Very pleasant, finally a Spanish restaurant nearby. The wide selection of tapas is very good. However, some things need to be seasoned. I would like it to be spicier. The friendly and attentive service makes up for it.

We immediately complained about the potato omelet at the table after trying it out; it tasted old and dry. The waitress apologized and took it away. Okay, you can do that. The rest tasted average. After paying, we noticed that the bill said tortilla. When we asked the waitress at the front, it turned out that it was the old dry omelette that had been returned. Then the boss asked what was wrong, the waitress called from afar." This is supposed to taste old; The boss immediately explained that it couldn't be the case; because it is done a la minute. This boss, who is already noticed negatively in the review responses, was just as snippy with us. A potato omelette a la minute for €6.50 wow The potatoes tasted sandy and old and you should accept this statement, whether you like it or not, as the boss you ask in the kitchen or try it. Even if many here say too expensive, yes, it's true, cafeterias and canteens are comparable, yes, it's true, but to downplay a complaint like that after collecting money is pure ignorance. Since we have only lived in Oer for a short time, it was a shabby experience. We prefer to go a few meters further into the Mediterranean Everything tastes good there

We were there in a small group (5 people) for a birthday dinner. The food was incredibly tasty, the service was top notch. Everything was served quickly and hot. We were all very satisfied and will definitely come back 👍

We went there as a family. The food was good and tasty. Price and performance are right. Unfortunately, children don't seem to be welcome there. You could immediately notice an unfriendly reticence. The boss in particular was very rude. It's a shame that reflects poorly on the service when the needs of the little ones are not taken into account. Since this is important to me as a mother, I cannot give a good rating or recommendation. (Although the staff is fine with that)

The food in this restaurant is really delicious, we enjoyed everything. The location is simple but OK. We were surprised at how big the restaurant is. However, the service drops a few stars: After arrival it took a while until drinks were taken, and after the drinks were brought it took some time until we could order food. The food, however, came relatively quickly. After we received all the food, the service staff only came to clear it away. Whether we wanted to order more food or drinks was uninteresting. Afterwards no service was seen at our table. At some point we called a waitress across the room (a little louder) because we wanted to order dessert. We were told rather rudely that the kitchen was already closed. After we pointed out that no waiter had been with us recently, let alone within reach, from whom we could have ordered in a timely manner, we lost our desire for dessert. Here the size of the restaurant is perhaps a bit too large for the number of service staff or the occupancy.

I really liked the variety of dishes, especially the aioli was very tasty. The fresh baguette and the potato wedges were really tasty. The mushrooms were a bit too firm for me and the potato cubes were a bit bland. The bruschetta, on the other hand, was mega. The chicken skewers, the steak, the anchovies and the scampi were also on point. I also think it's great that you can write down the numbers in advance, which makes ordering easier. It was quite busy that day, so unfortunately the waiters stumbled a bit, hence 1 star deduction. Otherwise you can definitely recommend the food, it was delicious!

Tapas very good, service very friendly, just make sure to reserve a table in the upper area. Down below there was a strong aroma of Tolettenstein in the air. Later in the evening it was sniffed away by all the people.😉

Large selection of tapas. Food was very tasty. A nice restaurant. Personally, I missed the Spanish atmosphere. The restaurant is stylishly decorated, but not typically Spanish. Therefore one star less from me. Everything else is great. Full recommendation.

As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted in a slightly flippant manner by a very young waiter with the words: “What can I do for you?” Hmm, I guess there aren't that many options. We were then shown to the table we had reserved. It is a bit noisy in the restaurant and should be more comfortable; we find the bright spotlights a bit uncomfortable. There is an (untinted) pane of glass between the tables, so there is no feeling of privacy. That evening we were served by a total of 6 (!) different service staff, which had a bit of a canteen atmosphere. Nobody was older than 25, nobody there had a Spanish impression, which is a bit surprising for us in a restaurant that serves Spanish food. No one was able to help us when we wanted advice, the question about a recommendation for a wine 🍷 was answered with “I don't drink wine.” The food was okay, but a bit over-seasoned for our taste, especially garlic 🧄 was used excessively, the spinach We therefore found it borderline edible. All in all, we were rather disappointed. We are used to finer food, prefer a cozy atmosphere and are of the opinion that some advice and friendly communication are necessary in this price range.

