This is a nice, clean rest stop where you can take a break, have something to eat and drink, and recover from your journey. There's also a clean and tidy toilet 🚽. You can also refuel your car 🚗 or truck 🚚 there; plenty of parking is available.

The staff was incompetent and overwhelmed; even though there wasn't much to do, we had to ask three times where the food was because he only brought half of it, and then he started an argument at the end. Not recommended.

The employees there have clearly never heard of the word "service." The prices are what they are, but to then serve customers so listlessly and arrogantly is simply unacceptable! We were there today (November 6, 2025) around 12:20-12:50 pm for a light meal. We wanted a schnitzel box. The question, "Which one?" came very rudely. Unfortunately, the sun was so bright it was almost impossible to read the menu, and I pointed this out to the employee. His reaction was that it wasn't even glaring. Now that's what I call "customer-friendly." While we were eating, we noticed that all the other customers were also being served rudely. I'm self-employed in the fast-food industry and I know that this guy would NEVER make it past his probationary period! I hope they get competent staff soon!

Since it was taking longer, the customers were a bit annoyed, so the waitress told the customer, "You can start here." That's completely unacceptable. Whatever the service station may be, the price of €2.22 for a liter of Super e5 from ARAL is not just too high, it's outrageous. The average price today was €1.70 at other Berlin gas stations. Service was friendly. A Bocki (a sausage) for €5, a meatball and fries for €10 are normal fair prices. It was delicious. If you don't want to pay that much, you can just bring something from home. Only the situation in the restrooms (half of them broken and closed, no toilet paper, no soap,... and it was 1 p.m.) and in the parking lot (the trash cans were jammed full, not even a single piece of paper would fit in them) left a lot to be desired. The service and food each deserve one star, while the toilet paper and soap dispensers, the usable restrooms, and cleanliness all lose three stars.

Our little son needed a diaper change, and there was a man in front of us in the accessible restroom... this guy simply wanted to save the money for the regular restroom, came out of the restroom, and vainly stroked his pomaded hair. People, this is outrageous and absolutely disrespectful to people who depend on it—think about it. More respect would do us all good. But how do you expect to police something like this? Otherwise, we can recommend the rest stop for a short stay. We didn't see a play area for children, but it was definitely enough for the essentials. And a shout out to the employees who keep the place running; it's not easy to keep track of everything.

The benches and tables that were there were comfortable, but you couldn’t sit at them for long - there were a lot of anthills around, and the ants immediately started crawling on your legs and things. It was obvious that no one was looking after this. Although this is not surprising, because there is a forest nearby, and the presence of ants in such places is quite natural. The man at the checkout is polite; if you ask him nicely, he can help you get some water, for which we thank him very much. You can walk from the gas station to the Aldi and Edeka stores - they are not far away, but you have to walk through a field, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable. Very friendly staff, and there are plenty of benches outside. Here, you can quickly use a clean Sanifair restroom or enjoy a snack on a bench outside. A comfortable and clean rest area.

I was here today around 4:30 p.m. I filled up for €2.06 for diesel. That seems very expensive to me these days. The Sanifair toilet was okay, but I expect that for €1. The highlight was the "service" surrounding the espresso. €2.79 minus €1 for Sanifair. It was self-service. Neither the cashier, who wasn't exactly busy, nor the chatty employee managed to press the button on the machine. Unbelievable! The espresso wasn't hot, by the way; it had to be drunk quickly to be at all enjoyable. But I didn't want to stay there long anyway.

Also the bockwurst: to the point, hot, tasty – all good. Less charming: card payments in the toilets were out of order. If you didn't have any change, you could get creative. Then the surprise when buying a drink: “Dogs aren’t actually allowed in here” – it was suddenly said. It's actually on a long blue list on the door, but you only see it once you're standing inside. The employees themselves weren't entirely sure what to do next - a little guessing game at the edge of the rest stop. My tip for dog people: It's better to stay outside and hope for nice employees - or play it safe and leave your four-legged friend outside. It's a shame - there was more to it.
