Sind per Zufall auf der Heimfahrt auf die Taverne gestoßen. Es war sehr lecker, der Wirt freundlich, das Essen wie in Griechenland. Frisch und toll gewürzt. Man hat sich wie in Griechenland gefühlt! Danke 😀

Gastfreundlich (zu jedem Hauptgang kostenlosen Beilagensalat mit geschmacklich gutem Brot, mehrfach Ouzo angeboten etc.), Preise sind insbesondere im Verhältnis zur Portionsgröße hervoragend. Quantitativ und qualitativ stimmt hier alles.

sehr leckeres Essen, wir kommen immer wieder

Sehr nette Bedienung und ein passendes Ambiente für ein griechisches Restaurant. Die Zufahrt ist etwas eng aber es gibt genug kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portion war wirklich ordentlich. Einzig das etwas hohe Preisniveau dämpfte das tolle Erlebnis.

Ich war zum ersten Mal mit meiner Familie dort und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Schönes Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen und tadelloser Service.

Wir waren mach dem Zoobesuch dort. Obwohl es sehr voll war, haben wir noch einen Platz im Biergarten bekommen. Service war super und schnell, unser Essen war mega lecker.

Schöne Taverne im Grünen, die wir eher zufällig entdeckt haben, weil die anderen Lokale in der Umgebung alle voll waren. Hat sich aber wirklich gelohnt. Hier gibt es griechische Gastfreundschaft, eine üppige Vorspeisenplatte und leckere Grillgerichte zu für Stuttgart relativ vernünftigen Preisen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Atmosphäre angenehm. Kann man definitiv wieder hingehen.

Ich hatte mich gefreut aufgrund Empfehlung - doch ich war enttäuscht. Musste mich bemerkbar machen, um ein Getränk zu bestellen. Mir hat Das Essen nicht geschmeckt obwohl mehrfach hochgelobt. Mach mir viel zu stark gewürzt.Der Teller war überhäuft und überhaupt nicht schön angerichtet. Alles übereinander. Schade. Der Service war schlecht. Wir saßen ewig vor leeren Gläsern.

Essen war sehr gut gemacht. Der Reis der zum Gyros serviert wird, ist geschmackvoll in der Pfanne angebraten mit etwas Gemüse. Kein saurer Tomatenreis den in Griechenland eigentlich keiner isst. Das Fleisch war auch gut gewürzt. Der Salatdressing mit Senf war auch nach meinem Geschmack. Eine runde Sache.

Mega. Gyros sehr lecker und ausreichend, knusprige Hollandfritten und ein bunter Salat. Dazu ein sehr idyllisches Plätzchen vor der Grosstadt und einwandfreier Service. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Gyros war schwarz fast verkohlt , salzig , Grillplatte die Pommes voll mit Öl wo das Fett des Fleisches dran klebte … Schade um die 120€ denn die Taverne wurde uns empfohlen und wir hatten uns gefreut

Wir waren hier, um Ostern zu feiern, und haben Lamm, Kokoretsi (gegrillte Lammdärme im Brötchen) und Magiritsa (Lammdärme in einer samtigen Suppe) gegessen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und traditionell zubereitet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Restaurant liegt sehr ruhig und ist von viel Grün umgeben. Es ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da es einen Spielplatz und viel Platz im Freien gibt, wo die Kinder sicher vor Autos und Verkehr spielen können.

Um die schöne Taverne zu finden muss man wissen das es sie gibt. Es ist so hübsch hier. Der Service war perfekt. Das Esden sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Massenabfertigung. Das bestellte Essen kommt innerhalb weniger Minuten bei vollbesetztem Restaurant. Salat mit undefinierbarem Fertigdressing. Wo sind, wie in griechischen Tavernen üblich - Olivenöl und Essig auf dem Tisch? Der "frische" Knoblauch, der überall drauf ist, entpuppt sich als muffig schmeckendes Aioli, nachdem man stundenlang unangenehm aufstoßen muss. Gefüllte Teigtaschen aus der Convenience Produktion. Nein, das ist kein authentisch griechisches Essen. Da helfen auch die beiden Ouzos, die man vor und nach dem Essen auf's Haus bekommt, nichts. Der Service ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Aber wir werden bestimmt nicht wiederkommen.

