Dieses Restaurant hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Qualität der Speisen war außergewöhnlich, jeder Bissen ein Genuss. Der Service war freundlich, effizient und stets mit einem Lächeln. Das stilvolle und gemütliche Ambiente machte es zu einem idealen Ort, um den Abend zu verbringen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Die Location ist wunderschön und verbreitet sofort Urlaubsfeeling. Der Gastgeber selbst und auch sein Team ist sehr offen, sympathisch und aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut, nur das Gyros hätte krosser sein dürfen. Hier habe ich einfach schon besseres gegessen. Richtig toll ist die vegane Speisenauswahl inkl. verganem Zatziki.

Er hat ein Stück Griechenland nach Frankfurt gebracht! Der Inhaber hat alle Gäste sehr freundlich bedient und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Der Tarama Salata war hervorragend. Wir hatten eine Auswahl an Vorspeisen und gegrillte Calamari. Alles war sehr lecker! Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Abend!

Die Speisekarte bietet authentische griechische Gerichte und nicht nur die üblichen Grillplatten, die man sonst oft in griechischen Restaurants findet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das beste Restaurant in Frankfurt! Wir kommen schon seit Jahren immer wieder sehr gerne hierher und fühlen uns jedes Mal wie in Griechenland – fast wie im Urlaub. Das Essen ist immer frisch und absolut köstlich! Wir haben auch all unsere Freunde hierher mitgebracht, und alle waren begeistert. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Tolle Auswahl an Gerichten, darunter neben den Klassikern auch richtig viel veganes, was uns direkt begeistert hat! :) Das Essen kam schnell und war sehr lecker und das Ambiente war gemütlich. Der Service war super herzlich und hatte den typisch griechischen Charme. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Essen war hervorragend: frisch, aromatisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gibt auch ein gutes vegetarisches Angebot. Besonders die Vorspeisen sind der absolute Hammer! Perfekt gewürzt, authentisch und ideal zum Teilen. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und angenehm unaufdringlich. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder! 🇬🇷✨

Zunächst einmal war das Essen einfach köstlich und die Portionen waren großzügig bemessen – man wurde garantiert satt. Besonders der Vorspeisenteller ist fantastisch, egal was darin serviert wird, es schmeckt einfach himmlisch. Das warme Pita mit Knoblauch macht alles noch besser. Auch die Hauptgerichte sind super lecker und perfekt zubereitet. Die JOGHURTKUCHEN ist ein absolutes Muss als Dessert. Ich habe schon lange kein so leckeres Dessert mehr gegessen. Frisch, leicht, köstlich, fruchtig – unbedingt probieren! Der Service ist erstklassig. Man fühlt sich hier vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Der Besitzer und die Kellner sind überaus freundlich und kompetent. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und fragen unaufdringlich nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Uns wurde griechischer Mastix aus dem Haus angeboten, der superlecker ist, Alkohol enthält, aber die Verdauung fördert. Man kann ihn in einem kleinen Becher bestellen – unbedingt probieren! Dieses Restaurant gehört definitiv zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants in Frankfurt. Es ist gemütlich, freundlich und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben 60 Euro pro Person (insgesamt 2 Personen) für zwei Hauptgerichte, eine Vorspeise, ein Dessert, eine Flasche Wein und ein paar Extras bezahlt. Ich finde den Preis angemessen. Hätte ich dieses Restaurant doch nur früher gekannt!

Ein wirklich tolles griechisches Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen für jeden. Meine Tochter ist Veganerin und war begeistert von der großen Auswahl an veganen Gerichten. Sie hat sich überhaupt nicht eingeschränkt gefühlt. Gleichzeitig habe ich als Non-Vegan auch meine liebsten griechischen Klassiker genossen, alle köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit bei den Fragen zur veganen Küche. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und gemütlich, authentisch griechisch. Ein echtes Highlight für Familien mit unterschiedlichen Essensvorlieben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Grieche mit heimeliger Atmosphäre, einem netten Inhaber und vielen vegetarischen und veganen Optionen. Punktabzug gibt's für sie leider sehr hohe Lautstärke wenn es voll ist und bisher wurde von unserer Bestellung immer was vergessen (dann aber schnell nachgereicht auf Nachfrage). Mein Tipp sind die Zucchinipuffer und die Austernpilze!

