Great restaurant, I personally don't understand all the bad reviews. Super nice staff and a beautiful place with a large private space for children and young people to occupy themselves. The food came quickly and easily. Of course the staff can be unfriendly sometimes, but smiling helps and it automatically gets better.

The man in a rude manner kicked me out of the institution, one might say, just for asking a question or a free shower.

We ate there and unfortunately I think all the branches are a bit unclean. You want to eat there and you should make sure that it is clean on and under the tables. But otherwise it was really good, it was tasty and the staff was very friendly.

We often come here for breakfast when we go on vacation to MV. Typical MC, sometimes there is a lot of traffic and you have to put up with a slightly longer waiting time. In my opinion, the food served is too small for the relatively large restaurant. Employees tried hard. Hygiene could be better. The toilets used to work better when Sanifair operated it directly. Overall ok.

Ok for a coffee, unfortunately not recommended for anything more

The food came quickly and the toilets are clean. There is also a playground for children. The floor, however, should be mopped more often and was really quite dirty when we were there.

No idea what that's about. Every time something is missing from our order 😡 this time it was a burger. Unfortunately, since we always take our food with us, we notice this too late. Just bad and very disappointing.

The McDonald's at this rest stop offers the usual fast food experience as you know it - neither particularly outstanding nor bad. But a significant point of criticism is the toilet regulations: as a customer you have to pay one euro every time you want to use the toilet, regardless of whether it is before or after your meal. The fact that as a paying guest you are asked to pay extra to carry out basic hygiene procedures such as washing your hands is simply unacceptable. This practice leaves an extremely negative impression and significantly tarnishes the entire restaurant experience. There is an urgent need for improvement here.

Service is subpar, no option to place orders directly with the staff, even though the coupons at the terminal don't work. Reported this to the staff, woman with Asian appearance, just points at the terminals, not a word, just rude pointing of the head. After I complained about it, she mumbled something to the back of the kitchen instead of telling me. She then just said, you see what's going on here. If you make it so clear that you're overwhelmed, you might want to look for a job that's fun. It was our first stop back in Germany after a great vacation.... Thank you, now I remember what I was missing. Of course I didn't order anything, I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.

Horrible. The waitress was bursting with enthusiasm when we forced her to work. The tables haven't seen a rag for a long time, we had to wipe ours ourselves. The order was incomplete...if you can read... The biggest thing was charging one euro to use the toilet and then no toilet paper in stock. And shortly before 9 p.m. the first chairs were put up. All I can say is that Germany is a service desert...

We were disappointed that around 11 a.m. we could ONLY order breakfast and not normal citizens (chicken, cheeseburger, etc.). The prices were pretty steep, so we decided to move on. What a shame!

You feel like you're abroad in Germany, no one who stands behind the counter and serves you speaks German except the boss, that's so bad. 2. When it came to the cheeseburger, the cheese was forgotten. When this was brought up, they didn't even make a new one, they just put the missing cheese on top of the old one 3. The chicken muggets were the worst we have ever eaten, old dried up parts disgusting 4. It's really bad where this all leads Super bad McDonald's

August 9th, 2024, ordered 20 nuggets (3 sauces included) ordered one additionally and what can I say, I didn't check it immediately but only noticed in the car that the extra sauce was missing. Thanks for that

The service makes mistakes forgetting give what you have ordered.

My food was ready but it wasn't on the pickup board. When I happened to see it there and asked an employee about it, he just mumbled an incomprehensible excuse in English. The toilets cost money and the order screens are full of grease fingers. The food was still ok. I hope I was just an oversight.

From the moment of ordering to the moment of delivery - I waited 25 minutes. This is the bottom, not fast food. In restaurants the service is faster and I don't have to worry about the number of your customers. If you position yourself as a fast food establishment, then work faster or hire more employees.

The food was okay, customer service was provided quickly and efficiently. It's true that the toilets could be better cleaned, but the paper and towel were ok.

What I don't understand - there's a different concept here - is the Sanifair tokens. Sorry 3 out of 4 coupons go in the trash. How should you redeem it? You can only purchase one voucher at the café.

