Wer auf freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal Wert legt, sollte sich einen Besuch sparen. Durchweg unfreundlich und stellenweise unverschämt... Die Raststätte hätte gsr keinen Stern verdient!

Hier steht ernsthaft jemand mit einem EC Cash Gerät von Sum up von den Toiletten und kassiert 1€ für den Toilettengang. Natürlich ohne Quittung.

Ein Stern reicht völlig. Man kann nachts nicht mal eine Toilette benutzen. Wir haben an einer mautpflichtigen Autobahn geparkt und können nachts nicht mal eine einfache Toilette benutzen??? Und tagsüber kostet die Toilette 1 €, und man bekommt nicht mal einen 50-Cent-Gutschein. Ich werde versuchen, hier keine Wochenenden mehr zu verbringen.

Nicht empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung. Wir kamen um 16 Uhr an. Toilette und Dusche sind nur tagsüber geöffnet. Die Toilette kostet 1 Euro, die Dusche – keine Ahnung, da wir sie nie benutzt haben. Wohin nachts? Genau – mitten im Busch! Wir wachten um 6 Uhr morgens auf und alles war noch geschlossen.

Das Essen war furchtbar. Kalte Würstchen und trockene Kartoffeln. Die Hälfte der Gerichte auf der Speisekarte war nicht verfügbar.

Eine kleine Raststätte mit überschaubarem Angebot, wenigen Parkplätzen und Toiletten Gebühren ohne Gutscheinen, meine Empfehlung: nur einkehren wenn es unbedingt notwendig ist.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Preis für alten WC 1 euro ohne Pfand. Musste für einen Kaffee das Personal suchen. Zentraleingang ohne weitere Erläuterung zu. Insgesamt unwirtlich, kurzer Aufenthalt bereitete keine Freude.

Alles Gute! Und die Angestellten an der Tankstelle und in der Toilette wollten uns bei 37 Grad kein Wasser geben!!! Die nette Frau schickte uns zur Kasse. Und dort hieß es: „Wenn wir euch Wasser geben, werden es alle sehen und auch angerannt kommen!“ Wie nennt man solche unmenschlichen Menschen?!

Die Toiletten sind seit 20:00 Uhr geschlossen. Ich würde meinen Kollegen nicht empfehlen, hier zu übernachten.

Eine Dusche kostet 3 Euro gegen Schlüssel. Drinnen gibt es eine Toilette und einen Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr gut und das Wasser warm – 5 Sterne! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings, weil die Tankstelle nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet hat. Grüßen Sie die Mitarbeiterin: Sie kommt aus Bulgarien, spricht gut Russisch und war eine gute Schülerin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, obwohl die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken an dieser Tankstelle recht begrenzt ist.

Ich habe 45 Euro ausgegeben. Es gibt noch Platz, wenn man rechtzeitig kommt. Die Toilettenbenutzung beträgt 1 Euro, die Dusche 3 Euro. Es gibt viele Mülleimer und Sitzgelegenheiten in Hagen. Geschäfte sind 35-50 Minuten entfernt, Lidl Penny ist zu Fuß erreichbar!

Rastätte eben, irgendwie alle in etwa gleich.

Coffe Fellows... Wir haben für mehr als 10 Euro Kaffee gekauft... ihn dort getrunken...und sollten für die Toilette noch 1 Euro pro Person bezahlen. Unverschämt. Ein Paar was ebenfalls Kaffee getrunken und sogar Kuchen gegessen hatte sollte das selbige tun. Die Toiletten Frau wollte uns auch nur gegen Vorkasse aufs Klo lassen... was auch nicht richtig ist. Ich möchte mich davon vergewissern ob due Toilette sauber ist, und gebe dann auch gerne 2 Euro wenn ich zufrieden war. Und zum Gesetz..... das Bild teile ich dazu. Vielleicht sollten die Betreiber mal ihre Mitarbeiter besser schulen.

Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, wir waren 45 Stunden dort, ruhig, Aldi und Lidl 2,5 km entfernt, Dusche 3 Euro, Toilette 1 Euro pro Tag

Leider war die Frau an der Kasse mehr als unmotiviert und mir erklärt es sich auch nicht, warum man Handschuh trägt, wenn man mit denen auch kassiert? Mehr als unhygienisch!

Wir fanden die richtige urig und das Personal super nett. War nur eine kurze Rast auf der Urlaubsrückreise aber wir haben es da genossen. Sauberkeit etc. Waren auch top.

Great café! Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious selection. Good value for money. I'll definitely be back.

Things were better before. The saleswoman was terribly slow and had to move away from the computer first.

The Radthaus has inconsistent opening hours, depending on the staff's motivation... The motivation is abysmal, the kitchen is closed all day, the toilets are filthy, and the outside is no better. No hot food at 1 p.m., and the same thing at 4 p.m. Staff lounge around on the sofas or chain-smoke outside. If you try to complain, you're ignored or insulted. @Tank and Rast I can't imagine anything will happen there that would benefit you. I would fire the tenant and staff and hire new people.

It's 4:50 PM and there's no more hot food available. Pretty pathetic for a rest stop.

Well... We stopped there. Hungry and thirsty. It's unfortunately normal that everything at rest stops is completely overpriced. Two fresh bagels, a cappuccino, and a bag of peanuts. The nuts were the only good thing. The man behind the order counter unfortunately didn't understand my questions about the toppings on the bagels. Then came the answer: White bagels with "cheese," dark bagels with "turkey." The bagels were topped with lettuce, cream cheese, and the specified topping. Unfortunately, only the visible half. They were sticky and rubbery. The cappuccino had no milk foam, but was a brownish broth...

There's a wide selection of snacks. And the place is clean.

Excellent parking, shower available for 3 euros. The water is excellent. A clean toilet costs 1 euro. The woman is friendly. The staff is polite. There's an exit to the city nearby; the store is 2.5 km away.

Very simple, but everything is neat. Lots of space for parking.

Disco atmosphere with inappropriate music volume. Reheated menus at inappropriate prices, and I'm not surprised no guests stay. Of course, the bored restroom attendant is busy video conferencing at inappropriate volume because no one stays.

Lackluster service. Keeps you waiting unnecessarily. Personal phone calls are more important. Order not processed properly. I'll stop somewhere else next time.

Superb rest stop, friendly staff. Very, very clean restrooms. Sanifair restrooms could be a good example.

Restrooms are moderately clean, the entire rest area doesn't invite you to stay there any longer than necessary (especially not as a woman), and the food selection is abysmal. The sales staff are preoccupied with themselves. When I asked if there were cutlery for the cake, I was met with an incredulous comment that I didn't eat while driving. After finishing the cheesecake, which tasted like rubber, I decided to go back to the restroom. Sorry guys, but it couldn't get any more disgusting. Please get only packaged food 🤮

A typical example of a motorway service station. Generally clean and tidy—albeit a bit dated. The friendliness is rather average, and the prices are too high.

Expensive and one euro per toilet. You can't use it as a voucher, and also no proof of payement for the euro you pay!! Just grab and put in pocket and pay more expensive than airport hotel for the smallest thing, of lowest quality

€1 for a simple restroom visit (not a redeemable coupon, just cash!), a 10-minute queue at the coffee bar, only to be told by the nasty-sounding barista that they're out of iced coffee (not marked on the price list). Unfortunately, the rest area is completely littered and dirty. The food and drinks on offer are very expensive. The restrooms are a disaster; there was only one sink and one toilet available for men, while others were broken. It was also very dirty and smelled terrible. It was impossible to speak to the staff there due to the lack of interest of the (I believe) cleaning staff and a language barrier. The only word that came across as understandable was "pay."

I do not recommend the restaurant

menu (schnitzel box) with fries undercooked/raw and I think they come completely from the microwave. Then some sauce is poured over it and that's it... Then asking almost €14 for this is almost criminal! but you do get free food poisoning 🤢
