter with a pigtail. Chewing gum is a no go. My meal was Giros with fries. Ordered mayo was missing. After drawing our attention, three plastic bags were slammed onto the table. I would have expected a bowl here. Well, it fit the snack ambience without a tablecloth. The Giros reminded me more of a sliced ​​neck chop with a few black pieces in it. Well, fries too. In addition, the waiter wanted to clear away even though there was still one person eating. Never this store again. We used to be regular guests under different owners and were always warmly welcomed by the waiters at the time and the ambience, the service and the food were top.

Super friendly staff. Typical Greek hospitality. Totally warm. The food is super tasty and the portions are really big. My favorite is the classic gyros in Metaxa sauce, so delicious! The meat in general is great. Not grilled to death, as is often the case, but grilled juicy. Lamb fillet is excellent! Small drawback, the atmosphere is rather dark but there are good seats, not too cramped. The wine selection could be a little more and I miss a Greek beer such as. Myth camp.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating. Was here again, I have to say the food was good again, but the motto is now quantity instead of quality. The table was assigned to us but wasn't wiped down and wasn't set until we were seated. We received a menu, drinks and food in a reasonable time. After 50 minutes the waiter came and asked if we wanted to pay (and not even for dessert) as there were other guests waiting for the table. We also noticed the process at other tables. I think it's a shame that you can no longer eat there in peace because it's really delicious there. It's a shame that it's always just about the money.

Last Sunday I called Taverna Pegasus but only had an answering machine. Because I couldn't get through on the phone, we just went there at random. We were very kindly assigned a table for two. It was at an unused exit door. It was like pike soup. I asked for another seat, which was possible immediately. It was our first time in the Pegasus tavern and we were impressed by the thoughtful and very friendly, guest-oriented staff. Everyone feels responsible for every guest! Not like in other restaurants: a colleague comes straight away... But when an eaten plate was at the end of the table or a glass was empty, an employee always came and either cleared it up as he passed by or asked if anything else was wanted. We've actually never experienced anything so great before! An absolute feeling of well-being!! We felt like we were in good hands as guests! The taste of the food was very tasty. The first thing we had was fresh, warm bread. (and Ouzo😉) The salad that was served beforehand was crunchy and had a delicious dressing. Limitation: the baked sheep's cheese could have been a little longer so that it was really crispy. I had beef liver with gyros. The liver was perfectly grilled and delicious, the gyros tasted good, but the size of the meat was more reminiscent of goulash and unfortunately didn't have enough roasted flavor. My husband had a grill plate with gyros, the meat skewers were also tasty and okay, but also the gyros like mine. What we also thought was great was, although we only said afterwards that my husband would rather have rice instead of roasted potatoes, he got roasted potatoes and rice. This means that you are happy to respond to the guest's wishes. It was our first but certainly not the last time at Taverna Pegasus. Just a little tip to the manager of the restaurant, this door should sensibly be marked with e.g. B. Tesa Moll must be sealed, because it seems to be known that there is a draft because gaps have already been plugged with paper. Nevertheless, the ambience is very pleasant, although noisy, because the restaurant is very busy.

