First what's great The toilets are clean and OK. The shop is stocked as usual at rest stops and priced accordingly. Flop The Burger King on site was closed. The hot counter is well advertised, but it fails with an avocado bagel and a glass of ginger with lemon, according to the menu there should have been both. The bagels that are available are 3/4 full, the rest is dry. And the tea tastes like nothing (let's be polite).

The night passed quietly and calmly, the area smelled very strongly, although it was cold, I don’t know how it will be in the summer, at 19:00 there were still places in the herringbone, there was no free toilet.

The town hall had run out of schnitzels at 3 p.m., only bockwurst was available, but it was open until 6 p.m. There was a snack bar in the gas station/rest stop, only dry sandwiches and a bockwurst shower cost €5. Why does this rest stop even still exist at the service?

Unfortunately you have to give at least one point. 4:30 p.m. and no food at all except bockwurst.

On December 29th, 2024 no card payment was possible in the toilets, 3 of 5 cubicles in the men's toilet were unusable due to a pool of water/urine. Toilet dirty. Still paid in full. Staff at the checkout passive-aggressive, "the person responsible for that left half an hour ago." Not like that, friends. Listless, sloppy but big mouth. Although Sanifair is an external provider, to demonstrate organized irresponsibility is the very last thing.

Just like that, everything is closed and there is no possibility of eating anything! Seeing the statement says “closed” at the counter inside is cool when you have to take an 11 hour break with your truck and are not allowed to drive any further! Been here on Thursday, November 28th, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. You stand in front of closed doors without any indication why or why. Everywhere is open 24 hours. At the gas station you are told: "Closed due to a lack of staff. The two who work there can't be there 24 hours a day."

We were just there, Thursday at 5 p.m. Rest stop is closed (doors locked) without any information. No notices, no sign, nothing. Otherwise we would have pulled into the truck stop shortly beforehand. Now I have to wait 60km to the next rest stop to use the toilet.

Stopped today, I actually wanted to go to Burger King, but it was closed (it looked as if they weren't opening again.) So anyway, just a bockwurst for 4.99, there wasn't any other choice (except sandwiches). Waited over 5 minutes because the sausage had to go into the pot first. Then, as expected, I got a sausage that was still cold on the inside with pale baked rolls and a bag of mustard. So it shouldn't be called a rest stop. More like an impudence. I won't stop there again. It really doesn't work at all. Rest stop without warm food, where the bockwurst is made to order and served cold.

What was good: everything was tip top clean and tidy. What wasn't good: A service person who doesn't understand the deposit system for German beverage cans and, as at all rest stops from the monopoly Tank&Rast: extremely high prices. This works much better in southern Europe.

There are 4 showers at the pump, but the staff only opens one shower so that they don't have to clean the showers. Then the drivers who are waiting for the key will pile up at the cash desk. After 15 minutes, 4 other drivers were already waiting at the cash desk, yet only one shower was open. Truck drivers are also people, and they deserve a human approach.☹️

I don't recommend it at all, you can't pay for the toilet with a card because there's a constant failure, you can't use the shower because I wanted to pay with a card, I don't recommend it.

You can lose your appetite at this rest stop. On October 20, 2024, the restaurant was closed later in the afternoon. We were lucky enough to get a freshly tapped coffee from the machine from a completely overwhelmed lady. At least the cashier was polite. Customers who came after us were less fortunate and were rudely turned away. Unfortunately it wasn't obvious from the outside that the restaurant was closed. Otherwise other customers wouldn't have bothered to go there. We definitely won't go to this location again. Actually half a star would be too much.

Hard to beat when it comes to unfriendly. Burger King wasn't open at all and the shop was closed at short notice today at 3:30 p.m. We were turned away at the door by the complaining male employee in his Sanifair shirt. How much I miss this place is indescribable... this red lettering on a white plate appears to me in my dreams like the light at the end of the tunnel, my savior in times of need. It has happened to me several times now: the last time was on Sunday October 6th from 4 p.m. no entry for everyone. A NO GO for a motorway service station!!!! The toilets could not be used and coach passengers were refused. And the suggestion that the food was gone seems like an excuse, because there were enough shop items to buy. The lack of staff is certainly a problem, and the employees certainly wanted to get off work. Management there is work for you here!!

We were there on September 20th. There around 3:15 p.m. The disabled toilet appears to be used by everyone. To make this possible, an employee stood there who prevented the intended locking. I am severely disabled and need quick access. If entire busloads then use these toilets, this is no longer guaranteed. Apart from that, the cleanliness in these toilets suffers.