Super delicious Spanish restaurant. If you like and eat tapas, this is the place for you! The four of us tried our way across the menu. Starting with the tapas menu for 2 people and the tapas platter for 2 people through to all other dishes such as vegetarian, seafood, meat skewers and desserts. Everything was excellent! Everything tasted great and the price-performance ratio was also perfectly fine. The service is very attentive but not intrusive. Kudos here for this one! All in all, if you like tapas, this is the place for you. I can recommend it without reservation. Please make sure to reserve in advance. It is very difficult to get a table spontaneously. We will definitely come back more often!

Wow, what a taste experience. There were six of us there and we were all completely thrilled. Simply a short holiday in Spain with friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere and the best that Spanish cuisine has to offer in terms of tapas. And the ordering system with many small delicacies is particularly recommended for families with children and also for seniors. We'd love to come back

The food was very tasty, no question. However, the quantity was very disappointing. We had the tapas menu for 2 people (30€ per person) and find this price absolutely not justified. Especially since I see the menu more for one person alone. Unfortunately, this was also our fastest restaurant visit (1 hour) because we were served food every minute without asking or checking if there was still room. We had the feeling that the table had to be freed quickly even though we reserved for 2 hours. Nevertheless, the food is very tasty. Next time we'll try it out and skip the menu.

Good selection and very tasty dessert.

I was there for the second time and the food, you can't argue with that, is great. But if the first sentence in the greeting after hello is that you have 2 hours, I find that a little inappropriate. And that's how it feels all the time. The courses are sometimes delivered within 3-4 minutes, regardless of how full the table is. Even though it may not be like that, you have the feeling that you are literally being eaten for breakfast. I like the shop and since the review shouldn't just be about the negative, I still give it 4* and mention again that the food is great.

If there's one thing to complain about, it's that you have difficulty finding a parking space. But after a great meal, a few steps will do you some good. I'm curious to see what it's like on the terrace in summer. Repeat: 100%

Basically we were completely satisfied. We deducted one star for the price development. We happened to eat there before and after the VAT was readjusted from 7 to 19%. After the adjustment, the price of one dish increased by almost 20%, instead of 12% as the VAT adjustment suggested. We didn't research whether this was also the case with other dishes, but we suspected. We will continue to visit the restaurant because for us the quality of the food and everything surrounding it is more important than the prices

Schönes Lokal mit frischem Ambiente. Kleine Karte sowohl mit tapas als auch vollständigen Gerichten. Netter Service. Wir haben eine Tapas Kombination für zwei Personen genommen. Sehr reichhaltig und die Speisen kamen nicht alle gleichzeitig sondern mit zeitlichem Abstand. Sorgt dafür dass die meisten Sachen warm sind. Ich hätte vielleicht eine andere Reihenfolge gewählt ;-). Insgesamt wirklich gut, nicht ganz preiswert aber angemessen.

Were finally there again today after years. I thought it was very, very tasty. The service was great and the lady who looked after us had a lot of humor ♡ I really can't understand some of the comments. Like “everything was brought at once”. They've probably never been in one before Tapas bar. If you order more, it's clear that everything will come at once. :D We'll definitely be back. ♡

We spontaneously reserved a table an hour before arrival, which was a good thing because even though it was Tuesday, there was a lot going on. Our request for a table where our muzzled dog could retreat would still be taken into account. The food was delicious, the service was very attentive and friendly.

