Toilette dreckig, Personal unfreundlich Parkplatz voll glasscherben. Rasenmähen war auch lange keiner. Für Kinder gibt's einen Spielplatz.

Eine große Tankstelle mit Restaurant und Shop. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Eigendlich ist ein Stern noch zu viel für diesen Laden. Un lieber Besitzer komme jetzt nicht mit eine billigen Entschuldigung. Brenne einfach die Bude ab vieleicht gibt es noch was von der Versicherung.Die absolute letzte Raststätte,am Mittwoch den 10.06.26 um 16.30 Uhr nichts warmes zu Essen bekommen. Das ist das allerletzte.

Sind öfters auf der Raststätte zu Besuch, auch uns ist aufgefallen das die Sauberkeit gerade bei der WC Anlage sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt. Sicherlich können sich manche Gäste auch nicht anständig benehmen ABER dennoch sollten die Toiletten eine Gewisse Grundsauberkeit besitzen. Von mal zu mal kommt es einen vor das es schlimmer wird.

Ich habe schon so oft dort gehalten und bin immer wieder über das Angebot der der Speisen überrascht. Alles ist dauerhaft durchgestrichen außer Bockwurst. Furchtbar.

Desinteresse beim Personal speiseangebot gegen Null

Wollten heute mit Kleinkind Mittag an der Raststätte essen. Mittagstisch? Fehlanzeige. Keine Info warum, kein Ersatz. Einzige "warme" Option: Eine Bockwurst im Brötchen für 5,00 Euro. Das ist reine Abzocke. Preis-Leistung passt hier absolut nicht. Für eine Raststätte, die von Durchreisenden lebt, ist das definitiv zu wenig. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und genervt – von was auch immer. Der einzig Positive Punkt: die Anlage und das Ambiente waren sehr gepflegt...

Bitte nicht anhalten. Angebot übersichtlich, Personal gelangweilt und gibt falsche Auskünfte, Toilette teilweise defekt

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, ein Laden ist in der Nähe und man kann durch ein Loch im Zaun neben dem Tor parken. Duschen kosten 3 €, Toiletten 1 € inklusive Wasser; das ist Abzocke, obwohl es kostenlos ist. Nach 19:00 Uhr gibt es noch Plätze hinten und manchmal im Baum.

Unfreundliches Personal Nachdem ich um Wechselgeld für die Kaffeemaschine gebeten hatte, hieß es nur: „NICHT!!!!!“

Durch die Autobahn ist es laut, am Bahnhof gibt es eine Dusche (3 €) und eine Toilette (1 €), es gibt etwa 35 Stellplätze für Lastwagen.

Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen nach einer langen Autofahrt.

Die Dusche kostet immer noch 3 Euro. Die Duschdüse wurde ausgetauscht, und Wasserdruck und -temperatur sind super!

Nein, ich kann diesen Ort nicht empfehlen, es war eine der enttäuschendsten Raststätten- Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre.

Da ist selbst 1 stern zuviel. Man sind diese Raststätten verkommen. Schade drum.

Mittelmäßiges Essen und wenige Gerichte.

Notgedrungen hier gestrandet, bieten sie außer Bratwurst kein Essen an, werben aber weiterhin mit Schildern draußen. Eine brauchbare Hütte.

Sehr nettes Personal, reichaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Toilette 1 Euro, ohne Guthaben Bon und obwohl wir hier gegessen haben. Das ist Abzocke.

In Dusche Nr. 2 befindet sich eine versteckte Kamera in der Seifenschale. Bitte achten Sie auf Perverse und decken Sie sie ab!

Das ist wirklich das allerschlimmste was es geben kann. Freches Personal, totale abzocke und außerdem noch dreckig. Bloß nicht dort anhalten, ein paar km weiter gehts deutlich besser!