Man sollte Tisch reservieren. Gut besuchtes Lokal. Sehr freundlich, sehr lecker und reichlich 🙃

Really nice location with outdoor seating which is just wonderful in spring or summer days. Food is also great and well prepared. Service is fast and very friendly. Always ready for a small joke. Plenty of parking is available directly in front of the location. I can only recommend this Tavern.

Sportgaststätte mit großer Terrasse und leckerem griechischen Essen. Familienbetrieb! Für Familien ideal durch den Spielplatz vor dem Lokal und dem angrenzenden Grünflächen und dem Wald.

Highly recommended taverna!! There were five of us, we went without a reservation, and we received excellent service. Thank you Leonidas for preparing the meze; all the fish and meat dishes were excellent! We'll be back!

We came here for dinner with friends in July. It was very busy, but we were served quickly and every now and then someone even checked on us (I suspect when it's not quite as busy, they'd check on us more often, as the service seemed attentive and quick). The food was exceptionally delicious; I've only had better at Tarama, but that's purely a matter of taste. I actually found the portions too generous; the couple we met up with had been here several times and, in their wisdom, only had one starter and one main course and shared them. Everything was delicious. The location is idyllic in the countryside next to tennis courts, but the interior was also very nice, like a cozy Greek taverna. So, thumbs up from me.

I always try the bifteki at every Greek restaurant. This is the place where I've had my best bifteki so far.

We celebrated the end of our band tour at Kosta. It was my first time at Kosta. We started with an ozono, and after two mixed appetizer platters for everyone, we had a lamb skewer – a huge portion, excellent lamb, and delicious side dishes. I'll remember that address 😊 It certainly won't be my last time!

The food was great and plentiful, but a bit expensive and much too loud, and dogs are completely unacceptable while eating. 2 stars for that, sorry.

Service was as good as the food. Worth the small detour.

The food tasted really good, and the portions were decent. Not overly large, but filling enough. The restaurant's prices are on the higher end. A portion of tzatziki, for example, costs €6.90, and the main courses aren't exactly cheap either (see menu). The ambiance is reminiscent of a clubhouse. Simple, functional, and clean. When the place is full, it can get a bit noisy. Parking is available right outside. The service seemed a bit inattentive at times, which somewhat detracts from the overall impression. Overall, a solid visit. Good food, nice atmosphere, but the price is more suited to special occasions than everyday dining.

Very good, delicious, fresh food. There was no wait time even though the place was packed on a Thursday afternoon! Huge portions, as you'd expect from a Greek restaurant, and unbeatable value for money! Another plus is that the friendly owners are pet-friendly and accept dogs. Deserved 5 stars in every category; I'd love to eat there every day!

Greek food, very good. Great terrace next to trees. From here you can walk for 25 minutes to the Heslacher Wasserfälle. Nice walk through the forest.

Of course, when we visit our daughter we really enjoy eating here. The food is tasty, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is right.

You can tell it's a family-run taverna! You are welcomed with open arms, everything is very warm and your mother's cooking is simply sensational! Whether it's the Greek dishes or, for the Swabians, an onion roast (for us there is no better!). Everything is recommended! Larger groups can also find space here, and in summer there is a wonderfully large terrace! Just go, try it, be amazed and maybe become a regular 😀

Good Greek food. Large portions. Lots of garlic. Nice staff, good service, fair prices.

Food top. Large portions. Homemade kopanisti and tarama. Authentic and delicious. Homemade gyros juicy and delicious. Calamares are buttery tender and super seasoned. The lamb chop was nice and pink inside. For me, souvlaki (pork fillet skewers) are the pinnacle as they are often over-fried and very dry. But it was also juicy, tender and delicious. Not so with the Giouversi (baked rice noodles with lamb). Unfortunately it was completely over salted, there was little lamb meat and the thick cheese on top didn't make it any better. Therefore a star deduction for the food. Still a real tip. We're going there again.

Went to Christmas dinner with colleagues (more than 10) and had made a reservation. Everyone at a long table. First there was an ouzo, the portions were large and very tasty, whether it was fish, gyros or lamb. Pleasant atmosphere, unfortunately a bit noisy, but the place also got very full on an Advent Thursday evening. Very nicely decorated for Christmas, very pleasant atmosphere, not overloaded. Service was very good, food came to the table fairly promptly for everyone. Prices a bit high, but acceptable for the individual dishes! Local is highly recommended. Our Greek colleague also really enjoyed it, he ordered my lamb shank according to mother's recipe with princess beans in Greek, after which the service was on a first-name basis with us...! Unfortunately, I didn't have spinach rice instead of Greek baked potatoes with the lamb, which the family likes to enjoy themselves. But the vegetable rice with the gyros was also very good.

