Sufficient for a break and quite clean. Service is adequate. Staff is friendly. I couldn't find anything negative. Don't expect luxury here; it's just a rest stop.

Far from full, but not clean, and I waited over 20 minutes for a McMuffin. The staff ran around the restaurant three times because they couldn't find my table.

We stopped here for a quick stop. The food was typical McDonald's. The location was pleasant and clean. The staff and service were great. We got our Sanifair voucher refunded without any problems.

It is a very diverse and large restaurant, everything is very nicely decorated and there is also a large indoor playground and the service was relatively good, I can really recommend it, the staff are very friendly and clean

A beautiful, large restaurant 🕋 with friendly service 🌈, super delicious food 🍔, and a fantastic selection of cakes 🍰 and ice cream 🍦. We used table service and ordered and paid directly at the table via the app 📲. Now I know what the numbers on the table are for 😇. It worked really quickly 🚀! All of this including an indoor playground 🥰!

The branch on the A9 is visually attractive and relatively clean. Of course, there's a certain amount of traffic here, typical of a rest stop. On our visit, however, the order list was manageable and looked like a quick meal. Fast food, you see. But the order list was two columns wide, and so we waited 25 minutes for the food, which was (really) cold. The fries were only lukewarm and the burger cold! I've never had a cold burger like that before, but complaining would probably have been pointless, because the orders were already either so numerous or their processing took so long. On top of that, the noise level was extremely high; partly due to the open children's play area at the back of the restaurant, but also due to the boredom of the waiting customers, who were standing on their feet, if they didn't repeatedly get up from their seats to check or ask what was happening with their order. The staff seemed correspondingly grumpy. The restrooms are Sanifair toilets and cost one euro. You get the typical ticket, which you can then redeem somewhere, but you never do anyway. Besides, you're only allowed to use one, not several. The restrooms themselves were just okay. The laundry area was partially "under water," with a large puddle of soap under the dispenser and paper towels on the floor. It has to be said that this is always the fault of the guests. And as for the soap: the timing of the dispenser is off. It buzzes, and you pull your hand away; but the soap comes out slowly and then spills halfway on the floor. So if you absolutely have to go out, because you're hungry or need to relieve yourself, you can do so here without hesitation. It's best to order first, then leisurely go to the restroom and take a walk. The wait for food seems long enough.

Unfortunately, I only tried it in the car, and driving back is difficult on the highway... The Coke is bad! The aftertaste is as if there's mold in the hose, or as if it hasn't been cleaned in ages.

So we ordered something here. It was very crowded but still pretty clean compared to other freeway McDonald's. The restrooms, as expected, were just stupid Sanifair things, and there was no way to use them without paying. When the food arrived, the drinks didn't come with straws; you had to ask the staff for one. One of the burgers didn't have any lettuce, and we had to argue for 10 minutes with a very uncomprehending employee until we got a handful of salad on the burger. It's only giving it 3 stars because it was crowded, which makes it understandable that he was stressed, and he apologized afterward. Not the worst McDonald's experience, but not the best either. For a rest stop McDonald's, though, it's pretty decent.

We wanted to get something to eat here after driving over 800 km. We ordered as normal and didn't think anything of it. When we got on the motorway we finally wanted something to eat and the whole happy meal was missing. The burgers were smashed and not recommended.

Order, meal, and table service were all fine. Here you have to pay €1 per person to use the restroom and wash your hands. They're not even clean and smell bad :( In France, when we buy our meal at McDonald's, we receive a code to go to the restroom for free. It's a large, beautiful restaurant, but when it's full, it feels like a train station. I didn't like the fact that a shift manager was fiddling with one of our shakes at the fries station to show a colleague something. The shake was consequently thinner than the other one.

Parking is great!!! Maybe it was just me, but on Saturday 22.03.25 I arrived at the parking lot at 8:00, there were plenty of spaces. After 10:00 I went to the shower, where I met a lot of Russian-speaking girls, they helped with the payment (tickets from Seaways can be supplemented) the shower and toilet are great! I asked the girls about doing the laundry, they didn't refuse. They even offered me coffee and a bun)))) Special thanks to Elena from Belarus!!!!! She helped with everything and sorted it out!)

What can you say... It's a McDonald's on the A9 motorway. The food is what you're used to from McDonald's, not good, not bad, it's just fast food. The staff does their best under the given circumstances: loud, sometimes overcrowded, people who are overwhelmed with simple touchscreens, or with the fact that card payments are completely new territory. The ambience is quite solid, it's just a McDonald's at a motorway service station. What do you expect from that?