Instead of setting up a table for guests like before when reservations were made, this time we were completely overwhelmed and they were desperately looking for a table for us. The boss shrugged his shoulders and said everyone here has reservations. Nevertheless, he found us another table and left us standing there. We followed him and he grumbled at us to wait. 5 minutes passed and they moved 2 tables apart so that we sat in the middle of the room. There is no feel-good atmosphere here anymore, since there was apparently a change of ownership last year, it seems to only be about profit here. It's like a fast food restaurant here. You are dispatched in order to occupy tables as often as possible. Unfortunately, as a guest you notice this clearly. It was already full before, but the guest was still the focus. Empty glasses are not cleared away, empty bottles remain. There was no asking if you wanted something to drink, I had to organize my own cruets from the neighboring table. Tables are cleared like in a canteen. The food and drink menu has been significantly reduced and now has a style like any other snack bar. The big hit was when we ordered the bill. The waiter said we should come to the checkout because the boss couldn't handle it. We only received an invoice when we asked, which was pretty annoying. I told the boss my displeasure about the service conditions. He immediately became aggressive and said he wouldn't lick our shoes. We should be happy that we got a table after we didn't like the table in the unheated room. After I said that the service had nothing to do with a restaurant and informed him about the conditions, he kicked us out of the restaurant and said people like us weren't needed here. It's clear to me now too. You only want guests here who eat their plate as quickly as possible, pay and make room for the next ones as quickly as possible. Satisfied guests are not wanted at all and apparently you don't even need them because the food is really good. Conclusion: If you want to have a nice evening with your family or wife, this is the wrong place for you. But if you don't care about any of that and want a quick, good meal, you'll definitely find what you're looking for here. I used to be a regular, then I moved away and haven't been there for a while. When we arrived this evening we were placed in the small cold room with no heating. By the way, we had reserved beforehand. When we asked if we would get another table because it is very cold here, after about 5 minutes we were moved back and forth to a small table for two in the middle of the room. That's not so bad, but... We ordered drinks and they came quickly. Another waiter had taken our food order. Our starter also came after about 10 minutes, which was very tasty, but the service was a disaster. Our Uzo glasses were in the basket at the table throughout the evening, no one cleared them away, the cellars were always running back and forth, you got hardly any attention and constantly had Keller's butt in his face. After about 20 minutes our main dishes arrived, which were also delicious, but not as good as before from the charcoal grill. When we ordered the bill, a cellar told us to go to the cash register, he couldn't do it and left. When we wanted to pay at the checkout and the supposed boss charged us, he didn't even want to show us the invoice, then he printed it out when we asked again. When we were told that the food was delicious, but the service was not nice and bad, the boss yelled at us that he had done his best because he had moved us (from a room without heating) and he would not lick our shoes and we should leave his restaurant immediately. No one has ever said anything so anti-social to us. Conclusion: No recommendation, by the way there was a change in boss. The owner used to attach great importance to the opinions of the guests. By the way, there are new menu cards that are like snack bars and the tables are no longer set, you are treated like dirt here. Now we understand all the bad reviews here. I recommend the Ahrensburger Grill as a good Greek.

Ich bin das erste mal hier gewesen. Wir haben lecker gegessen. Das sehr schnell kam. Der Preis ist nicht gestiegen, dafür die Portion kleiner . Der Service ist ging sehr fix . Paarmal wurde nachfragen,,ob alles gut ist , Teller wurden sofort abgeräumt, obwohl man noch gekaut hat .. ( fand ich nicht so schön) Im Lokal fand ich es sehr kalt . Uzo und Bier und es wurde warm ;-)

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich super, Gyros war sehr lecker, Fleisch Gerichte hatten ein schönes Grill Aroma und war richtig gut, Beilagen Pommes und Reis waren auch bestens, (besonders die Pommes hat Frauchen gefeiert). Dazu schön ein Bier, und fertig ist das perfekte Mittagessen! 😁 Von uns gibt es von daher 5 Sterne!

Wir hatten schon Wochen im voraus einen Tisch für 6 Personen bestellt. Das Essen war wieder sehr gut und reichlich, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Soweit Alles gut. Befremdlich fanden wir allerdings, dass wir nach 1,5 Stunden (wir hatten gerade die Nachspeise bestellt) mal langsam zum Ende kommen sollten, da die nächsten Gäste bereits warten würden. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass die Reservierung anscheinend nur für 1,5 Stunden galt! Während wir die Nachspeise dann verspeisten, sollten wir nebenbei doch schon mal zahlen. Als wir erstmal in Ruhe gegessen haben, wurden uns vom Wirt böse Blicke zugeworfen. Schade!

Ein tolles Restaurant. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert und waren pünktlich da. Gleich die Aufnahme und Begleitung bis zum Tisch war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war oberlecker. Top Grieche! Wir gehen sehr gerne zu Pegasus in Bergstedt. Das Essen schmeckt super, die Portion sind üppig und die Keller:in immer sehr zuvorkommend. Einer der wenigen Griechen bei denen der Ouzo nicht zu kurz kommt. Seit vielen Jahren gerne vor Ort.