Food was terrific and more than plentiful. Everything was prepared to perfection even though we were a larger group.

Wir hatten über Wolt bestellt. Gerichte wurden warm geliefert. Das Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat war sehr gut. Das Moussaka war eine Frechheit. Ich hatte noch nie Paprika im Moussaka. Es war kein Hackfleisch im Gericht und die angebliche Bechamel war eine Pampe. Die Krönung war der Scheiblettenkäse auf dem Moussaka.

A solid restaurant with good food. Sometimes it can be very loud, which spoils the comfort. Unfortunately there is little vegetarian choice. Otherwise delicious, but fresh vegetables instead of frozen would be great.

Delicious food, great location and nice hosts. I'm looking forward to my daughter's wedding taking place there. The wedding was great! Lovingly designed by the owner, his wife and the mother is a great cook who spoiled us with lots of delicacies on the buffet. A really great team, thank you.

Very good cuisine at a low price

Tja...habe ich einfach während zwei Besuche nur Pech gehabt - oder bin ich als Feinschmeckerin und gute Hobbyköchin zu anspruchsvoll?? Bzw erwarte für kein kleines Geld zumindest dieses Genuss von Speisen, wie ich es selbst ohne Kochausbildung zuwege bringe?? Das erste mal bestellte ich eine Vorspeise im vergangenen Jahr, die mir als nicht übermässige Esserin als Hauptgericht reichen sollte und das auch tat. Es war ein Gericht mit Meeresfrüchten - meiner favorisierten Wahl, wenn ich meditteran essen gehe. Es war so sehr überwürzt, dass es kein Essensvergnügen war! Und vergangenen Monat war ich zu Abend erneut in diesem Lokal mit einer Freundin, bestellte Oktopus...und musste ihn zurück gehen lassen, weil er die Konsistenz eines Gartenschlauches hatte...und weltweit seit Jahrzehnten ist das eine beliebte Wahl von mir, wenn auf der Karte angeboten! Er wurde erneut serviert nach Bearbeitung : ein ganz klein wenig "besser", ich habe ihn ohne Genuss gegessen - kann aber ruhigen Gewissens sagen, dass es der schlechtest zubereitete in meinem langen Leben war! Auch wie er serviert wurde ein nogo : auf demselben Teller wie der dazu gehörende kleine Salat und daher bretthart in einer kalten Salatsosse schwimmend... und das für immerhin ca 17 € ! Es wurde zwar nachgefragt, ob das Malheur jetzt behoben sei - was ich durchaus derart nicht bestätigen konnte...aber auf meiner Rechnung war der volle Preis! Liebe Wirtsfamilie : so freundlich ihr auch im Service seid...aber als selbstständige Geschäftsfrau könnte ich es nicht verantworten, eine derartig berechtigte Reklamation ( hat denn euer Koch bzw ihr selbst nicht die Konsistenz des Meerestieres bei der Reklamtion und Nachbearbeitung probiert??) zu Lasten des Gastes gehen zu lassen! Wenn ich da an einen traumhaft zarten Oktopus denke, der auf einem Bett von Süsskartoffel-Püree zum selben Peis in Teneriffa serviert wurde - und jener Schlauchartige, der in einer kalten Essig-Salatsosse schwamm !?! Nach 2 Flopps kein Wiederkommen mehr und auch keine Weiterempfehlung! Tut mir leid!

15 minutes until someone even says hello. We got our own tickets. then wait another 1 hour. Then comes the small salad and 2 minutes later the food. others exactly the same. In the end we were able to pack the food ourselves at the table like kitchen helpers. When we wanted to pay it was very quick...

We were there for a family celebration with around 15 adults, 12 children and 3 dogs. Had an undisturbed place on the side and the food was delicious. The service was also good. The adjacent sports field was a good activity for the children after dinner.

We were here for the first time. Service was friendly, the terrace was clean and ideal for a beautiful summer evening and the food was delicious and well seasoned. Would love to come back.