Die Taverna Alpha in Frankfurt ist für mich eines der sympathischsten griechischen Restaurants der Stadt. Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich willkommen – das Team ist herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig angenehm unaufdringlich. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, fast familiär, sodass man hier sowohl mit Freunden als auch mit der Familie einen richtig schönen Abend verbringen kann. Das Essen ist durchweg frisch und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders die Vorspeisenplatte mit Tzatziki, gegrilltem Gemüse und den warmen Köstlichkeiten aus der Pfanne ist absolut empfehlenswert. Auch die Hauptgerichte sind hervorragend – saftiges Fleisch, perfekt gewürzt, und die Beilagen sind mehr als nur „Nebensache“. Die Portionen sind großzügig, sodass wirklich jeder satt wird. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall, und man merkt, dass mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Für alle, die authentische griechische Küche und eine entspannte, freundliche Atmosphäre mögen, ist die Taverna Alpha eine klare Empfehlung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Lokal, vor allem auch die Terrasse im Sommer. Der Wirt ist superherzlich, das Ambiente angenehm. Nur das Essen ist leider durchwachsen: Vorspeisen sind alle sehr lecker, die Fleischgerichte bei drei Besuchen weniger überzeugend - Bifteki bestand aus drei kleinen, sehr „dunkel“ gebratenen, trockenen Frikadellen; auch Gyros und Souflaki waren auf der trockenen Seite. Die Beilagen waren „okay“. Das ist schade, denn solche handwerklichen Fehler müssten nicht sein. Vielleicht wird da zu viel vorbereitet. An sich ist das nämlich ein schönes Lokal.

Mir gefallen die Vorspeisen am besten dort. Der Service ist super. Preise auch ok - ist halt auch im Nordend. Schade, dass es kein frisch gezapftes griechisches Bier gab. Jeder der Bier liebt, trinkt am liebsten frisch gezapft.

Toller Grieche mit netter Einrichtung. Von innen so gestalten wie die Farben von Hellas und die Terrasse mediterran gestaltet. Die Speise Karte sehr Übersicht. Mein Kumpel hatte den Gyros Teller und ich das Fleischteller mit Gyros, Bifteki, Schweinekotelett, Hühnerspieß und Tzatziki Sose. Das Fleisch kommt frisch vom Grill und der Geschmack wirklich toll. Ein tolles Grillaroma und wenn beißt ist das Fleisch zart. Zum Schluss gab es ein Dessert aus Joghurt, gemischt mit Keksen und eine Beere. Ich habe das Essen genossen, draußen wo langsam der Tag zu Ende geht. Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung.

We were there last Saturday. Unfortunately, we can't understand why there were customers there. The food was abysmal and very small. The prices were extremely high. However, the service was excellent. The menu was very limited, with very few options available. The ambiance was as white as the cafeteria in a retirement home. Unfortunately, it wasn't for us. A real shame.

Definitely not again! The portions are tiny and the prices are extremely high. The Greek owner is probably happy about the high margin. When I asked the waiter for a recommendation for a vegan dish, he said, "I wouldn't recommend a vegan dish at all." Then vegan bifteki was recommended to me. I mentioned that I heard the vegan moussaka was very good. His answer: "No, almost no one takes them." Nevertheless, I trusted the waiter's recommendation and received a dish with food worth a maximum of 2.50 to 3.90 euros, which was sold for almost 20 euros. We also ordered appetizers worth around 10 to 20 euros (for three people) as well as a bottle of wine and other drinks. We all went home hungry. They really wanted to sell us another dessert, but we refused. This is all about money. The pricing for the meat dishes was slightly better, but all three guests were still dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the Greek owner's casual sayings don't help either. Even if you take into account the ouzo that was handed out at the end, the price-performance ratio is really abysmal. I'm sorry, dear owner, but that's outrageous!

