Disco atmosphere with inappropriate music volume. Reheated menus at inappropriate prices, and I'm not surprised no guests stay. Of course, the bored restroom attendant is busy video conferencing at inappropriate volume because no one stays.

We wanted to go to the bathroom and they said, "No, the cafe is closed," even though they were supposed to be open for another 40 minutes. And they were very unfriendly.

Restrooms are moderately clean, the entire rest area doesn't invite you to stay there any longer than necessary (especially not as a woman), and the food selection is abysmal. The sales staff are preoccupied with themselves. When I asked if there were cutlery for the cake, I was met with an incredulous comment that I didn't eat while driving. After finishing the cheesecake, which tasted like rubber, I decided to go back to the restroom. Sorry guys, but it couldn't get any more disgusting. Please get only packaged food 🤮

€1 for a simple restroom visit (not a redeemable coupon, just cash!), a 10-minute queue at the coffee bar, only to be told by the nasty-sounding barista that they're out of iced coffee (not marked on the price list). Unfortunately, the rest area is completely littered and dirty. The food and drinks on offer are very expensive. The restrooms are a disaster; there was only one sink and one toilet available for men, while others were broken. It was also very dirty and smelled terrible. It was impossible to speak to the staff there due to the lack of interest of the (I believe) cleaning staff and a language barrier. The only word that came across as understandable was "pay."

I do not recommend the restaurant

menu (schnitzel box) with fries undercooked/raw and I think they come completely from the microwave. Then some sauce is poured over it and that's it... Then asking almost €14 for this is almost criminal! but you do get free food poisoning 🤢

I got a Fellows coffee there this morning! That's how Personal Identity works. The lady with the curly hair was amazing; I've never experienced such friendly staff! Everything was perfect, and the coffee was worth at least €10. 👍 Thank you.

I'm glad to have found a parking space for my truck. I also stopped there, but not just for the toilets or sanitary facilities, I also dared to drink some cocoa there. Despite the price of €4, this cup was plenty filled. The smell of it alone was intoxicating. Can anyone remember the movie Ratatouille where the appraiser tried a food and then after the first bite his childhood expired. That's what happened to me when I took a piece of the cocoa and thought wow, what was that? A cocoa like it used to be, like it used to be. Unfortunately I neglected to ask what this cocoa is called. This one was also worth the €4. I even gave him a tip for it.

Once upon a time! It's gone badly. The lanky hoodie wearer at the counter doesn't feel like working at all. Coffee is always served in a paper cup. Porcelain is protected. Bockwurst goes out at 5 p.m. No more rolls either. It's a shame about the beautiful rest stop! This is what happens when good personnel are swapped for listless career changers.

Disappointing and disrespectful behavior My husband wanted to order food from you and pay with a card because there was a card payment device visible on site. However, the employee, a woman with black hair, a short and petite stature and tattoos, said that card payment was not possible without giving any explanation. When asked, there was no explanation, just blank stares. When my husband tried to leave the store without saying anything else, he was loudly insulted and rudely insulted in Turkish. Such behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable and very disappointing and, according to other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. Indeed, a good place for a truck driver to pause. As written below, you can walk to the bus and into the city (100 metro to the stop). And the police are nearby)). You can also walk behind the parking lot or run...there are bike paths there. The coffee itself is nothing....sparse and quiet in it.

Subject: Complaint about xenophobic treatment in the Tank & Rest rest area Lennhof West I would like to file an official complaint about an incident that occurred on 17-08-2024, at 3:30 p.m. It happened in your restaurant Tank & Rast Raststätte Lennhof West, located on BAB1 Lennhof, 58099 Hagen, Germany. During my visit I was treated in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner by a member of staff who had blonde, short hair. Not only did she display very poor manners, but she also yelled at us and made derogatory comments regarding our nationality. This type of behavior is not only hurtful to us, but also completely unacceptable. It's disappointing to be treated like this in a restaurant, especially in a country known for its tolerance and hospitality. I expect that this incident will be taken seriously and that measures will be taken to ensure that something like this does not happen again in the future.

It doesn't even reach a star, the disastrous treatment. We are Spanish and above all the lady, to call her in some way, who is in the blonde box has discriminated against us for being Spanish, shouting and watching us at all times and making fuss when we ordered the food even speaking in German. At 1630 everywhere closed. A gas station, a shower (the only reason we wanted to take a break here) and a restaurant. I guess, an unlocked public toilet, but I haven't found the courage to go to it yet. Maybe it's a good thing it's closed here, if what I've read about the staff is true. It's a parking lot nothing more... learning the concept of informational signs or paper with opening hours wouldn't hurt.