Ich war gestern gegen 16 Uhr bei euch, um mir einen Saft und einen Kaffee zu holen. Ehrlich gesagt: So ein Verhalten habe ich selten erlebt. Da steht ein junger Mitarbeiter hinter der Kasse und unterhält sich ganze 15–20 Minuten mit einer jungen Kollegin, während mehrere Kunden – inklusive mir – direkt davor warten. Er hat uns sogar gesehen, aber es hat ihn einfach nicht interessiert. Statt zu kassieren, wurde laut gelacht und weitergeredet. Ganz ehrlich: Das ist extrem respektlos gegenüber den Kunden. Man kommt, bezahlt und geht – das ist kein Treffpunkt für private Gespräche. Als er dann endlich kam, war er nur am Handy und überhaupt nicht bei der Sache. Hinter mir standen auch schon viele Leute, die genauso gewartet haben. So ein Verhalten ist wirklich peinlich und absolut unprofessionell. Ich hoffe, dass ihr das ernst nehmt und eure Mitarbeiter entsprechend schult.

Sehe schön angelegter Außenbereich

Der Parkplatz ist nicht sehr groß und füllt sich recht schnell (wie überall). Die Dusche ist völlig in Ordnung; der Wasserdruck ist nicht überragend, aber mehr als ausreichend. Sie war nicht besonders sauber, aber das lag an dem Schlamper vor mir. Ich habe 3 Euro bezahlt und ein kostenloses Ticket für die Drehkreuze bekommen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Wasser nicht ganz gleichmäßig fließt, aber ich finde nicht, dass das einen Punktabzug rechtfertigt. Der Mann am Schalter war ansonsten freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Appell an alle anderen Autofahrer: Bitte reinigt die Dusche nach Gebrauch; ein Abzieher und ein Wischmopp sind vorhanden, damit wir den Preis niedrig halten können…

Wollten um 14.10 Uhr essen, aber außer Frikadellen und Bratwurst gibt es um diese Zeit nichts mehr im Restaurant. Ein Armutszeugnis für Tank und Rast. Sie Damentoilette war in Ordnung, bei den Herren war die Toilette ein Graus.

Es gibt derzeit kein fließendes Wasser; alle Wasserhähne sind zugeschraubt. Eine Dusche kostet 3 Euro, und es gibt eine Toilette im Gebäude. Der Laden ist 1 km entfernt und über einen Feldweg zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist früh voll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Ich kaufte also ein 10-Euro-Paket und bezahlte mit Karte. Sie scannte die Karte und behielt sie in der Hand. Normalerweise würde ich sie dann auf die Kasse legen und bezahlen. Diesmal nicht. Ich bezahlte. Sie hielt mir das Paket hin. Ich stand da. Jetzt ist es soweit. Es fühlt sich an wie eine Ewigkeit. Zahlung bestätigt. Sie gibt mir das Paket. Man fragt sich, wie viele Leute wohl die Flucht ergriffen haben, bevor die Zahlung durch war. Und ob sie selbst hätte rennen können, wenn es nötig gewesen wäre. Übrigens – dort verkaufen sie auch Sicherheitsschuhe.

Alles bestens. Die Toilette funktioniert. Freundlicher Service. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

Die vermutlich polnischen Betreiber sind sehr um die Gäste bemüht, 14 Uhr noch gute Mittagstisch-Auswahl! Man konnte auch nur einen Teller Gemüsebeilagen in verschiedenen Größen wählen, alles war schmackhaftzubereitet. SEHR SAUBERE SANITÄRRÄUME!!😀 Bewertung bezieht sich auf die östliche Fahrtrichtung!!

Dusche 3 Euro, sauber und ordentlich. Man bekommt einen Schlüssel und eine Zugangskarte. Er braucht keinen LKW-Schlüssel, ein älterer Herr war unhöflich zu einem ausländischen Fahrer.