The food is incredibly delicious, we have eaten here several times and every time it has tasted great! We have yet to find a Greek restaurant better than this one. The staff is very nice, the restaurant is also very nicely decorated and there are also vegan and vegetarian dishes that are really tasty (which many restaurants unfortunately don't have). The sweets are also to die for. I can only recommend ☺️ The only thing I would like would be more selection of soft drinks, like iced tea and stuff, but otherwise everything is perfect.

When you come in, you immediately feel really comfortable. The atmosphere is totally relaxed and beautiful and you can really enjoy your evening there. The food there is honestly really delicious, I would have liked to eat everything if I hadn't been so full. And the owners and employees are just incredibly friendly. So absolutely recommended!!!

Went there yesterday, the food was delicious and the staff were all very nice and funny. The owner in particular made me laugh so hard that I cried. I think his name was Fakis.. Kind regards, my best friend, next time 2-3 ouzo for me.. the driver..

This restaurant impresses with its delicious food and its interior. We were warmly welcomed and fed. The staff were able to sense what we wanted straight away and recommended absolutely the right wine. The lamb was tender and the calamari was grilled to perfection. Discreet music in the background and international guests. I would say it is perhaps even the best Greek restaurant in the Hesse area. We will definitely come back.

Ich würde sagen, dass dieses Restaurant das beste griechische Restaurant in ganz Hessen ist. Die Bedienung ist höflich und konnte genau erfühlen, was richtig für uns ist. Es wurde uns der absolut passende Wein serviert, das Lammfleisch zarter wie es nicht sein kann, die Kalamaris perfekt gegrillt, die Musik dezent im Hintergrund. Für dieses Restaurant kann ich absolut nichts beanstanden, daher gibt es von uns die volle Punktzahl.

We celebrated a friend's birthday here yesterday. It was my first time here and I found the food very good. However, this positive impression was ultimately massively tarnished by the owner. The reason was the initial request for a glass of tap water, which was rejected. And finally, at the end, the somewhat misleading communication from the owner regarding the ouzo or the sweet and the reimbursement of costs. Nothing big that could have been easily clarified in a normal conversation. The owner, however, made a big deal out of both, becoming loud and verbally abusive. In short: I'm afraid it will just be one visit.

We ordered takeaway. The food was super tasty and even though we ate after 1.5 hours, the food was still soft. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and very friendly. They also gave us a bottle of Tsipouro as a gift. I am very very satisfied and grateful. In any case, I recommend this restaurant.

A short vacation in Greece has never been so affordable... and without leaving Frankfurt! We were here today for the first and definitely not the last time. Due to the friendly, courteous and, above all, warm manner of the staff, you would immediately have the impression that you have been a regular guest for ages. People asked several times whether everything was okay or whether they had anything else they wanted, even though it was really well attended! The chicken souflaki and moussaka we ordered were a dream and the portions, both in quantity and quality, were absolutely priced appropriately. I personally think it's a good thing that the portions here aren't as huge as in some other restaurants, so you at least have the opportunity to try an appetizer and/or dessert. In our case today we had the yogurt cake and we were completely happy with our choice for this evening!

Taverna Alpha is truly a sensational shop. The restaurant is located on a quiet street, has a beautiful outdoor area, and feels very familiar, even if you're there for the first time. You're greeted nicely, you're looked after, and it's just fun to sit there and watch. What you get for your money is also sensational. We chose the starter plate, the lamb, and bifteki. Plus, of course, two myths. All the dishes were outstanding and the price was absolutely fair for the quality and quantity. I was a little annoyed that I didn't order the octopus. The reaction of the lady at the next table after trying a bite was outstanding. But then I just have to come again... At the end there is traditionally an ouzo on the house, which is sorely needed after such a good portion. And then you stroll home, with a full stomach and overjoyed!