We ordered a lot of tapas in a large group. The nice thing is that you can try everything and know exactly what to order the next time you visit. Fast service and very tasty tapas. Small potatoes baked in salt and prawns wrapped in bacon were great. It's all a matter of taste, of course. I liked it and I'll be back

Ohne im Vorhinein drauf aufmerksam gemacht worden zu sein und obwohl man noch eine Flasche Wein bestellen wollte, werden einem um 19.50 Uhr (bei Reservierung um 18 Uhr ) die Teller unter der Nase weg gezogen und ein gemütlicher Abend mit reichlich leckerem Essen auf dem Tisch abrupt beendet. Und das obwohl genug Tische für eventuelle Gäste vorhanden gewesen wären. Ganz komisch.. für schnell mal lecker essen ein gutes Restaurant, für einen gemütlichen Abend bei Tapas und Wein völlig falsch.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr gutes Essen, es war ein gemütlicher Abend. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 6 Personen reserviert. Das dieser Tisch im unteren Bereich war, wurde uns mitgeteilt. Allerdings konnte man bei dem Gestank nach Urinstein nicht essen. Leider mussten wir das Lokal wieder verlassen. Wir waren nicht der einzige Tisch, der das Lokal direkt .wieder verlassen hat. Schade

Die Tapas Auswahl war gut und es war geschmacklich sehr lecker, wir kommen gerne wieder. Besonders der Fisch war geschmacklich etwas besonderes. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, wir waren bis zum Ende dort und wollten gerne noch ein Dessert, natürlich stehen auf der Karte die Öffnungszeiten, aber als wir etwas bestellen wollten war es schon zu spät. Da hätte man vllt wie bei warmen Getränken eine letzte Runde ansprechen können.

Hervorragende spanische Küche und sehr guter Service! Nur zu empfehlen, wir sind immer wieder gerne dort. Schöne Terasse für den Sommer.

Schlechter Service,das Hauptgericht kam zusammen mit den Tapas, obwohl ich ausdrücklich es nach den Tapas bestellt habe. Wurde nicht zurück genommen, sondern gesagt Salat essen dann später ist ja kalt,wir hatten auch warme Tapas bestellt. Einmal tut mir leid,das wars. Von Bedienung der miserabel

Essen war echt gut. Ich kam mir ein wenig wie in einer Mensa oder Schnellimbiss vor. Massenabfertigung. Nach der Essensbestellung kamen Speisen 5 Minuten nach den Getränken. So kann kein gemütlicher Abend genossen. Akustik eine Katastrophe. Service mittelmäßig und insgesamt viel zu teuer.

Großer Spanisches Restaurant mit einer Riesenauswahl an Tapas. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz voll besetzten Restaurant hielten sich die Wartezeiten in Grenzen. Wir haben sehr viele Tapas durchprobiert und fanden sie sehr schmackhaft. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Wir haben dort schon mehrfach ein sehr genüssliches Rumpsteak bestellt und auch immer so erhalten! Die Preise sind hoch angesetzt aber auch in jeder Hinsicht gerechtfertigt! Immer wieder gerne!

Essen war sehr lecker. Es gibt sehr viel Auswahl und die ganzen verschiedenen Tapas sind wirklich köstlich. Es hat leider immer sehr lange gedauert, bis wir bedient wurden. Am Anfang haben wir selbst gefragt, ob wir was zu trinken bestellen können, weil niemand kam. Während des Essen standen die Gläser lange leer, zum bezahlen sind wir ebenfalls zur Theke gegangen. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech, denn alle waren freundlich und es war sehr lecker.

Sehr lecker und tolle Bedienung klare Empfehlung

Zu besonderen Anlässen habe ich dieses Restaurant in den vergangenen Jahren gerne besucht. Das Essen schmeckt toll, wird zügig serviert und die Portionen sind ausreichend. (Man sollte sich nicht überschätzen und zu viel bestellen, sondern lieber nachbestellen). Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Tapas Brett als Vorspeise und der hausgemachte Sangria. Den Punkt Abzug im Ambiente gibt es nur, weil es auf der einen Seite des Lokals wo die Bar/Theke ist etwas lauter ist wegen der anderen Tische (nicht unbedingt wegen der Theke). Im anderen Raum sind die Tische aufgrund der Sitzbänke etwas mehr voneinander abgegrenzt. Das ist angenehmer fürs Gespräch. Inzwischen müsste auch (bald) noch ein weiterer Raum dazugekommen sein. Tipp: Auf jeden Fall vorher reservieren, denn ich war immer Wochentags da und es war dennoch immer gut besucht! Ich komme gerne wieder und meine Bekannten auch!