Hallo wir waren jetzt wieder Mal auf der Tankstelle da wir wir mit LKW unterwegs sind und sind unzufrieden denn Kaffee mussten wir warten und das Essen auch weil Kollegin erst Mal draussen mit Kraft Faherern scheckern und naja bei nach fragen einen frech geantwortet würde warum wir Stress machen würden sagten wir haben Ebent nicht viel Zeit Pausen Zeit ist begrenzt wir haben dann die Sache Vorort ab gebrochen und sind weiter gefahren jeden falls große Enttäuschung gewesen kommen nicht wieder haben einige Kollegen hin gewiesen die Tankstelle weiter zufahren Brehm /Rost

Wir hielten hier zum Mittagessen am und waren positiv überrascht. Das Essen war echt lecker, richtig gut! Alles war sehr sauber, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Also waren dort mit zum Tanken eigentlich. Und wollten bezahlen und der älter Heer ist erst mal am telefonieren also heißt es etwas warten dann hat er sein Handy weggelegt und und bediente. Dann ham mir noch was kleines zu essen geholt und natürlich hat er gleich wieder sein Handy am Ohr gehabt wo wie noch geschaut ham und dann beim bezahlen erst wieder weggelegt. Also total unfreundlich und geht nicht egal ob es Abends war gegen um 19 Uhr ca. Und natürlich zu erhöhte Preise Bockwurst und Baguette 10€ naja.

Es lohnt sich nicht mehr zu Autobahnrastanlagen zu fahren. Personal wird immer unfreundlicher. Angebot immer schlimmer dafür immer teurer.

Two weeks ago I was at this rest stop and was dissatisfied; the service was inadequate. Today I returned at 12:40 pm for a light snack, and a very kind young woman prepared our food with great warmth and a smile. My opinion of this rest stop has completely changed, and I will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality!

A decent and clean rest stop with ample parking. Naturally, the prices are higher than at a country inn, but overall everything was fine.

This is a nice, clean rest stop where you can take a break, have something to eat and drink, and recover from your journey. There's also a clean and tidy toilet 🚽. You can also refuel your car 🚗 or truck 🚚 there; plenty of parking is available.

The staff was incompetent and overwhelmed; even though there wasn't much to do, we had to ask three times where the food was because he only brought half of it, and then he started an argument at the end. Not recommended.

The employees there have clearly never heard of the word "service." The prices are what they are, but to then serve customers so listlessly and arrogantly is simply unacceptable! We were there today (November 6, 2025) around 12:20-12:50 pm for a light meal. We wanted a schnitzel box. The question, "Which one?" came very rudely. Unfortunately, the sun was so bright it was almost impossible to read the menu, and I pointed this out to the employee. His reaction was that it wasn't even glaring. Now that's what I call "customer-friendly." While we were eating, we noticed that all the other customers were also being served rudely. I'm self-employed in the fast-food industry and I know that this guy would NEVER make it past his probationary period! I hope they get competent staff soon!

The prices are like in a 5-star hotel and the workers look like they're from a retirement home.

As a paying guest, you still have to pay for the restroom. This is theoretically even illegal. The coffee voucher is of no use to me if I'm traveling further with children who don't drink coffee... The bar system is also very poorly thought out. The playground is partially broken. It's much more pleasant on the other side (Seeberg East).

When I entered this rest stop, I felt like I was in a nursing home. All the people working there are elderly and can only move very slowly. I asked the old man for a hot dog, and he stood there for about 15 minutes to move. Then the second old woman came, forcibly took the plate from him, and visited me. That was completely unusual. I will never go to that nursing home again.

The playground was okay. The restrooms were dirty. We wanted to get something small to eat for the kids and stopped by briefly during the school holidays, but unfortunately there was nothing hot to eat, and it was at lunchtime at 12:30 a.m.

No, absolutely not. The snack bar was closed due to a lack of staff. The shop's waitress served the snack bar on the side. Since it was taking longer, the customers were a bit annoyed, so the waitress told the customer, "You can start here." That's completely unacceptable. The facility was in poor condition, both inside and out.