In dem Restaurant herrscht große Rassismus,als dunkelheutig Mensch wirst du nicht bedient. Es fing mit Getränke an ca. 20 Minuten hat es gedauert bis wir die Karte bekommen haben,dann haben wir Getränke und Essen bestellt, unsere Getränke kam 15 Minuten später, das war nicht alles wir bekamen nach 30 Minuten Brot und einen Dip aber ohne Besteck!! Wir fragten nach Besteck und würde leider nicht gebraucht. Nach 1 Stunde fragten wir was mit unsere Essen ist und wir erfuhr, dass unsere bestellte Essen noch nicht gebucht wurde. Also müssten wir woanders gehen. Sehr unfreundliche Personal, ich kann das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Wir waren schon häufiger hier.mit Freunden zum Essen. Auch heute war das Essen, wie immer super. Der Fischteller meiner Frau, die anderen Gerichte von Giros in Tomatensauce, das Lamm Filet, sowie die restlichen Gerichte alles sehr lecker und schmackhaft. Leider war der Service diesmal, wohl aufgrund vieler Gäste, überfordert. Das Essen kam relativ schnell, aber mit den Getränken, war es diesmal sehr schwach. Selbst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurden einige Getränke nicht serviert. Das zog sich leider den ganzen Abend so hin. Aus unserer Sicht war das auch nicht die Stammbesetztung, die sonst serviert. Es ist wie überall Urlaubszeit. Diese kleine Serviceschwäche wird uns aber nicht davon abhalten, bei unserem Lieblingsgriechen erneut Essen zu gehen,

Leider völlig überbucht, so wurden wir nach dem Essen mehrfach "genötigt" das Lokal zu verlassen. Damit war die Geburtstagsfeier gelaufen..., da hätte man bei der Reservierung gleich darauf hinweisen müssen das man nur ein Zeitfenster von 2 Stunden hat. Dann hätten wir woanders gebucht. So leider nie wieder.....

Wir sind oft da. In verschiedenen Konstellationen: mit Kindern; mit Freunden und auch in der großen Gruppe. Immer freundlich, immer aufmerksam, immer lecker!! Der beste Platz in Bergstedt. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen. Sehr gute konstante Qualität. Ein besonderes Wort möchte ich über die häufig überstehende Desserts sagen: die machen viel selbst und es schmeckt mega!! Beim Griechen kommt man selten zum Nachtisch, aber hier lohnt es sich etwas weniger Gas bei den Vorspeisen zu geben. Oder sich mal einen Hauptgang zu teilen, denn ich Portionen sind richtig groß!!

Wir waren mit sechs Personen zum Essen dort und alle Speisen waren superlecker. Ganz zartes Fleisch, leckere Beilagen und Salat. Einfach Klasse! Aufmerksames Personal. Großes Lob an die Küche!

Wie waren zum ersten Mal da und werden bestimmt wiederkommen, der Service war klasse, das Fleisch auf dem. Und auch die Beilagen waren sehr zu empfehlen. Preisleistung ist auch sehr gut.

Ursprünglich hat es und in diesem Restaurant sehr gut gefallen. Aber mehr und mehr scheint uns die Mannschaft überfordert. Telefonisch bestellt zur Abholung. Zur angegebenen Zeit vor Ort und dann zu hören bekommen "Die Bestellung haben wir nicht". Schade dass dann nicht einfach gesagt wird "ist wohl untergegangen, machen wir aber fertig, warte einfach einen Moment", wird diskutiert ob ich überhaupt im richtigen Restaurant angerufen habe. Übrigens dieDame hat am Telefon noch gefragt "in Bergstedt, ne?". Schade, aber das brauche ich nicht.

Es ist ein Grieche der familiär ist. Das Essen ist gut und reichlich. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Jeder ist dort willkommen.