Etwas Besonderes im idyllischen Ortsteil von Oer-Erkenschwick. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Kellner fleißig und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente könnte mehr spanisch sein. Aber durch Nischen fühlt man sich sehr privat.

Alles super.. Allerdings hat auch seinen Preis

Wir haben das Restaurant zufällig auf der Durchreise entdeckt und aufgrund der Speisekarte - tolle Auswahl, gute Preise - einen Tisch reserviert. Das war schon mal nur für einen Zeitrahmen von 2 Stunden möglich, was zwar reichen mag, aber einen unguten Beigeschmack hat. Das Lokal mit sehr großem Biergarten ist schön eingerichtet, es war viel Service Personal da und wir konnten recht schnell Getränke bestellen. Bei den Tapas haben wir uns erst einmal für 3 entschieden, um Größe der Portionen und den Geschmack zu testen. Die Kellnerin wollte dann beide Karten wieder mitnehmen und wir haben uns eine erbeten, um weitere Tapas im Laufe des Essens auszuwählen, was nach Zögern gewährt wurde. Als dann die 3 Tapas kamen, hatten wir bereits zwei weitere ausgewählt - gut, denn der Kellner ließ nicht mit sich reden und nahm die Karte mit den Worten "die MUSS ich mitnehmen, ich bringe sie Ihnen wieder, wenn Sie sie brauchen" vom Tisch. Das Essen ist gut, es fehlt aus meiner Sicht Würze, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Trotzdem fehlt mir Gastlichkeit und ich fühle mich durch die 2 Stunden und die Politik mit den Speisekarten bevormundet und werde das Restaurant nicht wieder besuchen.

Sehr gute Tapas! Aber für Leute mit Hunden nicht zu empfehlen, es wird kein Wassernapf gestellt, man muss ständig mit dem Hund durch die Leute rennen, um den gemeinen Wassernapf am Eingang benutzen zu können. Deswegen würde ich nicht wiederkommen.. Auf meine Frage, ob ich nicht einen der beiden Näpfe am Eingang mitnehmen könnte zum Tisch, verneinte man.

Sehr lecker, sehr freundliches Personal. Sicheres Restaurant für Menschen mit Allergien gegen Baumnüsse und Erdnüsse. Einzig das Brot kann Spuren enthalten und beim desert gibt es einen mandelkuchen. A la cart sind die Gerichte jedoch ohne die zuvor genannten Allergene.

Waren heute zum erstenmal dort,und gleichzeitig zum letzten Mal.Haben schon in sehr viele Tapas Restaurants gegessen,aber noch nicht so schlecht.Der Service eine Katastrophe,vier Tapas bestellt,drei kamen schon vor den Getränken,und ein Tapa war gar nicht bestellt,dafür kam das vierte überhaupt nicht.Qualität nicht vorhanden, kann man Essen mehr nicht. Bei den nächsten bestellten Tapas billiges Öl und viel Zuviel,Brot nachbestellt,vergessen,Eis nachbestellt vergessen. Ein Abend zum vergessen,verstehe die Bewertungen hier nicht,kennen wohl nur Imbiss Atmosphäre.

Essen war toll. Wir hatten ein Tapasmenue für 2 Personen. Für uns war es perfekt gewürzt, super lecker und bezogen auf Fleisch und Fisch sehr hochwertig. Natürlich kommen wir wieder zum Essen. Mal etwas anderes als die üblichen Restaurants.

Wir waren begeistert, obwohl unser Besuch zunächst nur eine Notlösung war. Aber wir haben es nicht bereut. Das Platzangebot war super (immerhin waren wir 11 Personen) und wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt mit viel Abstand zwischen den Tischen. Das Essen war ohne Ausnahme sehr lecker (und wir hatten bei 11 Personen eine große Bandbreite der Speisen) - jeder hat etwas für sein Gusto gefunden und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Und frisch gezapftes San Miguel - einfach super. Die Service-Kräfte rundeten den Besuch ebenfalls positiv ab: aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal zu Gast.