Whatever the service station may be, the price of €2.22 for a liter of Super e5 from ARAL is not just too high, it's outrageous. The average price today was €1.70 at other Berlin gas stations. "That's how it is here," was the Berlin cashier/gas station attendant's response when asked how he explained the exorbitant prices. I will never go to this service station again.

The council building is fine but the rest area is terrible as the weeds are higher than the seats on the benches!!!

Service was friendly. A Bocki (a sausage) for €5, a meatball and fries for €10 are normal fair prices. It was delicious. If you don't want to pay that much, you can just bring something from home. Only the situation in the restrooms (half of them broken and closed, no toilet paper, no soap,... and it was 1 p.m.) and in the parking lot (the trash cans were jammed full, not even a single piece of paper would fit in them) left a lot to be desired. The service and food each deserve one star, while the toilet paper and soap dispensers, the usable restrooms, and cleanliness all lose three stars.

An absolute disaster... some of the restrooms are more disgusting and dirtier than the free restroom parking spaces. And every time, it's even worse than before. This facility is purely a source of income... I've never seen anyone from Sanifair who might want to clean something... never... Three out of four urinals are now closed, and you can't even go into the stalls. I couldn't even attach a photo of them due to Google's guidelines, which says it all... Hand sanitizer? I don't dare put a hand in there...

Strong urine odor, only one urinal worked, very dirty washroom area including disinfection machine, notice given about cleanliness in the restroom at the checkout area, unfortunately no one cared... "We're not responsible for that."

€1 for the toilet. Of the four urinals, three were blocked and the fourth was overflowing. The toilet seats were completely dirty, which is normal for a service station where you pay for the service. It's an absolute disgrace.

The outdoor area is completely filthy, overgrown, and the benches and tables are dirty and broken. The restrooms are completely filthy and half of them are closed, all the coffee machines are broken, and the staff are unfriendly. So, unfortunately, it's not a great place to take a break.

Impossible! All the prices aren't just gas station prices, no! The prices are even higher! Ice cream costs €3.80, and fuel costs €0.50 more than the regular price. I don't think the employees get any of that.

Parking for 4 stars. There is a clean toilet - 1 euro, shower - 3 euros. The restaurant has a large selection, but the prices are biting. There is an ALDI market nearby, 800 meters away. It is easy to get to. Near the gate on the way out there is a hole in the net as in photo 1. Further along the path from the tractor through the field to the construction site, photo 2. Then directly through the construction site, photo 3. From the site to the asphalt the road is paved with wooden sleepers, photos 4, 5. Have a good trip.

The staff were very unfriendly and tried to tell me when to put my phone away. Unbelievable! The restrooms used to be cleaner, but they had a very strong urine smell.

Very unfriendly employee, no good morning, nothing. I politely said good morning, ordered a large latte and a croissant, and paid with €50. The cashier gave me back a handful of small change, then I asked, "Couldn't they have it any other way?" Her words were, "It's not her fault that customers have been coming in with large amounts of money since 6:00 a.m." It was 9:15 a.m. The cashier slammed an empty cup down on the counter and went to her colleagues on the other side. I didn't know what to do with the empty cup. Anyway, I took the cup and then saw the coffee machine. I hadn't gotten my croissant, so I went to the other side and asked if I could still get my croissant. The cashier then wrapped it up for me and slammed it across the counter. I don't understand how you can treat customers like that.

It's a nice place to rest, and the restrooms are clean. What's absolutely unacceptable, however, is for a person without disabilities to use a restroom that's meant for people with disabilities and for changing children. Unfortunately, we had to experience that. Our little son needed a diaper change, and there was a man in front of us in the accessible restroom... this guy simply wanted to save the money for the regular restroom, came out of the restroom, and vainly stroked his pomaded hair. People, this is outrageous and absolutely disrespectful to people who depend on it—think about it. More respect would do us all good. But how do you expect to police something like this? Otherwise, we can recommend the rest stop for a short stay. We didn't see a play area for children, but it was definitely enough for the essentials. And a shout out to the employees who keep the place running; it's not easy to keep track of everything.