One product redeem per 1€ sanifair voucher, why? Just causes frustration.

When I asked, it was confirmed to me that even though I was a guest, I had to pay €1 for the toilet. This is not permitted according to SGV Paragraph 87. Guests must be guaranteed free access. Reported immediately ;)

Sanifär vouchers are only accepted one per product, although there is no information about this for the toilets. Vouchers are supposedly valid for 2 years. No chance of redeeming them. Staff seem uninterested and don't speak German, only broken English. Service looks different.

Very good prices, no long waiting times

The lady at Mc Café was impossible today. At first he didn't want to serve us and took a lot of time wiping. We placed our order and didn't know whether our coupon could be redeemed. Instead of informing us that this is not a participating restaurant, we were insulted in a discriminatory manner and turned away. If McDonalds stands for tolerance and service, this person is unacceptable for the company! I'll never go there again!

Two men who were probably there as tourists because of the European Championships and tried to order in English (well, chicken nuggets is understandable) were shouted at by the employee WE ARE HERE IN GERMANY HERE THEY SPEAK GERMAN NO ENGLISH!!! Absolutely embarrassing for Germany as European Championship hosts. This employee is damaging to business and if I were the boss I would fire her.

45 minutes for a coffee. Mc Cafe not occupied. Sanifair vouchers cannot be redeemed at the order terminal. Then only cash payment possible. By chance I realized that you had to pay before you were in the "system" even though you already had a number. The only employee at the counter had an almost enviable calmness and communication is overrated. And then also paper cups instead of the desired cups. Next time we'll have coffee from a thermos flask from home!

I think it's a huge impudence to pay a fee to use the toilet, even though drinks and food are sold. In my opinion, they should be available free of charge. There will be no further visits from my side.

30 minutes wait for a chicken nuggets, staff totally overwhelmed

We had planned a short stop. The order took almost half an hour. A large coffee, a milkshake, a small ice cream and chicken nuggets. No straws and the sauce would simply be forgotten. A pity. Maybe a little more staff could help.

McDonald's is like any other, the service is good, the food is good, but it could be warmer 😉

The burgers could be a little warmer, but it wasn't bad, everything else was ok, the staff was nice and helpful. Prices like in any McDonald's, 6 ordering kiosks, clean at least when there was little traffic.

Waiting at the cash register until the lady finishes is about 3 minutes. There's also a 20-minute wait to pick up the food, but I ignore that. No Maków standard works when there are a lot of people. The buns are disgusting. They must have been left open for several hours. There were two workers in the kitchen. Regarding proportions, they probably need to learn the standards. I understand that the boss there only pays the minimum wage, but the company's standards must be respected. Overall, I didn't like the service or the dried rolls.

The restaurant smells like a toilet and breakfast was no longer available at 10:20 a.m. even though it runs until 10:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday. Staff was unfriendly when asked about breakfast.

Restaurant with Sanifair, but you can only exchange it for coffee. Unfortunately it doesn't do me any good in the evening. 4 coffee and 8 p.m. It would be better to credit drinks. Very tasty food, but a lot of visitors

It was freezing cold in the restaurant. You had to stay fully dressed to avoid freezing.

Clean place and the staff was very nice. However, the cleanliness of the toilet, which is operated by "Sanifair" and is only accessible by purchasing a voucher worth €1, leaves something to be desired, and there is also a bad smell.

McDonald's with enough seats, even at peak times I got a seat here for me and my four children. There are six operating screens, but these are of very limited use as they are relatively close to the checkouts and therefore to queues. The food was prepared very quickly. The food at McDonald's is, or should always be, of the same quality, here too everything was the same as always.

Somehow the bandwagon of such things has long since passed and left. This idea with electronic ordering is really great. Older people no longer understand it at all and go out hungry. The fact that customers have to pay to go to the toilet (1,-) is the height of impudence.

Despite the crowds, things moved very quickly... some other branches can't manage half as many visitors...
